チェックイン前にキャリー等の大きい荷物を預かって貰えるか伺ったところ、笑顔がとてもとても素敵なスタッフさんがおりとても快く引き受けてくださいました。また、預けた後は親切にお部屋まで運んでくださり、チェックイン後はただ部屋に向かうだけでした。また、チェックイン時のスタッフさんもとても親切で説明が丁寧で素敵でした。お部屋も今まで泊まったホテルで1番と言っていいほど素敵で、近くに薬局、コンビニ、少し歩いたところにスーパーもあるため、買い出しをして部屋で料理もしました。また洗濯機もあり、浴槽も完備しているため文句なしです。ここまで完璧なホテルは過去一だと言っていいほど素敵でした。また東京へ行った時は絶対泊まりたいなと思っております。1泊だけでしたがお世話になりました。またよろしくお願いします。

交通の便が非常に良く、タクシーもつかまえやすい。徒歩10分以内にカフェ、レストランが多い。スーパーやコンビニが徒歩４分以内、10分歩けばデパートもある。街が非常に清潔。台所、洗濯機つきで長期滞在向け。予算があれば次回も泊まりたい。

室内はとても綺麗で、設備の整った1Kの賃貸マンシャンという感じでとても過ごしやすかったです。駅から近いしコレドやコンビニも近いので都心に長期滞在したい方におすすめです。

大通りから一本中に入るので静かですが、夜遅くになると暗いので女性の一人歩きはおすすめできません。

鍵がタッチパネルの番号方式なので、大勢での滞在も鍵のやりとりが不要、フロントへの問い合わせもアプリと便利でした。

台所の洗剤やスポンジ、掃除機はあるけどお風呂の掃除道具が見当たらず、諦めましたが、気になる方は近くのコンビニで購入できそうです。

2回目の滞在でした。設備（きれい・充実）、周辺環境（便利・静か）、そしてスタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティ、どれをとっても最高でした。またよろしくお願いします。

家族旅行で利用しました

家族旅行で利用しました。建物が古くないこともあり、全体に清潔感がありました。ほんの少しのホコリはありましたが、普通は気にならない程度かな？スタッフの方の対応も、高級ホテルと変わらない感じがしました。立地も便利でした。
テイクアウトの食事を用意して夕食時に友人家族を呼びました。合計５人の子供がいましたが、みんなで走り回って楽しく遊んでいました。キッチンには宿泊人数分以上の食器が用意されていたし、赤ちゃんもいたし、お店に行くより楽しく過ごせて良かったです。
キッチンペーパーやサランラップなどもありました。基本的なキッチンツールがそろっています。
このお値段でこの内容なら、リピート確実です。

4泊5日の利用でした。神田駅、新日本橋駅共に近くどこに行くのも不自由しません。
周辺は百貨店にコンビニ小さいながらもスーパーなどあり部屋のキッチンで料理などしながらゆっくりと過ごせました。

暮らすように滞在できました

とても清潔で設備も新しかったです。食器や家電も揃っていて、テイクアウトした食事を自宅のように食べることができました。洗濯洗剤や食器用洗剤、スポンジなどもありましたので、まったく不便はなかったです。

今回は一泊だけでしたがキッチンも洗濯機もあって、長めに滞在するには便利だと思いました。テーブルセットやちゃぶ台もあり、3人で泊まりましたが楽しく過ごせました。フロントの方もみなさん親切で温かく、嬉しかったです。駅も近いし、環境も静かで安全だしまたぜひ泊まりたいです。

広くてきれいで快適

部屋が広く、かつきれいで快適でした。バルミューダのトースターでパンを焼けて、大変美味しくいただけます。周囲には「まいばすけっと」といったスーパーがあるので、長期滞在にも向くと思います。

お部屋のセンスからセキュリティまで◎

6人で宿泊してパーティーをしたのですが、お部屋だけでなく、キッチンの備品一つ一つもセンスがあってとても気分が上がりました。（お部屋のオーブンがバルミューダで、ピザが大変美味しく焼けました）

