世界の方にウェルカムのホテルでした。

初日。入った途端「hello welcome」の言葉で迎えられ、ここは日本なのかと戸惑ったのですが、さすが世界から来られるお客様が来られるホテルだと感動しました。元気の良い受け答えのロビーは清々しかったです。

駅に近いのはとても便利。
家族で泊まるには周りの環境が夜の飲食街。
思春期の子供には刺激が強いかも。
ホテルの広さはないが、対応や清潔さは満足レベルでした。

ホテル内は清潔で、チェックインも遅くなってしまったのにスムーズに丁寧に対応してくれた。
ただ、周辺地域の夜の治安が少し悪く、ホテルに行くまでの間が怖かった。

APA慣れしているので部屋の広さは気になりません。

小さいけれど良いホテルです。

宿泊費の安いホテルにありがちなエコを理由に備品がほぼ無いのではなく必要な備品はお部屋に揃っている事、チェックイン時間のわがままも快く受けてくださり、チェックインもスムーズだった事、お部屋も想像したより清潔であった事、
コンビニも近い事、良かったと思います。

立地環境はどうしようもないことですが、風俗店に囲まれていて、治安に不安を感じました。

設備はいいし社会貢献されているところはよいと思います。

施設や設備は清潔で快適でした。チェックイン機の画面がバグっていました。担当の方が説明してチェックインできましたが。サービス業として、あのような端末の使用は避けた方が良いと思います。使えるのだからいいじゃないかというのは、どうかな。お金が絡むので不安になります。
もう一台あるのだから、「調整中」とかすべきだと思いました。
あと、喫煙室はありますか？と聞いたところ、外でと路上喫煙を勧められました。あかんと思います。喫煙所はありません。と答えるべきだと思います。
お客がホテルの前の路上で吸うのは仕方ないけど、ホテルがそれを勧めてはいけないと思いますけど・・・

いつも宿泊してる
アパホテルなんば心斎橋がコロナ軽症者宿泊施設になっていたため
こちらに初めて宿泊しました。

非常に綺麗で
宿泊時はオンデマンドが無料開放でしたので
ゆっくり映画が観れました

道頓堀観光には便利でした

フロントでのチェックインはアパカードを差し込み、クレジットカード支払いを選ぶと全ての手続きが完了しました。慣れている方は無言でチェックインが出来るシステムと思います。操作が分からなくても教えてくれます。チェックアウトはルームカードをポストに返却で完了しました。AM11：00まで滞在出来るので便利だと思います。

Staffs are extremely nice. Room carpet looked dirty but can’t tell it is old or dirty. Slippers provided so no issue. Strong air-conditioning. We are family of 4 and we booked 2 rooms. Tips- room 9 on each floor is the best. Ex. 1709,1809.

Location was great in Dotonbori but room was kinda tiny. While they didn't offer housekeeping during the 3 nights we were there, they did leave a bag with fresh towels and robes every morning which was a very nice touch. It's not a hotel to rave about but it does the trick, is affordable, and super convenient.

Fantastic Hotel in a Great Osaka Location!

My stay at this hotel in Osaka was truly enjoyable. The location is excellent—very central and within walking distance to major train stations, shopping areas, and great local restaurants. It was the perfect base for exploring the city.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well cared for, which made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The staff were outstanding—so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made me feel welcome and at home.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka!

Needed a bit more space

The location was close to the Namba train station. Walkable to Shinsaibashi station. Room was clean but very very small. Double bed filled the room (bed on three walls). Had to climb on bed to open curtain. Not for someone with mobility issues as had to step up into bathroom and over the greater than knee height bathtub to shower. Lobby was tiny. Laundry available but only had two machines requiring payment to wash and dry. Luggage had to be stored under the bed.

Pick a different APA hotel

I've stayed at 3 APA hotels. The rooms are very small, ok. Bathrooms are tiny, sure. However this time the bed sucked. It was 3 inches thick (7.5 cm) on a platform, it was so hard.

Too much outdoor noise

Hotel was nice but a little too close to all the crowds of people and it gets really loud at night. If you’re a light sleeper i wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

All is good except they should have a waiting lounge on the lobby or have a few chairs for people waiting to check in. What if the person checking in are PWD or elderly? But all in all we enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back and stay in APA Hotel! They are very affordable!!

This property is just outside the busy area of Dotonbori but is still very close and just near the walkway along the canal. Many convenience stores just outside however late a night there are many noises from people leaving Dotonbori

Good location uncomfortable beds poor cleaning HOT

The hotel is in a great location for a decent price. They didn’t clean our room. We asked, and they just put the comforter back on the bed but the sheets were not changed. The bed was also crooked and tilted so I had to place a pillow in front of me to not fall out of bed. There was also no working fan in our room so it was HOT. We had to sleep with the window open, and the noise prevented us from getting great rest.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but my experience at this APA Hotel warrants one. The staff here were completely unhelpful and apathetic. As a paying guest, I expected at least basic assistance, but every time I asked a question—whether it was for directions to a restaurant or help calling a taxi—I was met with the dismissive response, “No, we can’t help you.”

This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a large and reputable chain like APA. I’ve stayed at other APA locations without any issues, so I can only assume this poor experience is due to the hotel’s location in the heart of Dotonbori, a chaotic party district.

If you’re visiting this area, do yourself a favor and skip this particular APA Hotel. There are plenty of other hotels nearby that will hopefully provide better service, cleanliness, and hospitality—something this location severely lacks.

Comfort in familiarity

APA offers consistency in their amenities and comfort. No frills and fulfills it's function as a room for rest and safekeeping. Check out time of 10am is slightly earlier than the usual norm. Overall it's a good hotel that offers familiarity and I'm a fan of that.
