コスパ最高だと思います。
近くにスーパーやコンビニもありますし、部屋のレンジ・湯沸かし・皿やカトラリーも充実。口コミ通り、フロントで寝巻きも借りることができました。シャワーの水量も良く、トイレも清潔でした。
子どもたちも喜んでいました。

夜中の大通りの車の騒音が気になりましたが、ホテルのせいではなく。
朝、水筒にいれる氷が欲しいとお伝えしたところ、快く対応してくれました。
価格を考えれば十分です。

10分程度歩けば様々な路線に乗れるので、交通面はいいと思う。
清潔さは特段綺麗とまではいかないが、汚いとは感じなく、滞在するのに全く問題ない。

気になったのは2点。
1、布団が固く、全然疲れが取れなかった
2、洗濯機の中に砂や埃がパット見てわかるくらい入っているものがあった。
（利用者によるものか、乾燥機から落ちてきたのかは不明）

衛生面が非常に汚くて、汚れがそのままだったり、ホテルの部屋が入ったばっかりなのに誰かが使ったスプーンが置いてあったり
目に見える埃がたくさんあったり、、コインランドリーは、汚れがすごくて洗ったはずなのに服が汚れて汚れの色うつりが最悪でした。
洗濯機の周りも茶色の汚れが垂れてて本当に不快でした。

部屋は小さいので、暖房つけるとすぐ喉が痛くなり、加湿器がないので注意です。

HPに書かれている時間より、実際は駅からもっと歩きます。また、複数の駅が周りにあり分かりにくかったので、電話しましたが、フロントの外国籍の方は日本語がよくわかっていない感じでカタコトでした。チェックインの際も、恐らく同じ方に対応していただき、機器操作がわかってない様子でチェックインに無駄に10分以上はかかりました。
寝間着やノベルティの説明もなく、部屋には何も置いてなかったので、またフロントに行かなくてはなりませんでした。
部屋はきれいで十分な広さでしたので、満足しています。

一部屋4人

一部屋4人で泊まる事ができ、子供は2段ベットの上で喜んでいました。なんば駅から10-15分くらい歩いたと思います。地下鉄出口から真っ直ぐなのでわかりやすいです。直ぐ近くに難波八坂神社や551のレストランもあり満喫しました。一階のドリンクがセルフで飲めるのですがタイミング悪いのか海外の方が団体でいて時間かかりそうだったのでコンビニで飲み物買いました。

お安い値段ですが、狭いという感じでも無く、室内も綺麗でしたし、快適に過ごせました。
1階ではフリードリンクも用意してありますし、とても良いと思います。
各駅まで距離はありますが、価格を考えると許容範囲だと思います。
ただ一つだけ、これはホテル側には何も罪が無いのですが、前の道路を暴走族がかなり大きく音で、結構長い時間走っていました。

事前に写真を見ていたときは広い部屋なのかと思っていたら部屋は狭くてびっくり。
でもスタッフさんの対応や部屋の設備、サービス等はお値段以上で非常に満足でした。
コインランドリーで洗濯ができるし、部屋のシャンプーがＤＨＣなにもポイント高いです。
家族4人、大阪観光でホテルは寝るだけなので十分でした。
また大阪にくることがあったら泊まりたいと思います。

ドリンクサービスで早朝（６時ぐらい）からモーニングコーヒーをいただけたらもっと良かったです。

簡易的、効率的、リーズナブルでnice!!

価格も安く、綺麗で、大人数で泊まっても
窮屈感もなく快適に過ごせました。
備え付けの備品サービスも満足してます。
次行く時もまた利用したいです。
ＮＧポイントは、二つ。
チェックイン時、セルフチェックイン
ホテルからの予約番号が不明で名前でもチェックできず、時間がかかりました。
ホテル管理番号と私の持ってる予約番号は異なるものでした。

タオルについて
2泊連泊なので、タオルを交換と書き示されてましたが、早朝から夜遅くまで遊びにでており、タオルを交換できませんでした。
リーズナブルなホテルのお客様は、基本滞在より寝床として利用するので
タオル交換の時間が短いと感じました。

本当に快適に過ごせました。二段ベッドの部屋もオシャレで、必要なもの(ドライヤー、シャンプー・リンス・ボディーソープ・食器)はそろっており、無料でyoutube 、Abematvも見れました。ロビーには、コーヒーや氷ももらえて、何一つ不自由さを感じませんでした。部屋には電話がないので、スマホからフロントに電話すれば、即対応してもらえました。近くにはスーパーや飲食店もたくさんあり、次に大阪に行っても、また泊まりたいです。