エレベーターからお部屋まで全て暗証番号でのロックで、セキュリティも万全でした。

また利用したいです。

周りにデパートも多く、駅も色々と近く、どこに行くにも、何食べるにも本当に便利でしたー(*^o^*)
居心地も良く、急遽延泊もして、1週間滞在しました！！！
スタッフさんたちも、とても優しく、親切で、とっても気持ちよかったです！！！

また遊びに来る時は利用したいです

コスパ良し

週末2泊でお世話になりました。
施設は新しく、スタッフの方は海外の方でしたが日本語もお上手でとても親切でした。
近くの神田駅と新日本橋駅それぞれ利用しましたが、新日本橋駅は階段だけだったので荷物を持っての移動は少し大変かと思います。
神田駅の方が距離は離れていますが、10分掛からずエレベーターもあるので荷物が多い場合はこちらから向かわれる事をおすすめします。

近くにコンビニや飲食店、神田駅からの途中にはドラッグストアなどもあり、とても便利な場所です。
お部屋はトイレとお風呂別で大きなテーブルがあり、キッチン付きで調理器具や電化製品も揃っていたので便利でした。
テレビも大きめだったので、コロナ禍でお部屋での食事が多くなる場合でも過ごしやすいと思います。
乾燥機付きの洗濯機も利用させてもらい、帰ってからの洗濯物を減らすことも出来ました。
3人での宿泊でしたので、1名は下がソファベッドにもなる二段の上のベッドを利用しました。
そちらのベッドは結構狭かったですが数日なら十分かなという印象です。

全体的にコスパも良く満足しておりますが、ベッドの下に前の宿泊者のものと思われるお菓子のゴミが残っていたり、少し埃っぽいところもあり、掃除と清潔感という部分では不満が残りました。
またトイレットペーパーの替えがなく、2泊で3人だと不足してしまったので、フロントに依頼して追加をお願いしました。
部屋にもう少し用意されていればと思いました。
ただお電話した際もフロントの方は親切でしたので特に問題ありませんでした。

掃除の部分だけ改善されていれば、また次も利用したいと思っています。

アパートマンションタイプの宿ではコスパ含めてこれまでの経験では国内最高ですね。備品についてもペーパータオルに至るまで完璧でした。

宿泊日、同じ階の部屋でパーティーをしていたらしく、大人数の笑い声が聞こえ騒がしくてうるさかったです、防音はこんな物かと綺麗なホテルでしたが残念です、それ以外はセキュリティー清潔感など満足しました。

Great apartment hotel for a travelling family. Plenty of space considering the Tokyo location. Really useful to have a washer dryer during Tokyo summer, allowing us to freshen up before dinner after a hot day of sightseeing without running out of clothes.

We had a truly wonderful stay—perfect for our first few days in Japan. The room was just the right size for our family of four, offering a great balance of space and comfort. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxed and convenient stay.

The in-room washer-dryer combo was a huge plus, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to settle in and enjoy meals together. We appreciated the little cultural touches too, especially the Japanese-style dining table and floor pillows, which added a warm and authentic feel to the space.

Everything worked exactly as it should, and we couldn’t have asked for a better home base to start our trip. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and culturally immersive stay.

Absolutely brilliant stay- me, my husband and our two children had the Japanese suite with a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The beds were comfy, the air con worked perfectly, the rooms were quiet, the reception staff were great. Probably the best hotel we’ve stayed in.

We stayed at Monday Premium Nihonbashi for 8 nights in June for our family of four with 2 kids. We booked the Grand Japanese room, and it was spacious for us. Kids slept on the futons in the "tea room" and we slept on the beds. The kitchenette has everything available and we made breakfast every day and bought groceries from a local market two blocks away. The staff spoke English well and very polite and helpful.

The Apart Hotel was clean, everything was functional.

The location was very convenient and public transportation from a block away. The location felt like a downtown financial area with a lot of high rise buildings that are super clean and a lot of restaurants. Monday Nihonbashi is also very close to the Tokyo Station where all trains and bullet train goes. It is a different vibe than Shinjuku or Shibuya. We are very pleased to stay at the Monday Premium Nihonbashi location and will do it again next time we are in Japan.

