家族で滞在しましたが、子どもが二段ベッドをとても気に入っていました。決して広くはないのですが、手ごろな値段で快適に過ごすにはとてもよい滞在先でした。

フロントの対応も丁寧で、施設が全体的に綺麗。
乾燥室も広く、利用できないといったこともない。
各階に共用キッチンとランドリーがあり、長期滞在時も十分。
コストパフォーマンスに優れたホテルだと思いました。

キレイで気持ちよい

玄関ホールから部屋の中までキレイに清掃されていて美しい。
日本語も英語もOK。
共用キッチンには電子レンジやコンロもあり自炊も可能。
ホテル玄関前に循環バスのバス停あり。

2人だと狭いが、冬のニセコでこの値段なので妥当。
スキーウエアなどを掛けておくフックが少し足りない。

ベッドはやや固め。

２泊お世話になりました。部屋はそれほど広くありませんが収納スペースも多く浴室とトイレが別になっていて使いやすかったです。
２段ベットも寝心地は良かったのですが階段が鉄パイプのような感じで若い人は大丈夫だと思いますが年配者には少しきつかったです。

Very comfortable room. We can use the kitchen all the time at my own floor with free. Also laundry was available at every floor with 200 yen per one time. There is a convenience store near the hotel, everything is very convenient.

This is my first time visit Niseko and glad to stay at Midtown during my trip. The room is cozy and comfortable. It contains common room for everyone one to cook their own meal. I really love here and would love to come back again.

Nice, modern, ski-oriented hotel. Large secured ski and boot storage room off the lobby. Drying rack for hanging gear in the room. Rooms are a bit small and efficient, and the bed firm but comfortable. Nice restaurant on site and good buffet breakfast. No onsen.

Great Spot for the Price

The room was adequate for what we needed. A guys trip (of 3) to ski Niseko Japan. The quarters were a bit tight but despite that the room was functional and very efficiently designed organizationally. The hotels accommodations certainly completed any additional needs we had. The front desk support was great, the breakfast was excellent with a lot of options, the hotel was clean, fairly new with modern amenities and it was conveniently an easy shuttle stop on the way to the Hirafu Welcome center.

This place has everything you need at a reasonable price. The rooms, although small, have plenty of space for belongings with well thought out closet and drawer space. The bathrooms are big enough for me at 6'-2". The staff were very friendly and helpful to explain the shuttles and other questions we had. The ski room is large and your boots are nice and warm every morning. Highly recommended.

This property was outstanding value. As well as friendly and helpful staff, the amenities were super-convenient. The modern rooms were cozy and comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Transport to the ski fields could not have been more convenient. The bus to Hirafu and Hanazono left every 20 minutes.

Nice property if you are looking for a comfortable stay. The rooms are small but plenty of storage. They have common rooms also to ensure you are manage self cooking / dining easily. Overall a worth considering for stay

Nous sommes restés a l'hôtel pour des vacance de ski durant 7 jours. Nous étions 2 dans notre chambre avec chacun un lit simple. Chose surprenante malgré que la chambre soit petite , il y avait de la place pour mettre tout notre linge. Un locker est offert par l'hotel pour mettre les skis et bottes. Un service de navette est fournit par l'hotel pour nous ammener a Hanazono ou Hirafu pour skier.Il y a des laveuse/sécheuse a chaque étage ainsi qu'une cuisine commune. Il faut juste apporter verre, assiettes et ustensiles.

One of the best valued Hotel I stayed in, and will definitely recommend to people who are on budget

Location: nearest to Hirafu and near to 7-11 walking distance
Parking: Free upon request
Lounge: Cozy and comfortable
Room: Clean, plenty of USB ports for your charging needs, a big fridge which is a plus. you can buy food stuffs and chuck them all in.
Pantry: Microwave, utensils, saucepans, pots, induction cooker provided free to use.
Bed: very comfortable and nice to sleep on
Duvet: warm and soft
Pillow: extremely comfortable which I like to specifically mention it.
Toilet: separated from bathroom, which is great for higher utilization
Heating: adjustable heater to suit your comfort and you can place your wet ski wear on it to dry
Wardrobe: very well design, seperate compartments for shoes and jackets. Others: a room where you can place all your ski equipments.

