家族4人で宿泊しました。
お部屋もバストイレもとても綺麗でした。
個人的にはコンセントタップが部屋の至る所にあり、スマホやゲーム機の充電など家族それぞれが使用しても余るほどで助かりました。
部屋のカードキーをかざさないとエレベーターに乗れない事や、深夜はホテルの入口自体が施錠されるなど防犯面でも安心出来ました。

おもてなし

０歳児を連れての旅行でした。子どもの荷物が多くて…。あいにくの雨で、大変なので、チェックインが15時なのは知っていたのですが、荷物だけ預かってもらおうと、14時少し前にホテルへ。着くとすぐフロントからスタッフの方が来て、名前を告げ、荷物の預かりをお願いすると、『もし良ければ10分ほどフロントでお待ちいただければ、お部屋へご案内しますよ』と仰ってくれました。小さな子どもが居て、また雨だったこともあって、少しお部屋でくつろいではどうでしょうかと。本当に助かりました。
こんな気遣いのあるホテルに泊まれて幸せでした。
赤ちゃんのオムツ用バケツやシャンプーもご用意いただき、最高のおもてなしをしていただきました。
お部屋も掃除が行き届いており、綺麗でした。
雨でしたが、外のお風呂も良かったです。
母のバースデー旅行に利用させていただきましたが、母も喜んでくれて最高のプレゼントになったと思います！
また、機会があれば利用したいです。

十分満足できるホテルでした。

とっても素敵なホテルでした。朝食付きのプランでしたが美味しかったです。シティビューは、階が上の方だともっと気持ちよかったのかもしれません。（今回は6階のお部屋でした）客室露天風呂は思ったより狭かったけれど雰囲気は良かったです。シャワーも使いやすかったし、アメニティも充実してて楽しかったですね。ベッドはすごく体に合ってました。快適に眠れました。年始の旅行、いい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

半露天風呂、バルコニーが最高でした！チェックインが0時近かったのですが、スタッフの方が心良く案内してくださり好印象でした。今度はゆっくり2泊でもしてみたいです！リピ確です！

露天風呂付きの部屋に宿泊しました。和風の部屋は広く、清潔でした。ルームサービスもかなり充実していましたが、ラストオーダーの時間が、緊急事態宣言が発出されていたことにより通常よりも早かったのですが、部屋の案内に記載がありませんでした。

サービスは発展途上

Hotels.com掲載のチェックアウト情報と異なっていた。
チェックインも15:00と記載があったが、部屋が用意できないと17:00まで待った。
何かアクシデントがあったようで、補填のサービスはして頂いたが、チェックアウト表にアクシデント内容が推測できるような書き残しがあった（修正テープが貼ってあった）。

上記の如く、チェックインができない状態が続いていた中で、ようやくチェックインした際に朝食の追加をお願いしたら予約で埋まっていると断られた。
事前に電話で朝食はチェックイン時受付に伝えれば追加できると言われていたし、店舗側の都合でチェックインが遅れたのにこの仕打ちはないと思った。

とはいえ、未熟なだけで誠意を感じないわけではなかったし、部屋とお風呂はとてもよかった。

今回誕生日サプライズを協力して頂きました。
事前にプレゼントを持ち込んでお部屋に置いてもらいました。とても可愛いスワンをタオルで作ってくれ、ケーキも蝋燭をつけてお部屋まで持ってきてくれました。彼氏も大喜びです。お部屋もとてもおしゃれで客室露天風呂、バルコニーは最高でした。また利用したいです。

We had a great stay at Prostyle Ryokan Tokyo. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and the in-room onsen was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help us find a pharmacy, which we truly appreciated. Peaceful atmosphere, great service, and a perfect blend of tradition and comfort. Highly recommend.

The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was great and an adventure. No idea what most of it was, but it was good. The rooms were pretty neat... both in cleanliness and coolness. Location was good too. Tokyo is so big, almost doesnt matter where you are. You're going to take transit most of the time. The Skytree is close, so great view, as well as a temple area.

Our room was large and even fit a crib for our baby. We loved it. Staff were helpful and kind. Small boutique hotel with comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great with some different options. It’s very close to Sensoji Temple. We loved Asakusa. We will stay here again in the future!

We stayed at Prostyle Ryokan Asakusa for a couple of nights and had mixed feelings. The staff were friendly and the room itself was clean and comfortable

However, the ryokan is located on a busy street, and the noise from traffic and people outside made it hard to relax, especially at night. Even with the windows closed, it wasn’t as quiet as I expected from a ryokan stay.

It’s a good option if you want to be right in the heart of Asakusa and close to Senso-ji Temple, but if you’re looking for peace and quiet, you might want something a bit farther from the main road. Overall, a nice experience but not as tranquil as I hoped.

