スタッフさんの対応と設備の良さは◎だが

お正月に家族で宿泊しました。
○良かった点…
フロントの方の対応はとても良い。
お部屋は広く快適。
○残念な点…
翌朝、非常ボタンの誤報があり。不安だった。
床が汚れていた。シーツが汚れていた。
お風呂のお湯を溜めすぎた為、少し抜いたら排水溝から大量のゴミが溢れてきた。
全体的に掃除が行き届いていない感じが見られた。
値段の割にこの広さとスタッフの対応の良さは満足。

部屋の広さ、ベッドの台数、キッチンや洗濯機など、家族旅行にはもってこいの宿だと思います。コスパの高い宿なので、室内の清掃も3日に一度なのも、致し方ないとは思いますが、施設が古くなってきた時に、今の満足度を保てるかという疑問はあります。とりあえず現状は、設備、立地などかなり良いと思います。

何回も利用していますが、毎回満足です。フロントの方も丁寧で、以前はチェックインに泊まる人数分用紙を書かなくてはならないのが大変でしたが1枚で良くなって助かりました。
室内で自炊したい私たち家族には炊飯器や食器があるこちらのホテルはありがたいです。
また利用させていただきます。

敷地内の駐車場利用可能だから予約したが、満車、ほぼ毎日空きが出てないか確認したが、結局空きはでず、周辺駐車場に止めました。土地勘がないので、行ってどこも止める所がなかったらどうしようと予約後もずっと心配でした。行ってみると周辺には割とたくさんパーキングがありました。

駐車場の予約をしていましたが手違いで取れていなく初日は系列のホテルの駐車場に停めることに。
予約をとり忘れていた男性の方はおられませんでしたが女性スタッフ（おそらく外国の方でした）の心のこもった対応のおかげで気持ちよく2日間過ごせました。
日本語も堪能で素晴らしいなと感心致しました。
ありがとうございました。

ベッドに髪の毛やほこりがついており、あまり使用されていなかった部屋なのかなと思いました。シーツ交換をお願いすると新しいもの渡しますと交換は自身でやりました。サイズはなんですか？と部屋の予約を確認すれば、分かると思うのですが、、あまりサービスはいいとは言えませんでした。壁にもお米の乾いたものがついていたり、敷布団にも髪の毛がたくさんついていました。

素晴らしい

素晴らしいホテルです。

とくに備品が一つ一つ厳選されていた気がします。バルミューダのトースターやマキタの掃除機、ノリタケの食器など、自分でも買おうかなと思うような良いもので、気持ちよく滞在できました。

洗濯乾燥機も、電気ということで、乾燥しないのではないか、時間だけかかってシワだらけになるのではと心配しましたが、適度な量で洗濯する分にはシワにもならず、ボタン一つで洗濯から乾燥まで終わるので、旅行中とても助かりました。

詰めすぎるとシワになるので注意が必要ですが、ハンガーにかけたまま使えるスキーム付きのアイロンも部屋の備品になっているので、困ることはありませんでした。そして、このアイロンもやはり良いものでした。

また利用させて頂きます。

何回も利用しています。清潔で中の調理グッズが整ってるのが気に入っています。
入口で人数分名前と住所の紙を書くのが大変で、これだけは簡素化してもらえると嬉しいです。

浅草観光で利用しました。建物、備品がすべて新しく、洗濯機乾燥機、キッチン用品完備されていて快適でした。
フロントの方も親切でした。
ホテルの周りは、住宅街で、静かです。
新御徒町以外にもあるので、旅先にMonday Apartment があったらまた利用したいと思います。

設備充実　キレイなお部屋

部屋はまだ新しくキレイでなんでも揃ってて満足でした。
バーミキュラのオーブントースターがあって使いたいのでパンをわざわざ買って朝食にしました。
コンビニが近くになかったけど大きめの冷蔵庫もあるので買いだめしておけば特に不便ではなかった。
御徒町の駅まで10分ぐらいかな多少歩きます。しかも同じようなマンションばかりなので迷いました。
でも『こんな贅沢な部屋で一人暮らししたい」と思うような設備も良く綺麗なお部屋でした。
長期滞在もお勧めです。

The rooms are clean but that’s about it. No coffee machine in the rooms. The air conditioning doesn’t work properly . Very hot in the room when it’s 34degC outside. There is no hot water in the shower. Can’t adjust the thermostat in the shower. Only luke warm water coming. I guess this is their way to cool down their cutomers. Do not stay their. .

