思ったより部屋は狭かった。バスルームは浴槽があり、トイレと洗面台と別で良かった。
ホテルはオシャレな内装で、ロビーも涼しく快適だが、ロビー近くのトイレの匂いがきついのと、あまり綺麗ではないのと、一階がとにかく暑いのが残念。
利便性はバッチリだった。

山鉾巡行を見るために

祇園祭の山鉾巡行をベッドに座りながら見ることができました。電話で部屋を確約していただき、追加料金を払いましたが、身体が不自由な高齢者も無理なく祇園祭を楽しむ事ができました。

立地は便利で施設もきれいです。チェックインがセルフですが、機械が正常作動せず、結局スタッフが対応し余計時間がかかる、といったことはありました。部屋にもよるのかもしれませんが、四条通りに面した部屋は暴走族の爆音などで夜中もそれなりにうるさいです。

ここ数年、この時期に京都旅行に行っています。
京都駅内や周辺に宿泊していましたが、初めて四条河原町の当ホテルを利用しました。

色々な場所に行くにも便利だし、市街地は賑やかだけど、ホテル内はとても綺麗でとても良かったです。
welcomeお酒サービスも嬉しかったです。
フロント周辺の共用スペースが使いやすく、そこでお酒や無料のコーヒーサービスを頂きました。

入口のサインがあまり主張していないけど、わかりやすくおしゃれでとても気に入りました。
お部屋も余計なモノはなく◎。

一つ要望としては、備え付けのソファとテーブルは良いですが、2人だとお部屋で2人で朝食をとった時に、小さな椅子が一つあると食べやすいかな、と思います。スペースの関係で置くのが難しければ折りたたみ椅子でもあればと思いました。
それ以外満足です。

また来年も早めに予約して利用したいと思います。

部屋ではなく、フロントのあるフロアの共有トイレを使用しましたところ、びっくりするくらい汚いものでした。その前に使用された客の使い方だったのかもしれませんが、残念でした。

また連泊していたこともあり、こちらも悪かったのですが、タオル等々を電話にて替えていただくようにお願いしました。が、バスタオルのみで、フェイスタオルやバスマットはなく残念でした。部屋のクリーニングはしていただかなくともその辺りは替えての物をいただきたかったです。

室内はホコリぽい。
浴室はシンクはなくシャワーのみ、小さな子連れには少し不便である。
部屋には水は1人一本用意されている。
受付隣のラウンジではコーヒー、お酒も1人一杯無料で飲める。
立地としてはとても便利であった。

周辺のエリアは非常に良い。
風呂場が広くてきれい。
部屋が狭い。窓ガラスが透明でないので、外が見えないのは圧迫感がある。朝食が良かったですが、コーヒーは不味かったのは残念でした。

交通便利な四条通りで河原町と烏丸の間と言う抜群のロケーションで、自分で歩き回れる観光者にとても良い拠点を提供している。京都駅へも地下鉄2駅でつながり、域外との機動性に恵まれている。

welcomeサービスとしてフリードリンクとワインサービスなどもありサービス面も良かった
一点　ビジネスでの滞在でありシングルルームにデスクが無かったのでその点は不便を感じた。
総合的には満足度は高い

Great location that is a bus ride away from Gion. Loved the access to the underground subway walkway and daily free sake from the sake serving machine downstairs. It is great that there is a coffee machine in the lobby but the coffee is not great. Having access to washer/dryer was a plus. They worked well and you could also monitor on the availability on a webpage to know when a machine is available and when your wash is done.

The staff was prompt in their service. We were able to borrow umbrellas when needed and also an iron. Overall we loved our stay in Forza and would recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful position, friendly efficient staff, good beds, daily free sake and coffee. Not so good points; (1) our "superior" double room had the bed jammed up against one wall so that one spouse had to walk on the bed to get in or out - we've stayed here before and don't recall the rooms being this small (2) the TV had no channels as such, just streaming services and YouTube. So no BBC World News or even CNN - lucky we have a Netflix subscription!

Love, love, love this hotel! My favorite so far out of three cities. It’s not only beautiful and clean, but in a wonderful location with so much shopping and places to eat, along with being close to transportation.

