残念です

家族3人(大人)で予約したのはスーペリアトリプルルームの302号室(2段ベッドと簡易ベッドは了承済)。3人でもくつろげる部屋だと思っていた。でも、チェックインの案内では201号室に変えられていたが、それ程の疑問ももたなかった。中に入るとトイレや洗面場が、無駄に広いのに、くつろぐ空間がタダでも狭いのに、簡易ベッドを広げると、人のすれ違いも大変だった(2段ベッドのハシゴを退けなくてはいけない程)。何より、簡易ベッドをセットする時の風圧で、2段ベッド下から塊になったホコリが舞い上がり、立てかけてあった掃除機(宿で初めて見た)で、床掃除機をした。エアコンは2段ベッドの上(ま横の壁)で、つけたまま寝れば、30cmぐらいしか離れてないので直撃。低い天井なのでエアコンの循環も悪い。外の大通りは車の行き来が多く、やかましかった。

これが格安ホテルだったら(費用が安ければ)、渋々でも我慢する。でも、2泊で5万もの支払いをしており、ぼったくられた気分だ。あのワンルーム部屋でくつろぐには、せいぜい2人が限界だろう。トリプルルームという言葉に騙された。

The property is good enough for a small family. Having no elevator in the building made it a bit challenging for us and the stairs are not wide enough.

The condo was a lot smaller than I expected. It's not user friendly if you have senior citizens, kids, or someone over 200lbs. The stairs are narrow and my husband and son 6ft tall almost fell a couple of times. I was scared to fall using the restroom at night. Bathroom was upstairs. Don't feel that safe with a padlock to lock the front door. Beds were comfortable. The condo was too small for 7 people. My husband had anxiety attack because of the close quarters. Not a lot of space to move around with 7 suitcases. Better suited for younger people not families.

Overall very satisfied with our stay. Yes this is a converted garage but it is spacious and has everything you need. It is on the outskirts but it was less than a 10 min walk from a station so you can be at any one of the major cities in no time. We had no issues and I would recommend.

Very nice appartement. Lots of space. Good small kitchen. Clean. We did miss curtains a lot. No elevator. But we stayed at the 4th floor and the stairs are not very high.we had no problem at all

Pas vraiment un hotel

Décu de mon séjour dans cet "hotel". pas de personnel pour le check in/check out, Tout se fait à distance. Les photos sont vraiment bien travaillé pour faire envie mais une fois arrivé dans la chambre on est décu. L'isolation phonique des fenetres est catastrophique surtout au bord d'un boulevard à fort passage. Les chambres pour 3 sont très petites et le lit d'appoint très peu confortable. Il n'y qu'un lit avec un vrai matelas, le second est un futon. Cela ressemble plus à un airbnb qu'à un hotel. Sinon le positionnment permet d'acceder rapidement à Tokyo via la ligne JB qui ne fait pas parti du passe journalier du metro de Tokyo.

급하게 예약한 숙소였는데 쾌적하고 좋았습니다.
역까지도 가까웠고 바로 건너편에 편의점도 있었습니다.
도착한 첫 날에 비가 쏟아졌는데 세탁기와 세제가 다 갖추어져 있어 수습이 가능했습니다. 건조대도 있었고요.
식기와 인덕션, 전자레인지, 전기포트, 밥솥까지(!) 있어서 편리했습니다. 저희는 따로 뭘 해 먹지는 않았지만요...
시설도 침구도 깔끔하고 청소도구도 있어서 쾌적하게 체류 가능했습니다.
다음에 도쿄 쪽에 또 오게 된다면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

The communication from this property was excellent. Easy to find and secure.
We stayed in the family room with the stairs to an upper bedroom. Both my kids were terrified of climbing the stairs as they were very steep but the bathroom was upstairs. After a day or so they got used to it but I wouldn’t stay here again for this reason. If it were a group of adults staying, it would be great.
Hirai felt safe and easy for trains.7/11 and Lawson close by to accomodation.
No lift which would be hard if you had a lot of luggage.
We had no noise issues.

Turist olarak gidiyorsanız turistik yerlere uzak. Ama metrodan cok uzak değil. İletişim iyi sorularınıza çabuk cevap alabiliyorsunuz. Yataklar hiç rahat değil.

Good connections

The place was fine for our stay, and it is well connected to Harai Train Station. There is places where to eat near and shops are open 24h if needed. We definitely recommend it.

This place was more spacious than most other places I've stayed at in Tokyo, which was a huge plus. The nearest train station was close and accessible by walking. However, visitors should note that this place is pretty far from the big tourist areas, such as Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku, etc. Everything is accessible by train, but it will take you a while (maybe give it like 1 hour). The place was very clean. Great stay

Over all good stay I would recommend it, and it's self check in so you can check in anytime after check in time. However, slightly dusty overall, and the mattress was quite hard on the top layer of the bunk bed so can easily improve. Thank you 🙏

20 Days Stay in Laffite Hirai Condominium Hotel

Other than there is no elevator going to the 4th floor we're we stayed, everything was great!
If I will be given the opportunity to come back to Hirai Tokyo, I'll pick this hotel for my stay. Only in the 1st & 2nd Floor.

For an extended family of 7 this condo was very tight. Climbing 4 stories with a full size suitcase through a narrow staircase was difficult. We had no opportunity to sleep beyond 6 am since there were no curtains or window coverings and the sun comes
right in

Convenient access

Good, apartment is close to Hirai local train station and convenience stores. 1 hour by train or 45 mins by taxi from Haneda airport. It was clean with comfortable linen, pillows, washing machine, clothes pegs, tv, washing machine, fridge, microwave, rice cooker and kettle. Stairs in the hallway are narrow and have a low ceiling height. Communication prior to our stay was easy and helpful. Apartment is the size of single studio. One bunk bed and a pull out trundle bed. We were 2 adults and 1 child.

Quick responses to all messages, owner let us check in a bit earlier, very good AC, good water pressure in shower, clean bidet, owner would send messages to check up on us to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything.

The room is nice and clean. The kitchen has all we need for cooking a simple dinner and breakfast. Shower and wash room is roomy. It also has a washing machine and a cloth hanger that are convenient for us. The hotel is self-served and does not have on-site front desk, but they respond to email promptly for any inquiries and requests and they are very helpful. Recommended for family stay.

It was a little dirty, and the stairs up were pretty difficult to navigate if you’re above 160cm, but overall a great stay!

Poor check-in

Check-in process was awful. They were responsive for several messages, then just stopped responding. I needed a room number to ship luggage. When it came time to ship luggage, the person helping me ship the luggage attempted to call them every couple of hours for 2 days with no response. I also tried calling and messaging them through the app (which they have responded to several times before) for 2 days with no response. All we needed was the room number. At this point we are on a time crunch. When I finally reached them on the phone, they said they needed my passport information which I never received a request for. I received an email requesting for guest info which I sent immediately days before check-in, but there were never instructions for passport info or how I could deliver it to them. Now I'm on the phone with someone I had trouble communicating with because of the language barrier and could not understand her instructions to send my passport information. I had to call my previous hotel and pleaded for the staff to help me call Laffitte to translate (crossing my fingers that Laffitte would pick up their phone after we hang up). They did pick up and also messaged me through the app which was received right away. They claim that there was an issue with the app, but it seems unlikely since I seem to receive the messages just fine. I also received check-out instructions the day after I checked out. There process needs to be streamlined and better communication.
