チェックインでかなり待たされた。事前予約で1泊追加した為、同じ部屋にするのに手間取ってるとの事でしたがその説明はかなりの時間が経ってから、こちらから尋ねての答えとしてでした。暑い中立ったままでずっと放ったらかしにされた。スタッフの配慮が殆どなかった。それに2泊目にカードキーが使えなくなりまたまた暑い中、扉の前で待たされた。ホテルとしては快適でしたがスタッフの教育は出来てないと思いました。スタッフの手が回っておらず客への対応が出来ていないですね。非常に残念でした。

1人で滞在でしたが大変素晴らしいお部屋でした。全てコンパクトにまとまって整理されていました。朝食は希望者が多い時間帯になると多少待つ必要がありますが、時間をしっかり管理することで個々人で解消できます。

スタッフから 部屋のカードの取り扱いで 部屋のどこに入れれば 電気がつくとか エレベーターは 部屋のカードがないと 使用できないとか 部屋のカードを当てないと 何階とか選べないとか しっかり説明が欲しかった。

アパホテル、初体験。よかった〜。大浴場もいいし、みんなが使う理由わかるわ〜。ハンガーも沢山あって冬だから助かります。コーヒーが粒じゃなくて粉だったら、なお嬉しい。朝食も温かく美味しかったです。

27日〜28日に1泊と28日〜3/1に2泊で予約をしてしまったがフロントの方に伺った所、気持ち良く同じ部屋に変更していただけてスタッフの方がとても親切に対応してくれたので過ごしやすく毎回、利用してます。

一つ気になるのがバスルームの浴槽の水の流れが悪かったので排水口を見たら前に泊まった方の髪の毛がつまっていたのが気になりました。

部屋は清潔的で快適でした。高層階からの眺めは気持ちが良かったです。一番のおすすめは朝食で、品数も多く美味しかったです。是非朝食付きでご予約下さい。

숙소 중심으로해서 신오쿠보와 신주쿠를 걸어서 갓다올수 있어 너무 좋앗고 대략 5분거리에 도쿄메트로 지하철인 히가시신주쿠역이 있어 공항에서 숙소까지 이동도 편했습니다.

Great place to stay for the price, station at 5 minutes walk, bunch of Isakayas at 5 minutes walk, Conbinis and Don Quijote at 5 minutes walk, rooms are small but as a solo traveler that was enough, bed was big enough for two people so it could work too if you don't mind being tight, still its japan, you'll only sleep there for a few hours and leave the rest of the day so, it is great overall.

Nice hotel. More a business hotel in my mind, not that thats a bad thing. Smaller room with nice bed, small desk for pc and nice bathroom. Good wifi. Enjoyed my time there. Nice breakfast and pleasant staff.

Room and bathroom are very (very!) small. Disappointed the hotel Onsen isn’t tattoo friendly still. Place was clean. Staff were very kind and helpful. There are many APA hotels in the neighborhood. Make sure you choose the one that fits you. Would recommend, but I’ll choose a different hotel brand for my next visit.

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé cet hôtel. Les chambres sont minuscules, le personnel pas vraiment aimable, ni a l'accueil et pas toujours au petit déjeuner.
La salle.du.petit déjeuner et petite par rapport à l'hôtel, du coup on doit attendre quand c'est rempli. La cuisine est ouverte, les odeurs aussi et le matin, sentir l'odeur de la friture, viande ect... bof Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour le onsen. Rien est précisé à la réservation, mais interdit aux gens tatoués.( On a droit juste 2 pansements de 10x12 cm) J'aurais aimé être avertie avant de réserver.
Je n'ai pas aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, le quartier autour que des bars d'hôtesses et hotes.
Passez votre chemin!.

I only learnt after entering Japan that APA hotel rooms are small! The room was nice and had good facilities but we could hardly move around. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious - a combo of Japanese and western. There’s plenty to do in the area and nearby Shinjuku. There are a lot of APA hotels in the area too. Guest laundry room was super helpful to use during the summer.

Good internet and AC, in the middle of a fun area, staff spoke English well. Only had trouble with busy laundry. Public bath was a highlight.

Great hotel, little further than I thought from the station. But felt extremely safe, just didn’t want to lug my luggage. Great shower/bath, bed. Terrible pillows though. So glad I brought my own! Great view from 20th floors

Room was pretty nice size, extra security around elevators (can't even access them without a room key). Right across from a Don Quixote as well, so that's never a bad thing. Didn't experience anything bad with the hotel. Kabukicho is just a little roudier at night, so lower floors may hear more commotion. Otherwise, enjoyed my stay!

Check in/out was efficient and staff were very professional and friendly. The property is close to highly rated restaurants/bars and is a short walk to Korea town and train station. On site services are recommended.

I had a great experience overall. The room was very small, as expected in Tokyo, but it was clean and well-maintained. I had a room on the 17th floor, and the view was excellent. Despite being in a busy area, the room was quiet and peaceful, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The location is excellent; just a short walk to public transportation, restaurants, and many local attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here. The check-in procedure was needlessly confusing (they should just have a front desk instead of the self-service counters that still need a full staff), but the room was very comfortable (small but had everything I needed). The spa was perfect after a day of walking around. More washer/dryers would have been nice but I got to meet some cool people waiting.

Everything was great... only down side is when they do the room cleaning every 3 days (which I love) but the times they get to your room is between 8am to 2pm... it varies day by day (makes sense on how busy they are) but the maids wont clean the room while you are in there (which kinnda sucks)

The location was a major highlight it was close to tons of restaurants, clubs, and nightlife spots, which made it super convenient for exploring the city after dark. Whether I wanted a late-night bite or to check out Tokyo’s vibrant club scene, everything was just a short walk away.

The only downside was the laundry area. It felt too small and got really crowded, which wasn’t ideal for a hotel of this size. It made doing laundry a bit of a hassle, especially during busy times.

That said, I would still recommend this hotel. If you’re looking to stay in the heart of the action and enjoy Tokyo’s food and nightlife, the location alone makes it worth it.

Very clean. Staff was friendly. Fresh towels were brought every day but trash was not taken out of rooms. We don’t know if we were supposed to leave it out for staff, but they are so thorough with explaining every nook and cranny that not mentioning it felt like they would have cleaned it. It piled up fast.

This property is awesome, except for one thing checking in is quite complicated. Waited for about 30 minutes, scanning my passport multiple times. Staff is very helpful, could’ve done it themselves to make it a breeze. Small room, but great breakfast. Please do not book this hotel if you are a person with a tall and large built.

Good hotel but very generic

The stay was ok. The self check in that they do at APA is long winded and very frustrating. The bathrooms are always extremely small. Overall stay was good though. Rooms were clean. We paid for a higher room with a view which was nice.

The hotel is very clean & the staff are extremely helpful & polite. The rooms are quite typical of Japanese hotel rooms where they are comfortable, but rather small.
There is very little room to hang clothes so luggage is kept under the bed. They are also very quiet & rarely do you hear other guests in their room or hallways.
The hotel spa is a great way to relax.
The area is very close to many restaurants & convienience stores that open 24 hours, but it doesn't get busy with crowds. The location is close to the busy Kabuchiko area, but not close enough for it to become a nuisance.
