JR御徒町駅、東京メトロ銀座線上野広小路駅、千代田線湯島駅、と複数の最寄駅がどれも至近。チェックアウト後、荷物を預けて色々回った後、ピックアップして帰路に着くのも苦にならない距離でした。

キッチンに調理用具や食器、炊飯器やキッチンペーパーやラップまで揃っていて便利。

バス・トイレ別で、バスタブの外で身体を洗える浴室だったので、ゆっくりお湯に浸かれました。水圧も排水も問題なし。

フェイスタオルが、宿泊人数＋トイレ＋洗面所の枚数あり。竹を利用したアメニティも可愛かったです。髭剃りが無かったのは盲点でした。

フロントのスタッフの方も親切丁寧でした。

秋葉原まで歩いて15分ほどでしょうか。御徒町駅も近く、とても良い立地でした。ホテルは清潔で、受付の方の対応も素晴らしく、居心地が良い場所でした。東京に行く際はまた利用させていただきます。

外人向けのホテルだと思いますが、ゆったりしていてとても良かったです。高齢者の2人が泊まり、英語表記て少し困ったそうですが概ね問題なく過ごせたようです。

部屋の寿司カウンターで回りも時間も気にせず過ごせました

寿司カウンター付の客室を8名で利用させていただきました。新型コロナの状況は落ち着きつつある中でも、感染対策をと思い、グループだけで利用でき、時間を気にせずゆっくりくつろげるところを探している中で発見しました。普段できない経験（部屋で寿司カウンターなんて）をすることができ、満足です。お部屋や什器類、リネンなども清潔に保たれ、フロントスタッフの方もとても丁寧に対応してくれたので快適に過ごせました。また機会がありましたら利用したいです。

Staff members at this hotel were very friendly to all of us, including children. There were fun welcome activities for kids, which my kids really enjoyed. The room was very clean. I recommend this hotel.

We stated as a family of four with a toddler and a grade school child for a week in the Japanese apartment. It was a wonderful stay. The kids loved the room, and it was a great home base for them to rest and play. The kitchenette and fridge/freezer worked very well to allow us to cook some meals, and the location is within walking distance to two subway stations. There are more stations but further than a toddler can handle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and there are kid friendly activities in the lobby. I think we just found our go-to apartment hotel for Japan.

Stayed for a family trip. Room was spacious and includes a full fridge, stove and microwave. Beds were hard.

Location was between 2 subway/train stations and walking distance to Uneo park.

I wish they had windows you can see out of. The price was expensive compared to similar hotels like Monday.

We love our stay at Mimaru Ueno Okachimachi! The location was superb and so close to train station. Lots of dining options surrounding the hotel! The staff at this branch had been amazing! Special mention to Seira-she had been friendly, outstanding, very attentive and super helpful during our stay! Thank you Seira! We will definitely stay here again!!

Located within walking distance to train stations for multiple lines was a great convenience.

The hotel has games which keep the kids entertained. The room was of a comfortable size for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids, and was clean. Towels were changed daily and sheets once every 4th day.

The staff speaks good English and there was no communication issue. They were happy to share events and places of interest with you.

Overall a fantastic stay and experience.

I have stayed in this Mimaru for 5 nights. Staffs are really helpful. the area are so convenient. but still I wanted to complain about the odds smells in the restroom and also kitchen area not cleaned completely specifically sink drainer not clean. The cleaning can be improved. Overall l have a good experience in this hotel

This is our first time staying at a Mimaru and at this location as it was recommended to us by a local resident in Tokyo. The staff here are wonderful—all are so friendly with smiles and very helpful and they make you feel welcomed. All are so efficient and competent. Thank you to a great bunch of staff!Our room was a family roomwith 2 beds and 2 bunk beds at about 377 sq feet. The photos on the hotel site make the room appear larger but for 3 grown adults, this room was very compact and feels cramped. If you have a lot of baggage, you would need to place them strategically in the room to make room for moving around. They do have a fairly large closet and you can ask for luggage racks so the suitcases can be placed inside the closet to save space.The room is extremely clean with no unpleasant odour at all. Kitchen has a small induction cook top equipped with skillet, pot, cutlery, dishes, cutting board, big knife, sponge, dish soap, paper towels and even a roll of saran. there was already a small rice cooker, microwave, and a good size fridge in the room but you can always borrow toasters, toaster oven, and etc from front desk at no charge. There is NO coffee machine. The hotel iprice point is much higher than other apart hotels nearby. Even the family room is too small for a family of 3. the photo is deceiving. TV cannot swivel so cannot watch from beds. Windows are frosted so can't see out.

