ホテルフロントの丁寧な対応や設備は良かったです。一方で水回りは綺麗に掃除されていましたが、部屋のテーブルやTV下の棚のところなど拭き残しがあり少し汚さを感じました。

スタッフの対応が素晴らしい

2020年10月にオープンしただけあって、店舗は非常に清潔。スイートは一般的にイメージするスイートとは少し違ったけど、でも十分に広くて快適。スタッフもみんな丁寧だし、子供が部屋に本を忘れたのだけど、丁寧に確保してくれてた。
朝食付きだったが、コロナ禍でビュッフェとはいえ、自分で自由に取れる形式ではなかった。でもスタッフの方が希望通りに取ってくれたし、この手のビュッフェにしては美味しかった。特にパンと野菜が美味しかった。できれば、飲み物がもう少しお茶などのバリエーションがあると良かった。ティーバッグでいいので。

全体としては非常に満足。さすがHISグループ。

和風で清潔。

とても清潔。少し狭い印象もあるが、値段から見れば十分妥当。ファイテンウォーターを売りにしているからか、シャワーの水圧がものすごく強くて快適だった。

フロントの方の対応やサービスも素晴らしく、大変気持ち良く過ごさせていただきました。部屋からは京都タワーが眺められ、特に夜景は最高でした。是非また利用させていただきたいと思います。

綺麗で静か。リッチもよい！アメニティも充実！！

とても綺麗なホテルでした！OSAJIのアメニティグッズがテンションあがりました！！部屋に設置されたお茶やコーヒーも充実しており、カップなどの設備もしっかりしてました！ホットアイマスクや足疲れシートの心遣いもとてもありがたかったです！
何よりシモンズのベッドが最高の寝心地でした！！！すっごく熟睡できました！
タクシー1メーターで河原町にも行けて、立地も良かったです！

コインランドリーを利用しようとしましたが他の宿泊者が使用しておりフロントに確認すると終了時間は不明とのことでした。部屋のインフォメーションで空き状況がわかるようにするか，事前予約制にするとか，ルームカードでロッカー式のようにして使用者がわかるようにできたらいいと思う。洗濯物のセキュリティの問題もあるのではないかと思った。

畳の部屋で部屋も綺麗で清潔で気持ちよかったです。ベットのそばにテーブルが欲しかったのと靴を脱ぎ履きできる椅子があればよかったなと思いましたが、全体的にとてもよかったです。リーズナブルなのでまた泊まりたいです。

快適なホテルです。

オープンしたばかりの綺麗なホテルでした。
バス・トイレが別で、お風呂場には洗い場があって
広く使いやすかったです。
通路ですれ違ったお掃除担当の方は、
明るく挨拶をしてくださって気持ちが良かったです。
地域クーポンの発行方法がわからず
ロビーで調べていたら、
フロントの方がサイトを印刷して持って来てくださって、親切なご対応が嬉しかったです。
また機会があれば是非利用させていただきます。

Great 3-night stay at Kyoto. Check-in was very smooth and the property was very clean and I liked the traditional tadami style. Location was very close to subway/bus and was easy to get to the major locations. Definitely recommend for visiting Kyoto.

Most comfortable

Most comfortable 3-stars i ever had. My stay was 2 nights. It was a deluxe 2-bed room, and it felt like a 4-star hotel experience. Breakfast was amazing with Japanese cuisine and every day the breakfast was slightly different, which was exciting, there were many plant-based options as well. The lobby offers a wide range of amenities.

Hotel Henn Na Premier hat uns gut gefallen, das Zimmer war zwar eher klein, aber sehr sauber und an guter Lage. Das Frühstück war OK, mit täglich wechselnden Speisen. Schwierigkeiten gab es nur zu Beginn, Google Maps führte uns zu einem anderen Hotel mit gleichem Namen. Offenbar kennt Google das Hotel nur unter seinem alten Namen "Watermark". Zu bemerken sei, dass es keinesfalls ein 4-Stern Hotel ist.

L’hôtel est bien situé pour visiter les principales attractions et la chambre pour cinq personnes que j’avais était très bien (décoration, espace, propreté, etc.). Les lits doubles sont assez grands. C’est un bon rapport qualité/prix.

The room cleaning service was like a joke. Only replacing towel and rubbish bin while my bed sheets remained dirty.
The room was so noisy with some machine sounds every night. Not reasonable for sleeping.
However, the room size was very good and I like the bathroom.

