お部屋はとても清潔で使いやすく好感が持てました。少し早く到着したのですが、お部屋の準備状況を確認くださり、30分早くチェックインさせていただくという、柔軟なサービスもありがたかったです。多少京都駅から歩きますが（スーツケースを転がして10分程度）、コスパを考えると問題ないと思います。残念な点は大浴場の清掃です。脱衣所は清潔でドライヤーもrefaで嬉しかったですが、浴室の洗面器や壁、椅子がカビが非常に目につきました。全体は清潔なのですが浴場こ清潔さが重要だと思いますので、行き届きにくいのかもしれませんが清掃の徹底をお願いします。

フロントや廊下・客室はとても清潔感がありましたが、大浴場の脱衣所や1階トイレは少しゴミが散らかってました。他の利用客のマナーがよくなかったからだとは思いますが、きれいに使いたくなる仕掛けがあったり、そもそも散らかりにくいデザインになっていたらよかったかもしれません。
ランドリーは三台しかなく、部屋のテレビから運転状況が確認できるようにはなってなかったため、運転終了しても次の人が使えずに困る場面もありました。
併設カフェUnir Cafeの朝食はおいしかったものの、エッグベネディクトのパンがナイフで切りにくく、食べるのに苦戦しました。あらかじめ切ってあれば食べるのに疲れることもなく、もっとおいしくいただけたと思います。

近くには飲食店も多く、駅にも徒歩で行ける距離。
浴場で体を伸ばして寛いだ後はアイスキャンディーをいただきサイコーの休憩タイムを味わえる。

風呂上がりのミニアイスキャンディが無料で、楽しく、嬉しい！

京都駅から、さほど遠くなく便利な場所にある。スマホでの事前チェックインができ、フロントではQRコードをかざすだけで時短チェックインできる。
施設は全体的にデザインされていて、楽しく、快適に過ごせた。但し、室内のデスクがやや特殊で、長時間のデスクワークは場所を変えた方が良いかもしれない。
大浴場があるのも嬉しく、特に驚いたのは風呂上がりのミニアイスキャンディが無料！ちょっと楽しくて、嬉しいサービスだった！

高齢の両親も快適に過ごせました。

80代の両親に宿泊をプレゼントしました。新しいホテルで快適とのことでした。食事も、高齢者の口に合うか心配しましたが、大丈夫でした。

清潔で快適

今回で二回目の宿泊でした。部屋は清掃が行き届いており、とても快適でした。広いテーブルがあるのがいいです。大浴場も広く、清潔でした。駅からも近くて、どこに行くにも便利。朝食も美味しくて、この値段ではお得でした。また利用したいと思います。

京都駅からも近くて、大変便利でした。部屋も広くて清潔感があって、ベットも心地よく快適でした。大浴場もあって、疲れが取れました。朝食は京都で有名なウニールというカフェのメニューで、スペシャリティのコーヒーがとても美味しくて、おすすめです。

Room was very clean, the bathroom was wonderful, the hotel was able to modify the 2 breakfast options to remove the salmon and bacon. The breakfast was filling. The hotel is in the best location, right around the corner from Kyoto station, a great restaurant next door for local specialties. The staff was excellent and accommodating. The 2 boxes of toiletries readily available for your needs was a great touch no need to ask just take what you need. The coin laundry was great to have. Overall, we loved the hotel and would stay again!

Staff is foreign-friendly and breakfast is good. We stayed one night; unfortunately, the room had a body odor smell and a crooked ventilator, but we didn’t request a change since it was only one night.

The room was clean and spacious, loved the atmosphere, the staff were helpful, great amenities, and enjoyed the hotel onsen! The Breakfast available to guests was so good and also located in a safe and convenient location. The closest bus stop was just down the street and Kyoto Station was less than a 10 minute walk! There were several restaurants close by (the ramen place nearby was AMAZING and so cheap), and a few attractions nearby as well (the Temple locate around the corner was beautiful). I would definitely stay here again!

Our room in Kyoto was very comfortable. There was plenty of room to put our bags out and hang a few jackets which was all we needed. Would be a bit tough if you had a ton of luggage though. The complimentary breakfast served was great, and the location of the hotel was fantastic for getting to and from the train station.

It was clean, staff were really welcoming and friendly, amenities such as toothbrush, hairbrush, dryer, towels as well as toiletries which was handy. The hot spring bath was really good but the only thing i didnt like is that it was communal, i wished there were some time slots or separation. Also we had twin rooms, the shower door was a glass door which made it inconvenient for both parties to use the washroom space at the samr time. Breakfast can be skipped.

The room itself for the price and the location, i was would recommend.

