スタッフさんがすごく優しく分かりやすく接してくださって外国人の方も多く働かれているようでしたが、日本語が上手で言語の壁を感じることなく接することが出来てとても助かりました

他の宿泊者であろう海外の方ともフランクにお話したりお店の提案をしたりしているのもみましたが、綺麗な発音だし道の案内も全てされているのをみて尊敬しました。
私自身英語を勉強中の身ですので、英語を沢山聞けてそういう言い回しがあるのか、と学びになりました

GW頃には浅草の方の系列店の方を利用予定ですので、そちらの方も楽しみです✨
また利用させていただきます

お部屋がとても広く、清潔で気持ち良かったです。
部屋のつくりも使いやすくて本当に快適でした。
立地も非常に便利な場所で、駐車場、駅、コンビニ、飲食店すべてが程よい徒歩圏内でした。
お掃除をしていただけるのも高ポイント。
以前に同じような形態のホテルに宿泊した時は、お掃除のサービスがなく、室内にお掃除の道具も無かったので、長期滞在した場合、部屋が埃っぽくなっても手の施しようがなく、困りました。
ぜひ、また利用させて頂きたいです。

Mimaruは2年ほど前に京都で泊まって以来2回目です。部屋は豪華ではないけど広いです。ここには室内の洗濯機はなかったですが、１階にコイン式の洗濯機、乾燥機が各４台あり問題ありませんでした。フロントスタッフは見た限りでは外国の方ですが、日本語でOKでした。今の時期は外国からのお客さんが多いようです。
ここは難波のはずれということになるかと思うのですが、JR難波駅に近いので、天王寺、JR奈良、近鉄南大阪線に出かける時には便利です。南に5分ほど歩けばなんばの26番出入り口です。北方向に3分ほど歩けば四ツ橋駅の5番出入り口です。
中華料理が好きなら中華料理 盛滿園でガチ中華が食べられます（徒歩2分）。

リビング＋ベッドルームみたいな間取りが、すごく良かったです。普通ホテルに泊まるとベッドに座るしかないですが、テーブルとソファで4人座れるようになっていて、ちゃんとくつろぐことが出来ました。ロフトベッドの作りは子供も喜んで良かったですが、ロフトエリアが少しホコリっぽくて、ダウンライトにホコリが舞うのが見えました。10階だからか、多分外をトラック？とか通ると、地震みたいに揺れました。隣か上か分かりませんが、足音も聞こえました。キッチンがあり、一泊ではそこまでつかうことはないですが、流しが使えるのは良かったです。
揺れたり、ホコリや足音を差し引いても、4点以上つけたい位間取り面でくつろげたのが良かったです。
ホテルの裏手からは飲み屋街で、夜遅い時間になると治安が悪そうですが、そんなに出歩かないので問題ないです。駅からは少し遠いです。

施設の内外とも非常に綺麗で清潔でした．清掃も隅々まで行き届いています．メトロの駅や繁華街へのアクセスもよいですし，USJまで早朝のタクシーで3500円程度でしたのでオススメです！

新しいからなのかとてもきれいでした。清潔感があり、余計なものが無く、リーズナブルで良いホテルです。
フロントには子供が楽しめるよう無料で遊べるスマートボールやけん玉などが置いてありました。次回、大阪を訪れる際も利用したいと思っています。
子供たちは、ポケモンの部屋に泊まってみたいらしいです。

Great Hotel

This was a great hotel. Staff was always making sure our needs were met and that we were comfortable. The room was a very good size for our family of 4. Location was close to American Village and Dotonbori. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room was a loft apartment - it was spacious with a dining table, and location was convenient (close to Dotonburi, and about 10min walk from Kyoto station).

Service was also great - we were able to rent an AppleTV for free from the front desk.

Spacious and great for families!

This hotel was great! Super easy walk to Dotonburi and the cool spots in Osaka. Room was spacious – my two boys and I had plenty of room. There was a kitchen and a mini kitchen and dishwasher. However, I did not travel to cook my own food in Japan. LOL. I would stay here again!

I checked out 6/3/25 8:30am on a rainy day. I forgot to get the two ladies names at the front desk but they went the extra mile to get my family the correct size cab and made sure to give the taxi driver the correct info all while holding an umbrella for me!! Just great service all around. Great loation, great facility, but most of all great service.

We had a very spacious room and my daughter really liked the bunk beds. The lobby has all sort of games that my daughter enjoyed playing. Location was great as well since it’s near the shopping area, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy and subway station.

Great location great for families. Only issue was only being given 2 keys for four adults. This made it inconvenient having to coordinate return times and sharing keys for seven nights. Staff said they weren’t able to issue additional keys since they were expecting to have a lot of guest.

The hotel has a lot of amenities for families, including board games. They also provided a 2 seater stroller. For an additional daily charge, which was fine for us. I also had plenty of umbrellas and the lobby had games that our kids love to play with.

We enjoyed our stay here, the room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. We also took advantage of their laundry facilities, machines easy to use. The location is also close to shopping and eating. We had a family mart about 1 block away that we would visit daily!

The location is good as it is within walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi area. It is also near to many train stations which make travelling to other places convenient. The Pokemon room is well decorated with a big Snolax and spacious with dining area, kitchen, bunk bed and double twin bed. The shower and toilet rooms are separated. There is also a laundry room for you to wash and dry your clothes. Highly recommended for those family traveling with kids :)

This is my second Mimaru hotel stay while in Japan. This one was conveniently located near Orange Street with plenty of various shops. Also nearby is Dotonbori and Shinkaisin for additional shopping and eating. We had the room with 2 bunk beds which accommodated 4 adults comfortably.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mimaru Namba North in Osaka. Our room was super bright, spacious and very clean and tidy. We loved coming home at the end of each day after exploring to relax and enjoy the room. We made breakfast in the room and were so happy to have a kitchen. The staff is so lovely and helpful and professional as well. Highly recommend a stay here!