We loved our stay at the Prostyle Ryokan Asakusa. The breakfast was incredible and I’m glad I got to experience a traditional and delicious Japanese breakfast while visiting Tokyo. Beautiful hotel with open air bath, nice spacious bathroom, and even a balcony. Staff was very attentive and helpful and helped us send our luggage to our next hotel. Glad I picked staying in Asakusa over Shinjuku or Shibuya

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The main issue was the noise coming from the street — the windows don’t seem to be soundproof, even though the description mentioned that the rooms are. It might be that only the walls are soundproof, not the windows.

Another suggestion would be to serve breakfast as a buffet instead of a pre-packed meal. Some of the items in the pack weren’t to our taste, which led to unnecessary food waste.

Overall, the staff were very kind and helpful, and we appreciated their hospitality.

So the positives. The hotel is clean, nice vibe with the traditional Japanese details, and very conveniently located near Asakusa station. The staff were also lovely and very friendly. However, the standard double room is one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in - even by Tokyo standards. The bathroom was nearly as big as the main bedroom and it was a squeeze for 2 people with 3 weeks of luggage…. And it also needed some renovation as there was some damage on one of the walls. The breakfast was also ‘ok’ but not brilliant. So a mid review for this hotel from us.

You could walk up and down any street and find lots of places to shop or hole in the walls to eat.
Staff was very kind and helpful! We really appreciated them letting us check in early after we walked 40+ minutes with all of our luggage. Our room was spacious and we had a big bathroom. Onsen and balcony were lovely. Masterbed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Only thing I wish is that I could find those cloudy bathhouse autumn bath salts that were provided so I could experience that at home as well. Lobby also had fresh coffee and iced tea complimentary!

The hotel was small, quaint and lovely. The staff were fantastic, and the breakfast was absolutely delightful. It was nice and quiet, and there is a great spot downstairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Our room was a bit small, and there was no where to really ‘sit down’ comfortably (very low chairs, and desk were fine for a bit of work, but there was no where to sit and relax except curling up on the bed with pillows wedged under me.) We would stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel last year and so when we planned another Tokyo trip for this year, picking this hotel was our easiest decision. We love the hotel and the area. The staff are great and the hotel is so beautiful.

For the most part we enjoyed our stay- we put our towels and trash outside our door to be picked up every day because we did not realize you needed to indicate for house cleaning. It was somewhat inconvenient to have to reserve a breakfast time and they filled up limited slots fast. There were the same two options for breakfast but the western was great! The shower always seemed to smell like urine so maybe that was just a city thing. The water purifier in the room was nice- also a decent sized room for Japan.

Nice area, but small rooms and hard beds

I really liked the area and would consider staying in Asakusa for another trip. But I would have to say it would not be this hotel. It is fairly close to the train/subway station, which is great, but the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. Sadly I was very affected by this and was very tired during the days due to lack of sleep. I liked the Japanese style of the room, but it was very little space. The breakfast was OK, but we opted out after the three first days.

We loved that this was a short walk to the Senso-ji shrine. Might be a bit of an issue for wheel chair users as the room has a few ledges and rock patio. The patio bath was really nice and felt like it offered enough privacy to use.

I loved my time at Prostyle and will be staying again when I return to Japan. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station and there's so many amazing shrines to see and places too eat nearby. The room was amazing and the room service was great.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was **very clean and spacious** enough for our family of four (2 adults + 2 kids) without feeling crowded. The **service was exceptional**—staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming.
The location is **convenient**, close to the subway station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. We especially enjoyed the **short evening walks to Senso-ji Temple** in Asakusa—a lovely way to end the day!

Overall, we were **very satisfied** and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families.

We recently stayed for 5 nights here (2 adults, 2 kids), and it was a wonderful experience. The most impressive thing is the staff who went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcomed, we really enjoyed Japanese hospitality at this place. Two times when we arrived back after visiting around, our toddler was asleep in my arms, the reception staff promptly used their card to open the lift for us, which we really appreciated! They also allowed us to keep the stroller and one large luggage (which we didn’t need to open during our stay) at the reception.
The rooms are Japanese standard (small compared to US/Canada), but beds are comfortable, we had everything that we needed. Room and the hotel were very very clean. House keeping cleaned our room and provided fresh towels every day!
Breakfast was delicious and restaurant staff was flexible to accommodate our dietary needs (by eliminating items we couldn’t eat). The service and food varied slightly at the restaurant everyday, but overall it was a pleasant experience.
It’s close to all Asakusa attractions as well as Skytree, and plenty of restaurants etc.
We’ll stay here again if we travel to Tokyo in the future. I want to say thank you to the hotel staff for their hospitality!😊

Not worth the price point for a cramped and muggy room with windows that you can’t even see out of. We stayed in a few places in Tokyo and understand that they are usually smaller but this was not worth it and felt extra small. This is also not a traditional ryokan if that is what you’re looking for. I was unhappy with the stay especially for how much it was per night. The area was okay if you’re interested in Asakusa.

