部屋と露天風呂からの景色は非常に良かったです。

除湿機のタンクは満杯でランプが付いた状態になっていた。
スタッフは中国人？みたいな片言のスタッフのみ。
休憩時間なのかお客さんのフリースペースでスタッフが喫煙する姿を見てしまい、気まづかった。
安さと立地は良かったが細かな配慮は欠けていた感じがする。

窓の鍵が閉まっていなかったり
網戸のままになっていたり
気付かないと防犯上で怖い面があったが
施設も、サービスも十分満足できるものだった。
お風呂も大浴場があり満足できた。

こぢんまりとしたお宿です。
ロビー、温泉からの眺望はなかなか素敵でした。

近くにはお店があまりありませんが宿の方がいくつかおすすめを教えてくれます。
送迎サービス付きの飲食店がいくつかあるようです。

わたしの泊まった部屋は部屋風呂のないお部屋でしたので部屋風呂がいい方は注意が必要です。

静かでのんびり、ゆったりとした空気に癒されました。

Hotellet var ganska enkelt, vilket uppskattade. När man bor på ett ryokan vill man inte det ska för lyxigt utan mer ett traditionellt japanskt boende. Väldigt trevlig personal och vacker omgivning.

Rummet var rent, underbar utsikt från veranda och onsen. Vi kunde se Mt Fuji även nattetid.
Lite synd att det inte finns restaurang på hotellet och inte så många att välja på i närheten.

We had an amazing stay here. The staff went out of their way to take care of us. It is a beautiful facility. They transported us back and forth to the bus stations and the convenience store. They did a load of laundry for us as well. We rated our 2 nights in Hakone high on our list of favorites from our Japan trip. Thanks Hakone Shichifukuso for helping make great memories.

The hotel was much more remote than I expected. I arrived late, and the staff were very kind to pick me up at Tōgendai Station and help me get to the property. However, it can be quite difficult to reach on your own after dusk. In the morning, I tried calling a taxi to get to Sengokuhara, but it wasn’t easy to arrange one in this area. There are also no convenience stores or restaurants nearby, so it’s best to buy anything you need before arriving. On the positive side, the public bath was very relaxing, and the morning view of the lake and mountains was beautiful. Overall, a peaceful stay — just be prepared for limited access and amenities around the hotel.

Overall is was a good experience? The place was clean, the room was nice and spacious. And amazong balcony view of the Halone valley. But staff was very absent and the place felt desolate. Nobody did room service during my stay. Also I didnt use the hot bath as the water didnt look the cleanest? Also it is in a beautiful but isolated area. It you have a car, it was fine.

Der Service war ausgezeichnet, wir wurden von der Bus Station abgeholt, zu einem Restaurant gefahren und unsere Koffer wurden nach dem Checkout zum Bus Terminal gebracht. Unser Appartment war sehr groß und geräumig. Die Unterkunft hat ein eigenes Onsen. Das Haupthaus ist sehr schön und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Weniger gefallen hat uns der Zustand des Appartments, es ist bereits sehr veraltet/renovierungsbedürftig und auch nicht ganz sauber. Wir empfehlen ein Zimmer im Haupthaus. 1 Nacht empfanden wir ausreichend, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Hakone anzusehen. Prinzipiell ist der Ort sehr klein, wir würden beim nächsten Mal lieber in Motohakone übernachten, da hier mehr Geschäfte und Restaurants etc sind.

We enjoyed our stay at this Location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It‘s not a busy area, but they offer a pickup from Bus stops and bring you to a Restaurant in the evening if You Like to.

Great location, helpful staff

Great stay, the staff were really helpful. Offered pick-up and rides to nearby Togendai station. Relaxing location. Onsen with a view of Mt. Fuji. We lost an earring, but the staff found it after we left and offered to send it to out next stay. We are thankful!

A bit isolated, but they were wonderful about taking us to the station. Only two restaurants open at night. But excellent location for Lake Ashi and the Hakone Ropeway. Just need good knees to climb the long stairs up, but the view of Mount Fuji from the front porch was worth it!

美景七福庄酒店

酒店在半山坡上，最大特点是风景优美，面向芦之湖，清晨看富士山美极了，还可以泡汤看美景。酒店距离桃源台三分钟车程，酒店负责接送到桃源台，桃源台这里有餐馆，可额外预定早餐。酒店人员热情周到，并可讲中英日语。这个酒店在箱根地区价格算相当友好了，总体体验很棒，会推荐给亲朋好友。

The property is very safe and quiet. We can see Mount Fuji from the balcony. There are some very good traditional Japanese restaurants around this area, we tried several of them, we experienced the Japanese culture and delicious food at the same time. The hotel’s hot spring is very good, especially the outdoor one, I lied in the spring water, was around by the trees, bamboo fences, birds singing, spring steamers and fogs. It’s very relaxing and enjoyable. The manager arranged hotels , he drove us to restaurants, harbour and offered and picked us up when we needed. We had very special 4 days 3 nights there. We strongly recommended this hotel and will definitely come back with our family and friends. We appreciated all the help they provided.

도쿄 도심에서 일주일 여행 중 하루를 묵으러 간 곳입니다. 깊숙한 산중이고 교통이 불편하니 짐은 도심에 보관하고 간단하게 오시길 추천합니다(아니면 자가용 이용). 호텔내 식당은 시간/메뉴제한이 있어 기대마시고 수,목요일응 주변 식당들 휴무이니 숙소에 먹을 거 챙겨서 들어가세요.

자고 일어나니 날씨가 아주 화창했고, 놀랍게도 숙소에서 아시노 호수와 후지산을 한 뷰에 볼 수 있었습니다. 부유한 누군가의 산 깊숙한 별장이던 곳으로 추측될만큼 대단한 뷰를 가진, 아름답고 아담한 호텔입니다. 뷰는 날씨요정님이 도와주셔야겠지만, 그 때문에 별점을 5개 부여합니다.
한가지 굉장히 아쉬웠던 건 온천이요. 기계고장으로 노천 온천수가 미지근 했고 욕탕내부는 추천하기 어렵습니다.
온천에 관심 있으신 분들은, 차가 있다면 다른 곳에서 온천욕을 즐기시거나, 전화로 기계고장이 고쳐졌는지 꼭 문의해보세요.

老人不友善的旅館

這個旅館是建在一個山坡上，大廳check和早餐以及泡湯湯屋在最上面的主棟，住房在下面，停車場在更下面，當然沒有電梯，全部都是階梯！所以我們得拖著行李爬許多階梯，然後同行又有行動不便的老人，根本無法上去泡湯和吃早餐，光從停車場走到房間就很吃力了！是對行動不便和老人非常不友善的旅館。

泡湯的地方非常小，室內室外就是各一個小浴池，挺簡陋的，也非常老舊。總之，以他的價格和地點，實在不推。

Very nice view on Lake Ashi, Mt. Fuji. Calm, green surrounding. We spent 7 days in the Family Villa. Walk down to Togendai Busstop 15 min. To arrivr at the location you can take the cable car to Ubako and walk down 15 min. Shops available in Sengokuhara, 15 min with Bus from Togendai. Ohnsen available. All in all a nice stay.

Établissement intime, calme et confortable dans la campagne japonaise. Une vraie expérience authentique de ryokan et de onsen. Propriétaire sympathique et avenant.
