はじめて宿泊しました。利便性については言うところないと思います。赤坂の繁華街の中ですが、周りの騒音は部屋の中では全く気になりません。新しいからお部屋や設備がきれい、今回私はゆったりしたバスルーム（バスタブも含め）が大変気に入りました。朝食では大変美味しいクロワッサンが無料提供され美味しくいただきました。次回また赤坂でホテルを探すときにはこちらのホテルにお世話になりたいと思います。

室内は広くのんびり過ごせました。海外からの利用者が多いようでしたが賑やかな声は耳に入らなかったため、壁もいい厚さじゃないでしょうか。
周辺は食べるものには困らないのでビジネス利用も意外とよさそうです。

バスルームや洗面台の清掃が途中だったっぽい形跡があったのは気になりました。

バスタブが洗われていなく、お湯を溜めたら内側が他人のアカでザラザラしていたので、一度流して洗い直してお湯を溜めた。
部屋にテーブルがなく、おそらくミニソファの上で飲み物を飲んで溢したであろうシミなども気になった。
スーツケースを持って階段を上がり降りするのも大変だった。エレベーターのみだと思っていたのに、あれはちゃんと表記するべきだと思う。
近くに食事する場所やコンビニも多く、立地的には良かった。

駅近でにぎやかなエリアにあるのに部屋はすごく静かで快適だった。

I enjoyed my stay at Alfit. Everyone spoke English and were very friendly. The room was not big by any means but roomy enough and were cleaned daily. The location is surrounded by an endless number of restaurants and 7/11s and there’s a Metro line less than a 100 feet away. I would totally stay here again because of the location…the one thing that I would mention would be the bed. The bed was hard but I got use to it after the 2nd night LOL.

Hôtel simple mais bien entretenu et extrêmement bien situé au cœur du quartier AKASAKA.
Le restaurant voisin est un peu bruyant mais des 23:00, tout rendre dans l’ordre.
Personnel sympathique, et au peut soin lors de notre séjour où je suis arrivé sur des béquilles.

great hotel, most spacious out of all the ones we had in tokyo/osaka. Great bathroom. Staff were great and very helpful with any questions. The station is very close by, and easy to access different parts of the city.

Check in was easy and staff was multilingual and friendly. Did not go to the bar, but the noise did travel up the stairs. Rooms were basically clean, but needed some deep scrub/sanitizing.

Hotel nelle immediate vicinanze della Chyoda Line. A poche centinaia di metri è possibile anche accedere alla Ginza Line ed alla Marunochi line. Usando il tokyo pass è possibile usare queste 3 linee per visitare la maggior parte delle località turistiche.
Hotel nuovo, con gestione giovane e personale molto disponibile. Presenza di bar nella hall con prezzi nella media del quartiere.
Ottima la comunicazione in inglese.
Camera standard piccola ma estremamente funzionale.

Area was great, highly recommend and some lovely places to eat and get coffee etc. The hotel is in a good location but the bar area isn't for a relaxation, which is a shame as the rooms are small and no windows. Would be good for a quick stay but wouldn't recommend it if you're here for a prolonged stay. Nothing to do with the staff, just the lay out of the rooms. Also the doors to rooms are not sound proofed at all but generally quiet during the night!

Greaaaat hotel !! Customer service is amazing, rooms are very clean and it’s 3 min away from akasaka station or 8 min from Tameiki- sanno station ( ginza line). It’s in central Tokyo so literally 20 min away from all attractions.
Lots of restaurants nearby! Room is small but it’s a Tokyo thing.
You also get two water bottles every day. I highly recommend!

Zeer praktische kamers in de typische grote in Tokyo. Zeer net en altijd extra flesjes water als je terug komt van je trip. Zeer vriendelijke mensen die ons geholpen hebben met het versturen van onze valiezen naar ons volgende hotel. Locatie hotel is perfect gelegen in een regio vol met kleine gezellige top restaurantjes. Keuze genoeg als je hier verblijft.

Bedrooms are very cozy and with a modern updated feel. Very close to good restaurants and bars also near the subway access. Only 20 minutes to get to shibuya and shinjuku yet Akasaka is a nice quiet retreat from the crowds.

