マンション入り口の扉(建物の扉)が閉まった後、オートロックの鍵が閉まる音がするのですが扉が閉まり切ってないために鍵は実際にはかかりません。
自分で扉を使用したときは鍵がかかりきるまで扉を奥まで押さえておきますが、そのことを知らない方が出入りされるとオートロックの鍵は閉まり切らない状態で放置されています。外扉は外から誰でも開けることができる状態です。
部屋の扉はもちろん問題なく鍵がかかるのですが、せっかくのオートロック物件なので、今後のゲストのためにも外扉の修理をしていただけたらと思います。

ロフトへ上がる階段が急過ぎたので、事前に確認しておけばロフトなしを選ぶほうがよかった。

The location is fine, about 350 meters from a local Metrostation and in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment has all the things you need, but it is very small. For western visitors it is not on the comfortable side, since there is no place to sit comfortably. The best (heated) seat is the toilet! Apart from that there is a small and uncomfy desk chair and a smallish beanbag. That’s it. So I made do with the beanbag, but it’s not the best place to rekax after lots of walking in Tokyo! Also lacking is a place to store your belongings. A shelf underneath the ladder to the bed-area would have been nice. You spend a lot of time on the floor in this apartment! (Beanbag included).
So in short, it’s not the most comfortable for western travellers, but it’s safe, clean, nice located with good bedding and other ameneties.

Good points: relatively inexpensive, well situated, clear instructions for check-in/out and use of home appliances, soap and utensils included, ...
Bad points: no light switch nor power outlet in the loft bed area, shower floor could have been cleaner but either way I always wear shower sandals in hotel showers so I guess it makes no difference to me.
Overall: I had a good stay. I would go again and recommend. Thank you.

It was a cozy little apartment that made for an enjoyable stay. The ladder access to the Loft bed might not work for all.

A great alternative to business hotels. The apartment is well maintained, comes with amenities you would need, and it is very affordable.

Good place to stay with a convenient location! Did not spend much time in the room, mostly just here to sleep and clean up. I liked the lofted bed set up, as that left plenty of floor space to open up my luggage. Beware there is no elevator, only a set of very steep and narrow stairs, so large luggage is difficult to carry up. Overall, would stay here again!

I liked the clearness and the open feel of the living space thanks to the high ceiling and the super bright lighting.
The two complains are the flimsy chair that seems to be designed for tiny people.
The other one is the lack of bath mat. May be it’s a cultural thing but for me who uses to stay hotels in the US, bath mat is a must and I struggled to get my feet dried after taking shower.
But overall, it was a so nice experience staying at such a modern tiny apartment set up.
I’d like to use it next trip.

Oh, one thing- make sure to submit the separate form in order to get the check in instructions.

I booked this space efficient property for my stay in Tokyo. I loved the set up, the area, and the distance to the train station. This is the perfect apartment for a solo or couple traveling to the area. Check in instructions were simple and easy to follow. There were a few areas throughout the apartment that could have been cleaner. The walls and floors needed wiped down. Other than that everything was perfect. I would recommend.