Zentral gelegen mit guter Anbindung an Zug, U-Bahn und Busse. Zimmer war sehr hübsch eingerichtet und bequem. Wer es ganz dunkel zum Schlafen braucht, dem empfehle ich eine Schlafmaske. Unser Zimmer war zur Straße hinaus, die tagsüber stark befahren ist, aber nachts ist es dann in Ordnung. Wer sehr empfindlich ist, sollte besser Ohrenstöpsel mitbringen. Das öffentliche Bad ist ein toller Pluspunkt und eine wunderbare Erfahrung.

Check in and out was a breeze. Room was spacious and clean. Location is very close to Kyoto station. Family Mart is one step away and 711 is also close by. There is Starbucks, McDonald's and Burger King very close to the hotel. Coin laundry is very useful but drying takes time. Would definitely stay here again. Aregatou gozaimasu!

Room was small and smelled like mold. No windows inside of the room. Staff did not help bring the luggage up to the room. Laundry was not free and the machines doesnt clean or dry your clothes well. Very expensive accomdation taxes. Not worth the money. Spend a little extra and get a better hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sind neu, das japanische Bad ist ein Highlight in dem Hotel. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Staff ist sehr hilfreich. Die Zimmer haben alles, was man braucht, sehr gemütlich und schön. Das Frühstück ist lecker, aber nur zwei Sachen zur Auswahl anzubieten finde ich nicht so gut, nach 4 Tagen im Hotel ist es langweilig wieder komplett das gleiche zu essen. Und Checkout um 10 Uhr finde ich auch ein wenig zu früh. Sonst ist alles super.

Very modern, very convenient location

Very modern hotel with great amenities, great service and great location only a few blocks from Kyoto train station. There are plenty of bus stations within short walking distance that will take you to the main sights in Kyoto. The hotel has its own onsen. The Kyoto tower is a few blocks away and there is a Don Quijote about 5 minutes walk on the same street.

Maravilhosa surpresa!

Hotel bonito, agradável e bem localizado perto da estação, apropriado para quem vai fazer passeios pela região. Staff muito amável. Têm um onso e bicicletas para usufruto dos hóspedes. Bom pequeno almoço e quarto bastante grande com 2 camas. Recomendo!

From the four hotels that we booked during our trip to Japan this one was by far our favorite stay. The entrance to the lobby was very nice and welcoming as were the staff. The laundry room was conveniently located next to the elevators (and they had free ice pops). The rooms were very nice and clean (amazing restroom). We stayed 5 nights here and I paid less than half for those 5 nights compared to the 4 nights in shinjuku. The location was within walking distance to the train station and many delicious restaurants. Hands down we would book again here! My only suggestion is maybe to get a more powerful a/c unit as the room was a bit warm considering we were there during the summer.

We booked a standard twin room however there is no window in the room (unlike what is shown in the pictures). We upgraded the room by paying the price differences. If you are claustrophobia, I would suggest to upgrade the room or ask for a room with the window.

Stilren snygg design. Enkelt men fräscht. Trevligt japanskt bad. Allt fungerade bra. Vi hade inte frukost på hotellet utan köpte påvägen till olika utflyktsmål. Hotellet ligger inte i det mest turistiga området vilket vi upplever positivt. Inga av de kända turistattraktionerna ligger inom 2km men hotellet ligger nära kyoto station så det fungerade bra. Omgivningarna tillhör inte Kyotos vackraste, men här fann vi flera goda restauranger där främst japaner istället för turister åt. Med tanke på hur otroligt många turister det är i Kyoto var detta en lite mindre turistskadad plats (men absolut inte helt turist fri). Jag skulle kunna tänka mig att bo här igen om jag någongång återvänder till kyoto.

This hotel was convenient to the train station. However the rooms were a bit tired and in need of refreshing. Plus, the light switches were in a super inconvenient location on the wall next to one bed. The staff was fine, but not particularly friendly. The onsen was great, although often filled with noisy children. All in all, it was our least favorite hotel that we stayed at during our travels in Japan.

The hotel is in an excellent location—within walking distance of Kyoto Station and surrounded by great restaurants and sightseeing spots. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.
The only downside was that our room was right next to the main street, so it was noisy at night.

Nice atmosphere, super clean, great location - short walk to Kyoto main station, onsen and cafe on site, bikes you can borrow to explore, staff were great. I would definitely stay again! Pillows could be better.

The room is spacious and well designed. Unfortunately when I arrived in my room, there is a smell not sure if it was from previous guest lingered for the whole night. Breakfast is nice but can be inefficient when busy.

Perfekte Lage in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Schöne große Zimmer mit angenhmer Atmosphäre durch die bunten Reispapierfenster. Eiswürfel, Eis am Stiel im Erdgeschoss zur freien Entnahme. Im Cafe gibt es auch Gelato. Onsen Bereich auch besonders schön!

Had an amazing breakfast that we kept going back to! It was a convenient walk to the train station and the bus. Fairly quiet area and a nice bed (we really enjoyed the pillows there). They have a machine that helps with check-in and currency exchange. The women's onsen has its own keycard to enter which made it feel safer as well!
