家族で泊まりました。設備も整っていてベットも寝心地がよく快適でした。改善点としては、エアコンが効くまでに時間がかかったこと、玄関ドアが内側開なので出入りしにくいことでした。もう少し繁華街に近かったら良かったかなとも思いました。

エアコンがあるのですが、窓側なので風がテレビがある場所まで来ないので、扇風機あればいいと思います。

こちらはキッチンとは別室に冷蔵庫とレンジがあるため、料理するには面倒でしたが、ベットの寝心地は今までのアパートホテルの中では良かったです。

飛行機が急にとばなくなって、ホテルを探しているところで出会ったホテルです。メッセージを通して細かいことも連絡やお尋ねもできて安心して過ごせました。お部屋もとてもきれいに掃除されていて、家族5人で大満足でした。

綺麗で静かなホテルで良かったです

ホテルの部屋は思っていたより綺麗で清潔感があり広さも充分なので快適に過ごせました。
お風呂とトイレが別なのも良いですね。
注意点はホテルが目立つ場所ではないので、駅からの出口を間違えないことです。谷町九丁目２番出口から出れば近いですが、初日は８番から出てしまい少し迷い大荷物を持って沢山歩いてしまいました。
それから洗面所から部屋に入る所に段差が一段あります。小さな段差でも年寄りは怪我をすることがあるので怖いと感じました。
コンビニは近く道頓堀も歩いて行けるので良かったです。

猛暑日の利用だったので、エアコンの効きが悪くて焦りました。というか、外が暑すぎてエアコンもまいっていたことでしょう。しかし、寝れないということはなかったので良しとします。
他、総じてまんぞくでした。リピ確定。

可愛らしいレイアウトのお部屋で非常に静かでした。キッチンつきで長期滞在に向いてると思います。

とても清潔で快適に過ごせるお部屋でした！

清掃が行き届きとても快適に過ごせるお部屋で一つ一つこだわりを持ってお部屋をコーディネートされてるのがとても良く分かり滞在中も気持ち良く過ごせました。特に絵画が美しかったです。

Good space like a mini apartment. Pack light. You can wash clothes and hang outside to dry. But not a lot of space to open luggage. Consider a top open suitcase.

This hotel was good value for money.

I stayed here with my husband and two teenage daughters in July 2025 and we loved the location.

There is no front desk/lobby. Make sure to check your email/messages before arriving for instructions on how to check in. If you need to call the staff answers the phone right away and will come down instantly to help.

I appreciated having enough space for 4 people, a full-size refrigerator with freezer, and an in-suite washing machine.

The apartment style room provided adequate space for 4 small adults. The beds were comfortable. Nice to have a washing machine in the unit and the toilet separate from the bath. Grocery store around the corner. Walkable to Kuramon market, Namba walk and Shinsaibashisuji shopping arcade. Took a taxi back home daily with our shopping loot - around Y1000 2 subway lines 10 minutes walking distance that we used to go to Umeda/Osaka station area.

가족여행에 추천합니다.

도톤보리까지 도보로 10분 정도 거리에 있어서 맛집 다니기 좋습니다.
도보 10분거리 이내에 지하철역 노선이 세군데 있어서 오사카 내에서 이동하기 편리합니다.
숙소 바로 앞 편의점이 있어서 필요한 물건 사는데도 좋고 숙소들어오면서 간식거리 사기도 좋네요.
4인 가족 여행하는 동안 숙소내에서 불편한 점 없고 숙소내에 세탁기도 있어서 간단한 빨래도 가능합니다.
체크인 전부터 문자로 상세히 안내메세지 보내고 필요한 사항이나 궁금한점 있으면 문자로 문의하면 신속하게 응답해 줍니다.
다음에 오사카 오게 되면 다시 찾고 싶습니다.

The place is super small and tight. There was some comstruction noises at night when we were trying to sleep. The name Nipponbashi is not on the hotel entrance, it was in Japanese, so we thought we were at the wrong place. The alley way to get there looked kind of suspicious and dark. Overall it was just ok. I would probably try another place next time.

