环境很好，离地铁很近

立地が良く、自宅のように使えたので連泊するにはとても便利だった。
マイナス面としては、虫が多く、清掃が行き届いていないと感じる部分が多々あった。
ある程度は仕方ないとは思うが、ゴキブリ用のブラックキャップ？が各部屋見える場所に置いてあり、あまり気持ちよくなかった。

素敵な日本家屋の一軒家で、良い宿泊となりました。
庭も部屋も綺麗になされており、趣のある宿です。
備え付けの花札とトランプが札が半分ほど無くなっていたのが少し残念でした。補充していただけると幸いです…

また、機会があれば是非宿泊したいです。

The accommodation was in a good location, but the bed was very average, with a very thin blanket that was not warm enough for the colder nights. The pillows were also pancake thin. Once checked in, we had no way of communicating with the owners to ask for a warmer blanker, other than talking to the bar staff at night.

We accidentally booked the incorrect nights, needing to pull our 3 night booking back by one day ie, still 3 nights, but arrive one day earlier and leave one day earlier. They would not let us do this as it was outside the free cancellation / change period which is understandable, so we had to pay for an additional night. For 4 nights stay for 2 people we were given 2 tea bags, no coffee at all.
There were some great restaurants in the immediate area, and the neighbourhood was really cute.

Very great property, the only thing was the noise from the upstairs room got a bit much late night when trying to sleep ie. footsteps and banging around. Great feedback on response to our complaint though - the staff were lovely.

It’s very compact but has everything you need. Was a bit tight for three tall people (two adults & a 11 yr old child) but spacious compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in Tokyo. The area is wonderful with lots of great cafes & shops & walkable to multiple subway lines. It’s a bit noisy at night due to the proximity of many bars where people like to drink until all hours. Otherwise recommended for a few days stay in a lovely area.

This was such a great place to stay. It made me feel like I was living in Tokyo instead of visiting. The neighborhood is so nice and a great area to get away from the major tourist groups.

Idéal

Studio très pratique et confortable avec frigo, évier, futons confortables. Les seuls petits bémols sont qu’une seule pièce est climatisée donc on a tendance à s’enfermer dans la chambre ; et il y a très peu de rangements.

Nous y sommes restés une semaine, le studio est près de plusieurs métros, la localisation est idéale et le quartier très agréable. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants, de boutique, et quelques laveries.

L’hote ne parle pas anglais donc prévoyez un traducteur (numérique ou humain) !

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente.

Loved the retro feel of this hotel, the surrounding area of Kagurazaka was very hip and choc full of shops and restaurants to explore. I definitely want to return and visit the bar as well.

Did a walk by prior to check-in, so I knee where it was located. At check-in stuck my head in the small attached bar a was sjown door and code. Checked on a tablet at genkan area. Great Japanese space for a couple of nights. Close to so much food options. Loved the area. Ate at Izakaya Sugidama twice. Yes it was that good. Would definitely stay again.

The property was very clean and well put together. The host maintained communication through out the stay and answered any questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
