チェックインでクレジットカード番号を入力させられたりして、手間と時間がかかり出鼻を挫かれる。
部屋への案内や荷物運搬も無し。
朝食時間の説明はタブレットによるものだけなので、後から見返せず不便。
ロビーは高級感はなく雑然としている。ただ、写真に切り取ると映えるんだろうなとは思った。
スタッフは私服でフランクで礼儀正しい印象。
部屋が暗すぎて使いずらい。
この値段なら普通に有名な高級ホテルを選ぶかな。

外国不足解消⁉️

麻布十番商店街更科そば前の一見マンションかな?と思える建物。セブンイレブン1階にあって2階に上島珈琲フロントは二階とてもスタイリッシュなホテルです。9階にはバーもあるようですが時間的に利用できず残念!こんなご時世でなければ場所的にも外国の方の滞在が多いホテルだったのだろうな、と思います。海外不足に陥っている私にはとても気分の良いホテルでした

ちょっと残念な感じ…

普通にビジネスホテルとして宿泊する分には、特に不満はない新しくてきれいなホテルだと思います。
大学生の友達同士の旅行とかでもすごく満足度は高いと思います。

ただ、「ライフスタイルホテル」でデザインにこだわっているとうたい、部屋の狭さの割には割高な価格設定をしているにしては、それを補う体験価値が低いのが残念でした。

最高のホテルでした⭐️

とても立地が良く、綺麗で快適に泊まらせて頂きました。下はセブン前は麻布十番商店街と有り便利すぎるホテル。
オープンしたてと有って綺麗だしお洒落
BARもお洒落で親切
ホテル代もリーズナブルで言う事無しです。
コロナ対策も万全でした。

立地、部屋とても良し。サービスが少し残念

立地は最高。麻布十番商店街のど真ん中でお店たくさんあって便利。部屋は商店街向きだったものの音も聞こえずとても静かで快適だった。
残念なのは、ベッドメイキング後、汚れた枕がそのままだったこと、コーヒーに入れるミルクがほぼすべてがダメになっていたこと。中身が固まっているか、古すぎて？乾燥して中身が空になっていたり、、ちょうどベッドメイキングの際にコーヒーフレッシュが古いと伝えたところ、多めにどうぞ、と渡されて、？？となった。

最近できたお洒落なビジネスホテル

麻布十番駅の南3番出口からすぐです。駅改札出てからは結構歩きます。一番近い出口には階段がないので、荷物が多いと大変かもしれません。

チェックイン時の受付、カフェの店員さん、とても気持ちの良い接客でした。部屋も綺麗で総じて満足ですが、9階にあるBarが23:30閉店で、入店してからすぐにラストオーダーを聞かれたのでもう少し前もって言って欲しかったです。

便利できれいです★

初めての利用でした。お部屋は広くはありませんが、まとまっています。周辺には飲食店も多く不自由はしません。
お部屋にバスタブがなく、シャワールームのみだったのが残念でした。次回、利用する際はバスタブのあるお部屋にします。

とにかくオススメ！

2段ベッド付き、テラス付きの部屋に宿泊。
寒くて雨も降っていたので残念ながらテラスは使えませんでした。
2段ベッドの上は埃っぽかったです。

部屋は誰かの1人暮らしの家みたいにこじんまりしていて落ち着けました。

いろんな意味で外国人向け。受付スタッフがダラダラと外国人と話して、チェックイン待ちの私は放置され、相当待たされた。周りにスタッフはいるのに手が空いてる人を呼びもしない、不快だった。

館内のインテリアが最高にかっこいい。外の自動ドア横の植物も綺麗でした。チェックイン時、ハッピアワー時に対応してくれた外国人の女性スタッフが日本語堪能な上、些細な疑問も丁寧に教えて下さり一瞬でファンになりました。結婚記念日にと、部屋のテーブルにワインが用意されており、すごく嬉しかったです。また利用したいです。洗面台のティッシュが箱から取り出しにくく、蓋を開けて使用しました。

麻布十番駅から徒歩数分のロケーションで、非常に洒落たホテルで大変満足しました。
ホテルのスタッフの方々はまだ慣れていらっしゃらない印象は受けましたが丁寧にご対応頂きました。
部屋の設備は靴べらがなかったり、バスマットがなかったりとやや簡素でしたが、雰囲気はよく私は特に問題なく快適でした。

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lively. Rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable beds, shower powerful and hot.
Breakfast was good, and choices so not a buffet. Nice bar area, free drinks between 5-6!
Staff very helpful. Areas has lots of places to eat and located near to public transport.

Good stay. Very comfortable. Missing the small touches but is very good for a 4* stay. Free beer or wine between 5-6pm is a nice added touch. Not super central but good location as it has good transport links and close to restaurants and a shopping centre. Hotel is comfortable and modern

Amazing hotel in a local area, far from the chaos of the touristy Tokyo hotspots. However super well connected that you could get around easily. We upgrades fo a larger room last minute and the room was great in terms of size. Big bed, big bathroom. The staff were great in terms of recommendations for places to eat which we really appreciated. The shared spaces and bar were quiet when we visited but once again, we liked that. Hotel was super quiet for any light sleepers which was amazing. Would definitely return!

Second time at the Lively and it did not disappoint. Small well designed room in the center of Roppongi which we love. They held a concert in the lobby which was nice and the breakfast was a great start to the 2 days we spent in Tokyo. The rooftop bar was the perfect solution for the first night dinner coming in late they serve delicious food and great cocktails with a view.

