東京駅から近いのにリーズナブルなお値段だったので正直期待してなかったのですが実際泊まってみたら大満足でした。お部屋はコンパクトでありながら工夫された間取り、バスルームの清掃も行き届いていてアメニティも充実していました。ウェルカムドリンクやシートパックもありがたくいただきました。また東京に用事がある時はこちらを拠点にして連泊で楽しみたいと思います。

アメニティグッズと無料ドリンク(部屋への持ち帰りOK)がとても充実していて、良かったです。
ウェルカムドリンクはペットボトルのお茶かビールを選べました。
ただ周辺が繁華街(カラオケ店が多い)せいか、夜中まで騒ぐ声が部屋の中にも聞こえてきました。

土地勘が無く不安でしたがホテルは八重洲口から近く分かりやすい立地でした。
フロントの方々は大変親切丁寧で信頼できます。設備は新しく気持ちよく利用できました。ドライアーのパワーが弱いので、持ち込む事をオススメします。照明も電球色で化粧しにくいので改善方法が何かあればと思います。総合的にコストパフォーマンスは良い方だと思います。

ネットでアクセスを見たが、東京駅日本橋口から徒歩1分とあったのに、なかなかたどりつかず、結局かなり歩かされた。普通に東京駅八重洲口からが1番近い。

東京駅八重洲出口から近くとても便利でした。ただ、入り口が少しわかりにくかったです。
フロントのスタップの接客はとてもよかったです。フロントは2階にあり、各階にエレベーターを降りたらドアがあり、ルームキーで開けるようになっておりセキュリティ上も安心でした。
部屋はとても清潔で、ミネラルウォーター、スリッパがついていました。

外国人旅行客向け。すべて平均点でらしさ消失

モントレのコンセプトホテルということで、かなり期待感が高かったものの、「新しい施設」ということ以外、訴えるものはなかった。モントレらしさやこだわりに感じ入る要素もなく、むしろ平均的なビジネスホテルに埋もれた印象。外国人観光客向けのホテルってことかもしれない。

This hotel is so close to the Tokyo Shinkansen station entrance. Also could access other parts of Tokyo station. I stayed there because I wanted to take an early morning Shinkansen. Super convenient. Room was comfortable.

Great location, walking distance to Tokyo station and Ginza shopping area.
Rooms are small, but clean and quiet. TV has no english channels.
We couldn’t understand but it seems one needs to reserve a place at breakfast the night before to guarantee a (paid) spot.
We booked 2 rooms and asked for a late check out for one of the rooms, from 11:00 to 12:00pm, but front desk would no accommodate the request without us paying for the extra hour. Pretty cheap… otherwise a good option.

All about the location. Only minutes to Tokyo Station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was basic but enjoyable. The hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The staffs were so help. My child is sick. They help me translate the symptoms into Japanese so I can acquire the right medication. They lend me a thermometer and show me where the pharmacy was.
Hotel very clean and quiet. They have more than essential provided in bathroom. Water everyday. Face mask and you name it.
But one thing is small for big American.

We stayed here just for one night as we transitioned from our long flight to a long train. It was super clean, black out curtains worked so well, the staff were so kind and gave us free beverages and face masks upon arrival, and it is located 3-10 min walk to the train station. It was perfect for our one night stay!

Nice last-minute surprise.

This was a last-minute one night booking, and it ended up being pretty nice. It's convenient to Tokyo Station and the Yaesu underground mall, as well as other subways.

Great location, just 5 mins from Tokyo station and 15 mins walk to Ginza shopping center. Room is clean, bed and pillows are very comfortable, bathroom is also nice and not too small. We will definitely stay again when visit Tokyo next time.

You cannot beat the location as it's a block away from Tokyo Station, yet somehow still manages to be quiet and calm once you get close to it. The room was a typically small Japanese hotel room, but the beds were comfortable and they give you tons of options for pillows. If you don't like to deal with people as you go in or out, you don't have to see the reception at all except for check-in/check-out or if you want a hot beverage, they have an excellent selection of complimentary teas to choose from.
It's a good hotel made excellent by prime location.

