お部屋が広くて綺麗で設備も申し分なかったです。ヒバのお風呂の香りが心地よくて夜と朝と2回入りました。
チェックインにはまだ早かったのですが荷物を預けようと立ち寄った際清掃が終わっているのでチェックインが可能と言って頂けたのもありがたかったです。
また京都で宿泊する際は伺いたいです。ありがとうございました！

お風呂(木枠)に髪の毛やテッシュに破片が浮いていた。エレベーター内部及び1F近くはタバコ臭く、はじめに部屋に入った時もタバコ臭かった。電気ポットについては、蓋はあるものの構造上ちょっとでも傾くと沸騰したお湯が口から出てくる構造になっており、安全面に不安が残る形でした

2回止まったのですが、1Fには除湿機とお風呂場に椅子、掛け湯にための桶がありましたが、3Fにはどれもいいておりませんでした

正直、自分が思っていたお部屋とは違っていたのですが、有効にスペースを使わせて頂きました。
ホテルの方達の対応も優しく、足の悪い母と押し車で入店したのですが、親切に対応して下さいました。
母もとても喜んでいて、また来たいと言ってくれていました。

日本酒やソフトドリンクが飲み放題でいろんな種類のお酒も楽しめて、外から買ってきたお惣菜でゆっくり楽しく過ごせました。

今度は、アップグレードしたお部屋に泊まりたいです。
お世話になりました。

錦市場にも近く、天気さえ良ければ徒歩であちこち回れます。

お部屋の間取りもよく、ミニキッチンや洗濯乾燥機などもあって使い勝手が良かったです。また、檜葉風呂を中心とした浴室は好印象です。全体的には清掃も行き届いており快適でしたが、水回りに羽虫が複数飛んでいたのがやや残念でした。ナイトウェアに長い白髪が絡んでいたのは気になりましたが、すぐに交換して頂けました。

町屋の落ち着いた佇まいと最新設備で快適な京都滞在が可能なホテル。レストランはないですが、3日前までにお願いすれば折詰の朝食が届くらしいです。三条通りから河原町四条そして祇園まで徒歩圏内なのでせっかくの京都の食は外の方が楽しいでしょう。スタッフさんとの距離感もいい感じでした。

酒蔵をリフォームしたホテルらしく、夕方から夜9時までは日本酒が飲み放題。私たちは夕飯を食べに出たため、日本酒は飲めなかったものの、ドリンクバーやお菓子も飲み放題、食べ放題となっており、部屋への持ち込みも可。お部屋には桶風呂があり、のんびりお風呂に入れて大満足。お部屋の設備もよく、デザイン性が高くておしゃれ。祇園、先斗町には徒歩圏内で便利。周りにご飯屋さんもたくさんあって、ホテル周辺の散策だけでも楽しめる。素泊まりでも食事に困らなかった。

難点を言えば、オシャレすぎて、スイッチの場所とか分かりにくい、
入り口入ってすぐ、植栽があるのですが、水が張ってあって、囲いもされてないので、落ちてる人続出でした。あれは、危ないと思います。

とても綺麗で過ごしやすい最高の宿でした！
日本酒飲み放題のラウンジはコロナ禍のため部屋まで持ち帰りの形式です。
お部屋の中は隅々まで綺麗にされており、何から何まで最高の滞在になりました！
電子レンジとドラム式洗濯機があるのも素晴らしいです！
ロビー受付の男性スタッフはかなり無愛想でしたが、特に困ることもなかったので良しとします。

駐車場が併設でないのは残念でしたが、すぐ近くに有料駐車場があります。
一点、ベッドのシーツに回収忘れと思われる清掃用具が挟み込まれていたのはちょっと驚きました…

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout my visit. There was a small issue with my room upon arrival, but it was handled quickly and professionally, and the change truly improved my overall experience.

I really appreciated the amenities and the layout of the room — it was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. The welcome sake was a lovely touch and added to the social, traveler-friendly atmosphere of the hotel.

The beds were a bit unique, and it took me about a day to fully adjust, but once I did, they were very comfortable. One of the biggest highlights for me was having access to in-room laundry with a washer and dryer, which made the stay especially convenient.

Overall, this hotel offered a great balance of comfort, functionality, and hospitality, and I would happily stay here again.

My husband and I were traveling around Japan on holiday and happened to be staying in Kyoto for my birthday. At the last minute, we decided to upgrade our stay with a room at Nol Sanjo Kyoto. We could not have been happier we did. From the moment we arrived, the staff was helpful, welcoming and kind. The room we stayed in was the double room with the rectangular private onsen tub, which was extremely beautiful and impressive for the price. Every aspect of the experience was simple yet artfully luxurious, and each detail was well thought out. The suite was impeccably clean and generously spacious, with a very functional adjoining bathroom / kitchenette. We enjoyed soaking in the beautiful hiba wood tub, relaxing in the seating area with TV, and sleeping in the super comfortable beds. They also offer a selection of complimentary snacks and beverages in their lobby, including sodas, coffee, tea and sake, which was an unexpected treat! The room had a kettle, lovely pottery for coffee and tea, ice and tumblers for cold beverages… and much more. Anything we could have thought of was there. To be honest, it was the nicest hotel experience we’ve had and made our time in Kyoto so much more special. Not to mention tons of great restaurants and locations around, and a short distance from the train station. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Stylish, peaceful and comfortable hotel. Daily coffee and sake provided that was just great. when we wanted a break from walking around it was really nice to go back to the hotel. Lots of nice boutique shops resto, cafes around the hotel and metro is very close. . highly recommended.

