十分満足していますが、一点、残念な事がありました

とても快適に過ごせました。一点、冷蔵庫の中に汚れがあり、以前宿泊された方が持ち込まれたキムチにようで、冷蔵庫がキムチの匂いです充満していました。こちらで拭き取りました。基本的に清潔でしたので、特に不満はありませんが、気を付けていただければ、更に良くなると思います。

We enjoyed staying at this place. The lobby was clean and felt comfortable sitting in the chair before checking in. Also providing coffee for free was a nice service.
We were satisfied with the dinner and breakfast because almost all the foods provided were well prepared and very delicious.
We would like to visit this hotel again in the future.

・大浴場が露天風呂はもちろん、体を洗う場所もとても寒く、湯船に浸かっていても暖まらなかったので10分もたたず出てしまった
・客室露天風呂のお湯の溜め方がきちんと説明されず、到着した時はすでに外が暗かったため足元にお湯や水が出る蛇口があるのも分からず夜はお風呂に入れなかった
・全体的に建物がさびれている
・浴衣が変な匂いがした

富士山が見えて良かった

昨年に続き今年もお世話になりました。昨年は霧がひどくて何も見えませんでしたが、今年は晴れた日があり、露天風呂と中庭から富士山が綺麗に見えました！
食事はCOVID-19への配慮をしつつ、バイキングが楽しめます。その場で作っていただけるローストビーフ丼、寿司など、ライブ感のある食事も美味しいです。
建物は少し古さを感じますが、綺麗に清掃されていて過ごしやすいです。

ホテルのお庭や、エントランスの開放感が好きです。露天風呂も富士山を存分に眺めることができますし、お湯も良いです。
ビュッフェ形式の食事も美味しかったです。
レストランはコロナ対策もされていたのですが、コロナ終わってからまた行きたいです。
色々な観光ポイントまで早くいける立地も良いですね。箱根今度は電車とロープウェーを駆使しながら旅をしてみたいです

とても良かったです

今回2回目の宿泊です。夕食ブュッフェと温泉がとても気に入ってリピートしました。
ブュッフェはコロナ対策で手ぶくろとマスク着用なので安心です。1人ずつのすき焼き・鍋・ブイヤベース・豚汁など他では見ないメニューが特にお気に入りです。
部屋は和洋室と洋室に泊まりましたが､リニューアルした和洋室の方が好きです。ただ景観は洋室の方が良かったです。
お値段もリーズナブルだと思います。

スタッフの方々は丁寧でとても良かったです。ただ写真にあった富士山の見える露天風呂を期待して行ったのですが、全然写真のように見えず残念でした。建物は結構古く、エレベーターに乗った時のカビのような匂いが気になりました。部屋の設備や家具も古くてあまりくつろげませんでした。コロナ禍なのでお篭りステイをしようと思い行きましたが、それにはあまり向いていません。夜ご飯のブュッフェはとても美味しく、種類も豊富でよかったです。

お勧めです。コスパ良し。

畳敷きのTwin Roomでしたが、Reform済で清掃も行き届いており清潔なお部屋でした。温泉は泉質等一言でいえば普通でしたが、広々しており露天風呂からは富士山も眺望でき気持ち良かったです。夕朝食はバイキング形式で夕食にはローストビーフや天ぷら、お寿司等があり種類は豊富かつ美味しかったです。個人的にはイカのお刺身（カルパッチョ風）が気に入りました。警戒レベル2のため大涌谷は立ち入り禁止でしたが、ロケーションも良く、また夜はロビーでミニコンサートがあり非日常をゆったりと快適に過ごせました。

新宿からロマンスカー→登山鉄道→ケーブルカー→ロープウェイを乗り継いで行きました。子供達は物珍しいので最初は興奮していましたが、あまりの遠さに次は強羅止まりでいいと言っていました。露天風呂からの富士山はお天気も良くて絶景でした。
ただ設備が古く、お風呂のロッカーキーが開かなくなり、裸で10分位悪戦苦闘。他にもそんな方がおられました。全体としては良かったと思います。

富士山を眺めながら寛げるホテル

滞在した富士見部屋、中庭、露天風呂からのとても綺麗な富士山が見え感動しました。建物に古さは感じられましたが、きちんと掃除が行き届いており快適でした。レストランのお食事は種類豊富で良かったのですが、混んでいる時間帯の方が、出来立ての温かいお料理を頂け良かったです。女性用の露天風呂のみ16:00-19:00富士見酒が振る舞われていましたが、男性用の露天風呂でもするべきでは？不公平なのでは？と思いました。富士山も女性用露天風呂からの方が眺めが良いそうです。ロープウェイがガスの影響で運休になると少し不便かも？と感じましたが、静かな山の中でとても寛げました。

