いつもは駅前のホテルを利用していたのですが、今回初めてこちらを利用させていただきました。
スタッフの方みなさん対応が良く、気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。
チェックイン、アウトの荷物も預かってもらえ、駅からも近いのでお勧めします。

館内は綺麗でフロント横に階段状に図書館のようになっている。その先はキッチンとなっていて長期間利用には便利である。
部屋は断熱が良くなく、乾燥防止のため暖房を切って寝てると寒くて目が覚めた。
清掃は自主的にエレベーター前に使用済みタオルを持って行って交換するタイプでエコである。

部屋はコンパクトですが必要なものは揃っていて使い勝手がとてもよかったです。また、ロビーのブックストアは図書館のようでとても楽しく、音楽や香りも素敵でくつろげました。自由に使えるキッチンもとても便利で、自由に過ごせる空間が多いのがよかったです。

スタッフも感じよく、チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズ。ロビーの雰囲気も好きでしたし、部屋の使い勝手も良好。
ただ清掃時間の廊下に使ったタオル、シーツ、ゴミが各部屋の前に大量に積み上がってるのが少し不快でした。私はダブルルームでしたが、曇りガラスになっていて、外は一切見えません。外からの光はなく、眺望もありません。

ホテル全体的には清潔で過ごしやすかったです
ただ、荷物を預けたのですが、表に荷物をまとめて置いてあるのが、気になりました
外国人の方も多かったので誰でも簡単に持っていけるような状態はどうなのかと思いました
また浴衣が2種類ありましたが、帯が見当たらなかったです

部屋に関しては、水を飲むためのコップがあれば親切ではないかと思いました

チェックアウトをするために部屋を出た時に、清掃の方がいらっしゃいましたが、廊下に乱雑にゴミが置いてあり、汚らしい見た目になっていたので少し深いでした

京都駅から約徒歩5分という立地は素晴らしく便利で、ホテル代も安かったのはお財布に優しいですが、少し期待しすぎていました
安いから仕方ないかもしれませんが

本が読み放題で、コーヒーも１杯百円でお代わりし放題で、夜は珍しいクラフトジンを思う存分楽しめ、ショートムービーに触れ、ホテルでこんなに楽しく過ごしたのは初めてです。

1番小さい部屋でベッドが壁と近かったからかもしれませんが、壁が薄いのかおそらく上層階の方がシャワーを浴び始めると、水が配管を通る音が不定期に聞こえていました。神経質な方は気になるかもしれません。

部屋の準備が整っていたので早めにチェックインしていただき、スタッフの方も丁寧な印象でした。

お部屋は必要最低限のアメニティも揃っていて、清潔で水回りも特に問題ありませんでした。

ビジネス利用しましたが、ちょうど良かったです。フリースペースやbar、京都に関する本もたくさんあり、ホテル内でも楽しめます。個人的には、夜21時以降に1Fで上映しているショートムービー鑑賞も楽しめるし、クラフトジンも楽しめるのでゆっくり滞在してホテル時間を楽しむのもおすすめです。また、朝食がワンコインでドリンク付きなのも良かったです。

泊れる本屋さん

思わず撮影したくなるオシャレな内装。清潔で静か。なのに安い。大変素晴らしいホテルでした。
京都駅から徒歩5分、数件となりにコンビニもありと、立地も申し分なし。
コロナの影響で大浴場は使用できませんでしたが、部屋にトイレとは別のシャワーがあったので問題ありませんでした。
歯ブラシ、カミソリ、タオル、浴衣などは一通りありますが、スリッパは使い捨ての物ではないので、気になる方は持参された方がいいかもしれません。

デザインが広げる滞在の可能性

デザイン性が高く、スタッフの対応が大変素晴らしいが、よくある今風のホテルに留まらない魅力がある。京都という国際都市にある駅近のホテルで、その滞在の可能性を無限に広げる工夫がされていて、スタッフがその理念を理解している。部屋の狭ささや最低限のアメニティは、倹約ではなくこのホテルがここにしかない理念を守るべきデザイン経営の一つと言っていいと思う。本のセレクトや読書スペース、キッチンなどもデザイン経営であり、このホテルの表現だと思う。このホテルがあるからもう一度京都に行こうと思う。