The Lively is in a great location in Azabujuban. It's close to a subway line and the surrounding area is filled with good restaurants, small shops, and many amenities. The vibe at the hotel is friendly and hip with creative decorations in the lobby area. Many of the staff members speak some English and they were very helpful and friendly during our stay. The breakfasts in the restaurant were excellent - highly recommended!

Second Stay

I stayed here on my last trip a year ago, and booked again this year. My room was a good size for a solo traveler and kept very clean. Room air conditioning is completely silent which is a plus for me. I recommend getting the breakfast option when booking, I had eggs Benedict with bacon and a small side salad each morning and it was consistently very well prepared. A major draw is also the surrounding area, there are loads of little restaurants, cafes and shops that you can spend a lot of time wandering around and discovering. There are two subway stations nearby so it's very easy to get wherever you want to go.

Mist persoonlijk service

Goede locatie, mooi hotel en leuk dat er een happy hour is tussen 17 en 18 uur waar je gratis wijntjes en biertjes kan drinken. Ik reisde met een vriendin en het bed was erg klein. Ook voor een koppel van Nederlands formaat zou het bed echt te klein zijn. Hotel is niet goedkoop en een kamer met groter bed zou 120 euro pn extra kosten ( in totaal zou de prijs dan iets meer dan 500 per nacht zijn). De laatste dag moedten wij om 7.30 richting luchthaven en dan kun je nog niet ontbijten, ook werd er geen alternatief geboden. Hier waren wij best teleurgesteld over. Tot slot, aan de receptie staat niet altijd iemand en soms staan ze er met meerdere en dan staan ze vooral onderling te kletsen. Ook moet je zelf op een Ipad al je gegevens in te vullen, iets wat ik altijd als zeer onprettig en ongastvrij ervaar. Misschien ben ik van de oude stempel maar voor hotels met deze prijzen hoort de service persoonlijk te zijn en met aandacht gegeven te worden.

Chic Comfort in a Perfect Tokyo Location

We had a wonderful stay at this stylish hotel, nestled on a charming neighborhood street lined with shops and restaurants. The location is unbeatable, a short walk to Roppongi Hills and with easy access to the metro, making it an ideal base for exploring Tokyo.

The hotel is beautifully appointed. Our room, while compact, made clever use of space; well-designed, puzzle-like amenities and high-quality decor made it feel both cozy and functional.

The top-floor bar was fabulous; the hotel lounge was a beautifully designed--a stylish and comfortable place to relax and / or work in the mornings.

I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to travelers looking for design-forward comfort in a vibrant, well-connected neighborhood.

First visit to Japan and The Lively did not disappoint!

Check in process was easy. Rooms were well appointed and clean. The hotel was quiet and cozy and definitely for people who want a more chill visit.
The water pressure in the showers: top tier. The rooftop bar was excellent.
One downside: the mattresses are pretty firm and not super comfy...but this was a small miss in my opinion

Hotel is in a great neighborhood with tons of food options, a 7-11 right next door, and great shopping (a super cool bookstore, some high end stores, and a shopping center) within walking distance. There are several train stations nearby and it is also close to Roppongi.

I regret not booking my entire stay in Tokyo at The Lively

I will definitely book again.

Das Beste an diesem Hotel ist seine Lage.
Die Gegend ist schön, recht ruhig und man kann alles Wichtige (vor allem eine sehr gut angebundene U-Bahn Station) einfach fußläufig erreichen.
Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber gemessen an dem Preis pro Nacht, selbst in der Hochsaison, viel zu teuer für das, was man dafür bekommt.
Die Mitarbeiter sprechen sehr gut Englisch und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, inkl. frühem Check-In.
Alles in Allem aber eine Empfehlung, sofern man ein gutes Angebot bekommen kann.

Loved staying in the area. Layout, design and function of the loft room and even the double room was good but compared to my other stay a week ago, this hotels cleanliness is very mediocre. There are a lot of nooks and areas beside the bunk bed filled with dust and crumbs not from me but previously and still there when we checked out. The sitting area rugs were very dirty and stained and made me uncomfortable to let my kids lounge around. The sofa pillow cover was broken before we got there and still after few days of stay the cleaners didn’t seem to be bothered by it. If you want to call concierge for stuff at night, they usually don’t pick the phone. After 5 tries we usually just go downstairs to the 7/11 which is very convenient. Their late check out is also very stringent, after 3pm is considered a full day. Overall, liked it a lot but cleanliness bothered me as I made my children just sit separately on the beds instead of the broken sofa and dirty rug.

I loved how stylish, convenient and well designed my room was... as well as the property in general. The lounge, restaurant, and outdoor patio space are fabulous yet intimate for being in such a busy quaint area like Azabu-Juban. The Lively is my first and only choice for staying in Azabu-Juban. I definitely will book a stay anytime I am Tokyo. The staff were amazing as well.

Wonderful boutique hotel in Tokyo located near Roppongi! Very friendly staff and extremely comfortable and decently spacious (by Japan standards) room. Only stayed for a couple nights because they were fully booked but otherwise would've stayed here even longer.

Fell very short of expectations

Stayed here for 7 days.

Staff are non existant and not very helpful. Doesnt feel like a hotel, and you feels like your constantly chasing staff vs being served.

I was told that if you put DND on the door the room wont be cleaned at all. Cleaning staff finish early everyday compared to a normal hotel.

Several times went to front desk and ringing the bell and no one showes up for 5 to 10min everytime,l.

I wouldnt really call it a "hotel" as its lacking ao many amenities.

Very expensive for what you are actually getting service wise.

Location is great, very convenient to underground trains, and lovely food options around...

I stayed there two nights. the breakfast was included, but at the first morning after night stay, it took them over one hour to serve a simple breakfast for me. it was too slow.
