子ども3人とともに二泊しました。
京都水族館や、イオンに行きやすく、便利です。
ベッドルームも広くて、テレビのあるお風呂を子どもが気に入っていました。

1歳の子供を連れて宿泊しました。京都駅からも近く、イオンも徒歩すぐにあるため利便性がよかったです。
清掃が済んでいるということで、スタッフの方が親切にも早めにチェックインさせてくださりとても助かりました。
ベビーソープやベビーオイル、他にも今回は在庫がなく借りれらませんでしたがベビーチェア等も借りられます。
畳もあり、ハイハイや伝い歩きのお子さんがいる方におすすめです。
ただ、1つだけ非常に残念だったのが清潔さです。チェックインして子供を畳におろした途端にいくつも髪の毛が目に入り、ゴミ箱にすでにゴミが捨ててあったり、スリッパに髪の毛のかたまりがついていたり、キッチンのスポンジがくたびれて黒ずんでいたり、ソファに白い食べこぼしのような汚れがいくつもあったり、お風呂場に赤カビがあるなど、、、
駅から近く、設備の良さも素晴らしく、スタッフの方も親切なので、清潔さまで求めるのは酷かもしれませんが、落ち着かない気持ちになりました。

大人二人子供3人で一泊。

朝の8時ごろだったのに、チェックイン前に荷物を預かっていただきとても助かりました。
従業員の方も皆さんとても親切で良かったです。
一つだけあげるとしたら、浴室乾燥があるのは良かったですが、人数が多いと部屋にあるハンガーだけだと干しきれないので、干す棒が2本とあと洗濯ハンガーがあると便利だと思いました。
でも、駅からも近く、周辺には買い物できるところもあるし、夜チェックインして部屋に入った時には、エアコンもつけてくれてあり、とてもいい2日間をすごせました。

最高な場所

写真で見て想像していた以上に、快適かつ清潔、また駅近でどこに行くにも便利だったので、一泊だけではもったいないくらいでした。また必ず泊まりたいと思いました。

Great location with easy access to trains. We used this as our base and went for day trips using local trains and Shinkansen (eg to Hiroshima). There is a big shopping centre right next door as well as a lot of shopping at the train station. Plenty of food options nearby. The rooms are quite comfortable for a family of 4. The washing facilities are great so you don't need to pack too many clothes. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Definitely will stay here again if we will go back to Kyoto. Shopping and nearby attractions are easily accessible. The hotel room was also spacious and clean. It is great for families!

This is our second stay at this wonderful establishment. The staff is the best I have come across and the apart hotel room is spacious, clean, and makes my family and I feel like a local. And to top it off, 1 block from Kyoto Station and plenty of food and shopping choices all around. Can’t wait to return to Kyoto and book here again and again.

Our family loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the location was ideal, just a 6-minute walk to Kyoto station and 2 minutes to Aeon Mall, making food shopping exceptionally convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, and while drying clothes in the heated bathroom wasn’t our preferred method, it was a workable solution. If there’s one thing we’d like improved, it would be the musty smell on the ground floor. Despite this minor issue, we would definitely stay here again.

An extremely family-friendly hotel. Kind reception staff, comfortable but not fancy rooms. Best thing for our family was the washing machine in the apartment! Easy walking to the train station. Nice stay.

Feel like my home, 6 minutes walk to Kyoto Station, 1 minute walk to mall and supermarket. Very clean, staffing is super friendly, room has everything we need for traveling with three small kids. We enjoyed so much at this place. For my next Kyoto trip, I will pick this hotel again.

雖然離京都車站要走一小段路，但旁邊有aeon mall ，對於要買一些生活用品及水果非常便利。另外，飯店有一位會講中文的日本男生，服務超好，幫忙我們解決很多問題，真是太感謝了！

Property itself is good, quiet peaceful. 24*7 manned.

The place is 5 - 8 minutes walk from Kyoto station. The only problem we faced was the complexity of Kyoto train station itself. Unable to find a proper direct path from north to south of the station. No joking one wrong turn could cost you 20 - 30 minutes of walking

Good location with shopping mall and supermarket next door and easy walking distance to the main train station. I could even do a run to Inari from here! Staff were friendly and helpful and speak English. Room was spacious for our family of five and comfortable to hang out in for a meal and relax after a big day out.

El sitio es cómodo tanto para hacer turismo por Kyoto como para ir a Osaka o Tokyo

No tienen tostadora en la habitación pero te dan una en recepción si firmas un papel de una fianza de 10000 yenes. Si se te estropea a ti, te toca pagarla.


Se me rompió una maleta y les dije que cómo la podía tirar. Me dijeron que si les pagaba 2000 yenes se hacían cargo.

Pedí hacer un early check in a las 1230 (cuando en teoría se inicia a las 1500). Me dijeron que tenía que pagar 3000yenes, a lo que acepté. Al final llegué a las 1130 y me hicieron pagarles el doble por una sola hora. No me gustó nada esa obsesión que tienen por cobrarte más.

The hotel was a great option for our family. The rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel and staff were very kid friendly. Hotel is conveniently located a 7-10 minute walk from Kyoto station. All the Front Desk team was especially helpful. When I needed help with translating something for a pharmacy, Miyaki at the Front Desk was wonderful and wrote out the whole explanation in Japanese for the pharmacist. Our only minor gripe is that the blackout curtains let in some light so the room gets bright by 6am (in summer).

This place is really good place to stay, I like the room very clean and the staff very nice but the only downfall on this place I wish they have clothes dryer, drying the clothes air dry make your clothes very stingky and the pillow is not good it’s always flat gives me headache every morning and that’s sucks

It was a good spot for our family to stay for a couple days. The room was big enough for everyone and the separate sleeping room allowed for quiet naps if needed. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions.

The drying system was a little difficult to use and did not get our clothes dry over night. Be aware that it is not a standard clothes dryer if that is what you are looking for.

Excellent hotel in every possible way.

Spacious rooms, great for a family of 4 or more. Very clean, practical, excellent location, and very friendly and helpful staff. The room had an eating area and a small kitchen, a washer for laundry, two futons and 2 double beds. The hotel is about 6 min walk from Kyoto station and is located right next to Aeon mall where you can buy anything that you need. There is a large supermarket on the first floor of the mall where we bought snacks, food and drinks that we could enjoy in our room after sightseeing all day.

As we had 5 people, space was a bit tight for our luggage.
Otherwise the room was fine.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Aeon Mall but still a bit of a walk to Kyoto Station (10 mins to trains).