I enjoyed my stay here. Very clean and friendly staff who spoke English. They also had a machine to exchange money in the lobby which was convenient. Conveniently located near public transportation but also easy to find if using uber. They had a 24/7 bar and breakfast available. The area was very safe and quiet with plenty of dining options nearby as well as a 7/11 1 min walk away. No complaints. Would stay here again.

While the size is typical of hotels within the popular wards in Tokyo, the full bathroom was amazing and I really enjoyed the space. The staff were friendly and responaive, the bar downstairs entertaining, and the location perfect for my needs even while bringing a large suitcase. Do be aware that the room floors are split level, so you may have to scale a few steps with heavy luggage, or be specific on any accommodations neededa

Great stay! Conveniently located near subways, lots of great local food options. Room was perfect for 1-2 people, was able to log into my netflix with ease! Staff was helpful and courteous! Would stay again.

Deluxe room on 4th floor at back of hotel.
Annoying stairs up half a floor from the elevator to about half the rooms on the floor, the ones at the back.
Overly complicated and somewhat unfathomable light controls.
No individual bedside lights.
Good size with sofa, coffee table and quite a lot of space.
Small bathroom. Short bath with shower space alongside.
Tiny toilet with virtually no room to close door – would be better with a sliding door.
Large safe.
Some cupboard space.
No view – frosted windows that open 2 inches, probably because there was another building right next door.
Young staff who have pretty good English.
Very clean. Comfy bed.
Was concerned it might be noisy with a bar, but had no noise problems at all.

Start to finish they were amazing. Reception always assisted with any enquiries or issues I had. Cleaners cleaned my room changed bedsheets and new towels everyday. And overall was a very clean apartment. Perfect location and will definitely be booking here again in the future.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was great, lots of options for food as well as close to transportation and without the loud noise of a city. Rooms were good size but pretty typical for the area near Tokyo. Overall, had a great experience and would recommend.

We love Alfit!

Good place to stay in a quieter part of Tokyo. Great for connections to the rest of the city and based near some nice attractions too.

Service was great and timely, staff are understanding and did not fail to deliver, 10/10.

The hotel is in a great spot, super close to public transport and in a very nice area. The hotel rooms are nice, although they look much bigger in the online pictures. Note that there is just a tiny window with no view and no possibility to open, so expect the room to be a bit dark. Breakfast definitely not recommended (very little choice and everyday is the same) , better to have it around the hotel where the is plenty of options.

Our room was very small. We had a king size bed and a small couch (that I would get rid of to get more space instead). There was a white matte window that looked into another building. There was no room to open 2 suitcases simultaneously. I do not have anything to compare it with in Tokyo because that was the only hotel we stayed, but it was not really comfortable. I expected better room.

On a plus side, it was 2 min away from Akasaka metro station and it was pretty central location to everything. The district is considered well-earning business people’s district do it was quiet and safe.

Nice hotel in a very active area. Nice places nearby but also some shady areas around it. Good to be able to find lots of eating spots.

Overall a good experience, room was small so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage’s. It was very close to subways and dining area. No closet space. Hotel was very quiet and clean.

Underrated area. Plenty of eateries, shopping. Bunch of train lines around. Not as busy/hectic as the more popular locations. Staff is amazing, pretty decor.

Room was great and spacious with the necessary amenities. Staff was ok but seemed to just be getting thru the day. Not the friendliest or most professional. Some days the staff was wearing sandals/slippers and casual clothes. Definitely nothing like the other hotels we used in Japan.

Business trip to Akasaka

The place had plenty of dining option nearby. It was also close to three subway stations, so it was extremely convenient getting around.
Service was also impeccable. Everyone was willing to help.

Some of the cons however were, the bath tub drain was clogged from the start. It bothered me a lot, I didn't ask the hotel to fix it since it was a short stay (and I did not had the time).
Lots of surfaces in the room had dust and finger prints. The overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
Also, my room did not have a desk, which was inconvenient for people on business trips like myself.
