The location is good and it is a quiet place. Kitchen, pan, plates and bowls n are prepared. You can bring whatever you like during your stay even pre- cooked food. Microwave isset for warm cooked meals.
Only one thing, the bath room is not cleaned very well.

部屋のテレビがつかなかった。床に髪の毛が落ちていたり、汚れがついていたり、2面鏡の中に前のお客さんの使用済みのものが入ってたり、掃除は行き届いていません。
お風呂の掃除用具がなくレンタルをお願いしたら、通常は貸し出していないので今回だけと言われました。予約の際、連泊をお勧めしているのに基本的な掃除用具が揃ってないのは不満でした。
1回目に利用した時よりもサービスの質が下がっていた気がします。
部屋に洗濯機があり浴室乾燥もあるところがとても満足している点です。
レジデンシャルホテルは増えてきているので、同じ設備のホテルができたらこちらのホテルは選びません。

洗濯機（洗剤も）と浴室乾燥機能があるので、洗濯ができて干せる。しかし、最大5名までの部屋にも関わらずハンガーしかないし、タオルの予備がないので毎日洗濯して干すのが大変だった。
最低限のキッチン用品とレンジがある。炊飯器は有料のようだ。

建物も家具も新しく気持ちの良い部屋でした。ただキッチン用品が少々物足りなく、マグカップ、グラス、スープが入るくらいの深めの皿（ボウル）平たい大皿、スプーン（大小）フォーク、ナイフ、箸が人数分と菜箸、包丁、ピーラー、はさみ、ターナー、おたま、深めのフライパン、小鍋が一つずつあるのみでした。ほとんど使用しない場合は問題ないかもしれませんががっつりご飯を作りたい場合は物足りないですね…。またコンロには前の使用者が残して行ったと思われる刻まれた玉ねぎのかけら、グリルの中はパンくずだらけ、グラスに至っては本当に洗った？というレベルの唇の跡がありました。笑
オリーブオイル、醤油、食卓塩、テーブルコショーは貸していただけましたが、個人的にはキッチンペーパーもあるとよかったなと思います。
キッチンが使いたくて選んだお部屋だっただけにちょっと残念でした。
またスタッフさんは学生アルバイトのような見た目でちょっと信頼に欠けました…。

とても綺麗なホテルでした。
コンロが２つあり、調理がしやすかったです。洗濯機と洗剤も備え付けてあり、風呂場で乾燥させることができたため、とても助かりました。
水圧もよく、お湯もすぐでたのでストレスなく過ごせました。

We took a family trip to Japan a d stayed at 5 different hotels. Bọn was my most favorite of them. It was very nice and clean. I especially loved the layout of the room. The space was thoughtfully planned. Location was walking distance to temple and Skytree. I would definitely hear again. Excellent hotel.

The property itself was quiet, clean, and spacious for the price. There were several convenience stores around us and we felt safe walking around. Nice a/c and all the staff members were nice. Google translate was easy to use with everyone. They charge 1000 yen for extended stay (per hour), which is a great deal. And they have luggage storing if you want to explore more after you check out.

This is not to blame the hotel, but I booked this place thinking the 5 min walk to the nearest station wouldn’t be that bad. After long days, it can be tiring. There must also be a hospital or something nearby because there were many ambulances passing by.

Overall, good stay for the price.

This is the perfect place for people who prefer apartment style living to traditional hotels.

The location is very convenient—within walking distance to Asakusa Station and local attractions, which is a huge plus. However, the limited laundry space for drying clothes is a significant downside.

Great apt hotel ! Fit the 4 of us nicely and has a balcony!!! You can see Tokyo tree from balcony! About 15-20 min walk to Tokyo tree but only 6 min walk to Asakusa station. Friendly staff. Easy check in check out. Highly recommend !

The location is the east side of Sumida River and is alot quieter than the west side.

Appreciated the quiet and the cleanliness of the location. Hardly could hear a lot of outdoor noise if everything is closed. (Be sure to close the vent by the patio door to avoid all noises.)