とにかくオシャレで快適！
オープンすぐだったようでとてもロビーも綺麗でしたし、客室の清掃もきれいで清潔でした♪
写真を見ると相部屋のように見えますが、きちんと部屋にお風呂があるようです。
む朝食はありませんが、無料のコーヒーはコンビニのコーヒーと全く同じで美味しかったですし、自販機にカップ麺など食品も売っていました。
この価格でこの設備ならまた絶対泊まりたい！

We had a great stay. The room size was quite decent, especially compared to typical hotels in Japan. It accommodated five people comfortably. The location was very convenient—just a short walk to a FamilyMart and 10 mins walk to Namba Station.

2 English-speaking travelers with limited Japanese abilities and 4 large check-in suitcases arrived in Namba hoping to find someplace for the night. Thankfully, through Expedia, WELLSTAY Namba had a room available with 2 bunk beds at an affordable price. It was a great find!
The lobby was cozy and warm the chilly, late November night we arrived. It was decorated with colorful art on the walls. There was free wifi, a vending machine, a wall lined with chairs at a long table furnished with electrical sockets for charging devices, a bathroom, various benches/ couches and comfy chairs to sit in, and a drink machine available to customers until 10pm (hot and cold corn drink, coffee, cocoa, tea, anyone?). The staff kindly and swiftly checked us in and provided instructions on the features of the stay and the simple check out procedure (leave your receipt in the check out box near the elevator).
The room was clean. The 2 bunk beds were against one wall and the hallway from the door entrance, the tv, sink, mirror, and low sitting shelves on the opposite wall. In the hallway was the doorway to the bathroom with a bidet equipped toilet and a walk-in shower with nice smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body soap bottles. The bathroom door must be closed to prevent tripping alarms.The room had wifi, a tv, and had clean dishes and drink glasses for use by room guests in a drawer under the counter, and a little device for boiling hot water.

The Pros: The room was large for the four of us. My kids loved the bunkbed. It was nice that there were complimentary beverages (3p-10p). It was nice that there were laundry machines to use. Note: dryer does not dry bulk items. You must hang dry damp clothes in your own room. It was nice that Namba is a short walk from the hotel. It was nice to have a few restaurants, 7/11, and Family Mart nearby, and a 100 yen store to browse. And it was nice that the Namba Yasaka Shrine is in the backyard. The cons: sounds like a racetrack outside the window from the road (out of the hotel's control). If you're tired enough, you will sleep through it. My last point is 100% speculative (maybe my paranoia). My respiratory system reacts to mold quickly, i.e. asthma flares. When I'm outside strolling, I'm fine. When I'm inside the room, the wheezing and breathing get heavy. I think the split heat pump system may not be cleaned frequently. All I can recommend is to clean the appliance, OR add a mobile air cleansing unit. Overall, quite satisfied with the stay.

The location was great, not far from the subway and the shops/eating places. Our room was small but clean. The bunk beds were not the easiest to up and down but ok.
Staff were very friendly and very helpful at check in.

In my opinion, this place was actually my top hotel to stay at. Great location, right in the heart of Osaka. Walking distance was perfect to everything. The hotel itself was super clean, and pretty spacious for the deluxe family room (accommodate up to 4 people) was perfect. The staff was very helpful and nice. They are right on time. So if your check in is at 3pm, then your check in is at 3pm sharp! They also have a great service for Luggage if you are traveling to another hotel (Tokyo) they do have it which costs $25 fee, which was well worth it!!! if we ever come back to Osaka, this will be my go to hotel! 5 stars in my opinion.

Dormitory style stay with bunk beds. This was our 2nd stay this trip. Open windows available for fresh air into the room. Had both smallest room and this room which was larger. If you are planning to spend time in the room then this larger room was the better choice.

Staff extremely helpful! We’re grateful for their help finding a room on the day of our arrival in Japan due to a problem with the original room that was booked but not what was advertised. My review of this property doesn’t take that into account.

Lockers available to store luggage before checkin or after check out. Make sure you have 500yen coin per locker or exchange money for change at reception. Added benefit of complementary hot & cold drinks after check in until evening. My children loved the hot cocoa.

