富士山の旅にぜひ

ドミトリーに1泊しました。部屋もベッドも共有スペースもキッチンもとても綺麗で、畳スペースのこたつがとても快適でした。シャワーがフロアに1つしか無いのが残念ですが、歩いて数分のところに日帰り温泉があったのを利用しました。朝無料で飲めるコーヒーも美味しかったです。

洗濯機が1台と10時以降からしか使えないのが1台、計2台で滞在中にありつけませんでした。見ていたらシャツ一枚で40分以上ガッツリ回していた人もいたので時短の方法を明記してもらうのも手かなと思いました。
サービスは良かったです。子どもに遊びを教えてくれたり、忘れ物を早急に送ってくださったり、大変満足しています。

新しい体験ができるホテル

外国の方が多く、国際的コミュニケーションがとれて楽しいです。しかし、部屋にはテレビがない事、アメニティがない事、冷蔵庫がない事が情報もれでした。また、予約時に駐車場の予約も取らなければいけない事が情報がなく、少し先にある公園の駐車場に案内されました。バックパッカー向けのホテルみたいです。
日本人には馴染みのない体験ができると思います。

清潔なゲストハウス。スタッフも笑顔で迎えてくれる。駅から歩きで来る場合歩道がない道や暗い道を通らなければならないので注意が必要。近くの飲食店が居酒屋かラーメン屋しかない。スーパーやコンビニは近くにあるので弁当を買ったり自炊することはできる。部屋によっては人の匂い（加齢臭的な）が気になるところがあるので消臭が必要だと感じた。それ以外は概ね満足。

良いロケーション。気持ち良い部屋。

台所が広くて良い。料理のカウンターは小さい。
廊下、階段、部屋がカーペット敷き詰めで、心地よい。
部屋が広い。二段ベッドの下段を使ったけど、上までの距離が高く、頭をぶつけなかった。
湖は見えないけど、数分の距離。
バス停がそばで、2日乗り放題切符で、どこでも行けた。

ファミリーで利用しました。河口湖の湖畔から徒歩15分、ローソンまで5分、スーパーまで10分と自炊もできる宿で満足です。朝食はパンと牛乳ぐらいセルフであるとうれしいです。

良かった

キッチンも使え一人の宿泊には良さそう。近くのコンビニで買ってきたもので調理できる。名前書いて冷蔵庫も使える。数日滞在には便利。女性ドミトリーは二段ベッド。シーツが二枚あって間に寝られて清潔。民宿の相部屋よりも格段に快適。ただ宿泊客はほぼ外国人。シャワーだけなので、湯船には入れない。

綺麗でしたが、底冷えのお部屋が

施設内はとても綺麗でしたが、宿泊予約人数二人行けなかったのですが、チェックインの際の確認はしないフロントでした。 お部屋は綺麗でしたが、ストーブを付けても底冷えがしたのと、なんとなくお線香の香りを感じて、カーテンを開けたら、お寺の屋根が素晴らしく、寒く感じてしまいました。

9人用のドミトリーに泊まりましたが、清潔で、とても快適にすごせました。レンタサイクルもあり、お手頃価格で貸してもらえました。こたつがあったり、コーヒーや紅茶、朝食用のジャムなど、うれしいサービスもあり、おすすめです。

コスパの良いホテル

息子と２人で泊まりました。
ホステル系宿泊は今回２回目で、期待半分、不安半分の気持ちで訪れました。
スタッフの方も親切で、日本人宿泊客が１割な中でもとても寛ぐことが出来ました。
今度は家族4人でまた来ようと思います。

異文化体験ができるホステル

外国人の宿泊客がほとんどで、子供たちに日本にいながら異文化に触れる良い機会になりました。レセプションも日本の典型的なホテルとは異なり、とってもフレンドリーに対応してくれました。共同キッチンで子供たちと朝食を準備したことも貴重な体験。部屋も清潔に整理され、とても静かでした。ただ、部屋の照明が暗いのと、ファミリーが滞在するにはテレビがあった方が良いかなと思いました。

格安滞在

8畳程度の和室に2段ベッドを3台配置した部屋に宿泊。プライベートスペースはミニマムですが、１階のキッチン・ダイニングスペースは広々としており、くつろぐ時はパブリックスペースで、寝る時のみ部屋に戻る過ごし方がベストかと思います。今回の食事は外で調達しましたが、キッチンの設備は充実しているので自炊も十分対応できるでしょう。共用スペース（トイレなど）の不潔感はありませんでした。

口コミ

女、一人旅行、男女混合部屋、二泊の滞在でした。
日本人はスタッフでしかみかけないほどに、他の宿泊客は海外からの旅行者がほとんどでした。
低価格すぎて逆に不安でしたが、普通のホテルでは味わえないようなアットホームな滞在でした。
ただ、夜中まで騒いでいる人たちの声が少し気になりました。
本当に外国人ばかりだったので、自分にもっと英語のコミュニケーション能力があれば、
もっと楽しい滞在になったに違いない、、、と少し歯がゆくなりましたが、英語が話せなくても問題なく泊まる事ができました。あくまでも最低限の寝床の提供くらいだと思って行きましたが、この価格でのこのサービスは普通に良いと思います。また付近に行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。

チェックインのときに確認番号を渡したのに約されていない、といわれた。急いでいた。人と会うのに、シャワーを浴びて、出かける必要があった。　前に何度もあっている担当女性二人。笑顔なし.で、すっぴんで、疑わしそうにしてわたしと目を合わせない。前に泊まったこともあるし、お客をあっせんしたりしていたのにもかかわらず。連絡が来ていない、と言い張るので、じぶんでパソコンのサイトにログインして、確認番号を再度出してみせても、これがそうなんですか、でも連絡がないので、とまだいう。これを聞き入れていたら遅刻してしますので、部屋鍵とシャワーだけを必死で確保して自分の用事をした。大変なストレスだった。

Also good for families!