The bath has modern features and all toiletries were available. (I did not use these but they were there.) Be sure to vent or heat your shower/bath as appropriate. Washer was easy to use with an air dry option. We typically bathed at night and ran the washer overnight. In the morning, we would hang our clothes to dry in the bath/shower room while we were out.

The kitchen is on the small side but definitely usable. I would recommend taking trash daily or every other day to avoid accumulating too much as they require separation of trash.

There are a few nuisance things like checking out Irons and requesting drying racks. These aren't directly pointed out on check in but can easily be rectified during reception hours.

Some of the staff is more proficient in English than others but can assist to their best of their abilities. The 7/11 and Lawsons are slightly further walking distance but is definitely easy if you're coming from Asakusa Station.

If you are mailing luggage to the Airport, be sure to note that depending on the time of your flight, it is 2 or 3 day service and NOT same day service. (If not, we recommend asking for a van to fit all your checked baggage and people.

10/10 Good for families and couples

The room has a lot of space and the view of sky tree is very good. Staff were very accomodating and their understanding of English is pretty good. It’s a good area to stay in as well, close to train stations, family mart, and major site seeing attractions like sensoji and sky tree. If you don’t mind doing a 40min train ride to shibuya, Shinjuku etc then I would high recommend staying here.

Good base for the Asakusa area

As we expected, it was a simple, decent base for staying in the Asakusa area. We had a studio apartment which was spacious enough for two and fit for purpose. Washing machine was a bonus (there is hanging space for laundry in the bathroom, which converts to a drying room, with extra hangers available from reception). Lovely views from the front balcony, and from the entrance door back across the river to Asakusa. We liked the location - it was nice to cross the river in the morning and evening and it felt quiet to come home to. Very reasonably priced for Tokyo and with easy transport links to everywhere. The ability to leave our luggage securely for the day after checkout was appreciated (the hotel can also arrange same day luggage transfers to airports). The AI assistant in the studio was unexpected and various written instructions telling us what we could and couldn't do there felt a little odd for a hotel, but overall we were happy with our stay.

Petit studio bien équipé

Nous avons passé quatre nuits à BON Tokyo Asakusa. C'est un petit studio, très propre, relativement bien équipé, situé à 15 minutes à pieds de la Tokyo Skytree ou du coeur d'Asakusa. Le quartier est calme, le personnel très gentil, une dame nous a aidé à appeler un taxi parce que l'application que nous avions utilisé jusqu'alors ne fonctionnait pas.

Il manque peut-être un peu de vaisselle, mais pour le reste tout était parfait.

This property was lovely. Great room with plenty of storage to 2 suitcases and all our souvenirs.
We had a bit of trouble working out the shower and bath setup.
Everything else was beyond our expectations. Great views of the river & Skytree. Luggage storage was very secure. And they called a taxi for us to head off which arrived quickly.

Comfortable and good location

BON Tokyo Asakusa was an excellent choice for our Tokyo stay. The location, close to Senso-ji and the vibrant streets of Asakusa, made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. The room was thoughtfully equipped with practical amenities, including a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a separate bathroom and toilet, adding both comfort and convenience. The balcony was a welcome feature, providing a bit of extra space. The staff were attentive and helpful, and with easy access to public transport, getting around Tokyo was effortless. BON Tokyo Asakusa offered a comfortable and well-situated base for our visit.

A guy surprised us with his impolitic attitude. It was my first time to think a Japanese who is not nice and polite. He rang our doorbell and behaved quite rude. Although we had around half hour late, it’s not my normal practice for see Japanese hotel staff being so rude, and I even wanna get back my apologies. We’re willing to pay that ¥1000, and we didn’t say a word, but I don’t accept such rude attitude.

Asakusa is a great cultural area and this hotel is located close to everything in the neighbourhood. A bit far from places are Shibuya and Shinjuku, but communication is great so it’s not a big challenge in case you are used to the public transportation

Nice apartment with all the essentials under one roof. We liked the bathroom especially which was spacious and the drying function for the laundry. Train / subway/ restaurants/ shopping all within walking distance. It’s quiet during the night without too much traffic. Highly recommend !

