駅地下街からの行き方がわからず電話にて尋ねた際、丁寧に対応していただいた。結局はタクシーで向かったが、夜間の遅い時間にも関わらず、何度も電話してしまったがその度に丁寧だったので申し訳なかったがありがたかった。

部屋の広さも十分で、アメニティやフリードリンク、フードも充実していました。TVからYouTubeやNetflixが見れる点（要アカウント）も良かったです。

個人的な希望を言わせてもらうと、大浴場が欲しかったのと、周辺が歓楽街なので夜出歩く際は少し治安が気になりました。

お部屋がすごく綺麗でした。フリードリンクやお菓子もあり、すごく満足しました。
1Fのカフェも美味しそうでした。

梅田駅から地下道を通ってホテルの近くまで行けるので便利でした。スタッフの方の雰囲気もサービスも良かったです。また大阪に伺う際は利用させていただきます。

梅田で安く泊まりたい方にオススメ
タクシーで梅田駅から5分、800円でした。ラブホ街で治安が良いとはいえませんが安く宿泊できるため許容範囲です。近くにデイリーヤマザキとローソンがあります。
客室は広く小さなソファがありました。スーツケースはベッド下に収納できます。
風呂トイレ別なのが嬉しいです。風呂のドアの開閉が一般的なものと異なり難しかったです。
ドライヤーとカールアイロンが備え付けてあるため特にこだわりのない方はこちらで済ませられると思います。アイロンに前回宿泊の方の髪の毛が絡まっていたのが残念でした。

部屋や共用部分も綺麗で空いてたら駐車場もすぐ前にあって便利です。
浴室、トイレは別でお湯も強めに出るのが好きです。
近隣には飲食店も多数あるのでご飯には困りません。

部屋と風呂は快適です。

部屋も風呂も広くて快適でした。
でも，駅からはちょっと離れてます。
部屋では仕事が出来る環境がないので、ホテルで仕事をしたい人にはむかないかもしれません。

眠らない街大阪を満喫できるホテル！

清潔感のある綺麗な部屋でした。
お風呂がトイレと別々になっているのも良かった。バスタブも大きめで、ゆったりと浸かれ旅の疲れも癒してくれました。
バスルームも広く、床も水切れが良く清潔感のある『からり床』を施工されていました。
アメニティもフロント近くで、お好きなアイテムをチョイスでき、女性には高感度かと思います。
駅からわかりずらいのが難点ですが、近隣の兎我野町は、飲み屋さんも、大人の遊び場も多数揃っている場所なので、飲み好き、遊び好きの方にはピッタリかも知れません！
朝食は、和食or洋食（いずれも軽食）から選べます。
眠らない街、大阪を満喫できるホテルです！

部屋の広さ、快適さ、設備すべてこの値段で泊まれることが信じられないくらいよかったです！朝食は食べていませんが、和食と洋食が選べるようです。
スタッフの方も丁寧で、気持ちよかったですね。
また泊まりたいと思うホテルです。

ホワイティ の泉の広場から徒歩7分くらい。
周りはラブホ街ですが、コンビニも近くにあるし、こんなご時世だからか、夜もとても静かでした。
部屋はバストイレ別のセパレートで、快適ですが、洗面台がすごく小さくて洗顔する時、周りが水浸しになります。
歯磨きくらいなら大丈夫だけど、マイナス点つけるとしたら、それくらいかな。
朝ごはんはとても美味しかったです。
部屋も広いし、寛げるのでまた機会あったら泊まりたいです。

Had a great stay at this hotel, surprisingly spacious as far as Japanese standards and the lobby had free snacks (crackers and teas) that you can partake in.

The hotel is located close to Umeda/osaka stations so with good connections. It was comfortable and clean. Rooms are small but it was expected.
I was disappointed in the breakfast which was set from 4 options that all were more lunch like meals for my taste but I can imagine others not having the same issue. All im saying- if you’re a picky eater don’t bother paying to have breakfast included. Coffee and tea service is free 24/7 in the lobby which is nice.

The staff at Umedaholic are super friendly and helpful. General guest amenities like afternoon drinks and treats in the common area, mobile phone charging / work stations, and breakfast options are an added bonus. Our room on the second floor was superb. Spacious, modern and clean. Umedaholic is within walking distance to/from Osaka Station; and there are numerous restaurants to choose from in the area. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel

Great staff, very patient and understanding (I accidentally double booked but they took care of everything so quickly). Cool bar/cafe at the lobby. Good location but off the main road.