Excellent staff who were very helpful. The room and facilities were very clean. Fairly sparse, utilitarian room for the price, but all of Niseko is overpriced. It's a bit far from the action but the free shuttle bus is a good option and it's a decent walk.

Good option at its price points. It has got everything you need. The shuttle between hotel and lift/gondola usually comes in every 20 mins so if you know the shedule well it is convenient. Dining options are not as many as those in the town center so you may need to taxi / walk back if you dine in the city center.

It seems like a hotel that also catered for long stays for temporary workers? E.g. ski instructors etc? There were some rooms with kitchen facilities for everyone to use at each level.

The only issue we faced was the water from the bathroom was chalky (the one in the toilet and communal facilities were clear). We were not sure if its safe for consumption and the front desk could only advise us to let the water run for some time. Eventually, as we were with a 2.5 year old kid, we simply relied on bottled water.

But other than that, he hotel and room condition are good. And it felt homely in the very cold condition when we were in Niseko. The breakfast at the hotel, for 2700 yen is also good. Staff was polite and helpful. Location was not bad too.

We could not get a larger room, if there are.

The hotel is a short walk from the main area with restaurants and ski-lifts, but the regular free shuttle buses going to/from the airport made getting around super easy. I was surprised at how small the beds are (coming from North America). Everything was super clean and well laid out.

Midtown Niseko was great. The staff were super helpful especially helping us with transit, picking us up at the Hirafu Welcome center, calling cab when we needed, etc. The hotel is just a little out of the super crowded areas. There is the free shuttles but we chose to walk most of the time into the busier restaurant area. It was about 15-20 mins in the cold and was doable with those shoe spikes (it’s very slick around here! And very hard to cross the road!) but hotel was perfect. Small rooms but really well appointed for staying organized with our tons of snow luggage and gear. Had convenient laundry too. Would def recommend!

Buena opcion en zona montaña

Buena opcion en la zona de Niseko. Buen servicio, especialmente en recepcion que nos orientaron y facilitaron información y mapas de la zona, recomendaciones de restaurantes, actividades...muy amables

Hotel bastante renovado. Separado ducha de servicio y lavabos en ambos que da flexibilidad en habitaciones triples. Salas con cocina donde se puede desayunar o hacer otras comidas. Buena lavandería a precio razonable.

The front desk staff were all so kind and helpful!! They really made our stay so much more comfortable and also helped us with shipping our luggage to our next location and helping us figuring out bus times to go to kutchan! Will most definitely be back for the amazing staff!!

Great location and price

Great hotel with great amenities!

Check in was easy; we stopped by at appx 11am to drop off our bags but the staff were able to check us in then (due it being off season). The room was big and had a wall heater with wooden pegs to hang your gear to dry.

The gym was stocked with weights, treadmills, benches, and pull up bar. Parking was easy and plentiful. The restaurant was ok, but you can take the free shuttle to Hirafu for the restaurants (downhill walk from Hirafu btw) or to Hanazono for the slopes. We will stay here again in the future.

Decent hotel, bad beds

We stayed here for 6 nights while skiing at Niseko and Rusutsu. The downside was that the beds were terribly uncomfortable. Generally speaking, throughout our stay in Japan (Tokyo, Furano, Otaru, and Niseko) the beds are firm, but the beds at Midtown were terrible. You can feel the bars through the mattress. The hotel is otherwise clean, is nice to have good storage in the room, a place to park our car, a place to store ski gear, and a kitchen on our floor. When I'm on a ski trip though I want to have a decent bed so that I'm not sore just from trying to sleep which was difficult.