Things I loved: spacious and clean room, easy check in and out, easy luggage storage, amenities basket, great lobby with free coffee machine, kind staff, and soft pillows!

Things to improve: The only thing I’d like is a change machine to do laundry. My clothes were still wet and I ran out of coins. Reception was already closed since it was late.

Other than that, so happy with my stay and would stay here in a heart beat again! Thank you!

位置太方便了～周邊就是高島屋，走一小段又是錦市場，對面有7-11旁邊不到100公尺有全家，櫃檯服務也算親切，24小時咖啡吧～冷冷的天氣來一小杯熱飲也很棒！

Staff are excellent. My only complaint is every night I got woken up by the sound of next door’s baby multiple times. There are also “machine” like sound going on constantly which I can ignore, but the baby was so loud. Could be better with sound defending..

This was our second time at Hotel Forza Kawaramachi. We are happy we came back! It's well taken care of, luxury-feel, great staff, and a lovely stay.

The room layout (double room) is small but the space is designed to accommodate. Love the hair products and soap offered, its good quality and smells great.

The breakfast buffet has a variety of western and Japanese options. Free sake, coffee machine, and laundry facilities are great additions. The lobby space is a clean, calm space to sit in and relax.

Overall, a great hotel! Would return next time and recommend to everyone coming to Kyoto.

The hotel is tucked away on a Main Street but once inside it is a restful sanctuary. Its lobby is spacious and has an electronic checkout system. The staff helpful and kind. The furniture in my room was smartly organized and I even had a lovely couch to watch the TV! The bathroom had French shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This hotel was a highlight of my trip.

The hotel is modern, and definitely has good things, but our room had a bed you could barely call a "twin" bed, the smalles in all our Japan trip with similar rooms in price and location, it was a struggle with two large bags and two of us in the room.

The area is fantastic, and the hotel lobby and staff are great. So as long as you don't plan on staing inside the room too long this is great. Location is right next to the market and easy to catch buses to move around.

Clean rooms. Wonderfully helpful polite staff. Great location. Offer a delightful breakfast buffet. 24 hour coffee station and a complimentary sake each day. Nice soaps and toiletries. Bed was a tad hard for our liking. Pillow soft or hard selection .

Very convenient location, but in retrospect should have asked for a room not facing the street. Traffic, especially motorcycles zooming up and down street, usually after 8 pm was very noisy and made it hard to get to sleep.
Otherwise hotel was wonderful, larger room, housekeeping great, very pleasant staff and location close to Nishiki market-best for souvenir shopping.

Great hotel in the hub of the Kyoto action. No complaints, staff was very friendly, rooms quite spacious for Japan standards, quiet, etc. The only downside was that the room did not have any natural light (there was a window, but it was fogged and faced the side of a building). Overall great experience though!

Great location, right in the center of town. Close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are a bit small. There is a washer in the hotel, make sure you have coins. I would stay here again.

10/10 recommend this hotel. It's central and close to train stations. There's also a taxi line nearby. The free coffee and matcha are great. We didn't eat the breakfast but it looked good. Rooms are bigger than our Tokyo hotel, actually has space to move around and bathroom was a good size.

Nice and fancy lobby, but the room was a bit small. Great location near Nishiki Market, restaurants, and shops. Only downside — just four washing machines, so hard to use sometimes.

Rooms were extremely small, RV is more spacious, I would not recommend this Hotel. The hotel is a little run down and in need of a facelift.

Overall a great room with a lot of space for Japan. I had the twin room and the shower was a spacious wet room and there was even a couch. I liked it being in a great shopping area, only part that was hard is area gets very busy on weekends so can be hard to get into some of the local ramen shops late at night. Overall recommend the Forza hotel, one free sake a night was also a plus!

This hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful and so many things in walkable distance. There was an entry to the sub station literally right below us. The only issue I had and I wouldnt really call it an issue but I do with they had more washing machines. There were only 4 in the entire hotel and nearly impossible to wash a load.

Hotel Forza was great for our 3 nights in Kyoto! Our twin room was super clean, beds were comfy & the shower & bath were amazing. Location is great. Close to all the shops & food you will ever need & multiple subway stations.
