4人で宿泊した際、ダイニングセットに椅子が2脚しかなく、フロントに連絡したら、すぐに椅子を貸してもらえました。キッチンもお皿や電子レンジがあったので、買って来たものを部屋で食べられてとても良かったです。スタッフの感じも良かったです。また、利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

・施設の近くにスーパーがありチェックインが遅くなった場合やちょっとお腹が空いた場合などに便利であると思えた。(少し値段が高いと感じたが)
・施設の駐車場はあるが値段が高い。周辺のコインパーキングも高いが時間帯（19:00
以降)であれば安く駐車出来る場所がある。

部屋は狭い。
二段ベッドは、自分自身で、ベッドメイキングさせられる。
ルームキーは無くて、長い暗証番号を書いた紙を渡されるだけ。面倒くさい。
エレベーター利用時も同様。

it's perfect and convenient, overall is comfortable.

雖然離近的地鐵不是山手線，但有日比谷和銀座線，離JR 八丁崛和私鐵八町崛 步行10分鐘會到，建議可以搭計程車。離東京車站，車程也是約10分鐘的路程。飯店人員非常有耐心熱誠。對面的超商營業時間，開得很早也開得很晚，真的很方便。

家族旅行に6人で利用させて頂きました。6人で利用するにはかなり狭かったですが、スタッフの対応もとっても良かったですしお部屋も綺麗で洗濯乾燥機がとても助かりました。
6人での予約だったのですが、食器類や洗面台のコップ等が5人分だったので、人数分のセットが望ましかったです。
後は、クレンジングと化粧水、乳液がなく、ホテルには付き物だというイメージで持っていかなかったので困りました。
立地も地下鉄や築地市場が近くて便利でした。
チェックアウトの日は旅の疲れから朝起きれず、10時までバタバタしてしまい朝食の後片付けをする時間がなくて洗い物も出来ずにそのまま部屋を出てしまったのが心残りでした。
清掃担当者の方々、申し訳ございませんでした。。。

ホテルから100mぐらいのところに住んでますが、使い勝手良すぎて延泊してしまいました。試験対策や誕生日パーティーなど色々な用途に使えるのでとてもおすすめできます。

エレベーター、客室はセキュリティ番号(たぶんワンタイムパスコード)で最初とまどいますが、慣れれば楽！目の前にスーパーあり便利！
キッチンは、ラップ、洗剤、スポンジあり。トースターはバルミューダ！冷凍庫は大きく安心。
洗濯機はドラム式。アメニティに洗濯洗剤あります。
とても気持ちよく利用出来ました。また利用したいです。

とても快適

駅近でアクセスはよく、目の前や周囲にスーパーやコンビニも複数あります。食器（Noritake）や調理道具（主にIKEA）も充実しており、快適に過ごすことができました。

帰国後2週間の隔離期間をすごしました。
キッチンまわり、洗濯、風呂周りなどの備品に良いものが揃っていて、気持ちよく生活できました。ホテルというより、アパートという感じでした。周囲も静かで、しかも目の前にスーパーがあり、環境が良かったです。

微妙に部屋のハイチレイアうちが違うので、やや面食らうこともあるけど、アパートタイプの宿では使い勝手一番でしょうね。ここはキッチン独立型の配置なので、ちょっと手狭感があったかも。

The room was spotless and the staff exceptionally courteous. It felt like home away from home. The amenities were impressive. Even a rice cooker was available along with an induction stove. Enough towels were provided and the toilet papers replenished.

What a great apart hotel. Once of the few we found that had a fully staffed front desk. The rooms were spacious and fully equipped, clean! The staff was super helpful and offered incredible service. We were planning to visit Osaka for a few days and was about to ship our luggage but realized that were were coming right back to Tokyo and to this same hotel. Staff allowed us to store our luggage until we checked back in, super helpful! The area is great too as you have 2 different train lines within 600 meters. We liked the neighborhood because it was quiet and there's a market right outside the hotel that's open24/7. Would definitely stay here again.

Good stay for 3 people (1 couple and a friend) - good location and had all amenities we required. Very useful to have basic cooking capabilities and a washing machine in the room. When there were any issues, staff were responsive and promptly addressed them.