It was our first trip to Japan.
My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and loved how family friendly it was. Our room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children and the toilet was separate from the bathroom. The staff was very helpful and the luggage transfer to our next hotel was a breeze.
We cannot wait to go back to Japan and will definitely be staying here again.

Great for Family

In a relatively good location within 10min walk to any subway stations. Family mart just across the street. Lobby staff spoke good English. A good size for a family of 4! Able to loan AppleTV which is a godsend as Japanese channels (I’m sorry) are really boring. Laundry at ground floor washes in 30min and dryer works well, clothes are totally dry in just 40min. Will stay here again.

This room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids (age 5/10). I love how this was an apartment style hotel. We got a corner room, so the bunk beds were on the corner side making the room feel roomy.

So close to Dontonbori. Close to 2 different train stations. Lots of restaurants nearby that you can’t go wrong. Coin laundry available to use and very convenient. I would stay here again.

We were a family of 4 with two late teens and we completely loved the Aparthotel with the generous space and bunk beds. The sitting area with the long table and benches was so ideally situated that the family was able to gather and chat or share a snack whenever we were idling in the room. Definitely adds a sparkle to family time. Everything in the room was thoughtfully functional. The location was really convenient - walkable to Dotonburi and train stations, and plenty of shopping and eating places. Staff were very helpful whenever we had questions. Especially loved the fact that the team of staff manning the recep was of multiple nationalities so it adds colour to the place plus there’s always someone speaking our language so it’s reassuring since none of us spoke fluent Japanese.

Very family friendly hotel (2 adult, 2 children) with fridge, microwave, cooking facilities and kitchen utensils. Can also request additional items free such as stepping stool and nappy bins. We liked how there was also laundry facilities (which you have to pay but located on lvl 1). Walkable distance to trains or shopping district. We would definitely come back for our next visit to Osaka.

Great place to stay, cozy environment with spacious rooms. Walkable to Dotonburi and many stations around so transporation is convenient.

Only downside for the Family Corner Room is that due to location of air-conditioning, some of the beds (e.g. lower bunk) may be warmer than expected.

The Minato aparthotel is ideally located, 10 mins walk from dontonbori and a truly incredible shopping district/nightlife area (or 15 mins from Hommachi station, which can basically get you anywhere you want in Osaka within 20 mins).

The room was very nice - simple, very clean, lots of space for the 4 of us and well equipped (especially when compared with Tokyo hotels); bunk beds for the kids also really good, helping to make the most of the space in the apartment.

The staff were super friendly (the whole place is very kid/family friendly) and the laundry room downstairs was also a real perk when travelling between hotels (quick, cheap and easily accessible).

Overall, a really great and very reasonable place to stay in central Osaka - we can thoroughly recommend!!

Fantastic family hotel in a superb location

We stayed for 2 and half weeks in Mimaru Namba North Osaka. This hotel is definitely one of the reasons that make our Japan trip the best vacation we've ever had.
The location of the hotel is perfect for our city trip. It's within walking distance to tourist-crowded Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Namba and Nihonbashi shopping area is also not too far away by foot (good news for manga fans and Gundam enthusiasts). Yotsubashi subway station is very close. Three metro stops will take you to the Umeda area for shopping and food. There are a few convenience stores right next to the hotel. A big supermarket is also close-by. The area is also filled with good restaurants. We tried almost everyone of them on the street, you can't go wrong.
The room is very spacious for a family. You find everything you need in the room. It's impressively clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is handy. There is washing machine and dryer in the hotel, which is important for our long stays in the summer.
The hotel staff are super friendly and very helpful. Their English are excellent. They are very knowledgeable of the city and are always willing to help. Mr. Hao, Miss Ayane and my fellow-Dutchmen are especially helpful.
In the room, we are missing some storage space for cloths and things. This is the only thing I can think of for our 2 and half weeks stay.
I would honestly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling with kids to Osaka. It will make your stay in Osaka easy and joyful. We will

Excellent stay. Our room was spacious. We relaxed at the dining table of our room after exploring the city. The boys enjoyed the bunk beds. Everything was new and very clean. Travelled with a total of 4 pax and the room is spacious as compared to many other hotels which I have stayed in Japan. Mimaru is also within walking distance to the famed Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street. There are also plenty of amenities, which make it very convenient for travellers. The staff is also friendly and service-oriented.

This hotel was nice. We stayed in the Pokémon themed room and the kids loved it. While we understand the need to eco friendliness would have been nice to have amenities in the room instead of having to ask. The games in the lobby were a great addition to keep our two young children entertained. Would have been nice if our suite had in suite laundry considering we had everything else. Overall I would stay here again.

Excellent location and rooms

Firm beds and pillows, the layout was thoughtful and there was plenty of room, which is a luxury in Japanese hotels. The floors are concrete which makes less noise transfer and the rooms were dark with the curtains. It’s on a major street, so some street noise from cars from our 5th floor. Ask for a higher floor if noise is an issue. There are 4 washer/dryers in the hotel and when we were there, it was not hard to find empty laundry machines. It was only a 15 min walk to the heart of Dotonburi and there was many restaurants close by to choose from. I would stay here again if I was in Osaka.
