スタッフの対応に感動！

たまたま予約していたお部屋が喫煙室になってしまっていて、私は大のたばこ嫌いなので、フロントの方に相談しましたら、すぐにお部屋を変更してくださいました。それも、ツインで予約してた私たちですが、お部屋の空きがなく、お値段そのままで、トリプルに案内しめくださり、対応に感動しました！
建物は決して新しくはないですが、清潔感はあります。ありがとうございました♪

バスの送迎が有り良いと思われる。

早朝関空出発に強い味方！

関空早朝便の為前泊で使いました。

場所は周りに何もない所にホテルはありますが、〜23:00までなら、りんくうタウンもしくは泉佐野まで無料の送迎あり。そして最大の魅力は早朝でも関空まで無料で送迎してくれること！(もちろん相乗りなのであらかじめの予約しておくとなお安心)次回も利用しようと思います！

エアコンが良くない！

エアコンを消すと寒いし、付けるとLOWでも暑く喉も渇き夜中に何度も目が覚めた。
又、予約していないと夕食がレストランでとれず寒いのに遠くまで食べに行かなくてはならなかった。

nice stay for Kansai KIX airport

I looked for a cheap hotel to stay one night fair close to the KIX airport for the morning flight. And this hotel was perfect, as there was a free shuttle to the airport. To get to this hotel using local train Nankai line was a bit tricky and you will also need a good map from the station. It's in such a rural area that it was very hard to find any shops nearby even around the closest station. Instead, they have breakfast at around 850yen.

関西空港への無料送迎はとても便利。また利用したい。

関空利用者の手軽なホテル

大阪万博開催時に乱立したその場限りの安宿感が漂い時代に合わない設備環境でした。
割り切って使ってみたが予想を超える悪さであった。
特に深夜２時ごろまでフロアでジャズピアノの練習音がしていたのは宿泊者かそれともホテルが
レンタルしているのか不明だったが常識外れ、浴槽の排水漏れは階下に流れているのではないかと
後処理が大変。その場限りとはいえこのような環境を放置している経営者がいること、又、やっていけてることに驚きを覚えつつ浅い眠りについたホテルだった。

女性の一人旅には特にオススメできません。

他県から来たのでよく分からず、写真の印象と口コミと安さだけで選びました。
シングルで予約したのに、ツインのお部屋に通されました。
中途半端な時期の平日だったので
空いているのに不自然な気がしました。ダブルならまだしもなぜツイン？
通されたお部屋は、なんだか空気が淀んでいました。隣の部屋の女性と真上の団体客がうるさくて眠れませんでした。(1時間置きに目が覚めました) パッと見、清潔ですがトイレの汚物臭が気になりました。部屋の鍵は、今時見かけない簡易なもので、すぐ外から開けられそうでなんだか怖かったです。
ちなみに、チェックイン後、すぐフロントへ行きホテルの人を呼びましたが、どれだけ叫んでも誰一人出てこないし1F全体に人気が無くて不気味でした。あまりにも誰も来ないから諦めて部屋へ戻りました…
口コミではホテルの人が親切と書いてありましたが、最低限の会話をしたチェックイン時とチェックアウト時は無口で愛想が悪く、目を合わせてくれませんでしたよ。

リクエストが通ってなかった

早朝空港送迎のリクエストが通っていませんでした。希望時間が「無理ですね」と即答だったので、時間をずらすことで受けてもらいましたが、対応も含めて残念でした。ホテルのせいなのかサイトのせいなのかわかりません。

親切な応対

関空まで、無料シャトルバスが出ているので　目的がある時に宿泊するのはとても便利です。　いろいろ親切にしていただき　お世話になりました。

周辺のお店は少ないけど、部屋は快適でした。テレビは自由に見れるし、無線LANが繋がりやすく、機械があまり得意ではない私にとっては良かったです。
空港利用ではありませんでしたが、送迎バスの案内もしていただき、全体的に親切な対応でした。
ただ、朝食はオプションでつけられるようにしてほしいです。

朝の空港までの無料送迎助かりました。

駅からホテルまで徒歩frで１０分弱で着きます。看板案内が無いので、ホテルに電話してアクセスを聞いてから動いたほうが良いですよ。アウトレッドがタクシーで１０分で行けますのでそこで買い物や食事を済まされると良いです。ホテル周りの飲食店とコンビ二は少し歩きます。良かったことは、早朝に空港まで無料送迎があります。各ターミナルに送迎してくれるので助かりました。又、ホテルで朝食をとりたい場合は事前予約なので気をつけてください。

送迎が　助かりました！

このお値段なのに　泉佐野駅まで　迎えにきて頂き　翌朝は　関空まで　送って頂き・・・初めてのLCC関空のあたしには　ありがたかったです！　周りには　コンビニも　ありませんが　他で買ってくれば　問題ないし・・・　フロントの方も　優しかったです。　また、利用したいと思います。

Tout près de l'aéroport et service de navette pour conduire les clients à l'aéroport. Par contre, il n'y a pas grand chose à côté de l'hôtel.