車での初めてのアクセスで夜の場合、グーグルで検索しながら向かったのですが、違っていて
ＨＰにもわかりやすく、地図があればより良かったと思います
お料理もたくさん種類があり、美味しかったですが、

あと寝室にテレビがあり、お布団を敷いてもらった後は
テレビが見にくく、寝室でない方のへやにあればいいとおもいました

ホテルとしては一応の水準にあると思います。点数は特に減点するような所がなかったのですが、取り立てて素晴らしいというほどでもなかったので、４点としました。ただ、周辺エリアについては、周りに何もなく、ちょっと退屈な感じでした。

The choice of food at breakfast and dinner were terrific. In addition, there was easy access to nature trails and a Hakone Ropeway station. My only suggestion for the hotel is to provide a map or information about the trails. I only found them by walking around.

There were some positives to our stay including the view of Mt Fugi and access to ropeway. The hotel lobby and dining area were clean. The hotel room was old, worn and dated. Not what was shown in online images. The onsen had amazing view but the facilities were old and worn. The gardens were overgrown and unkept. There were limited options for basics such as water since there were limited hours for gift shop and lounge.
There was a discrepancy between what was advertised and what we experienced.

I was looking for a Ryokan with breakfast and dinner (half board( included) that has the Japanese spa in the hotel. Although this didn’t have the set dinner I was looking for, the buffet style dinner to me is equally as good with decent selection. We (fam of 4 with 2 teenage kids) stayed in Kai’s ese style room and we were impressed by the size of the room as well as the direct view of Fuji mountain (when it decides to appear). Hotel is 5 min walk to the cable car station and 1 stop from the black eggs. It has shuttle to 2 bus stops too that is convenient. 1 of the bus stop is a 5 min walk too. Overall I loved it. Would recommend.

Onsen hotel with a view

Stayed for one night with family. Great views of mt Fuji from hotel and onsen. Food at dinner and breakfast very good in quality and range. Windy during stay so no ropeway making access by public transport indirect although not an issue as travelled relatively lightly.

Wonderful remote hotel

Best buffet. We ate til our hearts content. The bathroom is very outdated and small so our family used the onsen daily, it had a wonderful view anyways.

First time in Hakone

My friends and I visited Hakone for the first time and stayed here for a night. We were very happy at the end of the stay. We weren't expecting the buffet dinner and breakfast to be included. The onsen was great, couldn't see Mount Fuji from it but got a good view from our room. Overall a pleasant stay

The Japanese style dinner buffet was great! Lots of various tasty dishes and nice service. The garden and hot spring area have good Fiji Mountain view. I would definitely be back there if I travel to Hakone again.

Up in the mountains. Get the Hakone free pass which helps with transportation. We were there for 4 days. Mt. Fuji came out twice and it was majestic. View of mt fuji from hotel is great especially from upper floors. The onsens were clean and relaxing. They provide yukata, casual kimonos, to wear to breakfast and dinner. We wore ours everytime. We rented the traditional tatami room. Futons on the floor was some of the best sleep I've had in months. Highly recommend purchasing the dinner options ahead of time. Delicious choices. We loved the gardens. The path from the ropeway to the hotel could use some work the first 15 meters. Kind of rocky. After that its easy overall and takes about 4 minutes to get there. This is definitely a hotel to come back to. We loved it.

Decepcionante

Es el tercer estilo ryokan que visito en Japon en estas vacaciones, era el mas caro de todos con mucha diferencia y las espectativas eran muy altas. La cena solo esta hasta las 19h de tarde, esta bien tipo buffet pero nada del otro mundo. Las habitaciones tienen olor viejo como anticuado, el baño es un añadido a la habitacio original de plastico, horrible la sensacion (como si estuviera en un baño portatil), la television muy pequeña, ni una botella de agua de bienvenida.
El onsen bueno, pero los barreños de plastico no de madera como en otros onsen de este tipo, nada de cortesia para cuando sales como en otros que hemos estado que tenias cafe, yogur, helados...

Lo que si quiero destacar es la atencion por parte de los empleados de la recepcion, tuvimos un problema con el siguiente hotel y llamaron para solventarlo. Eso de 10.

Por el resto de verdad que me llevo una gran decepcion, el hotel mas caro que he pagado en Japon, y he estado en varios Ryokan de 4 estrellas y este es de 2 estrellas como mucho.

En general el hotel está bien, aunque llovió y no pudimos ver monte fuji desde el onsen. Las instalaciones están limpias.

Lo único malo es que en ningún momento se nos informó del horario de la cena y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que la cocina estaba cerrada, por tanto perdimos la cena de la media pensión, ya que no nos ofrecieron alternativa.

