予約していた別のホテルを当日キャンセルされてしまい、困っている状態からこちらのホテルを当日予約しました。部屋も広く、バスとトイレ別という状態だったので、とてもよかったです。
軽食ということで、一人につき2つのパンとインスタントのスープ、ペットボトルの水が無料でいただけました。
もしかしたら私が気づかなかっただけなのかもしれないですが、アメニティの中にボディタオルがなかったのは少し残念でした。
徒歩圏内には色々な飲食店があるので、グルメツアーにはもってこいのロケーションです。

京都旅行で一泊利用させていただきました。外観はオシャレな建物で、内装も綺麗でした。部屋も綺麗でトイレ、風呂が別れているのはやはりいいですね。価格もリーズナブルで素泊まりであれば十分ではないでしょうか。ご対応ありがとうございました。

部屋はキレイで問題ないと思いますが、エアコンが少しにおうのと、汚れが目立ちました。
周辺の施設ももう少し情報があればいいと思います。
館内wifiが少し悪かったので、もう少し改善されればいいと思います

とても綺麗で静かでした。
風呂とトイレが別で良かったのですがシャワーが使用中に突然水しか出なくなりなかなかお湯が出なかったのが少しマイナスポイントでした。

コンビニや24時間スーパーがすぐあり、また立地、清潔感、値段、どれもベストでした。
スープやカップ、レンジが廊下に用意してあり、朝ごはんを買っておいても快適でした。

はじめて京都に宿泊しましたが、とても満足で、５人でも十分な広さでした。コインランドリーが一台でしたが、うまく使うことが出来、困った時はスタッフさんに相談すると対応していただけました。
コインパーキングも、近くにあるので大きめな車でも停めることが出来ました。となりに、ドラッグストアがあったので助かりました。
もし、可能でしたら、トイレにタオルがあれば嬉しいなぁっと思いました。

Had an amazing 11 nights here, friendly staff and a spotlessly clean room. Location was perfectly near buses and subways as well as all the shops. Highly recommend

Back Packers Hotel. Hard Beds. Noisy. Tiny Rooms

Back Packers Hotel. Not Recommended for family! Tiny rooms with nowhere to open suitcase except on the bed. Uncomfortable beds, rock hard pillows. Extremely noisy from the street. I would not stay here again

Average hotel for decent price. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is self service with no cleaning during the stay which isn’t usually a big deal but the trash after a few days adds up quickly, even when trying to sort between combustibles, recycling, etc. Biggest downfall was the beds were AWFUL comfort wise- very stiff and firm, even the couch was firm. The size for the 5 people accommodations were pretty good though, just wish the bathroom also had a mirror for getting ready. For the price, it was okay and the distance to everything was very walkable and it was nice that it was super far from the very busy areas.

The room we stayed in could really benefit from a deep cleaning. There were several stains on the carpets to the point where it was a bit concerning. The smell coming from the toilet made it impossible to keep the door open. The door had to constantly be shut otherwise the entire room would have smelled like sewage. The room we stayed in was pretty spacious though, all things considered.

Needs more improvement.

first of all, the mattress bed is too firm and 2nd of all need the shower bath and toilet doesn't have trash. and 3rd. doesn't open the window to have some fresh air. it should have all floor to have microwave. And we on door 701 next to door is too hot. it should be mild is like 68F-70F.

Never had an experience with a hotel like this before. the rooms didn’t match the picture. The floors were dirty and the staff would just ignore you and I wasn’t even able to speak to the manager because they just wouldn’t show up. Whenever I spoke to the staff it felt like they just wanted me to go away even if it was for something basic. Again would never recommend this hotel to anyone worst service and staff especially for the rate you pay.

침대가 약간 딱딱한 편이나 불편하지는 않고 편했습니다. 눌린 부분이 없었고 베개도 높지 않아서 편안했습니다.
화장실과 객실 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다.
방이 좀 좁아서 침대와 벽 사이 간격이 그리 크지 않은 것을 빼면 만족했습니다.

This hotel is fine, but located a bit far away from the most convenient place in Kyoto. If you visit Kiyomizu Temple, this is one of the best options.

Hotel room was very small, barely fit all the luggage’s in the room, hotel staff was not there half the time, the key lock to the door was barely hanging on by a thread, the mattress was really hard, couldn’t get any type of quality sleep, however this hotel was near the train station so it was easy to get our day started and get to places is easily. If you just want a cheap place to stay and don’t care for comfort as much, this is the place for it. This hotel was not as comfortable as the other ones we have stayed at

Our receptionists were so kind and friendly! The staff are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The location was great and located to many routes of transportation. The room was clean and spacious. The free amenities were appreciated. We will recommend this place.

편리한 위치이고 깔끔해요

깨끗하고 교통이 편한 곳이에요.
다만 스텝이 영어를 못하는 분들이 많고 쓰레기랑 수건을 아주 일찍 내놔야만 치워주네요.10시 정도에 내놓으니 저녁까지 안치워주셔서 내려가서 이야기 해야했어요.

작은 세탁기와 건조기가 1층에 있어서 편리합니다.

화장실도 깨끗한데 냉장고가 시원하질 않아요.

택시타고 가니 바로 내리자마자 건물이 있습니다
친절하고 화장실도 깨끗합니다 4명 가족 킹사이즈 침대 2개 좋습니다
습한 날씨여서 처음들어갔을때 룸에서 냄새가 많이 나서 머리가 아팠으나
에어컨을 켜두니 환풍기가 돌아가면서 냄새가 사라져서 편안하게 잘 자고. 잘쉬었다 갔습니다
가격대비 만족한 숙소입니다 또 가도 좋을것 같습니다