Umedaholic staff were attentive and hospitable, especially during late night hours. They offer complimentary snacks, drinks, and toiletries while supplies last. The King bedroom I had was spacious enough for my checked baggage and carry-on as well as a decent medium sized backpack. The complimentary daily water bottle refill was also extremely helpful for traveling. Overall, a solid hotel near attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants suitable for travelers, I would recommend this place, especially for pricing and location!

Schönes Hotel mit vielen Gadgets (Getränke- und Snackbar, Gesichtsmaske, Reiseführer von Japan, ausgearbeitete Highlights von Osaka, Lockenstab auf dem Zimmer usw.) Jeden Tag im Hotel was neues entdeckt. Die Zimmer sind größer als üblich. Insgesamt waren wir 1 Woche hier. Toilette und Bad typisch japanisch. Natürlich gab es auch Pantoffeln und einen Schlafanzug. Das Personal ist toll. Haben uns beim ordern eines Taxis unterstützt. Cocktails an der Bar sind ebenfalls lecker.
Die Umgebung ist sicher, trotz Restaurant und Rotlicht Milieus. Apotheke, coole günstige Restaurants, Lawson und 7eleven gleich um die Ecke.

Good location in decent hotel

Good access to train and Metro. The hotel itself is nice and comfy enough. Rooms a tiny bit dated and could’ve done with some blackout blinds or at least better shutters. The ones I had didn’t keep the light out well enough in the morning.

Fabulous hotel room close to Umeda and JR Osaka stations. Great breakfast. Cafe open to all, but a special area with drinks and snacks for guests. Bar open with snacks to purchase in the evenings. Laundry. Huge selection of toiletries. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend!!

This hotel is a fantastic place to visit when staying in Osaka. The room was very spacious and well stocked with a variety of amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the space felt calming and cosy. It had a great atmosphere, and the staff were attentive and pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the teddy bear sat at the entrance, dressed in the hotel uniform, to greet guests. Very cute!

The only downside to the hotel is that it is quite far from the main train station, however this isn't the fault of the hotel at all. If, like me, you struggle to walk long distances however, it may be good to look at ways to manage this if stopping at the hotel, such as using taxis if affordable, especially when carrying luggage.

That didn't stop the hotel being one of our favourites of our two week stay, and overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the visit.

We loved the smiles and kindness of the staff everytime we walked in someone welcomed us back. They were also thoughtful as they put effort into their snack bar and custom tea station! As tourists sometimes its hard to relax or wind-down when we are always between activities or coming in late, the complimentary stations helped us rejuvinate, it was fun to see the teas rotate to different ones, I wanted to book more days just to try them all! Their lace cookies and scones were my favorite too! The room we got was clean and comfortable, they made good use of the space. The art on the wall made no sense but I loved that. Thank you everyone! We did get lost a few times trying to find the hotel because all the blocks look similar around there but thats not your fault.

Newer property in a generally convenient area walking distance to Osaka/Umeda station. Bathroom was super spacious and clean, along with separated toilet room and sink outside. Just wish they could provide an extra bottle of hand soap to use by the toilet and at the sink in the room.

EXCELENTE HOTEL

EXCELENTE hotel em Osaka. Localização perfeita, equipe simpática e o serviço maravilhoso. Sem contar que eles servems snacks, café e chá sem custos, tornando a estadia ainda mais fascinante. Os quartos posseum um bom tamanho e são bastante confortáveis.

Modern and clean and very comfy. Bed was amazing - very supportive and good quality, did not disturb partner. Good amenities, bath tub was great, bath room with shower and tub was similar to onsen experience. Very near to underground shopping and food area - so much to see and do. 7/11 and Lawson’s just round the corner. Great place and I would definitely come back again.

Great value for money.

This is a very convenient hotel for my needs but also a good hotel because the rooms are a decent size, the beds are comfortable & the bathroom is good. I personally do not take breakfast here as I prefer to get some snacks from the nearby supermarket. It's a good hotel for the price.

Incredible stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel itself is new, spotless, and offers a wealth of amenities, including a selection of products (cleansers, lotions, face masks, etc.) available for guests to use, as well as complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby. We enjoyed a drink at the bar downstairs, and the breakfast each morning was delightful. Our stay was comfortable in every way. We absolutely loved Osaka and will definitely be back. Thank you!
