京都駅のすぐ近くでアクセス抜群でした。洗濯機があるので子供連れでも安心ですし、荷物も少なくて済みます。
ベッドやお風呂も清潔です。

朝食がないので、近所のモーニングやっているお店の紹介があると、もっといいな、と思いました。

部屋について

部屋がとても綺麗で気に入ったが、外の日差しが入ってこないことが少し気になった。
外の音などは聞こえなかったので、夜もよく眠ることができた。駅の近くなのでうるさいかなと思っていたが杞憂だった。
お風呂も豪華だったので旅のいい思い出になった。夜眠る時に天井に描かれた桜の花に癒され、リラックスできた。一泊しかしなかったが、もう少し滞在していたかった。

とっても良いホテルです。

住宅地に忽然と現れるデザイナーズホテルって感じです。新しいホテルでとても快適でした。ミニキッチンがあるので、ちょっとした料理も出来ます。
風呂とトイレが別なのはとても高評価です。
黒を基調とした部屋の雰囲気はとても好感が持てます。
風呂にお湯を溜めた際、明らかに私のではない髪の毛が2本浮いていたのが気になりました。
ランドリーバッグ、入浴剤が欲しいですね。
私は同じホテルには泊まりませんが、ここは再度泊まりたいと思いました。お勧めします。これが本当に残念でした。

8月2日から2泊しました。
とにかく素敵なホテルでした。

その日はとても暑く、部屋に入ったらすぐ冷房を付けようと思っていましたが、入ったらびっくり。すでに冷房が効いていて快適でした。
外で歩いて汗だくだったのでとても助かりました。

朝食付きのホテルが良いと思いこのホテルに決めました。写真が少なくどんな朝食があるのかあまりわかりませんでしたが、どれも美味しかったです！(今は公式サイトで写真が増えています) 日替わりのスムージーがとっても美味しいので是非飲んでもらいたいです！

外に行くときスタッフさんに「暑いので熱中症に気をつけてください。行ってらっしゃいませ」と声をかけていただき、とても丁寧な方だなと思った記憶があります。そのほかのスタッフさんも優しい方ばかりでした。

文面では伝えきれないくらい素敵なホテルでした。このホテルにしてよかったです。絶対また泊まります。

Accessibility to the station, bus lines, convenient stores and restaurants. Room was clean, has everything one needs, spacious, washer/dryer combo, kitchen, and zen large window floor/ceiling wall/wall was so fun watching the rain coming down the rain catchers. Staff, each and everyone were kind, respectful and caring. I would stay here again and consider it, my little secret spot.

It was initially hard to find, but that made it quiet. The staff was nice but the housekeeping really stood out. They were really on the ball and friendly. The rooms were dark, which is okay as we needed sleep, but a bit outdated. It was nice having a washing machine.

舒適

非常的棒，第一次住到房間裡"同時"有廚房和洗衣機。離京都站和燒肉弘很近，附近也有AEON，當晚懶得找餐廳，直接去AEON買和牛回來煮。我還用破英文麻煩櫃台幫我取消預定，真的非常好。
給住客建議:
1.樓層不高，只有4層樓，想住高樓看風景不適合住這。
2.洗衣機用洗衣模式就好，不要洗衣加烘乾，時間長達5個多小時，而且冬天放厚重衣服洗加烘乾，保證整晚吵不停不用睡覺，所以只要洗衣1.5小時，室內掛6-8小時就會全乾。
以下希望飯店可以改進
1.浴室的洗髮精、沐浴乳、潤絲精，如果可以固定在牆邊會更好，不然會不小心碰到一直掉到浴缸裡。
2.廚房餐具有點少，只有盤子、刀叉和筷子，但卻沒有碗。
3.衣架只有4個太少，既然有洗衣機，部分房客會洗衣，至少應該給6-8個衣架會比較合理。
4.枕頭2顆都有點高，應該給一高一低，依住客習慣可以選擇，但是2顆枕頭換著睡都睡不好，而且不只我，整個家人都睡不好，枕頭應該要換掉。

總結
以上4個缺點，除了枕頭以外，其他都是可以接受的缺點，所以如果下次還有機會，我依然會選這間飯店入住，前提是換個好點的枕頭。

The eph Kyoto was situated close to the Kyoto Train Station which made it very convenient to taxis, buses, the subway and try bullet trains. What I did not expect was it's zen-like understated beauty and it's quietness. The room was large with a kitchen and washer/drier. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Super experience!

