チェックイン時の説明など丁寧でよかった。
キッチン用具がほとんど揃っていたので自炊しやすかった。洗濯乾燥機やエスプレッソマシーンが無料で使えたのが嬉しかった。

友人と宿泊

車はホテルの前に3台しかとめられないので、空いてなければパーキング利用になると思います。
お部屋は全体的に綺麗で壁紙等も可愛いです。
とくに困ることはありませんでした。

清潔で設備も揃っていて満足です。特にランドリーは無料で使えて洗剤も用意されていたので助かりました。滞在者が多かったのかランドリー2台では空くまでに少し時間がかかりましたが。外国の方が多く、共用スペースで料理をしていたのには少し驚きました。

Overall the hotel was excellent! Staff warm and friendly … so helpful as well. They do speak English.

The room was spacious enough and super clean! Amenities included free laundry machines to use, a room to sit and enjoy free coffee and tea.

Das Hotel ist 15 Fußminuten vom Kyoto Bahnhof entfernt. Man kommt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln überall hin. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer sauber.

The hotel is amazing overall. The staffs were friendly & helpful. Very big bed for us as family with small kid. Even though is close to Kujo sta. but a bit of work to transfer to the main lines.

Enorm mooi hotel met veel extra voorzieningen waar we van tevoren niet eens vanaf wisten. Denk aan gratis wassen, dagelijkse proeverij van Japanse dranken en onbeperkte koffie en thee beneden.

Simply perfect! From the comfort of the rooms to the very friendly staff, it was a perfect stay to visit Kyoto!

Nice room, it had a fridge and microwave which came in handy. Very clean. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. Only a 10 min walk to the Station.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The staff were great and very helpful. Located not far from lots of restaurants and other facilities. The television was all Japanese channels. An English speaking channel would have been nice. But this was compensated for by access to unlimited free quality tea and coffee. For the amount charged I give the Frambroise a 4.5 out of 5.

Pretty good! Actually it’s not that far away from station. You could find 四条西口, keep going straight and turn left near subway station 九条. About 20 mins by foot.
Also if you wanna go to 伏见稻荷大社, it’s 20 mins by foot.

While it’s a do it yourself hotel, it’s really not bad at all. You get to do your laundry for free and there is a dining area that offers free coffee and tea. We got lucky with the staff that helped us out when requesting our Yamato transport and he stayed and helped us till the transport was completed.

It a bad place to stay the staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly. The only flaw I could find was the carpet had some stains, but over all a pretty clean place.

We stayed here and extended for another night.
However, there had been miscommunication and upon room extension, the staff assigned on that day got our room cleaned up even though we informed them not to get housekeeping access the room.

When we came back later that day, a pouch containing cash and our Shinkansen tickets went missing.

We asked the staff if it was picked up upon cleaning by accident but it was nowhere to be found. We asked again upon checkout from a different staff but no luck. Until today, our pouch has not been found or returned

I had high hopes for my JP stay but this is what happened. It is quite sad and unfortunate that we lost a valuable in our room. Only if they had not let housekeeping enter the room as we instructed, we probably wouldnt have lost these items

It was super easy to leave baggage at their guest center because it was just a 5min walk from Kyoto Station. They even deliver it to your room! They’ll also hold your bags after checkout it not that long—for me it was only for an extra hour after checkout. They can’t deliver it to the airport. It was a bit confusing to check in as a solo traveler, felt sort of ostracized by the staff at first but I think it had more to do with their taxes and fees, which are charged per person. They don’t do daily room cleaning but leave you more than enough supplies (except toilet paper). Overall it was a good experience! Feels more like a hostel than a hotel-hotel.

Calme et charmant!

Pour nous l’hôtel est bien situé, très tranquille, loin des foules! Café de bonne qualité quand la cafetière fonctionne. Lavage gratuit. Chambre bien équipée, tout pour ce faire des petits plats, mini frigo, plaque chauffante. Lit confortable. Salle de bain spacieuse. En général tout était bien, beau et propre. Côté qualité prix, excellent! Je vous le recommande! Ça sent encore le neuf! Tout est récent!

Petite bémol de notre côté, ne prévoyez pas arriver avant 15h00, il n’y a personne à la réception vous devrez attendre à l’extérieur. Comme l’hôtel est nouveau, l’isolation est au top, j’explique, j’aime dormir la fenêtre ouverte mais comme l’isolation est au top, il y a toujours un petit sifflement. Ça c’est personnel et ça n’enlève rien à ce magnifique endroit!

Great Kyoto hotel

One of the best hotels on our trip. If you want large room, kitchenette, washer/dryer available & coffee machine then this is great value for money. Best to catch a taxi from Kyoto train station but still easy to catch buses to temples and shrines. Staff were very helpful with good English. Happy to recommend.

設施很新，入住體驗很好，C/P值高，唯一缺點是距離公車站和地鐵站較遠

可能是頭評？一般前台只有16:00到21:00有人在，但可以憑訂房編號和護照自助掃描入住（Check-In時間前不給進）。

旅館很新，據說剛開業一個月。所有的設施都非常新和一塵不染，是真的一塵不染。一樓有法式風格的交誼廳（無限量供應簡單的餅乾和沖泡式咖啡）和洗衣房（供應洗衣球），只是好像只有我在用

房間小而美，有微波爐、電磁爐、冰箱和小料理台，小餐桌和兩把椅子，乾濕分離的衛浴。

對比價格，可以說是無可挑剔，只是公共交通稍微沒那麼方便（距離能到四條河原町、清水寺等景點的九條車庫前站步行約400米）

總體而言，是滿意的入住，值得推薦。