Overall excellent stay. Hotel is conveniently located approx one-two blocks east of Tokyo Station and in close proximity to many amenities. Room was small but great/functional for two. Hotel was modern, very clean/well maintained, with exceptional staff. Breakfast had a great assortment of basic foods (Japanese and Western). Would definitely stay again.

Opposite to the hub of transportation, Tokyo station, there is nothing to complain about.
Merit given to the self-service tea or coffee corner between 11am and 10pm.
There were only 2 sets of washer and dryer available. If you need to do laundry you may have to wait.

Great location!

Great location, a block from the entrance of the massive underground shopping centre (that leads into the JR train station). Walking distance (in the other direction) to the metro too. Lots of food options in the area.

Friendly staff. Loved the complementary amenities like face masks, leg patches and body butter at reception. Also free snacks, coffee, tea, and apple juice in the dining area on L2.

Local tip: If you need to dispose of a suitcase, the hotel charge ¥3000 (per item that doesn’t fit in the bin), so you’re better off bringing your old suitcase when you buy your new one, as the shop may dispose of the old one for free.

The location felt safe at night, even though there’s an escort service of some sort next door.

Centrally located hotel that is steps away from Tokyo station and still manage to be pin drop quiet for light sleepers like me.

They have a breakfast offering but I think there are plenty of nearby places eat that exploring might be better for most travelers.

Staff overall have been very helpful, including filling out all the forms for my luggage delivery to the airport.

Good variety of amenities and toiletries are provided in the hotel room and at the front desk. You shouldn’t have to pack much unless you are very particular with your shower gels etc.

I did request the removal of the air filter from the room, it was emitting an obnoxious smell. Mo other issues the whole week I stayed there.

There are three 7-11s within 10 minute walking distance. The entrance to the underground walkway is 1 very short block away from the hotel. Tokyo station is about two blocks away.

The Ginza line is about 6 minutes walk from the hotel and it stops at most of the top touristy spots.

There are a ton of restaurants very close to the hotel and inside Tokyo Station.

There are two sets of washer dryers on the reception level. Detergent is dispensed automatically so you don’t need to travel with any. You can pay with 100 yen coins or use the app to pay via Apple Pay. I used the latter option when I ran out of bones as they dryer took a lot longer than I anticipated to dry the thicker weathers I had. The app was not in English but it was pretty self explanatory and easy to use.

The people at the front desk were kind and helpful. They helped me find the best, easiest way to get to the Haneda Airport with my heavy luggage, for example, finding an escalator or elevator from the street to the subways and having fewer changes of trains or subways.

Location is 5-7mins walk to Tokyo station , however there is no signage at the roadside so I abit difficult for 1st timer to find the hotel as is located at the side of an alley with restaurants.

When out from Tokyo station cross the road in front of Daimaru and turn right a short distance you will see Yarchika 17 underpass and walk towards Yaechika 21 and you will see the cafe signage as in photo turn into the lane and will see the hotel inside the right hand lane

Great location for our needs

We came off a cruise went to Disney for a few days and then needed one night in Tokyo proper. I found this hotel here in hotels.com. It was so convenient. We were able to walk to what felt like the 5th ave of Tokyo Ginza 6 street and to do some MORE shopping. We also were able to easily walk the 1 1/2 flat blocks to get to the Tokyo station for an express to narita airport.
The staff at the hotel is very nice. We were in a double which was two twin beds. The room was clean and about the size of a general cruise ship room. Everything you need is there and we could fit our luggage. The breakfast was fine … yogurt granola fruit … euro breakfast with salmon or salami and cheese then there were croissants toast butter, jelly, egg salad and three soups . I cannot remember the cost of the breakfast, but if it was more than $20 I would not recommend. We did it for ease of travel, but if we were there multiple days I would have preferred getting something out. Overall, it all worked out and we were very happy. We would stay again.

Bom, bonito e barato para os padrões japoneses

Para os padrões do Japão o quarto é grande e confortável. São poucos os atendentes da recepção que falam bem Inglês, na realidade no período todo só teve 1 Senhor que falava e compreendia bem Inglês. Após um dia no frio do exterior o hotel disponibiliza uma variedade de chás para os hóspedes se servirem, sem custo.
