アイドルグループのコンサートで遠征の為宿泊させて頂きました。DVDやブルーレイのプレイヤーの貸し出しが有るともっと良かったと思います。お気に入りの映像を見てゆっくり過ごしたかったです。

駅やコンビニも近く、何よりホテルの受付対応、最初から良き印象で、職員1人が、だけでなく、全員の方の暖かい対応に、滞在全期間が快適なものとなりました。ありがとうございました。
お部屋もオシャレで清潔で、言う事なし、でした。駐車場🅿️をお借りできるシステムもとても良いものでした。東京の旅にはまた、使わせていただきます。

朝が早く､けっこう疲れていた後期高齢者の母と一緒でしたが､check inがスムーズで優しい対応でした。
ウエルカムドリンクのコーヒーがなくて母は残念がってましたがゆっくりお風呂で温まりツインのお部屋で疲れがほぐれました
少し時間が過ぎていたが､14Fでキレイな夜景(スカイツリー)を見せてもらえて感動。

とても清潔なホテル👍

フロントの応対もとても良いし敷地内駐車場が空いていれば2000円で利用出来ます。部屋もとても綺麗で10回以上リピートしてます。テレビもNetflixなども見れて大変満足です。部屋にもう少し大きいテーブルがあれば尚良いと思います。

とても良いです

お部屋は綺麗でお洒落で、安心して眠れる硬さのベッドでした。お部屋のインテリアのお江戸？っぽいパネルもお洒落でした。
机がデスクワーク向けのものがなく、パソコンなどを使う人にはあまり向いてないかもしれませんが、観光などでなら大満足のホテルだと思います。
ロビーはいい匂いで、机と椅子もあって、ちょっとした時間を過ごすのもできそうでした。フロントの方々も丁寧で、サービスも言うことなしです。

新しくとても綺麗でした。朝食はスカイツリー眺めながら食べることができました。とても美味しくボリュームもあ。ました。日替わりで内容が変わればなおよし。バスタブありと無しの部屋があるようなので予約の時は確認してください。

駅から近くとても便利です。高速道路が近いのですが防音がよく静かです。部屋もお洒落で綺麗。シーツに血液が洗濯しきれずに付着していたのが残念でした。あとシャワーのミストモードが気持ち良かったです。良いホテルでした。ありがとう

快適に過ごせて、朝食がとても美味しいホテルでした！

清潔感があり、コンパクトな内観。筆記用具まで消毒済みでコロナ感染予防もしっかりされてあり安心感ありました。予定していた部屋のWi-Fiがうまくいかず、問い合わせたところスムーズに部屋を変えてもらえました。また、エレベーターでのキー認証も認識してもらえず、ロビーまで行くなどのトラブルが立て続けにありましたので、設備などの点ではちょっと心配かなと感じました。朝食は素晴らしく、朝からとても元気になるメニュー。見晴らしの良い最上階。1日の始まりで美味しい豪華な朝食と風景でとても元気が出ました。ロビーの方や朝食会場の方の対応は物腰が優しく、とても話しやすくてよかったです！ぜひ、また利用させていただきます！ありがとうございました。

Hotel is very nice in terms of locality, cleanliness, easy access to station. Staffs were really helpful and friendly. Would be nice if they have more laundry machines and generous to have water dispenser at each floor. Missed free ramen at the restaurant, will try next time.

The room is far smaller than I had anticipated. (Maybe the whole Tokyo 4 star hotel rooms are small? At least it is smaller than the rooms I stayed in the other famous city like Paris or New York) I can’t even fully open my luggage.

The others are okay. I thought it is close to Skyliner station but it apparently not. I still had to walk around 15 minutes to reach to the station….

Staff were very friendly. Room size was great. Loved having a water station in the hotel as well as they have the option of water bottles. Walkable to the train stations. Lots of dining around the area and some shopping as well. The sake bar upstairs was fantastic!

The hotel is well-located, with a lively yet quiet atmosphere. It’s within walking distance to the tourist area while maintaining a peaceful living environment. There are many convenience stores nearby, and there’s a nice sushi restaurant downstairs. Our booked room had a view of the Tokyo Skytree, but on the 1st night, we were assigned a room at the end of the hallway that had a musty smell and humidity, which was uncomfortable. The pillows were quite soft, and the bedding felt a bit thin.

While showering, I discovered that the faucet was broken and couldn't adjust the temperature, so I had to manage with very hot water before contacting the staff. After checking, the staff was willing to help us change rooms. During the communication, I felt dizzy due to my high body temperature, and I highly appreciate the staff for providing me with water and chocolate.

On the 2nd day, we moved to a better room where the faucet worked properly, the water pressure was good, and there was no musty smell. However, a foul odor would emanate from the toilet after use.

