総合的にいいが、フロント対応時間が…

無人ホテルで、何かあれば遠隔のビデオ通話対応。ただ夜中に上階の騒音があまりに激しく、対応をお願いしようとしましたが対応時間外(8:00-23:00)で、電話も繋がらず止むのを待つしかありませんでした。メールを送り、朝方とても丁寧なお返事をいただきましたが、夜中何かトラブルがあると困るなと思いました。清潔感、駅からの距離はいいです。

立地や金額　キャッシュレス　無人チェック　部屋の間取りやネット.TVなどは何の問題もない。
清潔さがいまいち。換気扇、ドライヤーのフィルターが埃まみれ、未使用タオルとソファに汚れ　最低限のアメニティとして化粧水や乳液がない　ケトルはあるがTバックなどはない　Air B&Bとしてなら文句はないが一等地でデラックススイートルームとうたうホテルの部屋としては少々粗末に感じました。

デラックススイートに宿泊。
チェックインからチェックアウトまでセルフで行うようで、チェックイン開始前にSMSにてチェックイン方法の案内が来ます。最初は面食らいましたが、SMSの記載通りの手続きで問題無くチェックインが出来ました。
客室は清掃が行き届いていて快適でした。

部屋が汚かった 枕に髪の毛ついてた
電話しても対応出来るスタッフが居ないから空いてる部屋から取ってっていいよ って言われた。エアコンも効かなくて過ごしずらかった

コンサートの予定があり、宿泊しました。プロジェクターが設置されており、大画面で映像を楽しめるところがこのホテルの醍醐味の1つでもあると思います💚お部屋もとても綺麗で、快適に過ごすことができました。

I was thrilled to receive an email about a free cleaning service on the 4th day morning. The bins were emptied, vacuumed, and cleaned the room neatly. I also loved the shelf filled with towels etc at the entrance. I didn’t expect that the breakfast would be this nice. I was gonna eat at convenience store and try those yummies but the breakfast here was so much better.

Nice hotel that is part of 3 properties located very close to each other. Very close to Namba Parks mall and train station. Amenities were good bed was a little too firm for me though. Room was cleaned once during our stay per their policy. Extra towels and toiletries are available at a help yourself rack next to elevator. Free breakfast at one of the other properties was nice and a good variety of food. My biggest issue was they switched their ventilation system from cooling to heating on October 22. It was still low 70's during the day. So no A/C after our first day. The 7th floor would reach 80 or more by afternoon. They gave us a fan. We had to sleep with the door to the balcony open all night with the fan on a chair to be comfortable. Luckily we did not have any bugs come in. If it weren't for this issue I would give them 5 stars.

Wir hatten einen etwas schwierigen Start, der sich aber schnell behoben hat. Das erste Zimmer war im S-Presso Hotel South in der 9. Etage und hat leider nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Es war staubig und hat nach Schimmel gerochen, außerdem kam aus der Klima nur heiße Luft raus. Als wir das dem Personal mitgeteilt haben, haben wir sofort am nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer im Nebengebäude bekommen, welches viel moderner und sauberer war, zudem hat die Klima funktioniert. Am ersten Tag habe ich die Krise gekriegt, ab dem 2. wären wir am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Alles in allem kann ich es weiterempfehlen, würde aber doch eher ein Zimmer im South II buchen, da das Gebäude neuer scheint.

Good place to stay a bit out of the crowd to relax a little bit, however the room was not very clean. A lot of dust accumulated on the bathroom ventilation and the AC.

Had a great time staying at this property. It had a big room for the price and the a/c and water pressure were great. It was a short walkable distance from many shopping and dining areas.

We did luggage delivery and had it sent to the nearby main property as instructed. They notified us that it arrived and checked to make sure they receive the correct luggage’s. When we arrived they informed us that they took the time to deliver it to our room at our hotel and helped us check in.

Despite the lack of advertisement for free breakfast on the page, we were given the opportunity to eat for free at one of their hotels and their elevator contained a flyer showing that they previously offered free breakfast just a few days before at a nearby cafe.

They had excellent staff who helped us find and retrieve our forgotten item, allowing one of our friends to pick it up due to already leaving the region

The only downside is the lack of property laundry, however there are nearby coin laundry.

Would highly recommend staying at this property.

