部屋も綺麗でよかったです。バリアフリーで過ごしやすい。泊まった部屋は浴槽がありませんでしたが、広くてじゅうぶんなシャワーがありました(体の不自由な方向けのお風呂だった)

女性は、アメニティは期待せず自分のお気に入りを持って行ってください。コンビニも駅も近くて良かったです。牛丼屋さん、マック、カフェ、王将、食べ物には困りませんでした。室内は清潔でした。

清潔感がある部屋でアメニティに水のペットボトルがあったり、5階に行けば氷の無料サービスがあったりと観光の疲れを取る事ができ、4泊5日の連泊を楽しめました。
近くに大阪城があって観光もできたり、地下鉄等の移動手段も近辺にあるので便利でした。

匂いや詰まり

バストイレの換気が悪いのか？部屋全体が生乾き臭のような匂いがした。洗面台の排水が悪かった。

利便性が高い。駐車場、電車の駅、飲食店、観光地等がとても近く。身体に優しい施設。コスパが高い！

予約する時の写真に浴槽があったので
あるものだと思い受付しましたが、
客室入ったらシャワールームで残念でした。
それ以外は快適で過ごしやすかったです！

夕方に到着しましたが、看護師さんがいるという噂でしたので、
スタッフさんに聞いて見ると、「私です」という対応にはびっくりしました。丁寧な対応でしたので又来ます。

The hotel felt brand new. The rooms were big enough for me as a person from North America. The front desk was really friendly.

There are 2 train lines close by so it was very convenient to walk to a station.

Lawson, Family Mart and 7-11 were all very close. Steps away. There's a McDonalds nearby too.

There's only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for the entire building

La chambre était vraiment grande et le lit le plus confortable que nous avons eu à date et la douche très grande aussi. C’est le plus bel hôtel et l’accueil était vraiment agréable et bonnes recommandations! L’emplacement aussi était parfait à 3 min du métro. Je reprendrais le même hôtel si je reviens à Osaka

Good location, lots of restaurants nearby and close to metro lines. If you like walking, it's a great base to walk to various sites (they're longer walks though). Easy checkin and check out. Family Mart right across the crosswalk though heaps of convenience stores close by too. Shame there was no free coffee offered to guests in their lobby area, we'd gotten used to our other hotels across Japan having free coffee from coffee machine for guests.

Great location, short walk to Osaka castle and metro. Room was small, but comfortable and I liked that clean towels could be left outside each day.

Great option in Osaka

This is an AMAZING hotel and a great price for what we got. I cannot recommend it enough. Kind staff, good amenities, and we even had a laundry machine and dryer in our room. Solid location near a subway station, too.

We liked the keyless system to the room. Clean, staff friendly, beds and pillows very comfortable, room spacious! They gave us a two water bottles each day which was considerate given the heat. Would have Been better if I’m there was screen cast or something but not a big deal

It turned out to be so close to the subway line that goes direcly to the Expo2025. The room was a mini apartment that had washer/dryer unit, little kitchin unit, a seating area and a separate bedroom. Ckmfy beds and four pillows. Had 4 other types of pillows for rent if wanted. The ones provided were fine. Plenty of eating choices around. Just know most breakfast place open late, 9/ 10 and 11. They hailed a cab for us and front desk staff walked us down to make sure cab knew we wanted to go to Sin Oaska station.

방음 시설 취약.

오사카성 근처에 위치한 점 및 욕실 수압은 매우 매력적이었어요.
그러나 방음시설이 너무 안되어 있어서 숙소에 있는 것이 너무 힘들었어요. 도로가에 위치해서 특히 지나기는 오토바이 소리 및 앰블러스 소리로 야외취침의 기분이 들었어요.
또한 창호를 통해 방에 한기가 들어서 잘때 너무 추었어요. 입고온 겉옷을 입고 잤네요.

酒店位於商業區，早上人流蠻多，但到了晚上會非常寧靜，所以還算不錯。
附近有大量食肆可供選擇，馬路對面就是便利店，很方便。
房間就跟一般日本酒店差不多，應有的都有。
值得一提，酒店內有Coin Laundry。

저장해놓고 다시 갈 호텔

오사카에 다시 간다면 여기서 다시 묵을거예요
그만큼 정말 만족스러웠던 호텔입니다.

오사카성은 도보로 10분거리에 있고, 지하철도 도보 5분거리에 있어 이동하기 편했습니다.

객실은 지내기 아주 편안한 크기였고, 굉장히 깔끔하게 관리되어 있어 흠을 잡을수 없었습니다. 그래서 관광을 하러 가기보다 객실에서 나가기 싫더군요.

욕실은 세면대, 샤워부스, 화장실이 3개로 분리되어있었고, 각 공간이 사용하기에 불편함이 하나도 없는 크기였습니다.
마치 신축 호텔처럼 아주 깨끗했어요.

2층에 프론트데스크가 있는데, 직원들이 매우 상냥하고 친절했어요.
체크인시간보다 빨리 도착해서 2층 플로워에 있는 쇼파에서 휴식을 취할수 있어 좋았어요.
호텔 바로앞에 편의점이 있어 좋았구요.

단 한가지 아쉬운건, 체크아웃후 짐을 맡길때는 1000엔을 지불해야 가능했던 점입니다.

Clean and quiet hotel.Beds and pillows were comfortable. Close to 2 metro stations and close to Osaka Castle park. Good value for the price. Not a night life area but that suits us.

This hotel was outstanding. We booked the larger twin bedroom—so spacious! Glad to have the washer/dryer unit in. Happy to have free water and iced beverages at the lobby. Check-in was a little chaotic because there was only one person at the counter. Very close to Osaka Castle.

The paid hotel breakfast was terrible, most of the food was cold. Did not even have any butter for bread.

the room was big and spacious, the shower and bathroom was very nice. a little noisy and can hear the subway running and vibrating the room every time it passed by. We were on the 6th floor.

staff was ultra friendly and helpful

very quick walk to osaka castle for a day trip and about 10 minute walk to a big mall for shopping. Mc donalds and other food options was very close by and convenient
