思った以上のスペースと清潔感のある部屋でした。
長期滞在向けだと思います。
ゴミとか服とか長期滞在向けの注意事項はあったのですが、1泊素泊まりだったので、どうしていいか分からず、聞くと、ゴミを集めるとかしなくていいとの事でした。
受付も20時以降受付できないような文言があったので、問い合わせると、
大丈夫との事
フロントの方に、親切に対応していただきました。

キレイに掃除されているし、スタッフの方は親切で丁寧でした。駐車場は少し狭いです。駅までの距離も遠すぎないが近くもなかった。そこを考慮しても、また泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。

食器類、レンジ、オーブントースター、冷蔵冷凍庫、キッチンペーパー、洗濯機、洗剤、ハンガー、ピンチハンガー、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ等必要な物が全て揃っていたのでとても助かりました。夕食をゆっくり食べに行く時間と体力が残っていなかったので、部屋でお弁当を食べましたが、近くに惣菜の充実したスーパーもあり、部屋で自宅の様に寛いで過ごす事ができました。

今回３泊4日の日程でお世話になりました。（家族4人）
スタッフの方々は、どの方も丁寧で分からない事は優しく説明してくださり感謝しかありません。セキュリティも完璧でしたね。施設も綺麗で良かったです。また泊まりたいと思いました。
ただ一つ残念な点は、朝食が3日間同じだった事です。さすがに飽きますね。
あと、しゃもじが炊飯器の中に入れてあることが謎でした。普通はフライ返しやお玉、スプーンや箸が入れてある所に置くべきですね。
しゃもじが無いと思ってスプーンでご飯をよそいました。
出発の日、たまたま炊飯器を開けてみたらしゃもじが、、、。もっと早く炊飯器の中を開ければ良かったです。

でも、それを除けば最高でした。バスタオル等も最初から３日分用意してあって嬉しかった。洗濯洗剤もあって良かった！
また是非利用させて頂きます。
今回はありがとうございました。

A really clean and quiet hotel just out of the centre of Ueno, but well within walking distance of the station to base yourself. Two convenience stores and one supermarket within a couple of blocks, and lots of good restaurant options nearby. The staff were all extremely friendly and made a good fuss of my daughter for her birthday. Highly recommend.

好舒適的飯店

非常的方便旁邊就有7-11，去地鐵站走路大約15分鐘，樓下有免費的飲水機可取用，內含洗衣機烘衣機連衣架的都有了，感應式IH爐、微波爐烤箱，甚至還附有煮飯鍋！
對於想要買點東西回家吃，冰箱是比較大的，還有冷凍庫！
根據以前到東京的經驗，房間都很小，這一家飯店讓我們全家人都非常的滿意！
我們總共來東京七天，六天都住這裡，回程坐skyline也很方便！

Staff were wonderful, room was very spacious and clean. Had washing machine and dryer in the room. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with our 9 month old baby. Train stations close by and 7/11 within a few meters walk.

This was a really nice hotel. The room contained a small kitchen and washer/dryer which was very convenient. The dryer function however is tricky. The door locks for an extended period of time until the entire unit cools off. We couldn’t take out our laundry and we had to check out by 10 am so it was very stressful. Other than that, the room was nice, front desk people were friendly and helpful. About 10 minute walk to ueno park and train station and next to a 7-11. You need a code for the room and elevator. Check out is 10 am (early) with an extra charge to extend.

Clean, friendly service, great location (although a little closer to train station would’ve been nice but our bags were heavy so it made the walk seem longer), roomy accommodations! One minor complaint: needing an elevator code. A bit of a hassle but understand it’s for security.

乾衣同距離

整體住宿唔錯、房間清潔服務滿意，不足距離車站遠要行15分鐘，沿途比較静，夏天日頭行都辛苦，同浴室抽氣弱，沒有熱氣幫助乾衣，要用洗衣機乾2次才能可差唔多乾又晒d衫，如果冬天去要洗衫就需要更多時間去乾透衣服。

This hotel has generously sized rooms close to Ueno station. The beds were comfortable and it was nice for a family of 4. Easy access from Narita via the Skyliner. Ueno park and its museums are accessible. It is approximately a 10minute walk to Iriya gate at the Ueno station or take a taxi if you have luggage for 500yen. Ueno is on the Yamamoto JR line and Ginza subway and provides quick access to most of Tokyo’s attractions. Akhihabra is only a couple stops away.

Beautiful

The hotel is great, located near two train stations Uguisudani and Ueno.
There are several restaurants and stores around as well as regular neighborhoods , great for those that want a regular place to see how the locals live and also be near major areas.

The place is only 8 minutes or so walk from Ueno Station, 30 second walk from Seven-Eleven where one can get everything! Hotel staffs are friendly! Hotel is in good condition! We enjoyed staying at this facility!

We had a fantastic stay at MONday Apart Premium Ueno. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and perfectly suited for a family of four. The staff went above and beyond with friendly service, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from Ueno Park and the subway. Overall, excellent value and comfort; we would absolutely stay here again!

