スカイツリーが見える最高の立地で、
コンビニもすぐ近くで、便利だし、
お部屋がすごく綺麗でした！
洗面台も2つあったり、洗濯乾燥機やハンガーなど、
ホントに家にいるのと変わらないくらい必要な物がそろっていて、快適でした！
また利用したいです！

思った以上のスペースと清潔感のある部屋でした。
長期滞在向けだと思います。
ゴミとか服とか長期滞在向けの注意事項はあったのですが、1泊素泊まりだったので、どうしていいか分からず、聞くと、ゴミを集めるとかしなくていいとの事でした。
受付も20時以降受付できないような文言があったので、問い合わせると、
大丈夫との事
フロントの方に、親切に対応していただきました。

とても過ごしやすいホテルでした。
調理道具は豊富ですが、調味料は持ち込みです。
フライパンの蓋かアルミホイル、それと調理用油の用意があると嬉しかった。
Switchも借りられて、楽しい宿泊でした。

キレイに掃除されているし、スタッフの方は親切で丁寧でした。駐車場は少し狭いです。駅までの距離も遠すぎないが近くもなかった。そこを考慮しても、また泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。

食器類、レンジ、オーブントースター、冷蔵冷凍庫、キッチンペーパー、洗濯機、洗剤、ハンガー、ピンチハンガー、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ等必要な物が全て揃っていたのでとても助かりました。夕食をゆっくり食べに行く時間と体力が残っていなかったので、部屋でお弁当を食べましたが、近くに惣菜の充実したスーパーもあり、部屋で自宅の様に寛いで過ごす事ができました。

今回３泊4日の日程でお世話になりました。（家族4人）
スタッフの方々は、どの方も丁寧で分からない事は優しく説明してくださり感謝しかありません。セキュリティも完璧でしたね。施設も綺麗で良かったです。また泊まりたいと思いました。
ただ一つ残念な点は、朝食が3日間同じだった事です。さすがに飽きますね。
あと、しゃもじが炊飯器の中に入れてあることが謎でした。普通はフライ返しやお玉、スプーンや箸が入れてある所に置くべきですね。
しゃもじが無いと思ってスプーンでご飯をよそいました。
出発の日、たまたま炊飯器を開けてみたらしゃもじが、、、。もっと早く炊飯器の中を開ければ良かったです。

でも、それを除けば最高でした。バスタオル等も最初から３日分用意してあって嬉しかった。洗濯洗剤もあって良かった！
また是非利用させて頂きます。
今回はありがとうございました。

Our room was fantastic (family - x2 adults + 14yo/12yo). Spacious and thoughtful storage options. Loved the clothes washer/dryer & kitchenette. 24/7 convenience stores within 1min walk. Walk to Ueno station under 10mins. Reception super lovely & room was always well supplied.

Good space for a family of four. Good location very close to 711. We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was so helpful with everything especially with booking luggage forwarding for us!

Very happy with the stay here. Room was comfortable and quiet. Lots of konbinis, restaurants and small supermarkets close by. Note that the nearest train station is about a ten minute walk but it’s flat so not so difficult and didn’t bother us. Would consider staying at Monday Apart again!

The hotel is conveniently located between Ueno Station and Uguisudani Stations on the Yamamote line with an easy, flat 10 min walk. We also regularly came home via Inaricho Station on the Ginza line to walk past the local supermarket for fresh fruit etc for breakfast.

The room was large and clean and very comfortable with a well equipped little kitchen. We particularly like having access to a dining table. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was hot and strong!!

The front reception staff were very welcoming helpful with all enquiries. They assisted us with luggage forwarding to our next hotel and kindly showed me how to use the washing machine! Thank you lovely people!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Monday Apartment in Ueno for a great stay in Tokyo.

Yes. The room was clean; amenities available. The need to type a 6 digits code in order to enter the elevator, and enter the room, rather than using a card, were annoying.

Clean room and great amenities for a good stay. Garbage pick up could have been more timely as the garbage sat out all day after we put it out as directed. The staff was very friendly and with good communication skills. Front lobby area should be larger with luggage storage secured in a room instead of out on the small lobby.

We had a great time here. Space was perfect for a week long stay. Would recommend this place if you're after a calm and quiet location while still being well connected to get around Tokyo.

I loved MONday Apartment Hotel in Ueno!! It is well equipped and set up for comfortable long-term stay. The room had a decent size kitchen, cooking equipment and utensils, and large table. The property is clean and quiet. It gave me a taste of "living" in Tokyo. It ws relaxing not to have to go out all the time for meals and even a cup of coffee. WiFi and airconditioning work great.

