東京ドームのライブ参戦で利用させていただきました。
スタッフの方の手作りのプレートがフロントに飾ってあり行く前からテンション上がりました。
お声がけいただきアンケートに答えて1時間チェックアウトが伸びるサービスもとても助かりました。
チェックアウト時間が延長してる事が伝わっていなかったのか清掃の方が何回か来てそれだけが残念な点でしたが他はとてもよかったです。
急遽もう1泊する事にしたのですが対応がとても良く嬉しかったです。
また利用したいと思います。

Très facile de se déplacer vers Akihabara et la ligne de métro Ginza. Très bon déjeuner offert en plus des boissons le soir. La chambre et la salle de bain est très petite. Si vous êtes une personne de grande taille, il serait difficile pour vous de prendre une douche. Les lits sont confortables et je vous recommande de prendre un oreiller à l’arrivée car ceux dans la chambre sont fait avec des billes de bois on dirait. Tout de même satisfait. Il offrent le service de Kuro Neko pour les valises à réserver avant 15h pour une livraison le lendemain.

Excellent hotel! Great breakfast and free evening drinks. The onsen was fantastic, and perfect after long days walking. Tattoo friendly. The location was great multiple subway stations within walking distance and JR rail. Staff were so lovely and so helpful. Can’t wait to come back with my family! Thank you!

Bien ubicado a pocas cuadras del metro y fe los trenes principales. Facil para ir con maletas y niños. Hay buenos restaurantes a 1/2 cuadra para cenar y de varios presupuestos. Limpio, silencioso, camas cómodas y con desayuno simple pero en buffet. Suficiente para tenerlo de base para recorrer tokio.

This place is tiny! I know rooms in Japan generally run smaller but the bathroom was so small, your knees could practically hit the wall in front of you and the shower was so compact - I would not stay here if you are over 5'9 or you will not fit in the shower.
We had a bunk bed, which was comfortable but the pillows are filled with some kind of rocks or wood pieces and are so hard. They do give you any option to grab small pillows at the front desk but they are small and flat. I'm glad we only booked this place for one night as I would not be able to be comfortable for more than that.
The staff was very friendly and let us leave our luggage for the day after check out while we explored the area before heading to the airport.
I the rooms were clean and had a small refrigerator. Only one elevator so you could wait a bit. The free breakfast and free drink upon arrival was a nice touch.

We have stayed here before and return because they have a public bath (but alternate hours for men and women use). They also have a breakfast included that many hotels do not offer. We were able to get connecting rooms to be next to each other with our grandkids which is a plus. The hotel is very near transportation and there are a number and variety of restaurants nearby. The rooms are typical Japanese small but having bunks available is good.

Good location, well located within a few minutes walk to Akihabara and/or the subway. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were helpful. But this place crossed the boundaries when it comes to reducing everything to a minimum. The bathroom was almost unusable as it was way too small even for a person my size (I’m 1.70 m or 5’7” tall) I can’t imagine anyone taller than me moving inside that tiny space.

位置理想，職員友善，早餐是自助的，不算豐富但味道尚好。但床上用品極需改善，枕頭都是黃黃的，感覺已用了好幾年，睡覺時身體很癢，應該有不小蟎蟲在咬。其他的還是不錯！

Habitacion y baño pequeños, pero limpio. Desayuno con pocas opciones occidentales y comedor muy pequeño.
Tienen unas horas de barra libre gratis, onsen, posibilidad de elegir almohadas, pijama y zapatillas.
Puedes dejar maletas sin coste.
Muy cerca del metro, tiendas y restaurantes. La zona muy bien.

到店後一名女前台態度冷漠,面上沒有一點笑容.在離店天同樣遇到該女前台,仍然一面臭臉！
房間燈光昏暗,感覺殘舊.
枕頭超硬,雖然可以在大堂取枕頭,但很多時已沒有了.
附近坐車,購物(動漫),夾公仔,餐飲,便利店,都方便.

Es una excelente opción. El cuarto es pequeño pero cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. El resto del hotel excelente calidad precio. Súper limpio. Camas cómodas. El desayuno muy rico y completo y está incluido en el precio. En la tarde noche hay bebidas gratis y puedes llevar tu propia cena al comedor. El onsen (baño japonés) maravilloso. Sin duda nos volveremos a quedar aquí. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

地點離地鐵站有一小段路，房間偏小，浴場是男女共用的所以要看時段。服務人員態度非常好，有附免費早餐，而且每天會變換不同的菜色很用心。如果單人旅行或情侶很推薦，但家庭旅遊就會有點擠。

This isn’t a luxury hotel. But for what it is, it is great! We loved the breakfast buffets and the drinks in the evenings. We would come back for these alone. Easy access to anything you would want. You won’t regret staying here.