小さいけど綺麗なホテル

京都駅の近くなので立地がいいです。
部屋は小さいですが清潔感があり、バスやトイレ、冷暖房もしっかりしていました。
値段の割には良いところでした。
利用していませんが、ロビーや地下にちょっとしたキッチンやカフェもあるようで充実していると思います。

立地も共用施設も抜群

数ヶ月前にできたホテルらしいです。京都駅から徒歩10分以内です。ロビーで簡易バーが設置してあり、クラフトジンと地ビール、300円の生ビールも楽しめます。お客様は半分日本人・半分外国人らしいです。地下1階で図書室・台所・洗濯機・貸切浴槽があります。家族で泊まりましたが、部屋は若干狭すぎました。

空間がすばらしいです。単に宿泊するだけでなく、本に囲まれた特別な時間を過ごせます。本も、半世紀前の古書から雑誌の最新刊まで、幅広く揃えてありこだわりを感じます。夜寝る前に本スペースで過ごしましたが、いい感じにゆったりと寝るまでの時間を過ごせました。街だけでなく、本のなかからも京都を感じられ、京都の滞在が一層濃いものになります。駅からも近いしほんとイチオシです！

フロントスタッフは笑顔も素敵で荷物預かりのサービスなどもきちんとしておりとても良い。
キッチンに冷蔵庫もあり連泊も便利そう。
ただ部屋にいると、隣の部屋のiPhoneのバイブが聞こえるくらい壁が薄い。綺麗で鍵がかかるカプセルホテルだと思えば満足度は高い。

チェックアウト後の24h荷物預かりはすごく助かりました。スタイリッシュでスタッフの皆さんも優しく感じのいい方ばかりでまた泊まりたくなりました！「お帰りなさい」と言ってくれるのも１人ステイの身にはすごく嬉しかったです！無駄なモノが一切なく気持ち良かったです！次回は沢山の本をゆっくり読みに行きたいです！

これを参考にして頂けたらと思います

まず悪い所から書きます。
皆さんの言う通り、トイレットペーパーの換えやバスタオル等が物凄く高い位置にあるので、160cmの僕には背伸びしてギリギリでした。
洗面台の受けが浅いので、強く水を出すと飛び散ってしまいます。
部屋にフロントと通じる電話が無いので、不便に感じる人もいるでしょう。僕は全く感じなかったが。
部屋の清掃は三泊以上からで、タオルや浴衣はフロントに言ったら貰えます。不便に感じる人も…(以下同文)
最後に、清掃業者の物らしき泥付き足跡がエントランスにありました。気付いて誰か掃除しないのかな？

次に良い所を書きます。
京都駅近辺のホテルに沢山泊まってきてますが、ハッキリ言ってコスパ最強です。私は大谷派の僧侶なので立地的に最高ですし、11月に1万円位で泊まれる宿は少ないです。
全館禁煙ですが、入り口に喫煙所あります。
洗面台が浅いと書きましたが、勢いを調整すれば全く問題無いです。
三階の部屋でしたが、シャワー圧が強いので助かります。もち弱くも出来ます。浴槽はありませんでした。
ベッドの頭元にコンセント、足元にテレビがありました。
ベッドの下や作業机の横に、荷物を置くスペースが多くあります。キャリーの荷物整理に向いてました(*´ω｀*)
地下一階の共有スペースに電子レンジやコンロがあったので、料理や食事も出来そうです。共有スペースがオシャレ過ぎて、部屋じゃなくて共有スペースで作業してしまいましたw