This apartment hotel was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed! Great location near 2 convenience stores and right next to the train station. The only feedback we had was that the AC was more like a fan and the temperature didn’t get as low as we hoped. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was great. Small as usual but just enough space for family of 5. Location was a bit out of town but still cloae enough. Great super markets across the road and 7/11 around the corner. It is inconvenient with 1 lift only, the staff were friendly. There are no phones to call reception so need to go to reception in person.

Good location,close to Tsukiji Market, 711, Family Mart,Lawson and train stations. Very clean hotel and 2 adults and 2 teenagers are comfortable enough space wise. They have all the toiletries in their lobby if u need one. Shampoo,conditioner and body wash is all in the bathroom. I would stay in this hotel again if I come back to Tokyo.

The property is clean and the staff are attentive. We could not figure out why there is a sewage kind of smell from the bathroom. Everything in the room was so clean and neat. Size of the room is perfect. We fitted 3 big luggages and all the shopping items and still had lots of space. We did have to walk for approx 10 mins to metro. We could not sleep the first night there because of jet lag. We walked for one minute and reached a few convenience stores.

Location to the Shintomicho station is excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was a bit snug for 4 of us, but was very clean and the amenities worked properly. Small grocery store right across the street for snacks and drinks was very nice. Only two stops away from either Ginza or Toyosu.

My family of 4 stayed here for 9 nights in the Superior Japanese Room. The staff was super friendly, and the place was nice and clean. My kids (5&7) loved the option of utilizing the Japanese futon bed. It was also nice having a washer/dryer in the room, which allowed us to pack more lightly. If you do decide to use the washer/dryer, take note that dryers in Japan take much longer to dry so I wouldn’t overload the machine. My family would do laundry every night (4 sets of clothes) and then use the drying cycle 2-3 more additional time. They provided sufficient amenities (even laundry detergent) as needed in the lobby. Super market is right in front of the hotel and plenty of convenience stores around. The stations we used most often was about a 10-15 min walk. Would definitely come back to stay here. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Check in is expensive if you want to check in an hour early, or check out late, most places in this price range in Japan charge 1000JPY per hour for early check in or late checkout. Here they charge 25% the daily rate for each, even if its only an hour. This place has a particularly early 10AM checkout when most places in Japan are 11AM. They are not flexible at all.

I often arrive early or want to leave late, charging 25% for each is not reasonable. You will be sat in a crowded lobby as they will not let someone check in early in japan even if the rooms are ready.

This is the fourth time we have stayed in this hotel. It is convenient and has friendly staff. However, the standard of cleanliness keeps deteriorating. Dust is all over the corners of the ceiling and on top of the wardrobe. We will not pick this hotel up next time.

We are a family of four—two adults and two children—and stayed here during our trip to Tokyo. The room was quite compact for our needs, and one of the beds was a sofa that had to be converted into a bed. This was the fourth bed, and we had to set it up ourselves. The padding was quite firm, and only a thin mat was provided, which did not improve its comfort for me, especially for a good night’s rest.

We also noticed that some basic in-room amenities were missing, such as complimentary bottled water or tea. While the front desk is kind and willing to provide a small cup of juice or tea upon request, it would have been more convenient if these items were available in a self-service area, as we experienced at other MOnday hotels in Japan.

The location is a bit farther from the main Ginza shopping area—it took us more than 18-20 minutes to walk there, which might be a consideration for families traveling with small or tired children.

Overall, while we appreciate the hospitality, our experience here was less comfortable compared to the other four hotels we stayed at in Japan. Unfortunately, this hotel ranked the lowest for our family, and we don’t plan to return in the future.

The location was wonderful. Close to transportation and about 30 minutes, by transit, to anywhere in Tokyo. We had an amazing experience and did not experience anything bad while we were visiting, except maybe deciding what to do in our limited time we had in Tokyo. There is so much to see and do! The staff and people of Japan were kind and helpful.

Okay compared to peers

Hotel looks nice at the lobby but is lacking in several key categories. The hot water is lukewarm at best. There is only one set of extra pillows for the whole hotel to check out on a first come, first serve basis. Coming from a Mimaru in Kyoto prior, this did not meet the same mark as their property.

Very clean efficient place. Near train stop but not in the glitzy part of Ginza. Quiet area. Very nice. Most attraction 30 min away.

Since there are many available in this chain, pay attention to your location to be where you want to be.