Would like to highlight that the front desk staff were friendly, professional and polite; I am very grateful for their assistance and help with communication with other third parties. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth. Also, when we inquired through the platform beforehand, they response properly.

Overall, I would consider staying here again.

Excellent staff, lovely hotel. Location was a bit of a walk if coming from Ueno train station with bags initially - but once settled in, there is a super convenient subway station right nearby. Highly recommend using it to get around, as it hooked up to a number of areas really easily. Room had a great view of the Tokyo Sky Tower. Rooms were very clean. Second floor has dryers, washing machines, and a vending machine. Near the hotel - there are a number of convenience stores, food places, and shopping areas, all easy walking distance. Breakfast is from the top floor, with lovely view of the Tokyo Sky Tower again and the surrounding area. Staff at the breakfast are highly attentive, and super polite. Reception staff were also excellent - and went above and beyond when I asked about restaurants in the area. Would stay again!

Excellent location. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The king size room was spacious; but window placement made it hard to see outside. Don’t waste money on breakfast; there are better options, including a 7-Eleven across the street. Also very good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. easy access to subways.

Excelente ubicación !! La habitación era pequeña como todo en Tokio pero cabían las maletas. Camas cómodas pero las almohadas no pero platicando con varios turistas así es en todos lados con las almohadas. El desayuno excelente con muchas opciones y todas muy ricas.
Queda afuera del hotel una estación del metro y a unas cuadras caminando la yamanote line

Excelente para hospedarte en un lugar tranquilo con fácil y rápido acceso. Zona bonita, segura y muy tranquila.


El baño excelente con baño estilo japonés con tina pequeña donde bañaba a mi hija pequeña y aún lado regadera. Todo súper limpio !!

Ampliamente recomendado.

Excellent on all accounts. I can’t say anything about breakfast since we did not include it on our end. I do recommend bringing, or requesting, an extra pillow. I also recommend taking the breakfast option since most restaurants nearby will not be open.

This was our second time in two weeks that we stayed here. The checkin was smooth, staff are always friendly and cheerful. The breakfast is awesome with much variety and a lovely seating area. The rooms are a good size, the bathrooms are exceptional. It is within walking distance to Ueno Station, and lots of busy shopping areas with lots of takeout options.

위치 좋은 호텔

도쿄메트로 바로 역앞에 있어 위치 환상적으로 좋았구요 깨끗하고 방도 바닥에 캐리어 펼칠만큼 커서 좋았어요^^ 직원들 친절하고 우에노 아메요코초 걸어서 5분거리에 있어 일정끝나고 저녘마다 갔어요^^ 다음 여행에도 호텔은 여기로 정할꺼같아요^^

房間夠大,在頂樓吃自助式早餐, 可以欣賞到晴空塔 ,離多慶屋購物商場很近, 但如果從飯店走路去上野京成站或上野車站是有點距離, 如果不想推著行李走去上述的兩個車站或搭其他地鐵線去,可以請飯店叫TAXI , 可是好像會多收載行李箱的費用,因為我們有三個行李箱+1個手提行李, 抵達上野車站時,表跳1000日幣, 但司機再按加500日幣 ,總共是付1500日幣.

We were welcomed by the friendly staff, who provided a good overview of the hotel ammenities . The only downside was we had 3 people in our room and it was quite cramped. That aside, the main train station, Okachimachi, was 5 minutes away and was an easy walk with luggage. There are lots of dining options over by the train station along with some mainstream coffee shops. There are also a range of golf shops tucked away, use google maps, which offer a wide selection and tax free pricing.

Very comfortable stay during our 6 nights here, good selection of food items in the complimentary buffet breakfast, excellent view of the city including Tokyo Skytree from the 14th floor. Also offered free soba, sake and tea every night on the 14th floor. Extremely convenient location from several subway and train stations, as well as kombinis and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this as a great location.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our requests. The location is convenient, close to various facilities, and the shopping experience was excellent.

The hotel is ideally located right alongside the JR line, providing excellent convenience for travel and access to nearby destinations.

The staff delivered outstanding service, consistently attentive and ensuring our party felt well cared for throughout our stay. The morning buffet offered a wide selection of dishes and thoughtfully included detailed allergen information, which was particularly valuable as one member of our group has dietary restrictions.

Guest rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process was straightforward and efficient.

It’s a clean well maintained property. 2 minutes walk to Hibiya lines. Other lines are within 8 minutes.

What stands out is their 14th cafe open from 6:30 every night. Nice view of Tokyo tower and night city. The hotel offer free sake testing and peach tea. And free ramen at 8:45. Wow. What a treat.

Amazing hotel. Easy to find, less than 1 block from a subway station entrance and very close to all the shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and so friendly. There is a water fountain at the lobby so you can fill your empty water bottles. The hotel also offers free bottled water each day you decline the cleaning service (they still take out trash and replace towels in the room). I would stay here again next time in Tokyo