Great place to stay

The stay was amazing and the location was super close to the heart of akihabara, the only issue was the beds blanket was a little to small and the pillow was uncomfortable. Aside from that the staff and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was amazing, the hot springs bath was also extremely pleasant, I'll definitely be returning if i come back to japan.

Billig hotell med god beliggenhet

Hotellet har en god beliggenhet, i Akhibara nær Electric town. Bydelen er byens teknologi/anime sted, med mange spillehaller og lysfylte gater. Det er også mange spisesteder i nærheten som har billig og god mat. Vil anbefale området.

Hotellet er en lavpriskjede hvor det fremstod som flest japanere var gjester, og de fleste var på forretningsreiser m.m.

Rommet er veldig lite, hvor man ikke får åpnet en koffert ordentlig på rommet engang. Egner seg derfor ikke til lange opphold, da dette vil bli plagsomt i lengden.

En stor negativ ting med vårt opphold var at det ikke var noe frokostservinger på stedet pga oppussing. Dette førte til at frokosten ble serrvert i en «fast-food-boks», og smakte som noe mat fra «too-good-to-go», som hadde ligget noen dager. Dette er dog bare midlertidig, så vi hadde nok bare uflaks.

Hvis man er på utkikk etter et billig hotell med fin lokasjon for et par dager i Tokyo kan man bestille dette. Hvis man derimot er et par som ønsker litt ekstra plass, kan det være fordelaktig å bruke litt mer penger på noe annet av høyere standard og med større rom.

Being my first time visiting Tokyo, I was surprised about the small room. Friends who have gone had warned me about the small rooms but I didn’t expect it to be really small. Even the restroom was small. If I was by myself it would be just right but with the wife it felt cramped. Of course I could have booked a bigger room elsewhere but I would be spending an arm and a leg. The location is nice though. It was only a couple of blocks from the Suericho station. So it’s very easy to visit other places. The area is an Otaku and electronics lovers paradise. Ameyoko street is just a few minutes walk and a few more steps away is Ueno Park for those who are interested in cherry blossoms. Ueno park is also where you can hit Ueno zoo, a couple of museums and shrine. It is also a short train ride to Ginza that has the flagship stores such as Onitzuka Tiger. The hotel is more of a budget/business hotel so the money you save on accommodations can go towards food and shopping. If you don’t mind the small rooms this is a great place to stay in Tokyo.

with an excellent location, but the best thing was the attention of the girl at the reception, always very friendly and accessible, we asked her to leave the suitcases safe after checking out and without any problem she kept them for us for a few hours during which we took the opportunity to see more stores. Comfortable (although the pillow was somewhat hard), very quiet, it is a very good option.

Good cheap spot to get to tourist attractions and public tranpsort. Very small room, notbsuitable for everyone. If restricted mobility do not stay. Only 1 lift for 14 floors. Great view from 14th floor. Breakfast options limited ofr vegetarians or vegans so wouldn't choose breakfast ifbyou have restricted diet. Onsen nice. Pillows awful but luckily they have an array of other pillow options at frint desk area but be quick. Helpful staff storing luggae and arranging to delivery onwards to next hotel in Osaka.

Solid hotel in Akiba, rooms are a bit small for the price but are pleasant. All of the doors are code access instead of card though, which I found to be annoying. There is only one elevator, which did get very busy around checkout time.

Good location, close to trains. Horrible bedding, very hard bed and cussions, tiny rooms and even tinnier bathroom. Only one lift, so be prepared to wait forever. Breakfast poor choices. Happy hour free drinks service was nice, but not good enough to come back and slepp in these beds...

The breakfast offered by the hotel is very impressive. Both Japanese and western styles are available. Everything is perfectly cooked/toasted. I didn’t feel hungry until late afternoon everyday. It’s truly a budget stay without sacrificing quality.

Well kept hotel. As per most japanese hotels the facilities were great and we enjoyed use of the onsen. The breakfast service was varied and got us set up for a day walking round Tokyo.

The location is good with easy access to various local eateries and metro lines to get around the city. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

우에노역 근처 숙소라서 도쿄 이곳저곳 이동하기에 편한 위치였습니다! 작긴 하지만 침대도 넓고 깔끔해서 2박 3일동안 잘 사용했습니다! 체크인할 때 영어로 설명해주실 줄 알았는데 일본어로 해주셔서 잘 알아듣진 못했지만 한국어로 된 설명서를 주셔서 괜찮았습니다.

A very convenient location without having the hustle and bustle at your door step. You can wander in the neighbouring streets and find gems that the locals are shopping or eating at.

As always staff are wonderful and work very hard. A bit crowded at breakfast during popular times.

Suggestion- please have little signs for what is being served for breakfast. this would be extremely helpful for tourists to try new things.