Within walking distance of Namba main area and station … even pushing suit cases.

Well-stay has a number of other property types in Osaka which we will also consider for our next stay.

L'hôtel est bien situé et propre.. tout était beau sauf les oreillers.. l'oreiller etait fait de bille de plastique, je n'ai jamais vu une oreiller aussi peu confortable même douleureuse. C'était comme un objet de torture. Apportez vos propres oreillers, mais le reste était parfait.

When checking in the staff seemed to be in a rush. They just showed just quickly what they had and left the room. The room was decent but there was still some hair in the shower. The worst part was the hard beds and the pillows that felt like it had marbles in them. They only had one elevator and when checking out it became a waiting game for others. The station / mall is a bit of a walk and if you're not careful you'll get lost in there. Also Dotonbori was in walking distance abs the walk there was nice. The room itself had plenty of space and the views were great.

Man hat einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe und auch die Anbindung der Öffentlichenverkehrsmittel ist gut. Leider war unser Zimmer an der Straßenseite und die Wände nach außen sind nicht so gut gedämmt, daher hört man den Straßenlärm sehr stark, Abends (ab ca 21Uhr) sind immer viele Motorräder unterwegs gewesen, das hat den Schlaf gestört.

Osaka short stay

The hotel was nice, but a little less space than we are used to.
Staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival.
The road outside the hotel is busy, so cab be noisy at night time, especially when groups of motorbikes drive past revving the engine.
Overall a good start, and the location is convenient for metro and trains.
Very hot in July during our stay, so not ideal for moving around.

Lots of dining option nearby, walkable. Accessible Taxi and Uber going around. 15-20 min taxi ride to Train station when we went side trip to Kyoto.

Good Space for Family of Five, But Conside other T

We are a family of 5 and found the space to be comfortable for us. The kids enjoyed the welcome refreshments, the two televisions that connected to our Netflix accounts and we liked the proximity to the Namba Station and Dotonbori, an area full of shops, restaurants and the river cruise.

We had been traveling Japan for two weeks before our arrival and most hotels held our luggage until check-in for free. This hotel was charging us 500 yen per luggage.

We found it hard to get a good nights sleep. Our room faced the main street and the street noise kept us up. The pillows were not comfortable at all.

I think what prevented us from giving it a better review was the smell in the room. It had a musty order. Every time we would enter the room, we were greeted by that musty spell.

It would have also been nice to have the AC on when we arrived to our room. We entered the room after checking in and found the room to be unbearably hot. It took a while for the AC to kick in.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and diverse. They helped us with cash exchange and were very open in allowing us to stay in the lobby while we waited for our check in time.

Additionally, there was a free beverage bar from 3-10 PM. The rooms were nice and the bathroom was very nice and clean — water was really hot but never became an issue.

The hotel is situated in a really good area that makes walking / commuting to popular tourist destinations a breeze.

Con’s:

The odour in the hotel was questionable during peak hours — dirty laundry and garbage bags piled up in the hallways. There wasn’t a consistent garbage pick up system throughout the day to make sure garbage never piled up.

Furthermore, the pillows are made of hard beads which was difficult to sleep on — felt like sleeping on a rock throughout the night.

The place was okay, it was way too small to accommodate 4 people. It was though to move around within the room. The beds were VERY uncomfortable and hard, is why I gave them a 3 star rating; after walking over 20,000 a day, is definitely not the way to end the day… all of us woke up with back and shoulder pain. Not sure if they truly cleaned the room as they should have since we found used socks from previous guests while we were making sure we didn’t leave anything behind.

This was a very nice hotel. The room was tiny, but there was a huge lobby with a very nice lounge area. The beds were stiff, but comfortable. They use the buckwheat hull pillows, which I quite enjoyed. There are complimentary beverages from 3-10pm, which my family enjoyed. Be sure to try the sweet corn drink! It was also a great location—very centralized. We loved seeing the Namba Yasaka Shrine, which was less than a block away.

Property was nice and convenient, easy walk to train station, Dotonbori and Nippombashi shopping precincts. We did experience a lot of road noise coming into the room at night time making it difficult to sleep.

Good location however can be loud at night with nightime traffic. Functional accommodations with no frills. Self check in was easy and staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Please update pillows as the beaded pillows was hard and uncomfortable. Option for softer pillows would be appreciated however duvet covers were very comfortable.
