初めて宿泊しました。知人からも良い宿だよという話を聞いていたのと、夏季はプールがあるということで楽しみにしていました。天見駅から徒歩30歩という近さ。車だとわかりにくいかも知れません。地の利があったので、多少迷いましたがいけました。
サービスはほんとに古き良き日本という感じです。部屋はザ和室!レトロで好きです。エアコンはきちんと着いてるし効きも良いです。夕食は部屋で、朝食は大広間でした。唯一気になったのは食事が出てくるタイミングです。2時間かけてゆっくりゆっくりでした。お酒を飲むのならあの感じでいいのかなぁ…お料理は手が込んでましたし、あゆなどとても美味しかったです。プールは混んでなくて最高です。更衣室やトイレは古いですが、まぁこんなもんかなと。それよりも山の中で自然に囲まれゆったりとした時間の流れを感じつつゆったりと泳げます。
海外の方もいらっしゃいますし、関西の方も多いです。2024年までは日帰り利用もできるようなのでまた来たいなと思います。

建物、庭園は本当に素晴らしかったです。
お料理も美味しく、スタッフの方々もとても親切でした。
1点だけ、歴史的建造物が故のものだと心得た上で、お部屋の匂いがどうしても気になりました。窓を開けるようにして解消しましたが、、、。

こんなに近場で本格的温泉旅館

難波から40分、駅前にあるにもかかわらず、自然の中で静かに温泉情緒を味わえます。
お料理は旬の素材をふんだんに使用し、とても美味しいです。スタッフの対応も、親切で気持ちよく、最高です。

ホームページの印象とは違いました。

ホームページを見て決めたのですが、行ってみるとイメージと違いました。
ホームページでは佇まいも風景もきれいで、お部屋も景色が良くゆったりとしていて素敵な旅館だと思いました。
ですが、実際行ってみると旅館というより民宿に近かったです。
扉の立て付けも悪かったし洗面所やトイレも部屋にはなく共同でした。
トイレを使う際はほかの人が待っていないか気になりゆっくりできませんし、歯を磨くにも他の人の洗面所の使い方が気になり早く切り上げました。その日は少し寒くて、エアコンをつけてもらったのですが、エアコンが古くてあまり暖かくならず、エアコンの清掃も行き届いていないようでした。
私には合いませんでしたが、昔懐かしい雰囲気を味わいたい人には良いかもしれないと思いました。

気持ちよく過ごせる旅館です

大阪からほど近いこの場所にこんな旅館があることは知りませんでした。サービスも施設もよく，気持ちよく過ごせました。ただ，泊まった日はアジア人観光客ばかりで，少し落ち着かない場面もありました。

If you are visiting Osaka area and want to experience authentic traditional Japanese lodging (ryokan) in an off the beaten path place, this might be the place to go. It's about 40 minutes away on a local train from Namba statiuon (Nakai Koya line). There doesn't seem to be much around the ryokan although we really didn't explore. We stayed in a similar property in Hakone when visiting Tokyo a year ago and it was a well known hot spring town so there were a lot more things to do. We stayed at a detached annex which had more than enough room for our family of four. Private outdoor hot spring tub and Western style indoor tub available, but weather was just too hot to truly enjoy the outdoor. We chose half boarding so had Kaiseki style dinner and also a traditional breakfast. Nothing much to complain except the futons were somewhat too thin so it was a bit rough on my back. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Outdoor common swimmng pool was not open yet in the beginning of July so be aware.

I love how accommodating the staff was here. We were nearly an hour late for our dinner but they went above and beyond to serve us anyway. The food was one of the best we've had throughout our entire trip of Japan as well. The room and atmosphere was also very cozy and we loved pretty much everything!

This place is a haven of peace, the hosts are warm and attentive, the private onsen is extremely relaxing, and the food is superb. Nothing more to say except don't hesitate to experience it.