Excelente elección.
La habitacion Deluxe en que estuvimos es espectacular. Vistas preciosas a la torre de Kyoto y a un templo. En una planta alta, con estilo japonés y espacio suficiente para sentirte muy cómodo (que normalmente los espacios y las habitaciones son muy pequeños).
La ubicación es fantástica. Fuimos andando desde la estación (20 minutos) con algunos restaurantes cerca por si llegas reventado del dia y sin el bullicio del turismo y cerca de la zona principal de tiendas.

This hotel is (IMHO) perfectly average. Clean, safe, in an excellent location.
Cons: They practice sustainable housekeeping so sheets are only changed every 3 days unless requested earlier. Windows require staff to open, they generally keep them locked closed because they're concerned about guests making too much noise for the neighbors. The attached restaurant is only open for breakfast and doesn't offer much besides bread. There aren't fans in the toilet rooms, so airflow can be a problem in there. There is laundry but there is not a pool, spa, or gym.
Pros: Suites come with free Keurig coffee, staff is extremely kind and helpful, location was excellent for exploring Kyoto.
Overall I would say that you could get more amenities for the same price than staying here, especially since the subway system is prolific and a lot of Kyoto is very walkable.

This was a great stay. Staff were so helpful and helped us book taxis. The rooms were so clean and I loved the look which was a more traditional style but still very modern which is exactly what we wanted in Kyoto. The location is so convenient to the subway and many bus routes. We walked from Kyoto main station with our bags. We would stay again!

This place has one of the biggest rooms, I was able to place my luggage open in the room which is rare in Japan. The toilet as separate from both bath and sink which is very convenient. Its just 5 mins walk from Gojo station and the bus stop.

The staff who checked us in gave us no information what so ever, we only got the card and basically moved up stairs lol. Aside from that, I saw the storage room on my floor was opened and some of the “cleaned” towels were thrown onto the ground before delivering to the room. Another thing is the laundry, it is basically non existent, there are supposed to be 4 of them but two were removed during our stay and one broke down, so the last remaining machine was constantly occupied and we had to wake up at 4AM to use it. Oh and the last part is the buffet breakfast, it is 1500 yen but with very limited options and teh food was basically instant food you get from convenience stores, but convenience stores are way cheaper and tasted better.

Very close to subway station. 5 minutes to Kyoto Station. Breakfast was well worth the price and little known steak lunch in restaurant on site.

Bel hotel (un po' di difficoltà all'inizio a trovare il mio nome perché l'avevano scritto in giapponese, ma abbiamo risolto quasi subito). Le camere sono grandi e pulite, il letto è molto comodo, il personale è molto gentile.

The staffs were nice and helpful. They listened to my broken Japanese patiently and helped me a lot.
However, the fridge in my room did not work well in the system furniture, which I've seen in comments elsewhere.
The fridge would work better if you keep the wooden door open to let out the heat, though.

Hôtel satisfaisant, plutôt bien placé. Chambre confortable, propre et même assez spacieuse, ce qui n’est pas fréquent au Japon.
Petit déjeuner assez basique, surtout pour ceux qui déjeunent sucré.

Staff was super helpful and allowed you to keep your luggage there after you check out. Very close to a main subway station and less than a 20 minute walk to Kyoto station. The Gion district to the East is only about 1/2 a mile away. The rooms were spacious and we really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent hotel!

We had an exceptionally good stay at the Watermark hotel Kyoto. The hotel is conveniently located next to Gojo station, it is easy to find and makes traveling within Kyoto easier. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. I needed some assistance with our baggage forwarding and the staff offered to help. This is my 5th visit to Kyoto and I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotellet var rent och fint! Vi hade ett stort och fint rum och hotellet låg nära till det mesta. Frukosten var lite mer åt det traditionellt japanska, så vi hade lite svårt för den. Men annars trivdes vi väldigt bra på hotellet och personalen var trevlig!

We travelled as a family of 5. Good location with walking distance to Nishiki Market and very accessible to all tourists area. Love the hotel room and the friendly staff. Will recommend to others if they going to Kyoto.

Great property overall. The only issue I had was that we had no view from our room. The windows were glazed so we couldn’t see anything. There also was no convenient place to hang multiple towels. Everything else was great.

The hotel is close to a metro and bus station so everything is accessible! The staff are also friendly.

Booked a suite for our family of 3 as we stayed there for 8 days so wanted maximum comfort.
Breakfast was lovely, staff lovely, room super comfortable and had a great view. Staff very kind to our 4 year old and there was at time colouring activity at reception which she loved.

In a quiet area of Kyoto. Super close to Gion subway and 16 min walk roughly from Kyoto station. Few supermarkets nearby.

Luggage forwarded to and from hotel. No issues. Would def stay again and highly recommend.
