築浅で綺麗なホテルを探しココに決めました。
マリオットさんなので不安は無かったです。
ホテル周辺に何もない事は分かっていたので到着前に買い物をしてチェックインしました。
お部屋にバスタブが有れば最高でしたが、使い勝手の良い間取り、全館清潔、寝心地の良いベッド。1階に持ち込んだ食事を温めたりするコーナーがあり、シンクやカウンターがあり広くて清潔でとても使いやすかったです。
車寄せがあるので雨の日でも安心です。
今回、予定していた半分しか観光出来なかったのでまた来年日光へ行く予定です。その時もまた宿泊したいと思います。

空気清浄機とアルコール消毒液をお部屋にお願いしました。とてもクリーンに過ごせました。
タオル掛けがあるとなおよかったと思います。
フリードリンクも何時でも使用でき買いに行くことできなかったので助かりました。次回も宿泊したいと思いました。

프론트 직원의 접객 태도나 룸 컨디션은 훌륭합니다. 다만 호텔 내에 레스토랑이 없어 식사는 본인이 준비하거나 밖에서 먹어야 하고 객실 내에 욕조가 없어 샤워만 할 수 있습니다. 로비에 안락한 소파와 테이블이 있고 전자렌지 등이 구비되어 있어 식사를 할 수 있고 커피머신이 있어 아주 잘 활용하였습니다.

위치는 도부닛코역에서 떨어져 있어 택시를 이용하는 것을 추천합니다.(1,000엔) 호텔이 오르막에 있어 걸어가기에는 약간 힘이 들 수 있습니다. 호텔에서 오전(9~11시, 호텔-도부닛코역), 오후(18~20시, 도부닛코역-호텔) 각각 3번의 셔틀을 운행하나 승합자로 좌석이 많지 않아 미리 예약을 추천합니다.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind wunderschön ausgestattet und die Mitarbeiter unglaublich zuvorkommend. Es gibt zudem Möglichkeiten sich etwas zu Essen zuzubereiten oder einen Kaffee zu trinken. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

ONE OF THE BEST PLACES I HAVE STAYED AT!

Travel often and use Marriott often, but the quality of this place & the customer service surpassed all others. You will not miss that it doesn’t have a hot spring or pool…and the lower rate was an extra incentive (but the new, updated, incredible comfort was 5 star quality)

Great choice of hotel for an overnight trip to Nikko. The hotel was new, modern, clean and well equipped. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the shower was powerful and the towels were soft. I was very happy with this hotel and would highly recommend it.

We loved the wonderful staff, extremely comfortable bed, spacious & efficient room layout and amenities. The only downside was no restaurant or fresh food available onsite. On days when many of the local restaurants were closed, it was difficult to get sufficient meals.

Very new hotel, lovely bathroom and great laundry facilities as there are separate washers and dryers. I did not enjoy the beds as they were quite soft and I also struggled with the pillows. Staff were really helpful.

Very comfortable but no restaurant

A very comfortable hotel although there was no restaurant and the town was half an hour walk away. One morning we had a fairly average frozen cheese sandwich.

Having said that the service was excellent and the room very comfortable with a lovely bed and shower.

I picked this hotel because they advertised free shuttle from the train station as it is an uphill trek. The hotel sent an email AFTER my free cancellation period stating no shuttle was available - the web site was not updated to reflect this.

Very clean facility and helpful staff. Minimalist formula with no food services or breakfast on site. Somewhat remote from town and not much to do or eat around it. Car definitely needed to get in and out as taxi services are very sketchy at best.

Nice, quiet location, reserve amenities early

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. There was common space to eat, and food available for purchase at the market. Only a couple places to eat nearby, town is 20 minutes away by foot and busses were not as readily available as we had hoped. There are three busses that take you into town in the AM and only three available in the evening to return to the hotel. Both are by reservation only.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We appreciated the very comfortable beds after a long day of traveling and the convenience of the community kitchen and laundry facilities. The hotel is just a quick taxi ride from the station. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again should we be in Nikko.

Generous room by Japanese standards, comfortable western bed and pillows, free freshly ground coffee machine. Less convenient if you are short on time and no car, but I really enjoyed the 20-30 walk to/from the town. Would definitely return.