L'accès depuis Tokyo est très simple et on peut accéder au ryokan en quelques minutes a pied depuis la gare. Le ryokan est une bulle de bonheur, calme, traditionnel, le jardin est magnifique et le onsen est top. Dîner traditionnel dans la chambre et le petit déjeuner avec vue sur le jardin est magique. On est ravis d'être venus, c'était parfait

여름날의 따뜻한 가족 온천

사전예약 시 메일을 통해 준비음식에 대한 자세한 설명을 들었습니다. 또한 체크인 시 친철하게 응대해 주셨고 설명도 자세하게 해 주셨습니다. 시설이용에 큰 불편함이 없었고 차도 넉넉하게 마셨습니다. 료칸 이용 후 피부가 상당히 깨끗해진 것 같아 여쭤 봤더니 라돈 함유량이 많아서 그렇다고 합니다. 특히 온전 이용 시 창문을 열어 시원한 바깥 공기도 마음것 마실 수 있었습니다. 다시 한 번 친절한 직원 분들께 감사드립니다.

An incredible experience from the moment you enter. The welcome greetings and experience with the entire staff is amazing. They are incredibly welcoming and genuine.
The rooms are very traditional Japanese and are gorgeous. The food is excellent and the service of the food is really unique and incredible with dinners in your room.

Absolutely wonderful place to stop on the way to Koyasan. I will admit when I showed up at the inn I was later than expected, had walked many miles, and was in quite a bad mood. The welcome I received changed all of that. They took me straight to my room and gave me tea and treated me like I was part of their family. I had the best meal of my time in Japan at this inn. The onsen was the perfect temperature and felt so good on my sore muscles. If you are maki my the journey to Koyasan this inn is a fantastic place to stop. The town is full of history and the staff were so kind to me even though I was dirty and sweaty and tired. I left feeling clean and refreshed!

Beautiful property with delicious food and an incredibly helpful and friendly staff! One of the staff members even saw us rummaging through a bowl of flags for their "Where are you from" map and we casually mentioned that we couldn't find our country but it was alright, then left for a little walk around the property. When we came back, the staff member had printed it out for us! Little details like that show the staff pay attention and go beyond what is required to help their guests. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

We stayed at the private Onsen room in the little house off the main building, and it felt very authentic. Service was superb Gary was very helpful and sent us on a beautiful walk the next day. The traditional Japanese meals were an experience on their own, but the private Onsen, and the beautiful grounds were the highlight of our stay.

Wonderful place to stay, so authentic, peaceful, back in time. The staff is extremely kind, the food is refined and delicious. The Onsen (hot baths) is divine. The property and surroundings are beautiful and steps away form the train station. I absolutely recommend this stay while in Japan, it will be a memorable souvenir.

역 바로 앞에 있어서 전철로는 편하지만 차량을 끌고 가기는 힘듭니다.
별개로 료칸 자체는 충분히 만족했습니다. 음식도 맛있고 직원들도 친절하고 영국인 직원도 있어서 일본어 영어 어느쪽도 가능했습니다.
다만 온천이 상당히 작은 점은 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 보통은 혼자만 사용하기에 괜찮지만 종종 다른 객실 손님과 같이 들어가기엔 눈치가 조금 보입니다.

장점이 커서 재방문 의사 있는 곳

일본여행 중에 마음에 들었던 곳 중 하나입니다.

장점
1. 상상하던 일본분위기 료칸
2. 온천욕으로 여행 피로 완화
3. 직원들이 친절하고 영어가 유창하신 분도 있음
4. 조식이 매우매우 맛있었음
5. 사람이 많지 않아서 여유있게 즐김
6. 아침에 산책 추천

단점
1. 욕탕에서 약간의 락스 냄새
2. 제공되는 유카타는 입으니 간지러워 잠옷 입고 잠
3. 가이세키는 기대했던 것보다 양이 적고 맛있는 음식보단 신기한 음식이 많음

전반적으로 만족해서 다음에는 가족들과 방문하고 싶음

This was our first trip to Japan, ever, so we wanted to experience authentic and traditional Japanese hospitality, and what an amazing surprise we got.

We rented the suite, which is the annex. You basically get an entire traditional japanese house, with a private onsen, all for yourself.