日本人向けの今までのホテルとは少し作りが違いますが、控えめに言って最高だと思います(◍ ´꒳` ◍)b

京都えきからも近く、部屋は狭いが清潔でシンプル、ミニマムな感じ。
フェイスタオルはなくバスタオルのみ、パジャマはない。
電気ケトルは部屋にありますが、カップやドリンクセットは置いてなく、カップは申告し借りれますが、飲むものは自身で調達。
本が読めるラウンジやキッチンスペースは開放感がありくつろげました。

臭いの問題

ホテルの雰囲気も良く、狭さは我慢できました。
ただお風呂場洗面の臭いが酷く見た目の清潔さとは裏腹に気持ち悪くなる程でした。

そして洗面台はおしゃれなのですが朝顔を洗うには小さ過ぎて。もう一度シャワーを浴びる形になってしまいます。

スタッフも感じよく、オープンして間もないこともあってとても綺麗でした。ただ、入り口の電気が人感センサーになっていたので、夜トイレに行くときは便利なのですが、日中はついたり消えたりするのが少々煩わしかったです。また、タオル類がバスタオルだけだったので、普通のタオルも備えていただけるとなお良いと思いました。

Es un hotel pequeño pero lo suficientemente comodo, cercano a la estacion de metro y tren y de facul acceso en cualquier medio de transporte, un lugar tranquilo, limpio y muy comodo, algo que me gusto mucho es la amabilidad del personal que atiende, su ubicacion es lo mejor ya que esta muy cerdca de la estacion principal de Kioto y de atractivos turisticos. Volveria a reservar aqui en mi priximo viaje? sin duda!!!

Area close to the train station in walking distance. They can send your luggage to the next hotel in Japan at the reception. It’s clean. Contras: cannot open the window wide, they offered me a choice to get a room cleaned ONCE in four days or to get two canned drinks. I used the laundry Maschines in the basement and had to use the dryer multiple times (you need coins) and it’s performance was unsatisfactory.

Wir waren für drei Nächte im TUNE STAY Kyoto und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Die Lage war hervorragend, weil man zu Fuß innerhalb von sieben Minuten an der Kyoto Station war. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Besonders gut hat uns die Gemeinschaftsküche und die riesige Bücherwand gefallen. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend.

Good but I expected a bit more

Nice hotel at a good location. Friendly staff. The room was small. Double bed was placed to the wall so at night the other person needs to crawl over the other. Airco was not individual but centrally steered.
There are washing machines and dryers available against a small fee. Also there's a central kitchen which you can use to heat or prepare some food or make coffee or tea.

Coming from a rather lack luster hotel in Ginza, Tune Stay blew me away. Yes the rooms may be small, but those small rooms are made up for in spades with a great atmosphere, amazing amenities and a truly helpful and kind staff that really made staying with them like you were staying with friends that happen to have a really swanky pad, a brilliant collection of Japanese gins and whiskeys to try, a library that is as beautiful visually as it is diverse in nature and a sampling of indie short films to wind down the evening where my friends and I would recount the days exploits.

The beds here were also the most comfortable of all the places we stayed while in Japan, which was a HUGE plus over our rock slab beds at the hotel we were at previously in Ginza. The rooms are very clean and comfortable even if tight space wise.

Location wise it was a pretty easy walk to the Kyoto station, and a decent walk to some of the cities hot spots. Honestly I can’t recommend this place enough and I know we’ll be booking rooms here each time we return to Kyoto in future trips.

Super easy check in and out. Friendly staff, nice rooms, nice shower. Ability to take an extra pillow which is great. The kitchen, laundry room and library in the basement were great!
The breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

Overall the hotel had a very nice vibe and we highly recommend it if you ever stay in Kyoto

Great place to stay in Tokyo that was only around 10min walk from Kyoto station. Loved the vibes of the hotel and that there were short film screenings every evening. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the room was nicely organised and cleaned.

The property was great. Modern design, clean and close to Kyoto station.
The room I got was with window but dark, for the budget I had this is acceptable and not a major issue.

The bed was comfortable. There are options for pillow, but none suit me sadly.