We stayed in the New Year Eve. It's the best hostel we've ever stayed in Japan. Clean, warm, convenient, and resonable.
Usually Japanese hotels are very expensive during the holiday seasons、but tthis hostel is affordable, and comfortable.
We were very satisfied.
If we go to Yamanashi again, we'll choose her again.

20 min walk from the train station; if you have large suitcases, better use taxi. The hotel has a great view of Mt Fuji on a clear day; you don't really need to get that picture from Lawson if your focus is Mt Fuji. A good experience to sleep on a futon and tatami mat. The kitchen downstair is shared and can be used for cooking if you have your own ingredients. No elevators! Because it's a house converted into a hostel. So, it was a bit of struggle for us with large suitcases unless you need your workout.

The hotel employees were so incredibly nice. The area is walkable distance to bus stops, the lake, shops, convenience stores. I forgot the name of the employee who said he’s from chile but he was awesome!! They spoke English very well and were so helpful throughout our stay with them. I will definitely be booking this same hotel next time I visit Japan!

Okay, wouldnt stay again

The room was comfortable but did not have a bathroom. Kitchen was shared for the whole hostel, bathrooms on each floor, 2 toilets yo be shared with the whole floor. Showers a bit mouldy, doesnt get very hot and water temperature and pressure not consistent. Broken taps at the sink. Charges for towels, toothbrushes and laundry charge was more expensive than other nicer hostels i stayed at. Room was comfortable and warm though.

I like the view of Mount Fuji just outside of the premise. But the corridors, staircases, and toilets were too cold to my mom and my liking. The shared kitchen was quite neat and clean, the shower and toilet was clean. The room was clean as well

乾淨，旁邊有公車，超市，離搭船搭纜車很近，走路就到，廚房超大，可以自己煮，離河口湖車站搭環湖紅線4站10分鐘就到。

但很烏龍的是，明明我們退房有交還鑰匙，工作人員卻說沒有，還寫信叫我回去換鑰匙，當我們從山中湖千里迢迢衝回飯店，工作人員卻說，有，我們交還鑰匙了，是他忘了，超生氣超烏龍。

這是一間民宿，睡傳統日式榻榻米，網頁上寫能睡六個人，但擠四個人已顯窄了，還有行李要擺放呢。共用浴室和分開的男女衛生間，幹淨企理，共用廚房，設備齊全，廚房寛敞幹淨，大家用完廚房後要自行洗刷碗碟等用品，抹幹淨所用范圍，個個都自覺，有很大的用餐室和休閒區，很舒適寫意，整體環境很整潔，價格對於度假區區說不算貴，值得推薦，從河口湖站坐巴士幾個站就到，走路19分鐘。河口湖周邊環境很漂亮，很美妙的一次入住體驗。

We had stayed at another K’s House property so we knew what to expect. It’s a great hostel and it’s living and kitchen area were large. We could even cook our own meals if we wanted.
Lots of western foreigners staying here and we could chat at the lounge in the evening.
I only wished it was closer to the station since we had luggage to lug!

We stayed as a family of 6vinb2 private rooms. Very clean and convenient. We recommend this place. Tha staff has always been helpful. Many indications and documentations are available. Good location between the train station and the lake. The common kitchen and shared living room are very welcoming and clean. In conclusion, this is a very good place for backpackers and travellers looking for a simple and affordable stay close to mount Fuji.

I like to homely feel of the property (first time staying in the hotel). Suggest to do something about the "stinky" shoe closet. Probably do not close to let the shoes breath. When it is closeted, the smell is overwhelming with all the shoes. Also, consider doing something about the "flush" of the toilet in the Japanese room. It works but it is really loud. It sounded like an airplane is about to take off. Lastly, add washer and dryer in the main floor as one is not enough. Overall though, it was a wonderful experience, especially since this is our first time staying in a hotel. Will stay again when we climb Mt Fuji in the next couple of years.

We had a Japanese-style private room, for the night before our ascent of Mt. Fuji. The room was very nice and clean. The common facilities were quite good as well. The staff were kind enough to let us leave our bags in their luggage room for a few hours after we had checked out. Would definitely recommend!

地方离JR和大巴的交通枢纽还是需要走一段路的，但是离湖近。氛围很好，英语国家的人很多。厨房很大，冰箱和灶具都很全，还提供一些免费的调料，感觉很欢迎大家自己动手。这家有三层楼，不过没有电梯，房间的上下铺没有遮光帘还挺奇怪的。个人感觉每层楼配置的洗手间和洗澡间如果人全满的话应该会不够用的。

Amazing stay! The hostel is clean and comfortable and the private room was huge! Private bathroom was small but well-equipped. The staff were soooo helpful and make check in and out really easy. Free coffee, tea and jams for breakfast (bring your own bread), a vending machine that included cans of “mystery booze”, an amazing lounge area and plenty of travel adaptors available to borrow for free (with deposit). Location is great, close to the lake and 10 min walk from the bridge with amazing Fuji views! Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Convenient place to stay, very near Lake Kawaguchi. There's a convenience store nearby just 3 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants near the area, bus stop is about 7 minutes walk. Staff is friendly and speak good English.

距離車站有點遠，雖然有巴士搭，但巴士班次稀疏，營運時間又短，我每天都搭不到車，都要用走的回旅舍，交通不算方便，但近河口湖橋邊，看湖看富士山觀光就很方便，附近有一間便利商店，超巿就不算近了，河口湖區到6點後幾乎沒有地方活動，但旅舍的廚房和公共區域非常好，可以在那裡煮食和休息。
