駅から近く、東大寺にも徒歩圏内の宿

駅から徒歩で五分かからない立地は最高。大浴場も湯使用が豊で、疲れを癒すには快適。観光地なので値段が高いのはしょうがないとしても、個人的に一泊朝食付きの値段の割に朝食は物足りなく感じましたー。

奈良に来たら、また止まりたいホテルになりました。

最初にフロントでチェックイン後、お部屋まで案内してもらいました。その後に着物を着たスタッフの方が冷たい抹茶とお菓子を出して貰ったのですが、暑かったので疲れが取れるようでした。他のホテルには無い安心感と高級感を感じました。リニューアルしたばかりのお部屋は綺麗でお風呂が檜風呂、良かったです。
朝食も美味しくお腹いっぱいになりました。
近鉄奈良駅から直ぐなので、とても便利が良かったですねっ(^_^)/

ロケーション抜群！ゆったり温泉を味わえる老舗ホテル

近鉄奈良駅から徒歩2分ほど。非常に好立地でありながらもホテルの中はおもてなしであふれていました。過剰過ぎず押し付けがましくない、さりげないおもてなしが心地よいホテルでした。温泉は非常に気持ち良く、大きすぎず小さすぎず、本当にほっと落ち着ける素敵な温泉です。設備もお客さんを信頼していることを前提にした内容で（タオル使い放題だが、1人で何十枚も使うお客様もいてない）昔ながらの日本の「ええホテル」でした。

近鉄奈良・奈良公園に近い便利なホテル

便利で温泉（露店も）もあり。お風呂にバスタオルと普通のタオル、ビニール袋が置いてあってよかったです。部屋から電話でスプーンを借りたいと話すとすぐに持ってきてくれました。
ちょっとロビーの雰囲気が暗い感じがしたこと、鍵がカードではなく一つだけしか貰えませんでしたが、いいホテルだと思います。

駅に近く、とても丁寧な接客のステキなホテルです。

とにかく駅からすぐで、便利な立地です。スタッフの方々も、とても丁寧で細やかな気遣いですし、お部屋もとても素敵で過ごしやすかったです。奈良が大好きなので、次回も必ず利用させていただきます。
気になったところは、お風呂の窓が結構汚れていたのと、アメニティは十分なほど揃っていて不自由はなかったのですが、浴衣以外の部屋着があったら良かったなと思いました。

便利で静か、お勧めできます

二泊しましたが、法隆寺などに行くにも近鉄奈良駅のすぐそばというロケーションは最高に便利でした。スタッフも皆フレンドリーで感じ良く建物自体は古いけれど清潔で細かい所まで気遣いが感じられました。宿泊客は日本人ばかりだったので、静かで良かったです。再訪の際はまたここに泊まりたいと思います。

Der var god plads og fint design, men det var lidt slidt og trængte til shine up. Men alt fungerede og det var et rart hotel, venligt personale, fin velkomst med the i loungen.
Onsen, som der er fri afgang til, var super lækkert. Rigtig god beliggenhed.

Truly wonderful experience. The outdoor bath was a gem and the staff treated us exceptionally well. A warm, welcoming environment. Highly recommend.

Merveilleux ryokan a proximité du Nara historique

Merveilleux!
Nous avions deja séjourné deux fois au ryokan Kasuga
L hotel a ete rénové depuis et il est encore plus confortable et raffiné que par le pass mais l accueil et le service sont toujours aussi parfaits.

Comme la cuisine...un extraordinaire plaisir pour les yeux et les papilles
Les onsen sont superbes
Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir à Nara pour y passer d autres moments memorables

Like walking into a 70s movie. Dirty carpets and terrible (western) breakfast did not match the price point. Nice staff and location are indeed a plus but not nearly enough to warrant a return visit.

Flawless experience

It’s a really wonderful experience of staying in Nara for one night. The position just next to the subway is convenient enough that we can meander around the city immediately after check in. The staff is friendly and hospitable , he led us to the room with hot match tea, and we got a tea souvenir the next day. The public outside onsen is also the highlight, we enjoy very much with Kasuaga hotel and hope we would visit again soon in the future!

Position - close to Nara Park. Close to numerous restaurants. Very limited English support but staff only too pleased to try and help. The rooms were spacious and clean. Memory foam type mattress on the floor which was not the most comfortable. There is a small coffee shop area in the reception but no evidence of a bar or other additional area in which meet and have a drink. The highlight of our visit and one reason for choosing were the 'hot spring baths' - whilst public most time we were the only people there. Male and female areas. I would recommend but with Olympics looming they could do with reviewing multilingual information. Overall would recommend

The hotel is next to the Park where the deers roam free and an Art Exhibition is in the park. I was very satisfied with the staff. The onsen was the reason why we picked the hotel, and definitely worth it. This hotel also had a huge bathroom, my bathroom experience was awesome. Because the bathrooms have been very small.