I loved the Eph! Right next to Kyoto station & walkable to a lot of things which is huge for me. It’s was also incredibly clean & quiet. The rooms are unique & cozy.

Exemplary!! Washing machine in your room!

Absolutely exceptional. Perfect central location near the station and Donqui. Breakfast was beautiful every day and having your own washing machine was a god send. Twin beds push together easily and fresh towels daily. A rare gem and will come here again

A great hotel in a great location.

A wonderful hotel on the less busy side of Kyoto station. Located in a quiet alley, it was an easy walk from the Shinkansen, Kyoto JR station and subway lines and a great base for exploring Kyoto and beyond. It was lovely to have a large room with kitchen and laundry facilities and a large bathroom with separate toilet. The cold drinks in the lobby after 3pm were very welcome after being out in the heat and humidity. We only had breakfast there once but it was very pleasant and the service was very friendly. Highly recommend staying here. My only small issue was there was a tiny gap in the between the edge of the bling and the window which meant some bright light shone in from the feature lighting on the stonework outside the windows, but i was mostly too tired for it to bother me.

Great hotel, great location - highly recommend

We had a great stay here, check-in was great, very kind and thoughtful service. Room was fantastic and so cool in the hot weather which was great. Real Japanese style shower and full amenities in the room. Quick check-out. We didn’t add breakfast. Stayed three nights. Would book here again without hesitation!

Best hotel we’ve ever stay in Kyoto. The room is big, clean and very modern. We have kitchenette and washer and dryer. Close to Kyoto Station and shopping station. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel especially for families traveling.

A great hotel with lots of amenities like free tooth brushes shaver comb as well washer and dryer in the room only thing was bathroom counter was non existent and full length mirror was attached to door and awkward to use. But great hotel

Stayed in a deluxe Hollywood twin room for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time at this hotel. First off, the hotel is not even a 5 minute walk from Kyoto station, which was very convenient for exploring the city. Second, the hotel was off the main road on a small side street, which we loved as it made the area very quiet the whole day. Third, the staff and the room are amazing - the staff were very friendly and helped us with any questions we had. The room and twin beds were big! Also really enjoyed having a mini kitchen and washer/dryer in the room (note: it does take up to 5 hrs for the washer and dryer to complete, but there is multiple laundry mats around the hotel). When we are back in Kyoto, we will be staying here again.

Wonderful little gem of a hotel!

Wonderful hotel! Staff were so nice and helpful. Location was perfect—short walk from main train station but down an alley so incredibly quiet. Great breakfast! Highly recommend this hotel!!

The staff were so friendly and helpful when we asked questions. They spoke English very well. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage so we could go out. When we got back the luggage was in the room ready for us. Fantastic service and a bonus … great coffee in foyer!

It is out of the way, quiet and close to the train and bus station. Good food plentiful nearby. The room could have used a table and a couple of chairs, and there was a lack of dishes in the kitchen.
It's a little quirky, but that's in it's favor after all the western cookie cutter hotels.

This property is close to Kyoto Station, which made it very handy to get around and visit the sites in Kyoto. The in-room kitchen and washing machine was very helpful during my stay. Beautiful property and wonderful rooms. In a quiet alleyway which meant no loud road noises at night.

Location to begin with is a huge plus. Located minutes away from Kyoto station. We arrived early to drop off luggage in the storage but our room happened to be ready. The check in process was simple and the front desk attendant was extremely pleasant. He spoke excellent English and he provided helpful information and tips. The lobby is like a museum and the hotel is super clean. The toilet opens automatically with all the special accents making it comfortable and the shower/bath is to die for. The room was sexy with all lights being dim-able with a special view. The kitchen was helpful and the washer/dryer is super convenient. This hotel/staff get 10/10.

Close to Kyoto Station and the connecting rooms are a plus, while the washer/dryer combo in the unit really helped. The floor to ceiling windows made the room seem much bigger. I would stay again at eph Kyoto again. Staff was very helpful and friendly. A wonderful stay.

Can't beat the location! Located in a quiet side street 2 blocks from the Kyoto Station, 1 block from a taxi stand.The property is immaculate. We had a large room equipped with a kitchenette and laundry in-room, which was really very convenient. The staff was excellent and quite helpful. We look forward to coming back!
