Very spacious and roomy for 5 guests, We loved how there were individuals rooms and 2 bathrooms! Will be definitely booking again soon in the near future! Lots of amenities as well and personal washing machine to use!

Family trip

Soacevjs nice, in a quiet area of town. It was easy to get to and close to the train stations. The rooms noce ans spacious but the batbrooms were tiny. Also there are no windows that you can open and they are completely covered. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Not the fault of the property owner but we had a struggle getting the heat pump to cool the apartment. We also had trouble figuring out the washer/dryer. Everything worked we just weren’t familiar with the controls.

Loved the feel of the area. Conveniently located near two train lines. Local stores right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was small but it’s what I was expecting and served its purpose. Overall I was very satisfied with my time here.

Good space for three people. Newer building and the toilet is separate from the shower. Having a washer in the room is a big plus.

This little apartment was clean, comfortable, and located nicely within walking distance of three subway lines. It had a washer, mini kitchen, and even a Dyson hairdryer. The shower was great, the AC worked well, and I would stay here again. The only thing I would say is this is a hotel for independent travelers. There isn't a front desk, so no one will help you get around the city. If you can use Google and Japan subway app this is a great affordable place to stay. Located in the center of Tokyo near Korea town and just one subway stop away from the bustling Sinjuku neighborhood.

Great for the price!

This place is a one bedroom studio that can accommodate up to 5 people. The beds are comfortable and the place is clean. It’s close to Korea Town and has a lot of dining places within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The area is quiet and clean. There are many convenient stores nearby. It’s a nice cozy place and I would stay here again.

Cozy apartment in a quieter area

The quick summary:
We got the 2 full bed studio apartment that sleeps 4. It was well kept, clean, and stocked nicely with all amenities you'd need including a full, albeit small, kitchen, and even a washer/dryer. Best of all, the property management team was very quick to respond to messages.

The longer review:
Check in was a breeze, with clear instructions in several different languages, we even got early checkin free of charge.

In Japan, everything is a little smaller, this apartment was no exception. It was a little tight for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 10, 13), but still met, and even exceeded in some cases, our expectations. If it were 4 full size adults, I would recommend a larger unit.

It was in a quieter area, but still close enough to subway and bus stops so that it was still convenient. The subway entrance we used most often was about 3 blocks away, less 10 minute walk. There are several convenience stores within a 5-7 minute walk. There is also a slightly more busier street with more restaurants and bars about a 10-15 min walk away.

The best part of this apartment was the in unit washer/dryer. And while the space was small, everything was organized very well, maximizing the space used. The toilet was separate from the shower and sink so you wouldn't have to fight to use the toilet if someone was showering.

We were very happy with our stay.

Cosy place for one/two families who want something more than just a hotel room and wouldn’t mind a bit of walking to transport. Good amenities and good communication about check-ins and check-outs.

Great for families. Close to everything you need. Amenities in apartment were very useful, including kitchenette and washing machine. Couldn't imagine a better set up for us (2 adults, 2 kids).

For budget stays

Location was nice, within walking distance of Shinjuku center. Room was very small for family of 4. Beds were rather uncomfortable.

A good sized room for a family of 5 as there were 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. Place is very clean though have to get used to the Japanese garbage system when throwing out our thrash. Location wise a bit of a walk to the train stations (between 300m to 1km) depending on where you are heading. A quiet and safe location. For Muslims it’s also close by to halal restaurants (Indian, Indonesian tho not Japanese). Overall highly recommended for a good long stay in Tokyo.

Nothing. The furniture was small, a 2 person room had ONE small table and ONE low chair. The sofa was a joke - suitable for a pet to sleep in. Hard to sit down in and difficult to get out of. The security system would suit Fort Knox.

Overall, pretty good, but it was a bet of a walk from the train and the bus station. I think it wouldn’t have been too bad but we came during summer and the heat was unbearable. I like that there’s a washer.

It's like our home away from home. The place is homey and comfortable for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). The room is quite big for a Tokyo standard. Everything that we needed for our 5 days stay was available. The area where it was located is safe and kid friendly.

Clean and very convenient for group. Double toilets, two showers, and separated sink let 5 people get ready to go at the same time.

Check-in and check-out were simple and well explained by the documentation given by the host. It is a little bit of a walk to the trains, but there are plenty of interesting shops to visit along the way.

주택가에 있는 스튜디오식의 숙소입니다. 무엇보다 조용했고, 전자레인지와 냉장고가 있어서 편리했습니다.
수건을 매일 가져다주시지는 않지만 충분히 비치되어 있어 불편하지는 않았습니다.

샤워실이 조금 작기는 했지만 지내기에 불편하지 않았고, 버스로 4~5 정거장 정도면 신주쿠로 갈 수 있어 매우 편리합니다.

교통이 편리하고 조용한 가족숙소를 원하시면 추천합니다.
