Not large room but very quiet.
No street noise and no air conditioner noise at all.
I didn’t hear any noises from the next rooms either.
Very comfortable bed.
The hotel guarantee comfort time during staying.

Everything was great. Just expect the room charge to be more reasonable.
Hotel room charge in Tokyo is crazy for Japanese residents.

スタッフの対応はロビースタッフも朝食会場も素晴らしかったです。
朝食も静かに過ごせてスタッフの方の気配りがとても良くて美味しく頂けました。
お部屋も十分広いしとにかく綺麗で快適でした。

Beds were very comfortable, the rooms includes 4 free bottle of water every day. Breakfast buffet was ok, but not many options for the price. The restaurants and bar closes very early 8.30pm and there is no room service. The location is great.

One of the worst stays I’ve been. The room hallway has a bad smell. Customer service extremely poor. Despite being a gold member with Marriott I was being treated very poorly. Would not recommend the stay

Overall the condition of the hotel and the location were excellent. We felt safe, it was quiet and not crowded. We were able to walk to the shopping areas, convenience stores, transportation stops, and the fish market, very convenient. And we also love the grab and go breakfast, the treats and lavender bags, they were all very thoughtful! The one thing is the hotel could have more restaurants information and offer to make reservations, especially for 1st time visitors.

We also love the recommendations for the airport transport and the convenience of the airport limousine bus stop. We would be coming back to this location for sure!

My family and I enjoyed our five night stay in two rooms with the AC Hotel. The rooms were not very spacious but they were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is very nice with much variety. The location is great as we were able to walk around Ginza with no problem. Every staff member we met were very hospitable. I would greatly recommend staying here in Ginza.

가격에 비해 조식이 별로고 조식 식당에 배치된 직원들에게 그릇을 치워달라고 해야함. 그리고 밤에 너무 시끄러워서 잠을 잘 못잤음. 다음엔 가고싶지 않음.

장단점

장점은 위치가 아주 좋고 침구도 컨디션도 아주 좋아요 다음 도쿄 방문시 재방문 하려구요
단점은 조식입니다 하루라면 추천합니다... 매일 같은메뉴로 3박은 별로였어요

Everything was excellent. The only thing I would reccomend is to expand Breakfast Buffett Options. I stayed for 5 nights and the options were few for much days.

The rooms are super clean and we loved the hardwood floors. No dust! Rooms are cleaned daily if you need it to be and we got lots of bottles of free water. We loved the daily breakfast at the hotel - wonderful offerings for a Western style breakfast.

We were excited to stay here for our last nights in Japan after an almost 3 week stay. The plus: the king sized bed was as advertised and softer than any others we slept on during our stay. The minuses: the initial room we were given had an odor of perspiration. The second room we were offered had a less strong smell that dissipated after airing it out.
Also, not their fault but as a Marriot Bonvoy Platinum Elite, I discovered that they would not honor any of my status because I booked through Expedia, not Bonvoy.

Excellent place to stay in Tokio. Close to shopping, dinning, entertaining and transportation. Hotel has a good breakfast and rooms are comfortable, for our purpose, it was a great place to stay

NIce location. Average hotel.

We chose this hotel because of its location in Ginza and because it would provide easy access to trains to Haneda airport. There is lots of great shopping and dining in the area, and there are different train routes less than 10 minutes away. The staff were also very nice and professional. The hotel itself is nothing special, however. We paid extra for upgrades that were not worth it. The room was the smallest we stayed in while in Japan, and the view was not anything special. The breakfast was busy and crowded, and the staff had a hard time keeping food available as a result. It's likely that we will explore other hotels in the area for our next trip to Japan.

This hotel is located in the middle of two other Marriott properties giving you the option to take advantage of the other hotel amenities. We got room service/take-out from the Marriott next door.
The property is also conveniently located in Ginza, which is the middle of Tokyo. It was very easy to travel to all the sights by subway.

所有配套都十分好，有足夠插掣，全部香港插頭也適用！房間打掃得非常整潔！只是十分討厭浴室跟厠所是分開，如跟朋友入住，十分不便！

Elegant new hotel in a fabulous location - just a few minutes from the metro. Staff were welcoming and warm when I arrived and even let me check in a few hrs early. That’s a rarity in JP as most will make you wait untill the official check in time even if the room is ready! Bed was perfect - not too hard. Breakfast was superb. So happy with my stay. Will be back!

Great Location, clean and new.

Spacious room, clean and modern. Central location, close to everywhere. Easy access from Haneda airport to hotel only cost less than 500 yen and stop at higashi ginza and walk to hotel less than 5 mins. Love this place and for sure will come back again.