직원은 친절했지만 시설은 별로 입니다
낡은 침대에 매트리스에도 얼룩이 있고 에어컨 작동도 잘 안되지만 그것보다 이어컨과 환풍기에 끼여있는 먼지가 거슬렸어요
그외 매트리스커버나 화장실 청소상태는 괜찮았숩니다.

Hôtel peu cher et pratique car proche aéroport

Je suis resté une nuit pour prendre l'avion tôt le lendemain. Je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre fumeur car d'autres n'étaient pas disponibles au moment de la réservation.
Le service de navette gratuit vers l'aéroport KIX est un vrai plus.
L'hôtel est prêt d'un potager donc envahi d'insectes (moustiques), ne pas ouvrir les fenêtres, même pour aérer un peu la chambre.
Les environs sont pauvres. Il y a des petits restaurants à 5 ou 10min de marche, un Lawson et la gare à 5min à pied. C'est une zone résidentielle.

No conveniance store nearby

First we have problem locating the hotel because no sign board available at the train station to indicate where the hotel location is.
No station staff present at the time of our arrival. We totally lost the direction.
The goggle also confused us.
We were wondering around for half an hour to figure out where the hotel might be.
We were lucky enought a gentalment at the barber shop finally show us the way.

ใกล้สนามบิน ไกลสถานีรถไฟรินกูทาวว์

ที่ตั้งโรงแรมไกลจากสถานีรถไฟรินกูทาวค่ะ 2 km. ไม่สามารถเดินถึงได้ ต้องนั่งแท็กซี่ไปประมาณ 1000¥ นิดๆ มั้ง กลับดึกไม่ได้นะค๊ะ เพราะแท็กซี่หมดเร็วมาก เราส่งกระเป๋าไปก่อน ก็เรยคล่องตัว พนักงาน helpful ดีค่ะ ส่วนรถ shuttle bus ไปสนามบินตรงเวลาดี มีเจ้าหน้าช่วยยกกระเป๋า ประมาณ 15-20 นาทีก็ถึง พอดีไฟล์กลับเราเช้า

Hôtel près de l'aéroport

Nous sommes arrivés tardivement à l'aéroport d'Osaka. Nous avons téléphoné à l'hôtel pour demander la navette. Puis nous avons pris le train jusqu'à Rinku town. La navette de l'hôtel est venue nous chercher. Il faut juste savoir qu'à la gare de Rinku town il faut prendre la sortie n°5. Hôtel suffisant pour une arrivée tardive à Osaka.

It's kind of far from the center of Osaka. It's good for business trip because it is so close to Kansai International Airport. As for tourists like me, a little bit inconvenient, have to travel for around 45 minutes to the heart of Osaka. But the room is tidy and big enough, very comfy.

einfaches hotel für eine übernachtung vor abflug

das hotel ist sehr einfach, aber alles wichtige ist vorhanden. das preis-leistungs-verhältnis ist sehr gut. ein shuttle zum kansai-airport ist kostenlos.
die lage ist prima: man kann zu mehreren shopping-centren zu fuß oder auch zum meer!
es liegt ruhig vor einem kleinen reisfeld.

Dirty, stuffy, uncomfortable hotel

Room is old and dirty. Mattresses are about 30 years old, the springs dig into your body. The room was boiling hot and stuffy so we opened the window and the room filled up with insects including many mosquitoes which bit us all night. Bathroom was full of mould and there are filthy dust filled filters on the room ceiling. The only good thing about this hotel is proximity to the airport and free shuttle service. If your budget allows it and you need an airport hotel, stay anywhere else!

Not close to the airport

I booked this because I thought it was close to the airport and I had a late flight. It was so far from the airport that I got lost for over an hour...no taxis to this place. Train takes you to the middle of nowhere. In a dangerous neighborhood with nothing around!! Room was filthy, I put my stuff down and a spider fell on me. Tiny room, uncomfortable bed, the bathroom was like a bathroom in a camper. Toiletries were a joke. No breakfast. Drunk guys everywhere, shady check in. This place's location was seriously the worst ever. You will not save money by stating here. I hated my stay here, wasted money booking this ancient dump.

Location was ok to me, because it's near to osaka international airport (kansai). Free bus drive to airport was easy and excellent way to go to the airport. Free wifi connection.

Very convenient

Only ¥4500 for the taxi from Kansai Airport to this hotel, so we were very happy. The hotel looked after our bags after we had checked out which was very useful.

Good for access to the airport.

Very close to the nearest metro station and the airport, so great for a stopover from or to the airport.
Staff were helpful even though we arrived very late.
Room was a great size, with good facilities in the bathroom. There was a slight smoky smell throughout the hotel, but not overpowering.
The free shuttle bus was very prompt and was offered at check in. Bear in mind that the last bus is at 09:30 and arrives at the airport at 10:00. Again, very near a train station, so easy access to the airport in different ways.

An O.K. Stopover Hotel

In my opinion, this hotel is O.K. for a night before or after a flight from Kansai airport. On the plus side, the morning shuttle service to Kansai airport was useful and there was a kettle in the room. The vicinity of the hotel was pretty barren. Arriving in the evening, it was a particularly dark (albeit quite short) walk from the local Nankai railway station to the hotel.

Convenient

Could not work out air con for heating in 4 degrees. Hotel and all staff are AMAZING and I will use this location AGAIN.