Great small Japanese style hotel in quiet area.

This was a fantastic stay - great staff members (Shin-san, thank you!), clean Japanese tatami-room with plenty of user friendly amenities, and the half outdoor private bath was WOW, cool! From the moment we checked in to the moment checked out, Shin-san, our host, was always there to make sure we are taken care of. And the rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. We also enjoy the breakfast, great choice and great volume. I will definitly recommend this gem.

The location is very convenient, only a few minutes to the temple. Staff speaks good English and is very helpful.
The Japanese style tatami room is really cool and with large queen bed (rare in Tokyo).
Our room has sky tree view and outdoor bathtub. Our kids had a blast in the tub.
Our regret is we didn’t get to enjoy our breakfast because of schedule.

We really enjoyed our stay. And special thanks to Sin-san, she went above and beyond during first portion of trip we decided to cancel the original hotel and switch to Prostyle.
Location is good nice an inquire yet centrally located, pretty of places to eat, including hotel itself. We also had very authentic yet huge breakfast everyday!

This was our second stay at Prostyle Ryokan Tokyo Asakusa, and we returned for good reason. The view of the Skytree and Sumida River is amazing, and having a balcony and outdoor space is a real treat in Tokyo. The hotel is stylish, well-located for exploring Asakusa, and the breakfast was delicious. Staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The only downside this time was the lighting in our room – it only had ceiling lights, unlike our previous stay where we had more options. It might sound minor, but having just one harsh lighting setting did impact the atmosphere a bit.

Still, this is a fabulous hotel overall, and we’d definitely stay again.

Super friendly staff, delicious breakfast with generous portions, convenient location. Only drawback is the size of the room (it was a bit tight for 2 people + carryon bags + a single checked bag between us), but that may be part of the Ryokan experience since this is our first time staying at one. Really loved it and highly recommend, especially for light packers or solo travelers!

Buona sistemazione, ma stanza troppo piccola

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura le prime tre notti del nostro viaggio in Giappone. Purtroppo la scelta della camera standard matrimoniale non è stata quella giusta, perché è davvero minuscola per due persone con le valigie, non ci si può muovere e anche per mettersi a letto diventa quasi un’impresa. Il bagno invece è davvero molto spazioso e bello, con vasca e doccia in una stanza a parte.
La colazione è molto buona, anche se ripetitiva. La posizione è comoda ai mezzi, il quartiere non è troppo caotico.

Everything about this hotel was amazing.
The rooms were not huge but it was enough for our family of 4. Beds were large and comfortable. The outdoor bath is amazing!
Breakfast in the morning is huge.
Staff were all so friendly and helpful.
Quick walk to the river which was perfect to let the kids play.

Relaxing landing spot after a long flight.

Great location and very easy to get around. The room was fantastic and the private bath was so nice after a long flight. Great for your first night of acclimating to Japan timezone and catching up on sleep and relaxation. Ordered some local ramen on Uber Eats and it was fantastic.

Staff was very friendly and helped us with luggage forwarding service. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant hotel, just over 5 minutes walk from the subway. We had a lovely onsen in our room which we used every day. The selection for breakfast was great, there was 5 Japanese options and two western to choose from.
Only downsides were that the bed wasn’t brilliant, (big gap in the middle and dips in the mattresses, and despite having a kettle and cups, there was no tea and coffee to use in the room.

This was an amazing stay! Perfect for a Couple’s Trip
We had such a wonderful time at this hotel! It was a 3 day trip with my plus one, and everything about our stay was fantastic. The location was perfect right in the center of everything, close to train stations and the local temples we wanted to visit. The staff was incredibly friendly and communicative, which made everything even better.

The room was small but just right for the two of us. The bed was super comfortable, and we really appreciated the shower and tub after long days out. We truly loved our stay and will definitely book here again when we return!

Boutique style hotel a bit away from the crowd, located in a quiet spot but is less than 10 mins walk to the Senoji Temple and about 5 mins walk to the Sumida river park.
We got updated to a twin room with Skytree / river view. Bathroom / shower area is big and bathing accessories are pretty ok with quality. Overall we enjoyed our room experience which has a sitting area, a balcony with two chairs and a walk-out space with open air bathtub.

We got a free breakfast. We chose Japanese but it is a bit disappointing. We feel that the staffs all looked busy and the restaurant is not very well-organized and not able to manage all the guests at the same time. My beef shabu shabu was tough and over-cooked in the metal bowl being heated with a candle because the server said open the lid only after 5 mins. The pre-cut sashimi dishes in the front fridge is not even closed when we came in. The flavor of rest of the other side dishes is cold and just ok. The guest next to us got her order wrongly taken.