Very clean, quiet, all staff were very helpful, nearest station is walkable (Shin-Okachimachi), front desk has free drinking water. Luggage storage is available for free which came in handy coz our flight was in the evening and it gave us an opportunity to roam around without our luggage. I would book again!

櫃台幾乎都有人，房間非常舒服，洗衣機非常方便，櫃台有提供免費的洗衣精，很棒!!溝通上英文都OK，帶小孩住這裡很舒服，晚上非常安靜，距離地鐵站約走3分鐘，地鐵出入口是有電梯的，帶推車也很方便，地鐵附近有life超市跟sukiya，很讚!大推，這次住了6天，有幾天在飯店煮東西吃，因為帶小孩也沒辦法在外面逛太晚，在飯店弄東西吃很方便!讚讚讚

Un très bon hôtel, certes petit, mais bien situé, dans un quartier résidentiel de Okashimachi à Ueno. Le vrai point fort de l'hôtel est la taille des chambres et l'équipement. Idéal pour les personnes qui séjournent longtemps et qui cherchent un peu d'indépendance. Merci aussi a l'équipe de l'hôtel pour sa gentillesse et son sens de l'accueil.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay in Tokyo. It was quiet, clean and located close to the train. There are lots of local restaurants, a 7-11 just a few minutes away. The staff is very helpful and kind. The room was spacious with washer/dryer, mini kitchen and plenty of sleeping and living space. Highly recommend

Excellent landing spot for our family of four on our first trip to Tokyo. Just the right amount of cooking supplies for breakfast in the room. This is in a quiet area of Ueno and very walkable to transit and small grocery shops nearby. Ueno Park was a great chill way to start getting acclimated to Tokyo.

The sq. footage was somewhat tight to be classified as an apartment. Should be identified as a studio. Shower, bathtub area was not standard size. It was small. The studio had all the amenities of an apartment.Clean comfortable. Cozy , firm bed. Nice size television. There is no transportation provided. They will call for a taxi, or arrange for airport transport.. Excellent quiet , safe neighborhood. Convenience stores within walking distance.

It was ok. As as a western family it was a little hard to understand the workings of the hotel. The sleeping arrangement for the kids was a thin mattress to be put down on the floor. The room cleaning arrangements were complicated and no housekeeping was performing during the 8 day stay.

It is a residential area, so very quiet, kind of close to Ueno station but still a bit of a walk.

The staff were all very friendly and professional, ability to communicate in English was limited, but obviously that's reasonable in Japan.

Room access is via a lift and door code at room, requiring 2 different codes. This was annoying having to pull out photo or note of codes (I think there was a charge if you didnt return the piece of paper with room code on it - leaving me to wonder if these codes are changed and previous guests could access rooms).

The room was reasonably well equipped, with a small toaster/oven, microwave, hair dryer, some kind of steam iron.

To summarise; it's a solid and decent hotel but nothing exceptional. Was at the lower end of price for 5 people when booking.

