スタッフの教育なのかお客様ファーストでない。
チェックイン後の3時からエレベーター点検があり、エレベーターが使えないのをスタッフは理解できない。

最上階の外テラスからの夜のスカイツリーはとても綺麗に見えて動画を撮ったりして良かったです。
1フロアー1部屋なので5人でワイワイしましたが、隣もなく楽しむ事が出来ました。

各階一室という造りは、とても安心感があり、気が楽でした。
家族利用でしたが、部屋も広く、設備も充分。唯一、プラごみ削減という施設の方針なので文句はないが、アメニティに歯ブラシが無いのが予想外でした。ちゃんと施設情報見ておけば良かった💧次から持っていきます。

とても綺麗で広いお部屋でした。
バルコニーがあり、そこから少しだけ
スカイツリーと付近の川が見えます！
タオルや歯ブラシなどはあるので、
パジャマ（部屋着）だけ
持っていけば快適に過ごせます！
浅草寺やホッピー通りが近くにあるため、
夜遅くに出歩いても人通りが多く安心です！

Security needs to be beefed up

Stay would have been excellent, if not for an unfortunate happening in the middle of the night. A drunkard came knocking on our door at ard 3am, blabbering in Japanese, trying to open our door and loitering around for a good 10 minutes. There was no phone in the room to contact on-site staff and we couldnt get out of the house. Finally we managed to contact them via email and they responded in 30min, sending an onsite staff to check but person was gone by then. It was a rude shock for the family especially the young kids. Not any fault of the hotel, but security wasn't the best definitely. There was no requirement of an access card or pin to enter the lift to any of the units in the building. Even the front door is an auto door that anyone can enter. So the password pin is the ONLY gate between you and a random strangers who decides to take a lift up to cause disturbance. Twice we were promised over the Ipad operator call that we could speak to an onsite English speaking staff, yet after a 15 minutes wait nobody came. The only non-satisfactory answer they could come up with was, it might be a drunk guest from another floor knocking on the wrong door, and they could not verify it as CCTV footage is unavailable for whatever reasons. Well, if all goes well, this hotel is almost perfect, affordable for its size, v v near Ginza n Toei line, entire rows and streets of dining, attractions, in fact the best location I've ever stayed in Tokyo, amongst Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Akihabara.

Was a great stay overall, but would be great if the property can provide extra bags for rubbish disposal and more facial tissue. Would also be better if the washing machine can be cleaner and if there are signs to let us know where the big bags of rubbish can be disposed

This place was the best hotel we stayed at during our 12 day Japan vacation. There is no front desk staff but we had NO ISSUE with getting our code to our room. Room was Large and we had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. It was nice to have a washing machine in the room. To dry we just used the bathroom feature that drys your clothes. Easy peasy. There was a balcony so we left it opened it and slept with it open at night. Location was absolutely perfect. I was a little worried about no front desk staff but like I said it was a non issue. No breakfast but there is a breakfast place right around the corner.

Excellent location, room was spacious and clean had all the amenities one could hope for and more. The beds were wonderful and pillows as well. Quiet location but only a 5 minute walk to asakusa station and like a 7 min walk to sensoji temple and area.

The large 600 square foot apartment was perfect for our family stay in Tokyo. I didn’t mind it being unattended/digital check-in/out. We looked at getting 2 small rooms at other hotels, but one big suited us better. Nice to have kitchen and washing machine.

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Séjour d'une seule nuit - apparthotel validé : propre, spacieux et bien situé. La chambre possède une machine à laver, des rideaux occultants, une TV connectée, un balcon...
Nuitée obtenue à un bon rapport qualité prix pour le quartier et la période.
Mon seul reproche : la salle de bain est éclairée par une lampe qui détecte les mouvements ce qui occasionne des allumages non souhaités trop fréquents dès que quelqu'un passe dans le couloir

시설은 대만족, 세탁기와 층간소음은 감점 요소

전반적으로 모든 것이 맘에 들었습니다. 단 하나 아쉬운 것은 윗집에 누군가 조금만 세개 걸어도 천정이 심하게 울리는 것 같았습니다. 층간소음에는 굉장히 취약합니다. 일반 아파트처럼 바닥이 아주 견고하지 않은 것 같습니다. 제가 머무는 공간도 걸으면 바닥이 울리는 느낌이 있습니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 참고로 세탁기는 주기적으로 내부 세척이 되어야 할 것 같습니다. 굳이 빨래할 일은 없어서 사용하지 않았으나 열어보니 곰팡이 냄새가 나서 쓰고 싶지 않았습니다.

Nice apt style room in a walkable location. Only turn off is that there is no luggage storage service at this hotel. Probably won't return due to that inconvenience.

We really liked the location. The hotel is close to Senso-Ji on one side and Sumida Park on the other side. Asakusa Station is a 5 minute walk away.
The hotel does not accept forwarded luggage so we sent our luggage to a Yamamote location which is slightly less convenient but worked out fine.

第二次入住，體驗一般

這是第二次選擇入住Minn Asakusa，
不過這次體驗感一般。
這次的清潔度明顯有待加強，床上有毛髮，提供的湯匙也沒洗乾淨。
第一次來沒遇過工作人員，這次來遇到過幾次，態度十分冷漠，看到客人也不會主動打招呼。

The only negative is that this location does not hold luggage for you before check-in or after check-out like hotels often will provide.

The location was very convenient and within walking distance to many attractions. The subway was just a few minutes walk away too. There is no luggage storage available but there’s one at the Ekimise department store or you can use the lockers at Asakusa station. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Highly recommend!

shower head would not stay up and was broken. little to no english translations. had to use google translate to try to figure out how the heater worked. area is not very nice

Checked in and out were smooth despite no physical person manning the reception, make sure yr smartphone has data roaming. Comfortable for a family of 5. Double bed a bit small if 2 big adults to share. Sensor lights at corridor and sink area [facing bedroom] can very annoying as they could go on and off. Not recommended for persons who are sensitive to light when sleeping. If these 3 matters were not an issue, this place is great. Have a lift and not too far from subway. The unit is clean, has good wifi, well equipped as advertised. Overall, very pleasant to stay here. Would give higher rating if there could do something about the lights.

Overall, the size of the room and location were excellent. We were a family of five and there was plenty of space for us, our luggage etc. The balcony was nice and the apartment was bright. I had done the online check in so it was very smooth when we arrived but I can imagine if you have issues, using a video check in service could be frustrating. Our heat did not work while we were there and there was no one to ask about fixing it. It says “kitchen” but there are very few utensils (1 fork and 1 spoon) and very few bowls/plates. I loved staying in Asakusa and we were very close to the station, food and dining options as well as Nakamise street and Sensoji temple.

I have been to minn couple times in other locations but this one is pretty bad.

So my unit is on the 9th floor and it is the sole unit.

1) washing machine smells bad which makes the washroom smells.

2)the ventilation for the shower is broken and I have a feeling the staff knows it but choose to ignore since he came up to check the problem

We stayed 8 nights at Minn (family of 4), the place was very clean, updated and very spacious

The neighbourhood is amazing and the ASAKUSA subway station is very close. It’s very close to the senjo Ji temple, it was a very cool experience to walk through it every day to get around

The only thing was that it would come at least once to empty the garbages or change toilets. You basically have to submit a request via a Japanese app to get any service needed

Overall I would stay again