From the moment you arrive to the ryokan, you get the warmest welcome you can imagine. You are taken to your guest house and introduced to everything around a house. They provide you with Yukatas so you can feel comfortable.

For dinner, they come and serve you like a 5 or 6 course meal (I can't remember exactly how much they were), fully authentic seasonal japanese food. Once you are done, they come pick up the food from your dining room, and set up the futons were you will be sleeping, really comfortable futons.

By morning, they come and serve the breakfast and store the futons.

Did I mentioned the amazing private onsen all for yourselves? What an amazing experience onsens are. Now I understand why it is so embedded in Japanese culture.

The only thing I regret is not staying another night, since we had a very tight Japan schedule. But if you ever go to Japan, at least once stay in a traditional Ryokan to enjoy tradition. And I cannot emphasize how great a decision would it be to choose Nanten-en. And if you can afford the suite, go for it. It is something you need to experience once in a lifetime at least.

Zen like stay at Amami Onsen Nanten-en

Enjoyed our stay at Amami Onsen Nantes-en. Convenient location right next to train station. Friendly, professional staff. Large, traditional Japanese room with comfortable sitting area overlooking lovely garden. Dinner in room was delicious, server top notch. Breakfast in main dining room was also excellent. Small onsen overlooking forest very peaceful. If you’re uncomfortable being naked in a large hot tub environment with strangers this may not be for
you. I also had a restless night sleeping on the futon, but my wife slept fine. One night was enough for me but I’m glad we got to experience a traditional Japanese ryokan.

조용하게 힐링할 수 있는 료칸입니다. 직원들의 밝은 미소와 친절이 인상적입니다. 일본식답게 정갈하고 맛있습니다. 국이 많이 짜드라고요. 스끼야끼는 양도 많고 맛납니다. 조식과 석식 추가 추천합니다. 자전거 하루 천엔인데 동네 한바퀴도 좋았습니다.다음에는 스페셜룸으로 예약후 재방문하고 싶습니다.

서비스: 너무 좋았습니다. 영어로 소통하기에도 무리가 없었습니다.

음식: 코스의 완성도는 전반적으로 훌륭하고 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 생선 구이가 많이 짰습니다.

온천: 욕탕 자체는 대중 목욕탕과 크게 다르지 않아 조금 실망스럽지만, 이곳에 오는 여행객은 욕탕에서 보이는 자연 풍경이 중요할 것이라고 생각합니다. 창을 열어도 되는지에 대한 안내가 없어 애매한 부분은 있지만, 열려 있던 경우 자연 속에 있는 듯한 느낌이 좋았습니다.

Gorgeous traditional building complete with tatami floors, an onsen, and well-maintained grounds. Staying there felt like we were transported back in time (but with the modern luxury of AC during the hot summer). Amazing experience.

야외 노천온천이 없다고 해서 걱정했는데 실내 역탕도 충분히 좋습니다. 수질도 너무 좋고 창이 크고 넓은데다 열면 노천탕이 됩니다.
오래 된 목재가옥이지만 세김한 공간구성에 감탄하게 됩니다. 직원들도 너무 훌륭하고요.

다시 가고 싶은 곳

오래 된 건 건물은 맞지만 잘 유치 되었고 그정도 청결은 정말 잘 관리한것 같아요. 저는 너무 만족했고 벌레 나온다는 리뷰도 봤지만 저는 없어서 좋았습니다. 하지만 확실히 방음은 약합니다 ^^;; 만약 1층에 묵으신다면 2층의 소리는 감안 하셔야 될것 같아요~저는 1층에 묵었습니다.

다만 스탠다드룸에서 이용할 수 있는 온천은 노천탕이 아니라 목욕탕 같은 온천이었구용.
가이세키 요리는 정말 느끼하고 달았었습니다. 한국 사람이면 호불호 많이 갈릴거에요 ㅋㅋ

문화재청 지정 유형문화재 10년이 넘는 역사

매우 만족합니다.
일본의 전통을 이어가고 있는 환상적인 장소라 생각됩니다.
24시간 즐길 수 있는 온천도 좋았고
무엇보다도 100년이 넘는 오랜 시간이 축적된 세월이 자연스럽게 녹아든 정원과 가옥 등 전체적인 분위기 속에서 제대로된 힐링 하고 갑니다.

