思ったより部屋は狭かった。バスルームは浴槽があり、トイレと洗面台と別で良かった。
ホテルはオシャレな内装で、ロビーも涼しく快適だが、ロビー近くのトイレの匂いがきついのと、あまり綺麗ではないのと、一階がとにかく暑いのが残念。
利便性はバッチリだった。

山鉾巡行を見るために

祇園祭の山鉾巡行をベッドに座りながら見ることができました。電話で部屋を確約していただき、追加料金を払いましたが、身体が不自由な高齢者も無理なく祇園祭を楽しむ事ができました。

立地は便利で施設もきれいです。チェックインがセルフですが、機械が正常作動せず、結局スタッフが対応し余計時間がかかる、といったことはありました。部屋にもよるのかもしれませんが、四条通りに面した部屋は暴走族の爆音などで夜中もそれなりにうるさいです。

部屋もゆったりとして、静かで良かった。朝食が和洋バラエティ豊かでとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方達も、親切で気配りのこもった対応が居心地をアップしてくれました。

ここ数年、この時期に京都旅行に行っています。
京都駅内や周辺に宿泊していましたが、初めて四条河原町の当ホテルを利用しました。

色々な場所に行くにも便利だし、市街地は賑やかだけど、ホテル内はとても綺麗でとても良かったです。
welcomeお酒サービスも嬉しかったです。
フロント周辺の共用スペースが使いやすく、そこでお酒や無料のコーヒーサービスを頂きました。

入口のサインがあまり主張していないけど、わかりやすくおしゃれでとても気に入りました。
お部屋も余計なモノはなく◎。

一つ要望としては、備え付けのソファとテーブルは良いですが、2人だとお部屋で2人で朝食をとった時に、小さな椅子が一つあると食べやすいかな、と思います。スペースの関係で置くのが難しければ折りたたみ椅子でもあればと思いました。
それ以外満足です。

また来年も早めに予約して利用したいと思います。

部屋ではなく、フロントのあるフロアの共有トイレを使用しましたところ、びっくりするくらい汚いものでした。その前に使用された客の使い方だったのかもしれませんが、残念でした。

また連泊していたこともあり、こちらも悪かったのですが、タオル等々を電話にて替えていただくようにお願いしました。が、バスタオルのみで、フェイスタオルやバスマットはなく残念でした。部屋のクリーニングはしていただかなくともその辺りは替えての物をいただきたかったです。

室内はホコリぽい。
浴室はシンクはなくシャワーのみ、小さな子連れには少し不便である。
部屋には水は1人一本用意されている。
受付隣のラウンジではコーヒー、お酒も1人一杯無料で飲める。
立地としてはとても便利であった。

周辺のエリアは非常に良い。
風呂場が広くてきれい。
部屋が狭い。窓ガラスが透明でないので、外が見えないのは圧迫感がある。朝食が良かったですが、コーヒーは不味かったのは残念でした。

交通便利な四条通りで河原町と烏丸の間と言う抜群のロケーションで、自分で歩き回れる観光者にとても良い拠点を提供している。京都駅へも地下鉄2駅でつながり、域外との機動性に恵まれている。

繁華街にありアクセス、周囲の環境含めてとても便利でよかった。
welcomeサービスとしてフリードリンクとワインサービスなどもありサービス面も良かった
一点　ビジネスでの滞在でありシングルルームにデスクが無かったのでその点は不便を感じた。

We loved the location of this hotel in relation to things to do and transportation in central Kyoto. The only things we didn’t love were the breakfast, which was a little pricey for what we were served, and the fact that laundry was not a free service. We had a couple of other stays with free laundry services, which will be something we look for in future stays.

Our favorite!

This location was amazing and the perfect spot for our time in Kyoto. We enjoyed the hotel so much that I wished there was a location in Tokyo that we could have switched to! 10/10 would recommend and will be saving for future trips! You won’t regret it!

Great hotel, beautifully located in central Kyoto.
Please note you need to take a train to arrive from Kyoto station (not covered by JR pass) and then walk ~500 meters.
But worth the effort!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry was very easy to do. Really liked the afternoon complimentary Sake cups. It is very central and accessible to a lot of Kyoto. The primary downside I felt was that the bidet was not working properly (low pressure & the seat warmer was broken) and the room took a while to get cool.

More washers are needed for the hotel. Vending machine for water/soda would be nice to have. This is our 2nd time staying at Hotel Forza. I would highly recommend this location

This was a great hotel for the price that we paid. The room was a decent size. Amenities were great. We were able to borrow umbrellas for the day as it was crazy hot. The hotel had a sake hour and every night we were able to get a token each and have a cup of sake. Didn’t use those most nights though. Super central to the nishiki markets and other food places. Very safe both morning and night. The main station that we had to use for activities was about a 10min walk

Laundry: will be good to add one or two machines as we had to wait several hours to get an empty machine and use it. Two stairs had busy machines until 11pm

It is very central with many shops around including the Nintendo one right next door. The rooms are small for two people but it is expected when located in the city center. Overall, it was a good location.

Bed was a little uncomfortable , particularly the pillows.
First room had frosted windows and felt claustrophobic, asked to move and the next room was much better with a view of the street .

Great hotel, quite in the center - bus stop is closeby and train station is below. Staff are very super helpful. Breakfast is good as well with local dishes like eel also served.

Hotel offers free sake drinks for two everyday and also arranges for luggage transport with Yamato- super convenient!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean, we enjoyed the free coffee and tea downstairs and the hotel is in a great location. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Kyoto.

Nice and clean property. Decent amenities. A lot of shopping and restaurants in the area. Really conveniently that the B1 leads to the subway. It would be nicer to have more laundry machines and a bigger laundry and ice area. It would also be convenient if we could place our dirty towels and trash outside and get new ones every day without having to get an entire room cleaning. Overall, great property to stay at!