We had an amazing stay in Mimaru Tokyo Ueno Okachimachi.
Room is of good sized (60m2) for our family of 6 with an infant. Clean and comfortable.

Walking distance to few metro station.
The airport Skyliner is 10mins walk away too.
Lots of eatery nearby. Shopping mall and street shopping are just opposite the hotel.

Front counter is very helpful. We met Mr Don and Miss Aoi on duty when we check in. We left our baby's set in the hotel at Mt Fuji area. They both take great effort to assist us to contact the hotel in Mt Fuji and make arrangement to send the items to Mimaru. We are grateful for their help. Thankyou

Other front counter staffs we met on other days were also friendly and welcoming.

Will sure stay here again !!!

Loved our stay at Mimaru Ueno Okachimachi. Highlights below:

Room
Our family of four had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Mimaru Ueno Okachimachi. The room was simple but perfectly adequate, with a small kitchen and fridge that came in handy during our trip. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, and the dining table was a great spot for organizing and displaying our souvenirs.

Service
The service was exceptional. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering excellent recommendations for food and sightseeing. A special shoutout to Dong, Sara, and Moe for their amazing assistance when I lost a bag on the Tokyo Metro. Moe went above and beyond, contacting Metro lost and found and confirming my bag had been recovered and turned in at Shibuya station. Thanks to their quick and efficient help, I was able to retrieve my bag within just 2.5 hours. I’m so grateful for their dedication and support!

Amenities
The coin-operated laundry service on the first floor was a convenient feature, though the dryers could use an upgrade for better efficiency.

Location
The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. It’s centrally located near two metro lines and the JR lines, making it incredibly easy to get around Tokyo.

Overall, Mimaru Ueno Okachimachi offered a wonderful stay for our family. Highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Tokyo!

We enjoyed finding the ninjas in the lobby. It was fun for us parents as well as our daughter.

The staff members in reception were also very friendly, especially Aoi san who was exceptional in making us feel welcomed and brightened our days. We are glad to have stayed at this hotel because we got to meet Aoi san.

Nice convenient property with great service.

It was a short stay but the helpfulness of the staff was top notch. The staff was very friendly and looked to help with travel questions - ride to hotel, baggage storage etc. They were also multilingual which helped - many spoke English.

The room was smaller than other Mimaru stays in comparison which made it a bit cramped for luggage with family (if you have more than a couple). Like many say with usual Japan hotels, at least for our travel group, it was hard to access/place our luggage.

The location was convenient. Restaurants and train were all within walking distance. All in all, a solid choice.

We had a great stay at this Mimaru location. The front desk was very helpful, they had fun events and games for the kids to do, and the room we stayed in was very comfortable. We stayed in the ninja room and my family loved the decoration of the room.

There are great Ramen Noodle restaurants across the street, very close to shopping, Ueno Park and the museums.

We enjoyed our stay very much!

Japanese style room was perfect for our family of five (2 teens, 1 child and 2 adults) for 4 nights. Great location and the room is modern and clean. Staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Would recommend as a great option to stay when visiting and touring around Tokyo.

Location is great. Short walk to the Okachimachi station, plenty of good local dining and shopping, near a lively area but not nearly as crowded as some of the more touristy parts of Tokyo. The property is well maintained with rooms that are well suited for families. Overall would highly recommend.

미마루 오카치마치에서 대학생 딸들과 함께 오랜만에 한방에서 자는 추억을 만들었네요. 공간이 여유가 있어 성인4명이 3박하는데에 불편함이 없었습니다 그리고 숙소에서 도보 3-4분거리에 야마노테선, 긴자선이 있어 관광으로 지쳐서 숙소로 돌아오는 길이 가벼웠습니다 숙소인근이 우에노의 중심상가지역이라 도보로 쇼핑 먹거리 다 가능했어요 덕분에 20년만의 도쿄여행이 편안했어요

We like the Convenience of the location! Shopping, multiple subway/bus stations within 5 minutes walking distances, multiple convenience stores around and a street full of restaurants just down the block.
Hotel room is very clean and staffs are nice and attentive. Nice experience

We loved how many different train lines we were in short walking distance to from this property. It was easy to check our route and choose the train to get us to any location. As a family of 4, the Mimaru properties gave us a lot of space especially for Japan standards, to spread out our things and be comfortable after long days out. The hotel staff was very friendly, always with a warm welcome and spoke English which was helpful. After staying at two other Mimaru properties, this one did not have as many amenities, but it had enough for what we needed (tea, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, slippers, toothbrush)

Above and beyond. My son came in a day before from a different location than we did due to our connecting flight getting cancelled. They took such good care of him and let him in the room before we could check in officially. Thank you. Great place.
