アイドルグループのコンサートで遠征の為宿泊させて頂きました。DVDやブルーレイのプレイヤーの貸し出しが有るともっと良かったと思います。お気に入りの映像を見てゆっくり過ごしたかったです。

朝が早く､けっこう疲れていた後期高齢者の母と一緒でしたが､check inがスムーズで優しい対応でした。
ウエルカムドリンクのコーヒーがなくて母は残念がってましたがゆっくりお風呂で温まりツインのお部屋で疲れがほぐれました
少し時間が過ぎていたが､14Fでキレイな夜景(スカイツリー)を見せてもらえて感動。

とても清潔なホテル👍

フロントの応対もとても良いし敷地内駐車場が空いていれば2000円で利用出来ます。部屋もとても綺麗で10回以上リピートしてます。テレビもNetflixなども見れて大変満足です。部屋にもう少し大きいテーブルがあれば尚良いと思います。

とても良いです

お部屋は綺麗でお洒落で、安心して眠れる硬さのベッドでした。お部屋のインテリアのお江戸？っぽいパネルもお洒落でした。
机がデスクワーク向けのものがなく、パソコンなどを使う人にはあまり向いてないかもしれませんが、観光などでなら大満足のホテルだと思います。
ロビーはいい匂いで、机と椅子もあって、ちょっとした時間を過ごすのもできそうでした。フロントの方々も丁寧で、サービスも言うことなしです。

駅から近くとても便利です。高速道路が近いのですが防音がよく静かです。部屋もお洒落で綺麗。シーツに血液が洗濯しきれずに付着していたのが残念でした。あとシャワーのミストモードが気持ち良かったです。良いホテルでした。ありがとう

快適に過ごせて、朝食がとても美味しいホテルでした！

清潔感があり、コンパクトな内観。筆記用具まで消毒済みでコロナ感染予防もしっかりされてあり安心感ありました。予定していた部屋のWi-Fiがうまくいかず、問い合わせたところスムーズに部屋を変えてもらえました。また、エレベーターでのキー認証も認識してもらえず、ロビーまで行くなどのトラブルが立て続けにありましたので、設備などの点ではちょっと心配かなと感じました。朝食は素晴らしく、朝からとても元気になるメニュー。見晴らしの良い最上階。1日の始まりで美味しい豪華な朝食と風景でとても元気が出ました。ロビーの方や朝食会場の方の対応は物腰が優しく、とても話しやすくてよかったです！ぜひ、また利用させていただきます！ありがとうございました。

I love the location. Near subway and train lines. Hotel area is very quiet but is a 5-min walk from Ueno if you want to shop or eat.

The family room was perfect for my family of 4. We have enough space. It is also very convenient that the private toilet is separate from the shower area.

The staff were always helpful and kind.

We would likely stay here again when we come back.

Great budget stay. Twin room was a decent size for one person. Property was well maintained and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Only issue was the bed which was pretty hard. Made it difficult to get a comfortable night sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our 8-night visit to Tokyo. The location couldn’t be more convenient — Naka-Okachimachi Station is literally right in front of the hotel, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. There’s also a 7-Eleven diagonally across the street, and plenty of great food spots within a 3–5 minute walk.

The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to what we’re used to in the U.S., but the cleanliness and thoughtful layout more than make up for it. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

We also opted for the daily breakfast and were happy with the variety and quality—it was a convenient way to start each day.

Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Tokyo.

Staff was fantastic and helpful. Room, by Tokyo standards was quite large.

But the property itself was so busy with high turnover that it was not very clean. The issue was the other rude guests leaving garbage and possessions in the halls. Like a messy college dorm. Cleaning staff could not keep up. I felt bad for them.

The room layout very awkward. Outlets and light switches covered by the head of the bed so that you would accidentally hit them in the night.

Duvet would not stay on the bed. Mattress slipped off the frames. No closets. TV perpendicular to the beds. Just awkward.

The location hard to get to and confusing as there were apartment properties with the same name close by so cabs constantly went to the wrong location.

All in all it was a good five night stay. The only problem we had was there were no closets or cabinets. We had to use the sofa for our open luggage in order to access the things we needed during our stay which eliminated the only seating area in the room. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Location is good and the staff were very attentive.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of this big city but it’s still close to many of the standard places anyone want to visit (Akhiabara,Shibuya,Shinjuku etc.)
The staff was amazing, always help full, and always there if you need some questions answered.

Basic hotel, good for a one night stay. The beds were quite hard so if you like the medium to plush softness, keep that in mind. Ueno JR station and the market area are within a 10min walk so the location is convenient.

Claims to be a 4-star hotel (according to Google Maps and Expedia), but it felt more like an upmarket hostel. Cost was more in line with 4 star. Deluxe Twin Room was only 215 sq ft, and it certainly felt like it – the smallest of 14 hotels we stayed at this trip, and yet one of the more expensive. Mattress quite hard, but comfortable. Miniature pillows, and only one on each bed. Very limited storage space (could easily have had under bed storage.) Distant view of SkyTree from rooms facing that way. Only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. No English language TV channels. Good size shower space, but short bath. Staff were excellent, with some English language skill, and were as helpful as they possibly could be. Helped arrange Luggage forwarding. Good cleanliness and quite a good location.

The breakfast buffet on the top floor was the best we’ve encountered! Friendly staff, affordable, great sunny view, and the only decent coffee we’ve seen in our 15 day trip in Japan. (The secret is handmade drip coffee—not a robot in sight.)

We spent a lot of time in Akihabara, and this hotel was located in a convenient location. Also had 2 trains nearby (JY-Okachimachi and Metro-Hibiya Line), which made it easy to get around.

Not bad, but a bit of a letdown after reading the reviews. Rooms are clean and in good shape, but small. Lobby area is rather cramped with people and stored luggage. Breakfast buffet didn't quite measure up to others we've had in Japan, although view from breakfast room was nice. Location was convenient to transit.

Wonderful receptionists as they met our every need. Accommodating and friendly from the first to last day from both the fronts desk and clerks around the hotel. Rooms were clean and the view was great from the 12th floor. The easily accessible transit definitely helped and elevated our stay in Tokyo. Would recommend.

Close to ueno park, train station, and the market. Its about 13 minutes walk from the market and ueno park, so its a convenient location without being too noisey. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful, they spoke english so it was easy to communicate with them. They offered night ramen snacks and drinks on the top floor. The room ceiling vent was pretty dusty, but since we kept the window open most of the time, we werent bothered too much by it.

This was one of my favorite hotels when in Japan. Loved the area it was in. Super close to the subway and not too far of a walk to the JR station. The staff were all friendly. The hotel was in a prime location without being on top of all the chaos so it was quiet.

Great location from Skyline train station. Right in the middle of great eating and shopping areas. Our room was a premium double, but for 3 people WAY TO SMALL. There was NO room to put luggage and NO place to store clothes. It would be a great room for 2. Staff was AMAZINGLY friendly and helpful all the time. I would stay there again if only 2 of us or upgrade to bigger room. Location again is perfect.

Für einen Erstaufenthalt in Tokyo super gelegen. Anbindung an die U-Bahn ist sehr gut, max. 5 Min. Fußweg. Einzig die Größe der Zimmer war doch recht eng, aber das ist in Tokyo ein generelles Problem.

We stayed at this property twice in one week. The first time was wonderful, clean room and great amenities. The second time a week later our room was quite messy, with debris on the floor and hair all over the beds. Thankfully the staff decorated the room but we were a little disappointed to be honest
