荷物が多く困っていたところ、フロントスタッフさんの臨機応変な対応に助かりました。
また、フリードリンクのサービスが充実していて、東京駅からも近いし、ツインの部屋は大きいスーツケースが2個余裕で開けれるスペースがあり利便性は申し分ないです。

東京駅を基点に新幹線、リムジンバスを利用する目的でこちらのホテルを選びました。

東京駅から近いのにリーズナブルなお値段だったので正直期待してなかったのですが実際泊まってみたら大満足でした。お部屋はコンパクトでありながら工夫された間取り、バスルームの清掃も行き届いていてアメニティも充実していました。ウェルカムドリンクやシートパックもありがたくいただきました。また東京に用事がある時はこちらを拠点にして連泊で楽しみたいと思います。

ウェルカムドリンクはペットボトルのお茶かビールを選べました。
ただ周辺が繁華街(カラオケ店が多い)せいか、夜中まで騒ぐ声が部屋の中にも聞こえてきました。

土地勘が無く不安でしたがホテルは八重洲口から近く分かりやすい立地でした。
フロントの方々は大変親切丁寧で信頼できます。設備は新しく気持ちよく利用できました。ドライアーのパワーが弱いので、持ち込む事をオススメします。照明も電球色で化粧しにくいので改善方法が何かあればと思います。総合的にコストパフォーマンスは良い方だと思います。

ネットでアクセスを見たが、東京駅日本橋口から徒歩1分とあったのに、なかなかたどりつかず、結局かなり歩かされた。普通に東京駅八重洲口からが1番近い。

東京駅八重洲出口から近くとても便利でした。ただ、入り口が少しわかりにくかったです。
フロントのスタップの接客はとてもよかったです。フロントは2階にあり、各階にエレベーターを降りたらドアがあり、ルームキーで開けるようになっておりセキュリティ上も安心でした。
部屋はとても清潔で、ミネラルウォーター、スリッパがついていました。

モントレのコンセプトホテルということで、かなり期待感が高かったものの、「新しい施設」ということ以外、訴えるものはなかった。モントレらしさやこだわりに感じ入る要素もなく、むしろ平均的なビジネスホテルに埋もれた印象。外国人観光客向けのホテルってことかもしれない。

As a tourist the 5 minute walk to Tokyo station made our vacation easier. The breakfast was traditional Japanese breakfast. Most hotels will have this. We made due. There is a 7 eleven 2 minutes walk which was convenient too.

Hotel is very conveniently located near Tokyo station. Room was compact but very efficiently laid out, modern and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect to get the day going. Highly recommend this hotel as a home base for travelling in and around Tokyo. Those with a lot of luggage may struggle if a larger room is not chosen. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

It would be nice if there are more machines and some chairs to wait for washing to get done (as I hate to leave, so as to keep my turn.) They are often occupied and the room offers such a small space. I use this hotel for a shorter stay when I won't have washing needs. I often stay in Tokyo for a month or two.

Room was a little cramped for 2, but I guess standard for Tokyo. The location near Tokyo Station was extremely convenient. The hotel can only transfer luggage to another location in the service company's list, so we needed to do ours at Yamato.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the main station and we frequented the restaurants in the basement of the station which were very tasty, cheap and had a great selection of food. Also close to all attractions.

Wonderful staff! I only booked for one night but had to book a second night since my flight was canceled and they were so amazing with the booking. Room was clean and I liked all the amenities provided. Location was great as it was so close to the station and shops were walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here.

Achar o hotel já é algo dificil pelo google maps. Tem dois endereços no maps. Se voce estiver e sair da estacao de Tóquio opte pelo endereco a direita. Nao tem acesso direto as galerias do metro
Cafe da manha pessimo, poucas opções. Só pode ir antes das 09am e nesse horario fica cheio
Quarto claustrofóbico, minúsculo e mal cheiro. Janelas nao abrem o que deixa ambiente ruim, mesmo com a maquina japonesa no quarto de purificar ar. Ou seja o ar do lugar nao se troca
Banheiro minúsculo
Nao toleram atraso as 11 hs do check out
Localizacao facil, para ir a Shimbuya tem que andar 5 min ate o metro, andar na linha Amarela Ginza 15 min 11 esztacoes e vc chega la). Nada dificil

The staff was so helpful. We do not speak a lot of Japanese. They patiently explained how we could walk to places we were interested in seeing.

I only stayed the one night but I could not fault this hotel at all. The staff were pleasant, friendly and welcoming upon arrival and the room was more spacious than I imagined it would be. Highly recommend if not for the proximity to Tokyo station and overall cleanliness, then at least for the variety of food and entertainment options nearby. Will definitely stay agin in the future.

Clean, very close to Tokyo Station. A little hard to find at first - as it's got a side entrance, but once you are used to the location its a great spot. Very clean, tidy, polite staff. 2 microwaves, ice machine at reception level. Vending machine at ground level. Provided slippers and pjs, kettle, fridge, and a little safe. Highly recommend!

A quick walk from Tokyo Station makes this hotel great for a limited-frills stay. I was only in town for one night and busy trying to see as much as I could, and this place was convenient, safe, clean, and quiet. Not a place to spread out and lounge, but you’re in Tokyo! Go out and see it!

Is right next to Tokyo station and in a good area and staff are wonderful. Lots of free things to pick up like bath salt and beauty supplies. The room was slightly larger than my Osaka room from another hotel chain and you can put your suitcases under the beds. About half the customers are foreign so the staff speaks good English. The only thing I didn’t like was the beds were as hard as rocks. Every night I slept on it I had a back ache in the morning.

Cute little boutique hotel

Delighted with the subtle Halloween decorations and can even access Tokyo station via a less than a minute walk down one of the underground entry during the wet weather. Clean firm bed and friendly staff.