When we first arrived at the hotel, the staff was so friendly!

Any question we asked, they would look it up if they did not know the answer instead of saying they did not know like we experienced at other hotels.

The room was very cute. We had everything that we needed.

I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

We spent 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. The lobby area has a beautiful library/bookshop and they play short films with subtitles in multiple languages every evening. There is a Gin bar in the lobby and they sell breakfast sandwiches every morning. There is also a communal kitchen and coin laundry available that we took advantage of. The rooms are small but very functional and well thought out for storage. There was a large shower.

Great location within 10 minutes of Kyoto station with a ton of restaurants nearby. The staff had some helpful recommendations for food. Some buses also stop right outside the hotel for getting around town.

We would definitely stay here again!

The room although a bit small is exactly what I needed. As someone who is only ever in the room to sleep or make small adjustments to the trip the room is all I needed. They were even able to save my bags until the front desk closes the day you check out. The front desk does close at midnight, I almost missed my fist check in day because Expedia showed it as having 24 hour front desk.

Cozy place

Very nice and cozy place! The staff all spoke English and they were very welcoming and helpful. The place itself is very nice, there’s a library and a “common room” which was nice and spacious! Definitely recommend this place for other solo travelers as well! The from was clean and spacious and I enjoyed my stay. The wall are very thin though, so if you have sensitive ears you should take that into consideration. The area is very nice and close to transport and restaurants/cafés

First time at the tune stay… stayed at there hideout previously but it wasn’t available for the one of the night so we stayed at tune stay before transferring to hideout again… rooms were small but managed for only the one night … everything else was perfect about here

Great cozy stay in Kyoto

Amazingly decorated hotel, with relatively comfortable rooms (size a little bit bigger than the average in Japan), and on a walking distance to the Kyoto Station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and all spoke English. Would definitely go back!

Close to train station and bus stops going to points of interest. Lots of great restaurants near the hotel. It was wonderful to do laundry after we checked in (after a week of travelling in Japan). Courteous staff and front desk employees.

Initially, the service was really good, as they were very attentive and kind in trying to help us find our missing luggage. However, later interactions with the staff were notably different. The same staff were extremely rude and curt to my partner and I when we had asked them to ship our luggage using their Yamato transport service. They were sarcastic and generally had a bad attitude which was surprising to us because we had not done anything differently and had asked politely.

The room was small and the shower area was uneven, leading to pools of water after any length of time in there. The water station for bottle refill was only located in the basement, which was extremely inconvenient at times.

Overall, I wanted to like this place because of the service our first day there and prior reviews, but it ended up being the worst hotel in our trip out of the 4 we stayed in. It wasn’t a bad hotel by any means, but I cannot recommend due to the reasons above.

I had high expectations for this hotel. It was very dark and had a cold, gloomy feel to it. Room size is standard Japanese... theres no kettle in the room. Basement is communal kitchen with hot water, fridge, microwave etc. The mini movies were international screenings. Location is 10min walk to Kyoto Station and less than 5min walk to several bus stops. I wouldnt stay here again. Not bad but not great. You have to pay 200 yen tax per night stay as well.

Tiny room but had everything and good walk-in shower. Take Central Exit from the train station & turn left away from the Tower cross the street then 1st right only about 7 minute walk. Staff have good English & offered free drink if you don’t use house keeping cool. Staff had a good map & marked the big supermarket on B2 where we bought food to cook at the Hotel as it has a great shared kitchen. Try the supermarket pizza they are hot & good & 600 yen. We bought 1100 yen all day bus pass for going to so many sites but be prepared so crowds.

Veldig fint hotell og hyggelig personalet.
Eneste problemet våres med oppholdet var at entré er såpass lav at du kan treffe hodet dersom du er relativt høy.
Disse var oppmerket med skrift og dempere som hjelper om du skulle være så uheldig.

Det var ellers veldig hyggelig å bo på hotellet og det kan anbefales til de som vil reise til Kyoto.
