家族5人で利用しました。子供が小さかったので、周囲を気にせず家にいる感覚で過ごせたのがよかったです。洗濯機と洗剤が置いてあり、非常に助かりました。食器洗剤もあり、水筒が洗えてよかったです。しかし、食器洗剤は使いまわしではなく、使い捨ての安い物でいいので、毎回新しいともっといいなと思いました。

赤カビがあったので、浴槽を使うのを止めました
洗面器回りもホコリだらけで、清掃が行き届いていないので、見えない部分も汚れているのでは？と思いリラックス出来ませんでした。

部屋は綺麗だったが、写真と違って残念。
撮り方が上手だなと思った。
部屋と廊下の仕切りがないため、冬は暖房ついててても寒かった。
アメニティがとにかく少ない。必要最低限すぎて、もう少し増やして色々工夫した方がいいと思う。
あとスタッフの対応もいまいち。丁寧な対応を心がけた方がいいと思う。

大通りから一本入った所で静かでした。
フロントからカードキーを使って宿泊棟に入るので、
セキュリティーもしっかりしていると思います。
食事のサービスは無いようなので、
外食か買って持ち込みが良いと思います。
ミニキッチン、調理器具もあります。
道路を挟んだところにコンビニもあるので、困らないと思います。

ホテル自体は申し分なし！
周りに何もない（食べ物屋数店とコンビニはある）
し、住宅地っぽくて、旅行に来てる感が、ホテルでは感じれなかった。

私には合わなかった

新車の納車記念に片道700キロ走って行きましたが、頼んでた敷地内駐車場が、手続きの不徹底で止められませんでした、、
仕方なく近くのコインパーキングに止め、心配な私は車の中で一夜を明かしました。
新しいホテルでしたが、私の体調の為か寒くて連泊はやめて、帰りました。残念でした、

部屋も広くキッチンも揃っていたのでとても便利でした、ただ小さい皿しかない、マグカップのサイズとコーヒーメーカーのサイズが合ってない。広い庭なのに椅子もテーブルもないなど、色々と細かいミスマッチがあり、イマイチ使いづらい設備がもったないない感じがしました。

口コミ信じて正解でした。

今回初めて宿泊しました。寝るだけなので
料金で選びましたが、外観も室内も綺麗で
お風呂とトイレが別だし、4台ですが、建物入り口に駐車場があり、車移動なのでとても
快適なホテルです。
次回、京都に行く時は是非又、利用させて
頂きたいです。

ロビーの受け付け担当者がいない時間帯に、ロビー横のコーヒーメーカー付属のコーヒーカップや砂糖がない場合があったので、補充方法について事前説明があるとベターと思います。

新しくきれいで掃除も行き届いていた。
部屋は3人で泊まるにはちょっと狭かった。3台目のソファベッドは小さい。
チェックアウト後の荷物も快く預かってもらえて助かりました。

はっきり言って大満足です。7月の海の日のある3連休の中日に1泊宿泊しましたが、まず安い！大人2人、子供2人(8才、6才)で税込8,100円、しかも、施設もお部屋も新しいし、とても清潔、更に部屋が広い！これから京都に行く際には常宿にしたいと思いました。
一つだけ難を言えば、エレベーターが臭い！
新築時特有の臭さのような臭さがありました。
ただ、本当に難点はそれだけです！本当におススメです。

The facilities in the room were good including washing machine, airer etc
The dishes were tiny though, the kitchen was not very useable for anything other than a snack.
My main issue is that the room was dirty, carpet had visible stains. Dusty etc
Very old and worn down compared to photos.

Best hotel that we stayed at while in Japan. Very spacious bathroom which was a pleasant surprise. About 10min walk to the closest train station.

la taille de la chambre était parfaite. toutefois au niveau propreté, les chaises et le canapé avaient plusieurs taches douteuses nous avons utilisé des serviettes pour utiliser les chaises. les serviettes ne sont pas de bonne qualité mais ils en fournissent assez pour en changer.

Schönes in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegenes Hotel. Bus und Bahn innerhalb von 5 min Fußweg erreichbar, 20 min zu Fuß zu Kyoto-Station. Großes sauberes, sehr komfortabeles Zimmer mit Waschmaschine inkl. Waschmittel und ausreichende Anzahl von Handtüchern, da keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, was völlig ok ist.
Netter Empfang und freundliche junge Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Kostenloser Kaffee in der Lobby schmeckte hervorragend.

Esta bien el hotel en general, el detalle es a la hora de recepción luego no hay nadie pero no sé tardó en aparecer, las maletas se llevan a otra sección que no es parte del hotel, el guest service de stay Sakura y ya de ahí envían las maletas s tu habitación.
No hubo servicio de limpieza.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stay SAKURA Kyoto Fuga. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable with excellent service. However, most tourist spots and train stations were a bit far, so we often used Go Taxi to get around luckily, taxis were affordable and convenient.

Kitchen setup was cleverly hidden under a table but the staff was super helpful. I love the area around the hotel and it was super convenient to walk to different places or get to a subway station. The only downside is that the ensuite laundry doesn’t have a dryer but it was not a deal breaker

The pictures of the room don't do it justice. It was spacious enough for 3 people (with 3 individual beds that were comfortable) and our luggage. The bathroom was amazing: ample, warm, clean and the bathtub fills really quick. Enough cabinets and surfaces to keep our purchases and clothes/shoes/items. The staff was always nice. There's is a 24/7 Family Mart across the street that's really convenient. I will definitely use Stay Sakura in any future trips. I'm actually sad I only book them for Kyoto and not Tokyo. It surpassed our expectations.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel and it's amenities are incredible, they thought of everything.
At the lobby, you can enjoy free coffee capsules and it is a rather pleasing lobby.

Ubicado no tan cerca de la zona más turística, pero muy cómodo, tiene cerca 3 estaciones de metro y el baño padre, en el cuarto no permiten zapatos pero hay uns zona para que los coloques, el cuarto amplio y cómodo, dentro de la habitacion hay lavadora y tarja, escritorio.
¡Muy recomendable!

The property is nice, the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was more spacious than I had expected. The hotel was a good place to stay. The challenge was the location. It was a bit of a commute from the Kyoto station and is not visible from a major street. It is in an alley and took effort to find. Overall, a nice and pleasant hotel in an inconvenient location. I did, however, get used to the commute.

We appreciated the amenities and the proximity to the Family Mart across the street as well as other convenience stores. The vending machines inside and outside the hotel were a great placement. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. 😊