This was our first hotel on our first trip to Japan. We made it there riding the railway and metro all on our own! The hotel has no staff on sight but they are readily available by email and at check-in via video conference. We didn’t receive the email prior to arrival with instructions on check-in but just a press of the doorbell, and staff let us in remotely and walked us through the check in process. The room itself was awesome! Large living area with kitchenette, 2 separate bedrooms, and a bathroom I would love to have in my house back in the USA. Breakfast was included at the sister property a mere 2 minutes away, and it was delicious! Highly recommend this hotel. It’s near the metro and Dotonbori—the very popular neighborhood in Osaka (a nice 10-15 minute walk).

DO NOT STAY HERE! They will re-charge at arrival even with full payment through expedia! They will not even consider a refund for either payment and as they are an unmanned hotel they are impossible to contact. They will did not accept that payment had already been made and we were stuck unless we paid again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Great location within walking distance to DOTONBORI and other shopping districts. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. We had some trouble with our luggage and they were able to deliver directly to our room without us asking! Don’t be afraid to email them to ask any questions as they respond really fast. The area is pretty busy in the afternoon and evening and a little shabby (graffiti on some buildings) but we still felt quite safe. Our room was huge (in comparison to other Japan stays) and well kept. Our one nit was that the mattress on our bed (a double) was pretty hard which we don’t like but that’s just our preference. Would totally recommend and stay here or other locations in the future!

Está muy bien! Solo considera que la lavandería no es comunal (fue un error que cometí) tienes que rentar un cuarto especial que lo incluya.

No te hacen limpieza si no estás mínimo 4 noches.

Otra cosa que NO me gustó es el horario de Check out. 10 am para que lo consideren. Pero en general bien.

일단 무인이라 체크인이 까다롭지만 수건과 슬리퍼 등 용품을 편하게 가져다 쓸 수 있어서 좋았어요! 다만 칫솔은 치아가 너무 아파서 안씀..
수페리얼 룸 두명이서 묵기 너무 쾌적하고 일본에서 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔이라고 생각합니다!!
난바역도 걸어가기 꽤나 괜찮고 여유있으면 도톤보리도 돌아다니고 귀가 가능

Todo estuvo perfecto, no dieron el desayuno de cortesía y fueron muy atentos. Me ayudaron con un objeto olvidado en otro hotel de otra ciudad para que lo pueda recuperar.

First of all this hotel is unmanned and so, to check in you gotta do the online stuff and follow instructions sent to your email.
We happened to arrive from Kyoto so we had used a service to send our luggage. The luggage can only be received at S-presso Central as there are receptionists there. We arrived at Central first and the staffs there were so kind and patient with us. They helped us with checking in and also very kindly sent us to South as it was raining heavily.
The apartment at South was spacious with proper sleeping and living space. However as the bedrooms are quite small, it's difficult to have your luggage in your own room. We ended up all opening them in the living room. Some low traffic areas were still dusty(lamps in the bathroom), minor cutlery stains etc not too big of a deal. Otherwise everything else was good.
Distance to Namba station was about 10-15min walk, and Namba area is a great location overall. Recommended for groups of adults as hotel is completely unmanned. We ended up going to Central for help a few times and they still provided service even though we were South customers.
You need to deposit your luggage at another building near Namba nankai station after your check out.

Wasnt expecting it to be so fancy and big. I thought id paid for a cheap place and was pretty amazed. The door locks (into the building and room) are digilocks, so you can come and go as you please and i felt safer than i was expecting to in the room because of it, which was hugely appreciated as a lone female traveller. The room was clean and the hotel itself is in a really good location in my opinion. You check in and out by a form via a qr code, which i quite liked as i felt like i didnt need to worry too much about leaving early ect, it was a very quick process

Good facilities and very helpful staff who even transported our luggage from their sister hotel to our hotel. Good spot not too far from Dotombori. Only minor downside was some outside noise at night.

This hotel is great for anyone looking to explore the Dotonbori area! Walking distance to many shops, street food vendors and Izakayas! Be aware if you come in the hotter months that this is a 15 minute walk to the station, it’s not an issue if you walk through the ‘Namba City’ shopping centre but VERY sweaty otherwise! Couldn’t fault the check-in process or room. Very clean and comfortable!

Erinomainen ja tilava huone kahdella erillisellä makuuhuoneella. Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja toimiva konsepti ilman fyysistä avainta (numerokoodi). Sijainnista myös plussaa, kävelyetäisyydellä Namban asemalta ja lähistöllä on useita ravintoloita ja kauppoja.

Todo estuvo excelente, nunca nos faltó nada y el desayuno muy bueno. La habitación era muy amplia, cómoda y completa. Si regreso, de seguro volvería a hospedarme ahí.