Great Nara ryokan

Ryokan is perfectly located near Nara Park and the major attractions. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Public bath on first floor with both indoor and outdoor warm soaking pools (separate men's and women's) was delightful! Room was Japanese style with tatami flooring and futon/duvets for sleeping. Buckwheat pillows a little firm, but still slept like a log! Recommend highly!

我訂一泊二食,到飯店已錯過晚餐時間快一小時,但是飯店服務人員還是幫忙出餐非常感謝.早餐與晚餐的餐點都相當精緻,溫泉池也不錯,飯店離近鐵車站很近很好找.

Nice place near station

This hotel is just in front Kintetsu Nara station. If you want to experience the traditional Japaness style room and dinner, it is very good place. The price is relatively not expensive. The pubilc bath is so nice.

Wonderful experience !

This is maybe ( I am quite sure though) the best hotel I have ever been to.
Wonderfully located (the 5 story pagoda is maybe 100 meters away...), wonderful service, beautiful and comfortable room. In-house beautiful onsen. Incredible breakfast (we had our table prepared with variety of dishes in a private alcove ! Surely not overpriced for its quality.

Well maintained close to rail station

So happily shocked at the large size traditional Japanese room. They even have a liitle kids amenities bag for my daughter and multiple bags of free snacks in the room. Public bathhouse was also large and mostly vacant. Location is right across the street from the Kintetsu Nara Station. I only wished we stayed more than 1 night.

令人窩心，掃走一切煩塵

Great hotel close to the main spots

A very good experience in a traditional japanese room with tatami and futon, kimonos provided to roam in the hotel or even outside the hotel, to feel like an ancient japanese :-) The room was very large, with 3 "rooms" even if I did not understand why 3 rooms since only one was used: i.e. the day there is a table in the main room, then the evening they set up the futons and move the table. Staff is extermely kind. The location is great, just at the corner of the beginning of the Nara parc (with deers and all the main touristic spots). Moreover the breakfast is great. Only the decoration could be improved since it may look somehow old (especially the corridors). To sum up: a great stay and I recommend this hotel.

Perfect Japanese Ryokan Experience

The Kasuga Hotel is a true Japanese Ryokan experience: gracious hosts, beautiful Japanese rooms with tattami matts and futons to sleep on, real Japanese breakfast (there is a choice of Western breakfast also) and the best part: the onsen, the baths. There are indoor and outdoor baths with bubbling water, a garden stream with little waterfalls and a lovely shrine. It is the best way to start or end your day. Everything is impeccably clean. The Kasuga Hotel's location is also perfect. You are within walking distance of all the major sights and right around the corner from a nice shopping area with lots of restaurants. We stayed here four nights and count the Kasuga Hotel as one of the best we stayed in during our trip to Japan.

A great Japanese Experience!

This was our first time in Nara and the location could not have been better! It was right at the entrance to the park, the shopping arcade and train station were less than a block away and they had parking (we had a car). We stayed in a Japanese style room and our room was clean and large. For a family of 5, we had plenty of space! We loved the onsen, especially the outdoor bath and the food was delicious! The staff spoke English and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice surprise. Spacious room with all the comforts. Spotlessly clean bathroom and toilet. Great location 300m to station and buses. If you are after the perfect Japanese style accommodation you won't get better than this. Staff are friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble,wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic traditional hotel in Nara

This hotel/ryokan is truly outstanding. Exceptionally nice staff, many have perfect English. Our tatami may traditional room was amazing. Well supplied bathroom. The breakfast each morning was tasty and quite filling. It was only a 10 minute walk to the shrines, temples and park.

Great Experience!

最棒的奈良住所！！

旅館離近鐵奈良站走路（一出來直直走）才2分鐘就到了！旅館一邊是商店街、另一邊就是滿是林蔭的公園～非常幽靜，公車站也非常近。雖然大廳感覺起來有點舊有點讓人擔心，可是電梯門一打開，日式風格襲來，完全乾淨、整潔、搭配奈良古都氛圍就是完美。早餐非常豐盛～吃好飽！

Just a little too far out...

I didn't really think about where this hotel was located when I booked it. It's quite far from any city center (but, easily reachable on the bus from the train station). It's really not catered to American/European tourists, though. It's really for Japanese families that are getting away for the weekend etc. We had a TERRIBLE ramen meal in the little noodle shop in the lobby--- don't eat there!!!! The baths were fine; and, the traditional Japanese room was fine, too. It was ok; but, I would never stay at this hotel again.