Stayed for 8 nights with two teenage boys (14,16) and had a very comfortable stay. Don’t get me wrong it’s small but comfortable. You cannot beat the location, it’s very close to a lot of transportation options and in a quieter part of Tokyo but you are still minutes from all the action. Trust me, you will enjoy the quieter experience after a day sightseeing. We will definitely stay here again. Also , having Yomato directly behind the hotel made it easy to ship our luggage to Kyoto.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—it's within walking distance to Ueno Market and multiple metro lines, making it very convenient for exploring Tokyo. The addition of a washer and dryer was a pleasant surprise; I didn't expect to use it, but after a rainy day, it was incredibly helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and thoughtful amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly close to the train station, which made getting around the city very easy. The room was surprisingly spacious and accommodated all five of us, which can be hard to find in Tokyo. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after a long day of exploring. The staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall our experience was very pleasant and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience, nice clean hotel in quiet residential area, but close to shopping and restaurants. Close to the trains and subway, easy to get to different areas in Tokyo. There was a washer/ dryer in the room and the front desk provided free laundry detergent.

Family aparthotel

We stayed 4 nights as a family. We got the room for 6 people. It was spacious room. Room was clean. Toiletries and fresh towels provided in the front desk. Place very safe and secured. Very spacious bathroom and modern toilet. Room has kitchenette with oven, microwave and refrigerator and has washer/dryer so very convenient. Staff very helpful and speaks english. The area is very near the shopping area and 20 mins walk to sensoji temple and 30 mins walk to SkyTree. Ueno Park and Ueno zoo are nearby. Perfect location in Ueno.

Perfect hotel for a family!

This was a great place to stay with my family. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and my kids LOVED the top bunk. Very lovely shower.

It’s a quiet residential neighbourhood, about a 5 minute walk to the train station. There’s a 7-11 about a block away. The washer/dryer in the room was awesome to catch up on laundry. They stored our luggage after checkout so we could explore a bit more.

Only thing missing was a coffee maker in the room. Would stay here again for sure!

We only stayed one night in this property, but the highlight was the staff. They were helpful to us in letting us storing some of our luggage, and there is a Yamato Transport located behind the building, which made it convenient for forwarding our larger pieces to our next destination.

Stayed with a family of 4 (2 young children); stayed on the deluxe family room and was ample space with good amenities including full size bathroom toiletries and all the things you need eg washer/dryer, mini kitchen amenities etc. My daughter also loved the bunk bed. Close proximity to 7 eleven; and a cosmetics/pharmacy/essentials store; and a mini playground just a short black away from the hotel apart. We found the 3 train stations nearby all helpful for all the destinations covering a number of the key train lines. Lots of dining and shopping options around Ueno too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was done on the 7th day of our 11 night stay. Very clean and spacious for our family ; convenient. Will recommend and stay again. Thank you for having us here.

Amazing hotel near to two or three subway stations, convenience stores, hidden and choice cafes and bars and character filled quiet neighborhood. Excellent base for exploring other parts of city and super close to wonderful Ueno Park and museums for nice strolls and culture. Highly recommend for your Tokyo home base as your adventures will take you to more frenetic places but rest assured when you retire to your comfortable Monday Apart hotel you will feel cocooned in peace and tranquility. A brilliant stay. Well managed, clean and convenient in every way. Enough space when traveling with teens and they need their own beds.

Our American family loved it - mostly

As a family of 4, we booked the largest room they had which they claimed slept 6, but I think that was optimistic if you're not Asian. I will start by stating that as an American I know I have a different cultural background and set of expectations than are going to be typical for Japan. I know we also have a greater average height, even though our family is not at all fat. This is the only Japanese hotel I've ever stayed in, so I don't have anything but what I've seen online to compare it to. That having been said, for us, it was very small. I get the impression that by Japanese standards it might be very large. As such, if you're a foreigner, or especially if you're on the large side, you will probably feel cramped. It was very clean, modern, and cozy. The kids loved the bunk bed setup. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good enough English that we didn't have to do much phone translating to communicate. It felt very safe and secure and was very quiet... except for a constant whistling as the breeze blew in around the door that had no weather-stripping. I closed a folded up paper towel in the door to allow the air greater flow to reduce the tone of the whistling and drowned it out with white noise from YouTube. Beds were very, very firm... my wife said they felt like a fluffy rug had been laid on concrete. So if you want a more local experience, come here! If not, consider a European hotel chain. Also easy walk to lots of public transit, which was great!
