このホテルはアジア系は少なく、欧米人が多く利用されてるみたいて、バイリンガルな私達家族には心地良い環境でした。
宿泊客のマナーも良く、家族旅行には最適だと思います。
小さなお子様がいらっしゃるご家族には、最高のホテルだと思います。

朝食の種類がもう少しあると良い

日本人の宿泊者がほぼいなくて驚いた。
観光するにはややアクセスは悪いが、設備はよいし、朝食もついてる。
部屋も広く、一般的なビジネスホテルと比較しても居心地はよかった。

惜しい点としては、ベッドライトの上にホコリが溜まっていたこと。
おそらく1日や２日のホコリではないため、清掃や清掃チェックの対象になってないと思われる。
全体的に清潔感があっただけに、やや残念だった。

清潔で無料の朝食もありコスパは非常に優れていると思います。おすすめです。

周囲にコンビニもなく食事処は、近くのロイヤルホストのみです。

ホテル側は、アルコール類とカップ麺程度のベンダーの用意があっても良いかと思いました。

ファミリールームで大人二人、高校生一人小学生一人で泊まりました。お部屋は広くて、三つのベッドをくっつけることもできて、子供との添い寝も余裕でした。
アメニティは基本のものはありましたが、化粧水やメイク落としなどの女性向けのは無かったです。
朝ごはんは無料とは思えないほど種類豊富でした。オリジナルのお料理が美味しかったです。
立地も頑張れば京都駅まで歩ける距離でしたし、コインパーキングも近くにありました。キレイで使いやすいいいホテルでした。

清潔で不満はないが物足りない

清潔でありビジネスホテルに必要な設備は整っている。

一方で同じ価格帯で大浴場があり、部屋がもう少し広く、髭剃りのセットもシェービングクリームとローションなどがついているといったホテルと比べると少し物足りない。

加えて繁華街からかなり離れているので、夜ご飯のため近所を出歩くといらいら見つかる、と言う立地ではなかった。

自分は旅行先でゆっくり本を読むタイプではないので、ブックカフェのコンセプトはささらなかった。

きれいで清潔で快適な部屋とベッドと設備で良かったです。
コインランドリーの空きを部屋のテレビで確認できたのは、便利で良かったです。
朝ご飯の料理も美味しかったです。
値段もリーズナブルで、総合的にとても満足してます。

大変快適な一晩を過ごさせていただきました。西本願寺も近く、早朝散歩しましたが、非常に良い場所でした。朝食もおいしかったです。またぜひ宿泊させていただきます。

施設が新しく、キレイなホテルでないとダメですと言う人にオススメです。部屋は㎡の数字的には広くないですが、大きいカバンを広げてもスペースはかなり広いです。浴室もキレイで、ユニットタイプなのですが、窮屈感を感じなかったです。私は観光で宿泊したのですが、ビジネスマンの出張はなもオススメです。1階の朝食会場を夜12時まで開放してて、Wi-Fi あり、電源あり、ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーサーバーも飲みながら仕事ができるので、次は出張で泊まりたいです。近くには食事処やコンビニが見当たらないように見えますが、フロントの方が作成されたおすすめのお店のチラシもあり、パン屋さんも紹介されたチラシもありました。
朝食もスムージーもあって、朝食を食べない方も飲み物だけでも良いかと思います。宿泊料金が安かったので、予約したのですが、＋1,000円だったとしても次も予約します。

静かでゆったり

お風呂が広いのが何より嬉しいです。セルフサービスの紅茶もAHMAD TEAなのも個人的に嬉しい。バス停が真ん前で、ホテル周りも静かなのも良かったです。近場のレストランも美味しいところがいくつもあります。

Breakfast was very limited. But the coffee made up for the breakfast. We pick this location because of the location. Which lived up to our expectations and more. The coffee machine made an excellent coffee. The staff us very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Esta ok, para pasar unas noches en Kioto.

El hotel esta razonablemente bien ubicado.
El desayuno esta bien el.personal es muy estricto con las instrucciones que deben tener , por ejemplo el dia de mi check out pedi que me dejen hasta las 11 en la habitacion y por una hora me querian cobrar 1500 yenes , en mi opinion UNA VERGUENZA.

The staff are so caring, they can’t do enough for you and are so gracious and sincere. Both the front of house and breakfast staff are probably the best we have encountered and we have been travelling for a long time. Cannot praise them enough and the cleaners too. Bravo!

Nice stay.

A good little hotel in Kyoto. Easy walking and close to public transportation. Morning breakfast buffet was nice. Clean and quite easy to find.

Great location, fabulously helpful staff

Great location. Fantastic staff service at front desk. Lovely complimentary drinks - best coffee I’ve had in Japan! One quickly fixable thing is greater attention to detail around some of the cleaning - eg behind toilet seat and bedside shelves.

Best Hotel in Kyoto

The hotel employees and cleanliness of the hotel was extraordinary and absolutely wonderful. Room service made our beds everyday. We tried to leave a tip but the tip was given back to us because of hotel policies. Would definitely come back

Bra hotell, men läget kunde vara bättre

Själva hotellet är mycket bra, särskilt i förhållande till priset. Frukosten kunde varit mer spännande, men den innehöll definitivt det som behövs. Rummen är bra och mycket tysta, sängarna sköna. Den stora vägen utanför stör inte alls. Läget är inte det bästa om man kommer med tåg och reser med JR Pass. Det är två km till Kyoto station. Det är en enkel promenad, men det är trots allt en bit att gå. Det är ungefär lika långt till centrum kring Shijo Kawaramachi. Det är en knapp km till närmaste tunnelbanestation. Det går JR-bussar utanför hotellet som man kan använda om man vill utnyttja JR-kortet.