Nantenen was exactly what I had expected from a traditional Japanese ryokan experience. I especially enjoyed the welcoming process and was awestruck by the detailed way the kaiseki dinner was presented. Breakfast the next day was amazing as well and filled us up for adventures for the rest of the day. Nantenen was conveniently located within two minutes stroll from the Amami rail station and was removed enough from the city but not inaccessible. My family and my fiancé really enjoyed the experience and would not hesustate to recommend Amami Nantenen to other travelers looking for this type of experience.

Fantastic traditional Japanese Inn located in a picturesque location. Food, facilities, rooms were all amazing but the real standout was the lovely staff, who all went above and beyond in everything they did. A highlight experience for our cross-country trip!

Recommended if you find the traditional ryokan with Onsen and good view. The garden view is really good. Easily to access to the ryokan by nankai train. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Also recommend to book with meal especially dinner course is very impressive.

Dormir dans la salle à manger à 8 sur des futons est particulier.

We had the great opportunity to stay here for one night when we were passing through to Osaka. The staff here is absolutely amazing. Gary is so knowledgeable of the Japanese culture it is astounding. The facility itself is really amazing. From the onsen to the garden it's just breathtaking. We had the pleasure of experiencing the multiple course dinner and the breakfast the next morning. If you want to treat your self, this is definitely a place you should want to experience. From the traditional bathhouses to traditional meals you can't go wrong.

장점 ---
위치: 난바역에서 가기 쉽습니다. 간사이 공항에서 1시간 30분정도 걸리고 역 바로 앞이라 접근성은 좋습니다.
주변: 거의 산꼴자기라고 보면 됩니다. 주변이 고요하고 공기도 좋아서 사진찍고 휴양하기 좋은 환경입니다. 료칸 주변도 나름 사진찍기 이뻐요

서비스: 일본 서비스직 특성상 친절은 하세요.

단점 --
가이세키: 맛없습니다..............맛없어요. 한꺼번에 안나오고 하나하나씩 나와서 억지로 먹게하는 수법(?). 한 음식은 30분째 안나와서 심지어 전화해서 물어봤어요.. 그나마 아침이 맛있습니다 (김이 있어서) 저녁 가이세키는 진짜 별로 핵별로임

시설: 방이 작아요. 가장 작은방을 했지만 다른 료칸에 비해 너무 작고 화장실도 공용 화장실입니다 (변기 하나)

목욕탕: 너무작아요.. 샤워기 한 5개정도 있나? 그리고 야외노천탕 느낌나는것도 대충 창문만 여는거에요. 벌레들 많고 앞 풍경은 진짜 리얼 별로입니다. 비싼 목욕탕 온 느낌.


예전에 이즈미사노역 근처에 있는 ㅎㄷㅋㅊㄱ 료칸에 갔었는데 거기는 유카타 색상도 다양하고 (핑크 노랑 파랑 등등) 가이세키 존맛탱이였어요..목욕탕도 훨씬 깔끔하고 크고 방도 크고... (좌식 의자/테이블 외의 발코니형식 의자 테이블 화장실 있었음 ) 노천탕도 야외느낌 나는 곳이였어요 밖에 풍경도 좋구...간사이공항이랑 더 가까워서 여기 추천이요. 갔던 곳이라서 아마미 선택한건데 도착하자마자 후회했어요. 걍 거기 갈껄............같은 가격대에 더 좋은 곳 가실려면 꼭 여기가세요..홍보가 아니고 리얼로다가..아미는 진짜 ㅂㄹ애요..

這次住獨立屋那邊，住宿保存得很好，沒有殘舊的痕跡
用膳安排亦很好
員工非常友善
家人都十分滿意
之前曾住二人房，沒有浴室真的是一個令人卻步的很大原因