Pretty basic accommodation, however location is everything in this case, with Dotonburi district and canal about 8mins walk away.
A bit too much noise from both inside and outside the hotel for my liking, though.
Couldn’t work out how to use the heating or cooking facilities.
No reception, so nowhere to leave suitcases after checkout.

Would stay here again!

We liked the convenience of having more space than a japan hotel room. It was walking distance to Dotonbori and Kuromon market. There were a lot of great restaurants in the area. We were also able to wash our clothes which is a major plus. The hotel was great at communication and was so gracious to arrange for our luggage to be delivered to our next destination.

The place is excellent, except for the bed, it was very old or damaged so the rest was zero, and the pillows were very thin, I had to put a shirt on a cushion to be able to sleep more or less. Resting in Japan is something essential after long walks during the day, it is something you should pay attention to. Everything else, the place is perfect.

I like the strong water pressure in the shower. Clean and tidy. Great and easy communication with property management. Easy access to train stations and Dotonborri.

What is missing are the clothes dryer and iron.

Everything else is great.

방음이 잘 안되는 점이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.
구글지도에서 art in hotel로 안내가 나와 헷갈렸고요
마지막으로 지난 일요일 오전에 화재알람벨이 두차례 울려 놀랬으나 그에 따른 방송이 나오지 않아 불안했습니다.

그 외에 도톤보리 인접성, 깨끗함 등은 만족스러웠습니다. 체크아웃후에 짐을맡길 수 있는점 좋았습니다.
다음에도 또 이용할것같네요

Overall good place to stay. The washing machine didn't dry clothes very well, and the bed linens needed changing. We would stay here again provided those items were addressed.

I liked the ease of arrival and easy access to our room. I like the close by walking distance to various restaurants and subway stops. I didnt like the steps.goijg into our.room. it goes up and then down

Because it was late at night, i had triped 3 times and fell down badly. My dad also tripped twice and fell as well. Please fix the step problem or place some sort of safety border. Glow in the dark edges, reflectors.and etcetera.

I also like the vaccuum where i was able to clean the floor a little bit upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay and we will book again in the future. We definitely
recommend this hotel.

Very clean, spacious, and close to major tourist attractions. Dotonbori, Osaka Castle, and Takashimaya are all within walking distance. The unit is well-equipped with a large fridge and freezer, microwave, and washing machine, though it does not have a drying function. There's a balcony if you need to hang dry clothes but the coin laundry is also just around the corner. The hosts have written instructions very clearly but are also quick to communicate if you have any questions. We could hear some street noise sometimes, but not to the point that it bothered us. This would be a great option for longer stays; we wish we had stayed here for more than a few nights!

Near the shopping street. Not really near train station and walking around 10-25 mins to the station. Therefore suitable for light luggage tourisms.

stay was great, and allowed us to check in an hour earlier, as we were incredibly hot from carrying our luggage. They were incredibly helpful and were eager to help in case we needed anything, and we had nothing to complain about!

Room is big and clean. A budget choice. Inconvenience to train station, instead need 13 minutes to arrive japan bridge station platform. Also far to main shopping street. Few local restaurants around.

My familly and I enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and spacious. It was very convenient for us to walk around the town as well. It’s close to Dotonbori and the train station. Definitely will be back again next time.

Great place and had a washer to use.

Took a bit during check in to get the code to open the keybox to get the key, lucky a man was able to help. But other than that it was a good place thought it would be a bit closer to dontonburi street but still very walkable.

Great stay buy more an apartment than a hotel

Had a great time staying here and the host company were fantastic and were very helpful in us getting our luggage transferred, but I did feel the advert was slightly misleading as this is more of an apart-hotel than a straight hotel, with no reception or anything like that so be aware of that if it makes a difference to you. That said I really enjoyed our time here.

The property was clean and had good amenities including a separate bath and toilet, a washing machine and a stove top. The area around the hotel was also quiet and safe with being walking distance to the Dontonburi street. The staff was also responsive and resolved all of our concerns promptly.

Excellent stay….great location. Metro Station, Dotonbori etc within 10-15 mins on foot. Loads of great restaurants around. A Lawson (grocery store) across the street.
Room was very clean, as were the linen.
Excellent communication and clear check-in/check-out instructions.
Highly recommended.