Gut gelegenes Hotel. 10 min mit Bus zum Bahnhof. Einfaches Frühstück inklusive. Checkin sehr aufwändig, da erst der Pass um die Reservierung gecheckt wird und dann der Check am Automaten erfolgen muss, wo alle Informationen noch ein weiteres Mal eingegeben werden müssen.

The breakfast was complimentary and incredibly well made and organised. As well as the rooms well maintains everyday the towels and sheets were changed. Perfect spot to catch a bus to transport to certain eateries and train stations and not too far to walk to a Buddhist temple.

Es nuestra segunda visita a su hotel porque el año pasado 2023 estuvimos en Confort Hotel Tokyo y también estuvimos muy bien. struttura molto moderna, camera ampia, letti comodi e colazione abbondante sono i pro...metto solo due stelle perchè l'unico cuscino della stanza era piccolo e sottile (come non averlo) e per ben due giorni mi è stato detto che i cuscini erano finiti, in un hotel da 10 piani e innumerevoli stanze mi sembra strano

Os funcionários são amáveis e muito atenciosos. O café da manhã superou nossas expectativas e estava tudo delicioso. O quarto possui tudo para uma estadia confortável e os funcionários ajudaram muito para despachar as bagagens para o nosso próximo destino no Japão. Também foram excelente em nosso pedido de alteração da reserva pois tivemos que cancelar o último dia de estadia por conta do tempo de expiração de nosso JR Pass. Obrigado a todos os Confort Hotel Kyoto Horikawagojo !!

4박5일 이용후기입니다

교토역에서 걸어서 20분정도 걸리는 위치의 호텔입니다. 직원분들은 친절하셨고 셀프체크인 시스템인데 예약자명이 영수증에 기록되는 이름과 맞지 않아 어려움이 있었지만 직원분의 도움으로 쉽게 해결할 수 있었습니다. 청소상태는 양호했고 어매니티는 이용객 숫자에 맞춰서 매일 제공받았습니다. 방해금지 팻말을 걸어두면 문고리에 어매니티가 담긴 봉지를 걸어놔줍니다. 조식은 무료제공이란 점을 고려하면 괜찮은 수준이었습니다. 교토역 방면으로 가는 버스정류장은 호텔 바로 앞에 있지만 다른곳으로 가는 버스정류장은 좀 더 걸어야 갈 수 있습니다. 반경 300미터 이내에 편의점이 한군데도 없다는 점은 아쉬웠지만 그래도 걸어서 갔다올 정도는 될 것 같습니다. 편의점이 근처에 없어서인지 안내데스크 맞은편에서 소량의 과자류를 판매하고 있습니다. 늦은시간까지 운영하는 식당이나 주점은 근처에서 찾기는 힘듭니다.

입지조건상 아쉬운 부분도 있지만 전반적으로 만족스럽게 지내다 왔습니다.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was absolutely spotless. The only thing that let the hotel down was the breakfast. I am vegetarian and there wasn't much to choose from.

Chambre très agréable et confortable
En revanche comme dans tout le Japon pas très ecoresponsable, tout est emballé dans du plastique, ils donne une brosse à dents par jour.

En general, las instalaciones y lo que ofrece el hotel es correcto. Hay que decir que la almohada es muy incómoda y las noches que pasamos allí, varias veces nos despertamos con dolor de cuello.

Great value, location and room

Great hotel. Excellent value for money. We stayed here for 4 nights using it as a base whilst we visited nearby attractions. Really great location for doing that.

The employees were very helpful, and the breakfast buffet was really nice. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, so we had to eat where we were visiting instead of coming back to the hotel to eat, or get food from a nearby family mart. But still highly recommend!

Fint hotel til prisen

Godt ophold til prisen. Rene værelser og friske forsyninger hver dag. Lækker morgenmad, dog ikke den største variation.
Det største minus ved opholdet, var sengen. Sengen var meget lille og placeret under et gardin, hvilket gjorde at der ikke var plads til to mennesker.

We loved this family (3 person) room, there was plenty of space and it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a great mix of western and Japanese options. The staff were very helpful.

Gutes City hotel

Gutes modernes Hotel, Circa 7 Minuten mit dem Bus von Hauptbahnhof entfernt entfernt. Mehrere Buslinien wie zum Beispiel Linie 28 neun 50 oder 75. Der Checkin muss selbst via Automat vorgenommen werden die Zimmer sind einfach aber modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist einfach hat aber diverse Auswahlmöglichkeiten von westlichen und asiatischen Gerichten.

Das Hotel bietet auch drei selbst Waschmaschinen an das ist gerade bei längeren Reisen sehr nützlich. Nur die Trockner sind nicht zu empfehlen.


Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und generell haben wir an dem Hotel nichts zu bemängeln.

Ein Supermarkt ist in circa 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Restaurants sind am besten in der Nähe des Bahnhofs zu finden oder in der Innenstadt um das Hotel haben wir nichts zu empfehlen
Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses Hotel.

The hotel is very clean. Even the room is small but the cleanliness is the strong point of the hotel. Fast checkin and checkout. Breakfast is ok depends on each person. Good walking distance from Kyoto station. Will come back next time in Kyoto.

Super hôtel à Kyoto! Nous y sommes restés 6 nuits et nous avons adoré notre séjour. Tout était très propre, confortable et fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et complet, un choix varié. Le personnel est très agréable et les procédures simplifiées et rapides.

L’hôtel se trouve à 15/20min à pieds de la gare et 25mn à pieds du centre donc il est plutôt bien situé.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix !

S’il y avait un point à améliorer ce serait peut-être les coussins qui ne sont pas d’un confort exceptionnel même s’ils restent toutefois corrects :)
