写真通りのお部屋で本当に快適でゆっくりと過ごせました！
非日常を楽しみたく子供達と滞在しましたが、音の心配もなくスタッフの方達の感じも良く本当に良かったです☆

スタッフは外国の方々です。それを知らず、最初電話で問い合わせた時、タメ語で言われて少し驚きました。でも皆さんとてもフレンドリーです。施設も普通のマンションで家電や家具も揃われていてとても便利でした。

Very good location in a nice area close to metro station. Quiet.
Great personal check-in and checkout. Staff lovely. Coffee downstairs in reception was a welcome advantage. Well appointed apartment though small. Hard to find room to fit our luggage and move around the bed, other features all good. Balcony with plenty of air and light is great. Washing machine great too.

We had a wonderful stay at Section L Ginza East. The area is very walkable, with easy access to trains. We loved having an in-unit washer and all the fully equipped, apartment-style amenities. The staff even helped us call a taxi on our last day and insisted on assisting us outside in the rain with our luggage. Everyone was so kind, always going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend staying here on your next trip to Tokyo.

We stayed at Ginza East and Hatchobori Section L hotels at the beginning and end of our trip to Japan. The small units are perfect for a family or business stay, equipped with kitchen and washing machine/dryer. Comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff are friendly, speak multiple languages, helpful and really make sure your stay is perfect. For a more affordable and high end stay in Tokyo I highly recommend Section L!

Perfect spot for me and my partner, good amount of space so you don’t feel cramped into small area. It has great food options nearby and 2 train stations. Staff was super helpful and nice. Loved the amenities and the washer/ dryer inside so I didn’t have to overpack on clothes for my vacation. Will definitely come back again next time im in Tokyo

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans une chambre avec 4 personnes (1 lit double et 2 lits simples). Le lit double est confortable par contre les lits simples ont été un peu trop ferme à notre goût. Outre cet aspect là, la chambre est très fonctionnelle (lave vaisselle, machine à laver, plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur, ...) et très agréable. Le personnel est très agréable, d'ailleurs n'hésitez pas à demander à goûter leur alcool (disponible uniquement les mercredi soir, gratuit jusqu'à 21h) trop bon ! :)
Je recommande.

We had a good stay at Section L Ginza East. The Ginza shopping area and Tsukuji market were decent walks. Subway is only a block away.

The place itself is clean, well equipped and spacious enough. The unit had complete dining and kitchen facilities. Bathroom was nice and one can even do laundry.

Property was a little hard to find as there wasn't clear signage. Rooms had steps in them so it wasn't easy to move luggage in and out of the room. Electrical outlets were also not placed in convenient locations for charging devices or connecting the kettle to boil water. Cups were placed in cupboards high up, a little hard for a 5 footer to retrieve. Other than that, facilities were great, service was excellent and helpful. I have stayed at other Section L aparthotels and didn't have the same issues.

Wonderful stay with everything at walking distance

Great stay, 15mn walk from Tokyo train station and from Ginza luxury streets. Many restaurants around with supermarkets 7-eleven. Friendly staff, speaking english.

Everything you need for your stay in one convenient location. Check-in/check-out is easy with staff to provide assistance. Kitchen is well-equipped with cookware, plates, utensils, stovetop, mini-oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, and fridge. Bathroom has shower/tub combo with separate toilet and sink area. Also, has a washer and dryer (the entire shower/bathroom is a dryer. We dried our clothes in there no problem. Just had to translate the proper settings). Bed is comfortable. TV was nice to have - we didn’t use it since we were out and about all day. Hotel has umbrellas for borrowing on rainy days. Front lobby has coffee/tea. We did not do happy hour and heard it’s a nice added touch. Staff were very polite, thoughtful, and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Property is having a pretty good kitchen, washing machine and drying facilities. Staff are very courteous and knowledgeable (local site seeing). Only bedroom section was a bit congested. Overall very good hotel.

The property is clean but the room is very small. I guess that is standard in Tokyo. The downside is far from the heart of Ginza.

The staff was extremely nice, helpful, and their English was very good. The facilities were clean as well. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed for our adult daughter was very hard. Other than that, our stay was great!!

The super kind and helpful international staff at Section L Ginza East spoke several languages and made check in easy. The room was good for 2 even with the 2nd bed out. The small kitchen was over the top and just right fro what we needed. There were 3 super markets nearby which helped us plan meals. The only thing missing was rice sold in small amounts, altho there is a rice cooker in the room.
In my case I needed the 2nd bed made up, so you need to let them know in advance if you plan to use it. Also the main bed blocked the entry to the balcony which had a nice place to sit out on while enjoying the local city scape.
Hachobori station is perfect for Disneyland. Less than 30 minute ride. And is super walkable to Tsukiji and Ginza. And only a 5 minute walk to the station. The next time we come we will bring rice.

Clean, quiet and comfortable stay. The front desk was super helpful to make multiple reservations for us as we don’t speak Japanese. They made quite a few phone calls to find us a last minute reservation at a great sushi restaurant, which was the best meal of our 12-day trip in Japan.

Great staff and easy to communicate with. Willing to help us call a taxi. A little small ( I think it’s typical for Tokyo hotel) but Very clean facility with kitchen and washer and dryer in unit. Great location with easy access to public transportation. One mile from Tokyo station and five minutes walk from many subway stations. Walkable to many restaurants. Would love to stay again when I visit Tokyo again.

Nice!

It is very convenient. Different train exit near by. Also easy to get reach to 7-11, Lawson, Family mart. The staff are also very nice. Even give a surprise during the birthday within the stay

Grt Staff & Location

Cleaning and new towels for free is recommended atleast every 2 days.
Bed blocked the balcony so couldn’t step out.
Only washer in room- no dryer, must dry clothes on a stand.
Full kitchen is not needed, instead put in a dryer and make some moving space in the room. Very tight for 3 people- 2 adults, 1 child.

Fantastic property and staff

I wanted to find a nice room in a quiet part of town while in for business. This property did just that. The staff was very accommodating and professional. The room was large, clean and well equipped. Gave me everything I needed and more. I will definitely stay again at a Section L property without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Love how convenient the property is located, and we enjoyed how close we were to the transportation. The property was spacious. I did wish the washer had a separate dryer unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location but deficient laundry capability

We specifically rented a unit with "laundry" capabilities in the unit. At check in I was informed there was only a washer and a drying rack when I inquired about the functionality of the unit. Upon check out the front desk assistant shared with me there is a drying option in the shower.