L'hôtel est vraiment vieillot. Le dîner se prend beaucoup trop tôt . Le petit-déjeuner buffet offre un choix énorme et pour tous les goûts. Le bar ferme à 17h et il n'y a rien à faire autour de l'hôtel. Si vous n'êtes pas en voiture vous serez bloqués au milieu de nul part. Le onsen est magnifique.

Loved the Japanese style room. Breakfast and dinner buffet had a lot of dishes to offer. Loved that the ubako station is a short quick walk away. Very convenient for riding the tram either up to the volcanic area and then on to other sites or down to the ship and bus.

It was an amazing stay! It is tough to get to from Tokyo but they have a 3 day pass that lets you on all the buses,trains,sky lifts and boats that it is seriously worth it. The buffet here is a 10/10 and the robes are amazing. The onset is clean and friendly overall a great atmosphere.

It was my first onsen experience and it was nice, warm and relaxing. But I do not have other onsen places to compare to. It was a very foggy day and I cannot see the beautiful scenery outside. The buffet dinner and breakfast have a lot of variety of food and very good overall.

Hotel room was clean and spacious. We chose the traditional tatami-styled. Loved it! We had a lovely view of Mt Fuji. The service staff was efficient and courteous. Hotel was easily accessible within a 5 min walk from back of Ubago Station but through uneven terrain. Our only comment is the food quality.

Vackert belägen hotell i mitten av Hakone området. Lätt att ta sig dit både med bil eller tåg. Vi hade bokad halvpension och det finns mycket att välja mellan. Något hårda sängar, men det beror helt och hållet vad man är van vid. Stora rum och breda sängar. Härlig japansk onsen, tyvärr var det för molnigt för att se Fuji. Skulle gärna åka tillbaka och upptäcka mer av området.

Great place to relax

We really enjoyed our time here and people were very helpful. The only issue was that it was a bit confusing to get to the hotel and although there is a shuttle advertised it’s only down the street to the bus station. If we hadn’t called in advance we would not have been informed of how far the shuttle went. They also have some confusing spa and massage therapy information. Their hot springs and food were amazing, though. Really enjoyed our stay.

Staffs were excellent and the level of service was the best I ever experienced. (I am a world traveler). Mt. Fuji view from the outdoor onsen was exceptional. Dining option was good enough for a couple of days. Traveling with Hakone region is a bit cumbersome since the ropeway stops at. The bus stop is Onsenso where the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from. Make sure to have a bus schedule ready. We spend more time on waiting for the bus or train. Onsen is old and outdated but functional. The room requires a significant update. Our group spent very little time in the room, so it was ok. Garden view from the room was great. We chose a Tadami room for an experience, but the Tadami mats were too heavy to fold and unfold every day. We just left it out during entire stay. Bathroom was tiny, but there were many public bathrooms in the building. We end up using a public bathroom in the building and washed at Onsen. Overall, for the price we paid, it was a great stay. I enjoyed all staffs at the facility. They were so helpful and pleasant. For that, I will come back to the Green Plaza Hotel if I visit Hokane again.

We loved the location of the property. We booked a room with a private bath on the patio - and couldn't have been happier. The view of Mt. Fuji from the bath/patio was AMAZING. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The included dinner was extraordinary and service was excellent. We felt like we were in our own quiet little oasis in the evening after the ropeway shuts down. Wish we would have stayed longer.

Happy with our stay at this hotel even though the hotel itself is a little old since. Overall service is good and efficient. We were lucky with weather and could see Mt Fuji from the open hot spring. Excellent view indeed and worth getting up early to enjoy the hot spring.

It was a good experience. Onsen was clean and traditional. The only con is I wish they had more restaurant options than the buffet or that the buffet wasn't the same everyday. Otherwise, I would visit again.

Really bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel has a great potential, location is good once once you are there but arriving to the Hotel is terrible. The free shuttle wasn’t running when we arrived to gondola station and we needed to walk in the middle of an icy road carring our luggage, the most incredible thing is the staff didn’t really care when we got to the reception. The hotel installations are quite old and you have issues with mold all over the place, the corridor had a basket on the floor to colect dropping water from the ceilings, our bathroom was smelling really bad probably due to some sewage leak behind the toilet. The onsen was OK, just like others in the same category, however the views of the Mount Fuji are not that great as you need to stand up and take you body out of the onsen waters to see the it. Also, it is a quite lateral and partial view. So don’t expect great things here. The food was OK and restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. I felt that the food standards were also a bit low compared to other places we stayed in Japan. The worst part was the reception staff, they don’t know how to cater for international guests and they are not willing to help in your way in and out of the hotel if you are not driving your own car. So here is my recommendation, DON’T stay here if you are planning to use Hakone’s public transportation to get hotel.