Great hotel and service was amazing. Quite off the beaten path however. You need to take a taxi to/from the train station if you have suitcases or to restaurants. There are buses but they only pass by 5 times per day. The hotel has a small confectionary where you can buy food and that helps but not really a full meal unless you order at least 4 days in advance.

This hotel is a modern hotel and is very clean. We needed to catch a taxi from the station to get there. There is a bus that stops near the hotel but its schedule wasn’t convenient. The common area of the hotel is very welcoming to have breakfast as there is a kitchen for guests to use. There is a small shop in the corner of reception to buy food.

This was one of the absolutely best hotels we stayed during our 3 weeks trip in Japan . The setting is beautiful, the rooms are contemporary and clean .But what makes this hotel even more special is that the staff is wonderful, caring , very friendly and professional .
We did not have a car but took taxis and it worked out perfectly well. There are a few restaurants close by I will totally stay here again and thank you all at this hotel to help make our anniversary very special .

This property is relatively new and very modern, super clean, has excellent beds and linen, it's quiet, and the service was exceptional. The main drawback is the location. It's not within walking distance of the main sites or transportation hubs, there's almost zero bus service to that area, and taxi's are scarce. It's better suited for guests who have their own vehicle.

Very clean and modern rooms. We loved the huge bed and well thought out use of space. The hotel also provides complimentary coffee and use of toaster, microwave, etc. Breakfast isn’t provided, but there is a huge communal area for you to have breakfast in the morning. Easy and convenient parking on site. Will definitely come back again if we are visiting Nikko.

Great option for a quieter stay

This was a lovely hotel and out of the hustle and bustle of Nikko. It doesn’t have food but there is a shared kitchen you can use and refrigerators in the rooms. The room was very spacious and had a window seat.

Loved the location, the staff were very helpful and friendly and were able to assist us with organising taxis in a very timely manner especially on the day we were leaving. They also assisted us to check in early as the room was made up which made for an even more enjoyable stay. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable, especially with how dark the room could be made at night, made for a very relaxing sleep.

Schlechte Lage, super Hotel

Das Hotel selbst und der Service sind wirklich super. Auch die Zimmer sind schön modern und gross.

Einziger Negativpunkt ist die abgelegene Lage. Da es zum Hotel fast 30min hoch und 20min zurück zum Bahnhof sind. Mit einem Auto würde ich das Hotel sofort wieder buchen

The property is modern and clean. The staff welcoming and very supportive. Spacious room with a comfortable king size bed. Although there is no tub the rain shower made up for it. No dining facilities on site but they make up for it by providing a great community based eating area and provide simple vending machine options and a great espresso machine. Definitely will recommend to others visiting Nikko. You will need a car or taxi otherwise accessibility is difficult.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet endroit un peu à l’écart de la ville. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. Le hall d’entrée est fabuleux et on peut boire gratuitement café, thé. Micro-ondes disponible aussi.
Notre chambre était spacieuse et très propre.
Je recommande fortement cet endroit!

The hotel is new and the room is spacious. However, the hotel is not located near the town, so there are only 2 dinning options and there's no restaurant in the hotel.

The staff were lovely and the rooms were nicely designed. However both rooms had a terrible damp smell, one worse than the other, coming from either the shower or the hvac system, and there was no way to air it out. We were given a small air purifier so we assume it’s a known issue. It was bad enough that we wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The hotel is also quite remote, a shuttle service to and from Tobu Nikko Station would be appreciated to avoid having to taxi or bus, as the buses were not very convenient. The hotel would be much improved by a restaurant and a public bath to make it more enjoyable to relax in since it’s further away from the main town.

We sadly only allocated one night in beautiful Nikko but I am so glad we chose this hotel!

The most luxurious sleep of our whole trip, the room we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous and felt like a small apartment compared to some of the hotels we stayed at while in Japan.

I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to visit Nikko!

Great value hotel in Nikko

The hotel room is very spacious and while it doesn’t have a restaurant, it has good facilities for guests to heat up their food. I am also impressed to see their have frozen food for purchase, and you can use microwave and oven to heat it up.

Beautiful and well designed interior. Great value for money. Only downsides are the location and lack of restaurant at the hotel. You have to take a bus or taxi to town (1,500 yen). I would highly recommend this place despite the shortcomings.
