チェックイン時にアップグレードされ、大変快適な部屋ですごすことができました。また、この値段でこの綺麗な施設は信じられない感じです。駅から少し距離はありますが、15分も歩けば到着できます。特に不便さは感じませんでした

安くて清潔でとても良いホテルでした。無駄を省くところは省いている印象ですが、連泊でも生活に困ることは無かったです。
洗濯もでき、目の前にはコンビニもあり何不自由なく過ごせました。

ロビーも京都らしさがあり、関西人ですが思わず写真を撮りました。機会があればまた利用したいです。

ホテルは清潔感があって、トイレ、お風呂、お部屋は使いやすかったです。残念なのは、予定していた駐車場が満車で、別の駐車場を利用したことです。駐車料金が倍くらい違うので、残念に感じてしまいました。

施設はきれいで、設備は必要十分、大満足の滞在でした。滞在前のホテルへの問い合わせへのご対応も迅速で、大変助かりました。京都に再訪する際には、またM's ESTのホテルを利用したいと思います。

地下鉄からは遠いけれど京阪からは近いので京阪を使い移動するには便利、鴨川、高瀬川に近いので私は好きでした、徒歩で行ける銭湯が二軒ありこれも私的によかったです。スタッフの方は笑顔で親切でした

京都駅から徒歩10分くらい。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後に荷物も預かってもらえました。とても綺麗なホテル。系列のホテルが京都にいくつかあるみたいなのでまた泊まってみたいです。

きれいで快適

あたらしいホテルなので本当に快適にすごせました。掃除を遠慮した日にも、ドアのところにきちんと新しいタオル一式をかけておいてくれたのがありがたかったです。

Parfait !

Un séjour parfait, l’hôtel est très propre, le service impeccable. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la chambre : prises, baignoire, frigo…
La situation est parfaite : le 7 Eleven juste en face, la gare centrale à peine à 10 minutes, le métro de l’autre côté du pont, le tout dans un quartier plein de charme. J’ai adoré et reviendrai très certainement !

A great little hotel

The hotel was located within 15 minutes of popular shopping areas and directly across from a 7/11. Staff was friendly and there was a free coffee and juice station. The hotel was clean. The shower and sink were connected which I initially found odd. Overall an inexpensive hotel that met our needs.

This is a very nice hotel very close to train and bus stations, 4 min walking, love the space compared to Japan hotels, they offer complimentary drink fountains and longe area, really good and affordable, highly recommend

I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s walking distance to train and bus stations, and there are lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They provide pjs, toiletries and has a free drink station in the common area. The bedroom is spacious enough and the bed is comfortable. I would stay here again.

The location was convenient for exploring Kyoto. Hotel room very small …. Even for Japan… and despite asking a number of times we were only permitted one room key for 2 guests sharing a room, very inconvenient indeed.

only bad thing was the washer / dryer situation, the dryer did in fact not dry at all and left my clothes all wet. left it alone for maybe 10 min and the staff but it in a bag all wet for me to get at the desk

Lovely Stay

Loved the location and staff were very helpful! Room was clean. We were close to multiple train stations for easy travel and within walking distance of several attractions. Would recommend to anyone!

Clean, Friendly, Uncomfortable

Lovely hotel with very kind and helpful staff. However, the bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor, the pillows were just about as bad, and there was about a foot of space around 2 sides of the bed.

We paid extra to upgrade but were given a worse room. After negotiation, we were given the correct room but no apology was given. It was a very bad experience and made us feel tired.

The Wander Kyoto is in the perfect location. A 15 minute walk from the Kyoto station and 30 minutes to many of the major landmarks including Gion. The staff were excellent. Would highly recommend.

Great location, about 10 mins walk from Kyoto Station. I liked the communal area where you could use the machines to get coffee and water etc. and use their microwave. I chose a tiny room but everything functioned well.

This was a nice hotel. There is a coffee machine in the lobby which we enjoyed. The room was small compared to other places we stayed in Japan but this hotel was also less expensive than the other places we stayed.

The hotel was well appointed and clean. Our biggest complaints were the uncomfortable mattress, the slightly difficult to use shower (it sprayed outside of the curtain when wall-mounted), and the laundry which cost 800¥ for one 3kg wash/dry load.

Very nice location. Train station nearby that connects you to popular attractions. They have a common use dining area that offers complimentary hot and cold beverages. Very accommodating staff members.

Great option for Kyoto

Good hotel in a great location. Close to Gion and other Kyoto districts. Peaceful nights sleep, small as per the usual for Japanese hotel rooms, but everything was clean and modern.

Super Lage nahe an der Bahn-Station sowie zum Hauptbahnhof. Zimmer sind klein aber zweckmäßig. Kostenlose Getränke und Kaffee in der Lobby. Keine Möglichkeit für Frühstück, jedoch gibt es ein 7-Eleven direkt vor der Türe.

This is located nearby Kyoto main station and also the metro/subway for getting around to other areas of Kyoto. It’s nice and quiet and away from the main busy areas if you’re okay with travelling via train and bus (or a nice longer walk along the river). Recommend for any 3-4 day Kyoto stay! Staff were also lovely and helpful, and a family Mart is just across the road from it.