Overall good hotel.
Room is pretty big compared to other Japanese hotel.
Clothes laundry and dryer is inside the room so that was pretty helpful. Refrigerator size is great.

Downside is walk from Ueno station especially Skyliner if you take it from Narita airport. It probably took us 17 to 18 minutes walk. Ueno subway would take 13 to 15 min.
Hotel is right next to elevated expressway so it was noisy during night time. Got used to 2nd day but you can still hear passing cars.

The property was close enough to a station that walking and transportation was quick and easy but just far enough you don’t hear the trains all night. It was very clean, and you have everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. the staff were friendly and nice.

This hotel fits our needs exactly, having the mini kitchen and laundry in room was so convenient while traveling with my son. the staff here was so helpful and friendly. our japanese language skills are limited. one morning my phone wasn’t working and one of the staff called me a taxi and walked outside to speak to the driver for us to ensure we were dropped off at the right spot at the train station. thank you!

Excellent hotel with excellent service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location, steps from the train station, the zoo, restaurants, and convenience stores. Perfect for a family vacation. The clean, spacious, and modern room features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, refrigerator, oven, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, iron, and hair dryer. I would definitely return. Excellent. 10/10

Fantastic stay!

Monday apart ueno was in the quiet part of town. Not too far a walk to Iriya subway station. There’s also a 7-11 nearby as well as a Lawson. 2 family marts near the Iriya station entrance. The apartment was spotless! The bathroom was spacious. Instructions were clear upon arrival (take trash out daily if you needed to plus used towels can be left out as well). There’s a bunch of towels already in the room. Cleaning is on the 3rd day of stay. Kitchen had microwave and toaster and fridge plus a good amount of tableware. Came with dishwashing soap and sponge too! The bathroom soap, shampoo and conditioner was great quality as well! Will definitely stay here again or any other branch they might have in other cities or areas in Japan. Lobby had cold drinking water (so perfect since we went during summer!) plus a money exchange machine too! Some toiletries available at the counter. Wish they had body cloth though but otherwise, other essentials such as toothbrush, etc, were available. Soundproofing of rooms were excellent too!

Amazing stay! We felt safe at all times, and the area was very clean. We found the area to be a bit far from the main touristic areas. However, the train station is nearby and easy to access. Highly recommend!

I very much appreciated the staff helping us getting checked in and explaining how everything works, they made us feel very welcome. Also, they were very helpful at checkout with getting our luggage sent to our next MONday Apart Premium location. The Japanese style room was excellent and the view of Skytree right outside our door was so cool. I would love to stay at the Ueno MONday again sometime & will recommend highly to my friends and family.

The hotel is clean, quite accessible to the train station and safe. The rooms were big for Japanese standards, with excellent amenities. I wish it was a bit closer to Ueno station, but it is certainly not too far. Staff sprak English and were very helpful.

Stayed for almost 2 weeks. Nothing but greatness. It’s budget friendly. Almost like a brand new hotel. Very clean. Water at 50 yen a bottle at the front desk. Great quiet neighborhood. Awesome staff. Late check was a bit pricey but they’re willing to hold your baggage for free. Checkout was at 10am our flight wasn’t until 6:30pm so we kept our luggage’s until 2:30pm and it was fine. Ueno park is a hidden gem. It’s basically NYC Central Park. Gotta try all the local resto too we ate at the Indian restaurant, Vietnamese Restaurant, and the Curry soup place.

Highly recommended. Nice and clean. It’s about 7-10 minutes walk from Ueno station. Left something in the taxi upon dropped off on May 18th. Staff on duty during the evening shift was so nice and helpful to call the taxi lost and found. Got my stuff back that evening. Easy check in and out. They provide shuttle service to airport for extra fee.

Overall an amazing chain to stay at. Staff were friendly, helpful and always cheery. The location is the only reason why it was not 5 stars across the board. It is a little far from all stations but in a very quiet area. Overall I would recommend staying here for the room size and price.

We enjoyed our four night stay at MONday Apart Premium Ueno. All accesses are by digital codes (no keys to lose) - later hour entry 10pm is by PIN code as it is a limited hours front desk. Elevator entrance/use is also secure by same PIN. Room code will be a second PIN. The Japanese Deluxe room was spacious for four.adults. There were two large twin beds and 3 twin futons, a small dining table with 5 chairs, kitchenette, separate toilet. Shower/tub with sink and washer/dryer machine (there is a binder with instructions how to use it but we found the dryer function confusing). Lots of towels provided, room service every 3rd day but you may request more frequent with fee. Fridge with separate freezer, induction stove, kitchenette small sink, dishes, dish detergent. Amenities at front desk (toothbrush, razor, comb/brush). The staff at the front desk are friendly and efficient, some English. We received help to send our luggage to our next hotel with Yamato. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store next to the hotel and a 24 hour local supermarket around back and down the street about 5 min. It took us about 10-12 minutes to walk to JR Ueno station and Ameyokocho. A small drawback is front street has no area for taxi drop off - we unloaded in the street lane but it was late and so traffic was not an issue. It is not located where you may take a taxi but you would head to the station for transport by train, subway or taxi. We would stay here again .