Beautiful well appointed rooms with fantastic baths, a calm, quiet oasis right in the middle of the best part of town. This is a real gem at a very reasonable price. Our favourite spot to stay whenever we visit Kyoto.

I was in Japan for 2 weeks, stayed in 5 locations. This was my absolute favorite hotel and location. Walkable to and from train and bus locations, shopping and fabulous restaurants all super close. Beautiful property! Very comfortable room. Soaking tub was perfect (on average we walked 20k steps a day) absolutely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing and one of the best I have ever stayed in. The room was very spacious, modern yet traditional, comfortable, clean and the bathroom was superb - a large walk in shower and Japanese bath which was excellent with all the walking I had been doing. There is also a washer/dryer in room which is easy to use (instructions included) and was very convenient for the middle of my trip. The hotel has a beautiful reception and japanese garden area in the middle of the hotel. 100% recommended for a Kyoto stay! Also remember MURAJI is close by and is an incredible ramen restaurant, it’s busy but I went a couple of times and wasn’t waiting too long. Train station is also close too.

Perfect little place in Downtown. Walkable to almost everything and you really get a sense of downtown Kyoto. Short walk to Nishiki Market and Teramachi Dori. Great restaurants all around. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was super clean and the Hiba-wood tub was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly upon arriving and were able to hold on to our luggage until check-in, as we arrived early. They went through every detailed amenity offered and gave us a welcome gift, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Our room was spacious and relaxing, especially after a long day of walking in crowds. We found ourselves often coming back throughout the day to take breaks and refresh. The location was perfect! Walking distance to major shopping districts, but far away enough to get some peace and quiet. Our room was cleaned daily, and toiletries restocked as well. We loved the shower and having an in-unit washer/dryer was so helpful! Overall, we loved our stay and wish we could of stayed longer, we'll definitely be back next time we visit Kyoto!

Loved the washer/dryer in the room! Didn’t have to worry about going off property or a shared room to wash our clothes. This hotel was conveniently tucked in a neighborhood with a bunch of shopping store fronts near by. Being within a few minutes walking to gion, I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Kyoto!

Great room. Lots of space and cool design, especially the wooden bath. They have all the right special touches. Japanese style pyjamas, slippers and even our own washer and dryer in one, in our room, mini fridge, sink and excellent shampoos, creams, wash. Quiet in the area, but vey close to alot of action, market, shopping etc. not one disappointment. Recommend highly.

Wi-Fi is slow and disconnected constantly, 1 free water bottle each day, all other water was at an extra cost, toiletries are not in the convenience inside the rooms, but in the 1st floor, and staff is not friendly and distracted on the computers and talking to each other.

Great hotel with a distinct serenity - a tree and reflecting pool in the hotel courtyard, a zen garden next to reception, shogi screens and a natural wood soaking tub in the room. In a great location, steps away from the covered outdoor shopping areas. Add in the washing machine/dryer on each room and you have a winner. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel Nol was absolutely fantastic!!! We had an amazing time from check in to check out. The staff went above and beyond for me and even helped me ship 3 luggage’s to my next destination in Osaka.

The rooms are so elegant. Minimalistic and modern but with old Japanese touch. Our family loved this place so much. My son wanted to purchase the grey Nol leisure wear set. (I was told not for sale. Lol)

The hotel has a very nice vibe. Dark and mysterious, calming and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed unwinding and recapping the day while sipping on sake in the lobby after a long day out sight seeing in Kyoto. We will be back one day and I will continue to refer more people here.

We had a lovely stay at the nol kyoto sanjo. The location and staff are excellent. Everyone is very kind and helpful. The rooms are serene and have a lot of nice touches including the hiba bath. We also enjoyed the complimentary sake tastings and snacks. Would love to visit again.

Stayed in this beautiful hotel for 2 nights (Though I wish we couldve stayed a lot longer!). Walkable from the station and walkable to Nishiki Market and all the other shopping centers connected to Nishiki Market! The room I booked had its own wooden bathtub (that could fit two), and equipped with its own combined washer/dryer (which was a life safer as this was a halfway point between our trip). The day we were gonna depart, the hotel let us store our luggage until it was time to go. This was the loveliest hotel I've ever stayed at and I would 10/10 come back to stay once more!

Loved our stay at the Nol . The rooms have their own washer dryer . The tub was my favorite part. The entire room was very clean and cozy.
Free flow sake starts at 3 and there was free Soda pops in the lobby fridge. Rooms were cleaned everyday and restocked with water and towels, and other essentials. The staff were so helpful and kind. Will be staying here again! Can’t wait to book my next trip :)

I recently stayed at nol kyoto sanjo as a solo traveler on my first trip to Japan. I loved the hotel’s proximity to many of Kyoto’s major attractions - it’s super easy to get to Nishiki Market, the Gino District, Pontocho Alley and plenty of shopping from here. The hotel itself was lovely. The free coffee and sake happy hour in the lobby was refreshing after a day out exploring the city. My room was spacious and I loved the interior design. While not a ryokan of course, it still felt very Japanese. Also, an added bonus was having a washer/dryer in the room which I did not realize was available when I booked! I look forward to staying here again on my return trip to Japan, which I am already planning!
