スタッフの方の対応がとても良かった。
京都駅からも徒歩5分程度なのでアクセス良好。
ロフトDに4名で宿泊したが部屋も広く広々使えた。

20 pieces was a great choice for us as we travelled with the kids (18 & 15).

The room itself was last with 4 double sized beds in a 2x2 bunk configuration, a large living area with sofa and an efficiency kitchen. There was even a record player and stacks of vinyls in the lobby.


The hotel is five minutes from the Kyoto station but in a quiet area tho there is a temple across the street. We were never bothered by noise. Food option abound in the neighborhood or with a short walk as well as sopping at the Kyoto tower or the mall at the train station.

It is a great place to base out of as we were four, the large living room area was great to spread out and we never felt cramped.

The hotel staff were great in arranging tours and converging for us. Definitely would stay here again.

Very convenient as it’s a blocks from the main train station. We got the room that had 4 beds and it was extremely spacious for our family of four. The property is close to various restaurants and bus stops. Would definitely recommend and I have nothing negative to say about our stay and would definitely stay when back in Kyoto

This is a wonderful quaint apartment like hotel just steps from higashi hogangji temple. It had some unique amenities like a lending vinyl records collection that you can use in your unit. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a very nice stay with plenty of room for our family.

Grand appartement avec 4 grands lits superposés, très propre, bien équipé (sauf le frigo un peu petit si vous faites des courses) , nous avions une vue magnifique sur le temple en face de l'hôtel, conforme aux photos, possibilité de louer gratuitement des ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires, des jeux ...à l'accueil ; à 5mn à pied de la gare de Kyoto (trains et bus) personnel fait le job, bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée, petit bémol : hébergement un peu cher !

卒業家族旅行で2泊させていただきました。家族4人での滞在でしたが、お部屋は広くとても快適にすごさせていただきました。

また今回旦那さんの誕生日サプライズを計画していた中ケーキ購入に困っていたのですが、前日にも関わらず無理なお願いをし快く準備していただきサプライズ大成功でした。

無料レンタル品も沢山あり楽しめました。
本当にありがとうございました。

ただ1点残念だったのが、前宿泊者さん？のゴミ(ペットボトルキャップ)が転がっていました、、四隅など埃も気になりました。もう少しクリーニングが行き届くともっと最高なお宿になると思います。

Great apartment style accomodation option within easy walking distance from Kyoto station. Loft C comfortably accommodated 3 people. Good quality appliances. Netflix can be accessed via the room TV. Guest laundry opposite reception. There are various loan items available for guests (board games etc). Directly opposite Higashi Honganji temple which is well worth a visit. Friendly staff. An annoying thing about the room was the motion sensor lights in the toilet and by the front door.

Wonderful stay for family of four

Excellent location near Kyoto Station and many restaurants within walking distance. Staff were extremely helpful. Laundry facility on-site. Large room with four queen beds.

Great but could improve on details

Comfortable and spacious apartment. Cleaning was done every 2-3 days but sheets are not changed and the floors not vacuumed. If housekeeping could be better would give 5 stars all around. Nevertheless, would still stay again.

Loved the friendly and helpful staff at reception who went out of their way to make us feel welcome after a long journey. Location of this accommodation is excellent to explore Kyoto and our apartment had a great vibe. All three of us wished we were staying longer.

The staff were absolutely incredible, they were so responsive and accomodating throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean and had a lovely dining area with a huge couch. Some of the staff spoke english which was fantastic. This is the largest hotel room we have had since staying in japan.

> 酒店附近有零星泊車位，四分鐘步程有個較大的停車場，方便自駕遊。可以預一餐揸車去aeon mall超市買食材。
> 早餐幫襯酒店附近的連鎖珈琲館 (Coffee Kan)，幾好。
> 整體十分推薦。

For a family of six, we had very clean and spacious rooms (Loft B type with two bunk beds). Front desk staff Marina greeted us with a great smile and friendly courteous check in. We would definitely be back.

20 Pieces is good for family or groups. I have booked room type A. It is spacious and we can borrow speaker, coffee filter from reception. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

住D房型，房內規劃非常舒適，陽台面向停車場，我們選擇在餐桌區放行李，讓客廳變的更舒適。
可向櫃檯借旅行所需物品，這次借了電子行李秤、熨斗及清酒杯具並索取了冰塊。
一樓有小型投幣式洗衣烘衣室。
唯一缺點是浴室水壓偏小。
下次會試試其他房型。

Perfection in Kyoto

From the moment we entered the reception area we were made to feel welcome. Our room had 4 bunks, sunken lounge area, separate toilet and a massive bathroom with shower and twin sinks.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, the many accommodations offered such as pour over coffee in our room each morning, the laundry room, the ease of walking to either Goji Station or Kyoto Station and being located right across from the beautiful temple.

It’s a gem. Walkable to the train station and also many attractions. We had a room with a view of the temple across the street. Was a highlight of our time in Kyoto. Staff is friendly and they had an assortment of things you can “check out” for free. Enjoyed the selection of records and cookware. Highly recommend.

It is like Homewood Suites. You can cook. It is right across from Higashi Honganji Shrine, and close to Kyoto Station. Excellent place to stay.

A hidden gem

Everything you see in the pictures is true. Fantastic rooms that kids loved bc of the bunk beds. We loved it for the lo-fi relaxed experience. Each staff is amazing! They are so helpful and courteous. A few blocks from the train station and super accessible via bus to town. Will stay again!

Perfect for Kyoto stay

Perfect- can’t imagine anything better. We stayed in a B type room on 4th floor- fabulous view of giant temple gate across the street. Easy access from Kyoto station and short walk to next station for access elsewhere. Staff were perfectly friendly and helpful and spoke English very well. Thank you so much!
