今回は1週間連泊しました。
施設内にあるサウナがとてもおすすめです。
掃除の時間以外は24時間入れるのでお得感あります。
大きい荷物も預かっていただけるので、セキュリティも高めだと思います。

まぁ無難だと思う。

ぜひ改善してください。

駅前でいろいろなお店もあるし、館内の設備も特に問題はありませんでした。が、カプセルというか階の気温が低く、薄い布団１枚ではとても寒かったです(ロビーや休憩室等では感じなかったので泊まった階だけだったかもしれません)温度設定がたまたま誤ってしまっていたのかもしれませんが注意していただけると嬉しいです。リピしたいのでよろしくお願いします。

店舗前には24時間営業の本屋があるのは貴重。またドンキホーテもあり、急遽Yシャツ等衣料品や日用品・食料を買えるのも便利。飲食店も適度にあるので安心。

Good value capsule on Yamanote line. My only dislike was the smoke-filled common area. It really was quite bad.

Great for short stays. No fan so can get hot in capsule. Bring headphones or earplugs since people can be bit noisy. Aside from that was great.

Rei-san was a fantastic help during my stay, as well as all the staff! very clean, very convenient with the Otsuka station within a 2-minute walk, and a lot of dining options in the area.

If you're looking for a place with great bathing facilities, space for luggage and a decent bed while you're travelling around Tokyo, this capsule hotel is a great place to stay!

Kapsül otelde kalmayi kabul ettiğimde, klostrofobik bir alanda uyumayı, kişisel alanımın sadece o kapsül olacağını ve diger misafirlerin gürültüsü vb nedenlerle sıkıntı yasayaleceğimi da kabul etmiştim. Kapsül otel olmanin negatiflikleri haricinde her şey çok iyiydi. Temizlik güzeldi, kullan at hazır macunlu diş fırçası, traş bıçağı, M ve L size pijama, havlu, sampuan, vücut yıkama jeli, traş köpügü, yüz yıkama köpüğü gibi tüm kişisel malzemeler, tuvaletlerde de terlik, japon tipi ısıtmalı, otomatik tuvalet mevcuttu. Otel icinde su sebili ve içecek otomatları vardı. Japon hamamı da cok konforluydu (dikkat! sadece erkekler için ve japon hamam kuralları geçerli)

Left my toiletry kit in the bathroom and left for Mt Fuji, the staff was very helpful in retrieving my lost items and held it for me to collect once i came back to Tokyo

When it comes to capsule hotels, there's a troublesome-ness level that you can assign to any hotel, and this one rates pretty high. First, the good: The staff was lovely, the bed was pretty comfy, there's a TV in each capsule, the lounge on the top floor had a big TV and plenty of places to sit and eat...and those are about the only good things that come to mind. The less-good: Lockers are on a different floor than the capsule room. Bathrooms are smelly, have cold floors and half the toilets have something wrong with them, ranging from the washlet not working to the washlet spraying cold water to the seat being cold, which is noticable when the floor's cold too. (At least there was plenty of them, I suppose.). While there's a TV in each capsule, it has some archaic remote control "panel;" you can't touch the actual TV; you just press a button on the panel to cycle though channels. The clientele was low on tourists but high on older fellows who coughed all night and apparently weren't there to turn off their alarms when they went off. And you have to check out every time you leave the hotel, which is just super-tedious to me. Oh, another couple upsides: There's an Anytime Fitness just a few minutes' walk down the street. Going there made a nice way to kill some time between checking out from this place and checking in to the next place. And there's a coin laundry on each floor (albeit a fairly expensive one), as well as a vending machine.

This was a last minute trip, so I could not book ahead. I wanted to stay in Shinjuku in a capsule hostel with a sento. Although Capsule Inn Otsuka is not Shinjuku, it was close enough. Despite the language barrier, the staff was very helpful and got me clued-in and squared away from the start. (Thank you, Ariel!)
The hostel is very clean - especially the sento. New sheets and pillow cases every day and as many towels as you need plus shampoo, condition, muse, shaving cream, razors, skin creams, after shave, etc. There is also a washer and dryer. Packing my luggage every day and putting it in a provided locker and/or secured storage area was a little annoying, but this policy allows the hostel to perform a thorough cleaning every day. Otherwise, the odor of dirty laundry within the capsules would make it unpleasant for all. Due to poor venting (inherent to older buildings), there is an odor in the restroom in the early morning.
Currently, women do not have access to the sento. Also, on the same floor as the sento, there is a common room with television, smoke rooms, and complementary coffee, but no water dispenser. Drinking water is taken from the sinks near the restrooms. If hot tubs are not your cup of tea, there are 2 regular showers next to the sento.
I enjoyed my stay at the Capsule Inn Otsuka and thank the hostel and staff for making it enjoyable.

Lovely staff and wonderful facilities, only 30 seconds walk from Ōtsuka station, variety of food available in the area. Very quiet, calm area.