Room was small for 3 people but I guess that is what you expect in Tokyo. Handy 7Eleven store next door. 12 to15mins walk to all stations. Great all in one washing machine and dryer. There are small cafes nearby. Easy to get to all the main tourist areas by train and bus.

The property is well maintained. The room was clean and the staff was excellent. My only complaint is the distance to walk from the hotel to any train stations is quite a bit especially if you have a luggage. You can always get a cab but I choose to just walk.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other places we found in Tokyo — perfect for our family of three. The beds were very comfortable, and the cleaning schedule (every 3rd or 4th day) worked well for us. The bathroom shower had a bit of a distinct smell, but it didn’t bother us much. There is a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The location is fantastic — within walking distance to Ueno Station, Ameyoko shopping street, Senso-ji Temple, and Ueno Park. There are plenty of great food options nearby, plus a 7/11 just 30 seconds away. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. It’s about a 40-minute train ride to Shibuya and other areas, but we didn’t mind. Overall, we’d 100% stay here again!

Emplacement bon à 10 minutes à pied de la gare de Ueno. Quartier animé à 10 minutes de l’hôtel. Chambre très propre et spacieuse.
Literies dures mais je n’ai connu que des lits durs au Japon.

CVS is nearby. There were 3 subway stations 10 minutes away. Laundry machine, Kitchen, 4beds. Taxis are passing by very often. Excellent breakfast place Katura was also nearby. Everything was perfect.

This apartment hotel hybrid was perfect for our group of 3 adults 2 children and a baby with two rooms side by side on the 9th floor. Bonus was a stunning view of Sky Tree from the covered walkway outside our rooms - beautiful lit up at night. Rooms spacious by Japan standards and with all the amenities needed for an easy stay. We self catered breakfast and had a few easy in-room dinners from the Lawsons or 7/11 both super close to the hotel. Ueno station is a solid 10-15min walk so consider that with your plans! All in all loved our stay, thanks.

My stay at MONday Apart Premium Ueno was great! The rooms are clean, comfy, and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is super convenient and easy to get around from.
The only downside is that the late check-out fee is quite expensive, but overall, I’d still highly recommend this hotel!

A really clean and quiet hotel just out of the centre of Ueno, but well within walking distance of the station to base yourself. Two convenience stores and one supermarket within a couple of blocks, and lots of good restaurant options nearby. The staff were all extremely friendly and made a good fuss of my daughter for her birthday. Highly recommend.

好舒適的飯店

非常的方便旁邊就有7-11，去地鐵站走路大約15分鐘，樓下有免費的飲水機可取用，內含洗衣機烘衣機連衣架的都有了，感應式IH爐、微波爐烤箱，甚至還附有煮飯鍋！
對於想要買點東西回家吃，冰箱是比較大的，還有冷凍庫！
根據以前到東京的經驗，房間都很小，這一家飯店讓我們全家人都非常的滿意！
我們總共來東京七天，六天都住這裡，回程坐skyline也很方便！

This was a really nice hotel. The room contained a small kitchen and washer/dryer which was very convenient. The dryer function however is tricky. The door locks for an extended period of time until the entire unit cools off. We couldn’t take out our laundry and we had to check out by 10 am so it was very stressful. Other than that, the room was nice, front desk people were friendly and helpful. About 10 minute walk to ueno park and train station and next to a 7-11. You need a code for the room and elevator. Check out is 10 am (early) with an extra charge to extend.

Clean, friendly service, great location (although a little closer to train station would’ve been nice but our bags were heavy so it made the walk seem longer), roomy accommodations! One minor complaint: needing an elevator code. A bit of a hassle but understand it’s for security.

乾衣同距離

整體住宿唔錯、房間清潔服務滿意，不足距離車站遠要行15分鐘，沿途比較静，夏天日頭行都辛苦，同浴室抽氣弱，沒有熱氣幫助乾衣，要用洗衣機乾2次才能可差唔多乾又晒d衫，如果冬天去要洗衫就需要更多時間去乾透衣服。

This hotel has generously sized rooms close to Ueno station. The beds were comfortable and it was nice for a family of 4. Easy access from Narita via the Skyliner. Ueno park and its museums are accessible. It is approximately a 10minute walk to Iriya gate at the Ueno station or take a taxi if you have luggage for 500yen. Ueno is on the Yamamoto JR line and Ginza subway and provides quick access to most of Tokyo’s attractions. Akhihabra is only a couple stops away.
