Für japanische Verhältnisse Recht großes Zimmer. Allerdings irgendwie unpersönlich und nah an Bahnstrecke gelegen. Empfehle ein Zimmer nach Westen hin

Très propre, grande chambre, proche du métro, petit déjeuner très correct. Système de portes avec code très pratique, on est sûr de ne pas oublier les clés.

The room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the free breakfast downstairs at the cafe. The bed in our room was not the most comfortable although we still slept. I feel the mattress and bed frame could use some improvements. Otherwise, we have no complaints!

Hotel was convenient, being a 5 minute walk to the station and 20 minute walk from Dotonbori! Check-in was smooth other than the fact that I did not receive the email right away with my room assignment and passcode. Other than that, no major complaints!

Gentilezza e poco prezzo

Premetto che l’accoglienza del personale è stata super, ci hanno concesso di lasciare i bagagli nell’altro loro hotel in quanto quello prenotato non aveva reception. Era una giornata di pioggia ed in autonomia hanno spostato i nostri bagagli. Super apprezzato. La stanza però purtroppo era deludente, mancavano le prese vicino al letto e soprattutto non era pulita bene, capelli sul pavimento ovunque.

Virtual check in worked ok however it would be better to have someone there to help with questions. Room was pretty cold, and there wasn’t much to it. Emailed for and received cups and pillows. Breakfast was a nice surprise. Area around the place was good for shopping and entertainment.

Extremely spacious and well located

The room was extremely spacious, well located in terms.of transport and amenities and fairly priced.
The onsite laundry facilities also made my 9 day stay that much more convenient.

Spacious apartment hotel with breakfast included.Really liked having the washing machine in the room & dryer in the lobby to do our laundry. Close to subway stations & nice neighborhood.

Disappointed

We’ve checked-out one hour after check-in. We were really disappointed by the lack of intimacy in the room and didn’t felt comfortable.

There’s no way we want to stay in a room where you can see the other person showering through the wall separating the shower and the bedroom. And we can see through the glass door separating the kitchen and the bathroom.

I wouldn’t even recommande this room to friends travelling together nor for a couple.

Also, we didn’t like the check-in procedure. There’s nobody at the counter. It’s really impersonal and the sound of the talking device is not good. We didn’t felt welcome, even if the person with who we talked was really nice.

I have to mention that the cleanliness of the room was not as we expected. The shower curtain had mold and there was a red liquid stain in the bath. The floor was also dirty.

I’ve been very disappointed by our room and I’ve preferred to book somewhere else.

Disappointed

鄰近近鐵今宮戎站和地鐵惠美須町站，交通方便。寄存行李是在近鐵難波站，和酒店距離一個車站，但問題不太。酒店提供早餐，款式不多但很美味，每天可食飽飽才出行，很方便。
唯一缺點是床墊太薄，枕頭只有一個不夠，瞓得不舒服。
但整體性價比還是很高的。

It is one stop aways from Namba, easy to navigate. Free breakfast is surprising treat. As this is our first time staying in this hotel, wasn't aware of the self-check-in process, once that is over, the stay has been a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend.

하수구 냄새로 지내는 동안 휴대용 향수를 한 병 다 쓰고 왔습니다. 두통에 시달리고 너무 힘들었어요..청결하지도 않아 먼지가 많았어요.

Super logement. L'appartement est très grand (pour le Japon). Il y a le déjeuné d'inclus (nous ne le savions pas, car ce n'était pas indiqué sur expédia). Le déjeuner est très complet (Fruits, céréales, toast, yogourt, oeuf, saucisse, bacon, sandwich, soupe, salade, nouilles, poulet fris, dumpling frit, café, jus, lait, etc.). Il est possible de laisser ses baggages lors de la journée d'arrivée gratuitement au bureau principale qui est à 1km du complexe Parks ce qui est génial. Au bureau principale, les employées parlent très bien anglais. Le logement est situé à proximité des stations de métro principale et une marche de 20-25 minutes peut se faire jusqu'à Dontonbori St. Propre, sécuritaire, grand, déjeuner inclut et à côté du transport en commun ! On recommande !

Bien

Appart hotel plutôt correct pour son prix. Le lit n’était pas très confortable car le matelas pas épais. L’appartement était spacieux mais ne ressemble pas trop aux photos, nous avons eu des chaises peu confortable à la place de fauteuils comme indiqués dans l’annonce.
Il n’y a pas d’accueil physique mais uniquement via un Alexa donc ce n’est pas très accueillant.

무리없습니다. 또 한 일본치고는 숙소가 넓어서 좋았습니다만 약간 외국인 근로자들이 숙소 개념으로 사용하는 느낌이 있었습니다.

Break in Osaka

The apartment had all the comforts of home. It was spacious with a sofa area which I particularly like. Location was good with access to subway & convenience store. I enjoyed the nearby ramen shop very much😋 Recommended for week stay.

必須加強清潔

地點不錯，與各車站的距離都是十分鐘以內的路程。住宿內可增加各樣層架供放置衣物和雜物，另外也可增添一張小型餐桌供房客使用。請修理房間內的洗衣機(脫水過程常有問題)及加強房間清潔，非常多塵垢。樓下公共乾燥機也要清潔。

Great facilities

숙소 청결상태는 매우 만족합니다. 깨끗한 시설이 좋았고, 특히 무료로 제공하는 조식에 가족들 모두 만족합니다. 아쉬운점은 침대 매트리스가 너무 푹신해서 조금 불편합니다.
나머지 시설은 만족합니다.

Stayed at this hotel recently and had a mix of experiences. The room was generally clean, but I did notice some areas, especially the hard-to-reach gaps, where nasty stuff had accumulated. Be aware that there's no one at front desk, however, services can be requested via email or phone instead, which somewhat makes up for it. The breakfast was mostly cold, which might have been due to my visit during the winter season. On the plus side, the hotel boasts a great location, within walking distance to Tsutenkaku and the Nankai Line, making it convenient for exploring the area.