The Mitsukoshi department store is 6 minutes walk and they have a gigantic food basement with hundreds of food vendors and also connected to the subway stations. There is a huge beautiful roof top garden on top of the Mitsukoshi store, and it is perfect to grab foods from the basement and take the elevator to the roof to enjoy.

The only complain about our room was the bad smell from the water trapped in the shower, but was taken care of after room cleaning which is every 7 days.

Great 1st time Tokyo Hotel

Great hotel, great staff, and good location to transit and food. Washer/Dryer was big help on 20 day trip. Kid loved the bunk beds with power built in. Convince store at front desk was simple but good.

Location of MONday Apart Premium NIHONBASHI was very convenient. Very close to the Shin-Nihombashi station (a block away). There is also a family mart close by which made it convenient when the kids wanted some ice cream. The hotel is about 1 stop away from Tokyo station. Also there are several restaurants close by. The yakatori place close by (Kushi Hacchin) was so good!

The property itself was clean. We stayed for 9 nights in the Superior Family Room with the bunk beds. If you want them to provide bed sheets for the bunk beds, then you need to book your kids as adults. The room itself is small, but it worked for a family of 4. There was one day when we came back to the room and it wreaked, smelled like sewage. We turned on the AC and the smell went away. Since then, we decided to keep the AC on at all times, even when we were out and about.

The best thing about the room is the laundry. We got to do laundry almost daily, which was awesome since the washer/dryer combo machine is inside the room. You can run it when you are out or while sleeping. The only thing is you don't want to put nice clothes in there as it the washer/dryer seems to be a bit rough on the clothes.

Since we stayed for 9 nights, they only cleaned our room once. They will provide you with new towels if needed. You can take out the trash and leave it outside of your door and the staff will take it away.

The staff was nice and helpful.

Rooms were clean, quiet and spacious for 4 people. We did however hear foot steps upstairs and around but wasn't so bad. It's near transportation and some good restaurants. They had a laundry and dryer so it was a huge help.

We had a great stay at the hotel! Clean, friendly staff, great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants and subway stations. I loved the in-unit laundry that can do wash and dry in one go! It is so essential during hot summer days. We usually start the cycle when we leave our hotel and then came back with dry clothes. Highly recommend this hotel and location!

A great place to stay when in Tokyo. We ended up eating out and not using the kitchen (or the washing machine), but it was nice to have that option. A more spacious alternative to a hotel. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Hightly recommended!

The Japanese room for 7 was very spacious, with the convenience of a furnished kitchen and washer/dryer. Very clean, beds are comfy, nice toiletries. Multiple train stations nearby that will get you to various sights in Tokyo. Great location, with lots of places to eat and a 7-11 close by for necessities. Customer service is excellent; They helped reserved us a cab to the airport for an early morning flight. This is not our first stay and will definitely come back again! We love staying at MonDay Apart Premium Nihombashi!

Nice and spacious for a family of 5 including 2 year old. Very clean. Our room had a kitchen, washer/dryer machine which was a plus. The staff were friendly and spoke English. There were train stations that were walking distance that can get easily to your destination. I would definitely stay again when I go back. Highly recommend.

Boutique style- perfect for family with young kids

Easy check-in and front desk person was very helpful and kind. Room was spacious with convenient kitchen with stove, fridge, utensils, etc, and washing machine. (no dryer that I noticed but hangers and rod were provided to hang dry items) Only stayed one night. Room is very convenient for a family with young kids or teens. My teen son loved the bunk bed/sofa.

Great stay here recently for a couple. First time to Tokyo and the hotel is in walking distance to three train stations, 7/11’s & many restaurants and bars.

Business are so does not have the tourist foot traffic but all the popular areas are easy to access in the train.

Shower was the best. King bed was two singles pushed together and is hard. 7 night stay and the room was cleaned once - on day 6.

Would recommend.

Great location within walking distance on major shopping and restaurants nearby. Communication was excellent. Amenities are good but a bit crowded for three people. Trash collection and fresh towels were available daily with room cleaning and fresh linens provided on the fourth day. Cost per night was expensive for the square footage.

A very nice comfortable place to stay with a young family. There are three train stations nearby with different lines and they are only one stop from Tokyo station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall a great apartment hotel in a great location.