Wir konnten unser Gepäck vor dem Check-In und nach dem Check-Out in der Unterkunft lassen. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment war genauso wie beworben und einwandfrei sauber. Einige Sachen können kostenlos ausgeliehen werden, wie z.B. ein Glätteisen. Für unseren Aufenthalt von 16Tagen durften wir die Reinigung des Apartments vier Mal bestellen, was wir nur zwei Mal in Anspruch genommen haben. Der Apartmentkomplex ist an einer viel befahren Straße, natürlich ist es da etwas lauter. Das war aber schon vorher vollkommen klar und wurde entsprechend kommuniziert. Für uns kein Thema. Dafür waren wir in der Nähe von Asakusa und vom Tokyo Skytree. Alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Asakusa Station ist sehr nah, was wirklich praktisch ist, da diese Line ebenfalls zu den Flughäfen fährt. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und einen schönen Aufenthalt.

The property is located at residential area and also, nearby Asakusa’s broadway, Tokyo Sky tree, and Sensoji Temple.
Around Tokyo, there are plenty of Family Mart and 7 Eleven at every corners and vending machines for water and soft drink.
What I like for this property is separate toilet, shower, and sink.Also, Kitchen, microwave, electric kettle, on-suite washer, and cloth detergent are the plus even though we did not use them much.
One thing you need to pay attention is the reception hours until midnight. We had no issue with the reception hours.

My husband and I are really tall and we were confortable in the double bed. Our 7 years old daughter slept well in the convertible chair. We didn't have much space in the room but it was just enough and it was a very quiet, convenient and beautiful neighbourhood with breathtaking views on the sky tree and proximity to Sensoji.

The apartment is quite clean, and the area is relatively quiet. However, the room advertised to sleep three people is very small, and the third convertible sofa-bed, only about 2 feet wide, is barely suitable for sleeping.

Really great stay, the facilities are clean and comfortable. Just would appreciate more honesty on the pictures. Pictures of the property shows a spacious and luxurious room, but in reality it's a renovated standard Japanese studio apartment

벌써 방문한지가 세달 전인데 너무 좋았어서 이제라도 리뷰 남겨봅니다. 한국인 리뷰가 많이 없어서 여기저기 찾아보고 본 아사쿠사로 예약했는데 기대보다 훨씬 이상이어서 저와 친구들 모두 만족했어요. 아사쿠사랑 가까우면서도 조용한 동네라서 편안히 쉬기도 너무 좋았고, 친절한 스탭, 깨끗한 방 컨디션 및 크기.. 어느 하나 부족한게 없었습니다ㅜ 시부야, 신주쿠랑은 조금 멀어서 괜히 여기에 예약했나 싶었다가도, 숙소가 너무 좋아서 다음에 도쿄 가면 또 여기서 묵을 것 같아요.

This was an incredible hotel for us to stay at, especially as a group of 5. The hotel had everything we needed as was a ~6 minute walk to train station or major shopping eating areas. The front desk was incredibly helpful especially on our last day with using a luggage transfer service from their hotel to our next hotel which we were able to do from the comfort of the front desk. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for others.

The worst hotel we stayed in by far.

We prepaid for 7 days but left after 3 days as the room was not at all what we were expecting. At first we were given a room on the 2nd floror where the traffic noise was so loud we may as well be on the road. After much argument they moved us up to the 5th floor which was bearable but still noisy. Our main problem was the living space was so badly designed it gave us no space to relax at all. We asked whether if we gave 3 days notice we could get a refund for the final 4 days as we couldn't bear to stay there for a whole week. They refused. We decided to leave anyway. The room was advertised as being suitable for 3 people with a sofa bed that turned out to be a chair. It didn't have enough space for 2 people in the area that was designated sitting/sleeping. The balcony was so noisy it was unusable..
